Recently, With the increase of income level, many people desire to have agreeable and quiet surrounding. However, the extent and time of the exposure to construction noise and vibration is increasing, which is a factor that ruins the quietness of the surrounding and increasingly raises interests in its effects. In this point, this study attempts to survey the characteristics of construction vibration by SD(Sand drain) method in construction field. In addition, the result of study is presumed to be usable as the fundamental materials for an efficient counter-plan in case of the public resentment in relations to the construction vibration occurring henceforth.

Child care in Korea has been officially institutionalized due to the legislation of the Child Care Act in 1991. Since then, the predominant social phenomena such as growing female workforce, more intensified female education, and the low birth rates have led the stronger demand for child care at the national level. Accordingly, the supply of child care services and the demand of families using the services have increased dramatically, producing enhancement of the quality of child care via improved and extended laws and regulations. Such movements have arisen academic interests and policy issues to specific sectors with details including child care policies, curriculum and professionals working with young children at child care centers, needs of children and their families attending child care centers, and program evaluations.

As the rate of the elderly is proportionally increasing in society, the demands of this group and the services pertaining to them is increasing. The demand for improved services is in relation to national income, the development of medical techniques and the interests of elderly. Therefore, the demand for aged social welfare facilities and management of them is increasing. This paper will focus on the types and states of aged social welfare facilities under the revised aged social welfare law in 2008. Following this research, The Social Welfare Corporation is the highest management level. To date the establishment of more infrastructure has increased rapidly, since 2000. There are many small facilities and a few large facilities.

The purpose of this paper is to take a look at the current use of multimedia technology in the casino gaming industry. In Las Vegas, there are many things competing for attention, and capturing viewers' interests cannot be effectively accomplished with static posters or flyers at the front desk. What is at stake is billions of dollars in revenue. So understanding the use of multimedia technology in the pursuit of that revenue is a must. Las Vegas has developed some very innovative ways for the use of multimedia technologies that the rest of the business and medical world will soon adapt. Vegas recently faces major competition from Maco for the international business. Maintaining a high level of customer service is paramount in keeping its customer base.

The objective of the study is to know demographic characteristics mobility motivation housing aspiration and housing values of expected purchasers of the small/medium size apartments located at 'H-area' in Ulsan to enhance their level of housing satisfaction through better planning. The result shows that moving motivation housing aspiration and housing values differ as what size respective expected purchasers want. As a regional characteristic the reality-oriented view of housing is apparent in that their interests are focused on the setups or facilities after-service and maintenance and that they think conveniency more important than the edifices' appearance or beauty.

Many mathematics teachers in characterization high schools have been troubled to teach students because most of the students have weak interests in mathematics and they are also lack of preliminary mathematical knowledges. Currently many of mathematics teachers in such schools teach students using worksheets owing to the situation that proper textbooks for the students are not available. In this study, we referred to Chevallard's didactic transposition theory based on Brousseau's theory of didactical situations for mathematical teaching and learning. Our lessons utilizing worksheets necessarily entail encouragement of students' self-directed activities, active interactions, and checking the degree of accomplishment of the goal for each class. Through this study, we recognized that the elaborate worksheets considering students' level, follow-up auxiliary materials that help students learn new mathematical notions through simple repetition if necessary, continuous interactions in class, and students' mathematical activities in realistic situations were all very important factors for effective mathematical teaching and learning.

The major factors for the information protection to prepare for the change of the EC environment are found to be the construction of internet cyber-mall, the consumer-protecting regulations and the private information and system security regulations. The standards and methods of the their judgement is also important factors and are believed to attract the consumers' interest about the assessment of the internet cyber-mall and eventually serve the rights and interests of the consumers. The technology-level for the business transaction, the research and development of its technology and putting it into practical use are also found to be significant factors.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the perception of Home Economics between female and male among high school students who have learned Home Economics and who have never learned. The number of 400 samples were analyzed with frequencies, percentages, t-test, regressions and $\chi$(sup)2 analyses by SPSS/Win. The results showed that the male students who have taken Home Economics were more likely than those who have never taken perceived Home Economics as a living science and to be interested in the subject. There were sexual differences among high school students who have learned the subject in favorite units, increases in interests, satisfaction with the contents, etc. Sex and the level of participating household works were the most influential factors on the perception of the subject of high school students.

E-business strategy has interests in Issues of strategic positioning and its impact on firm performance. These studies address the environmental factors as antecedents to strategic decision makings and its consequences such like firm performance. However most studies has not considered the role of business models In explaining e-business firm performance. We adopt Porter's generic strategies to the e-business context. We Identify business models and e-business environmental factors as antecedents and then examine these factors Influence on firm performance. We find that uncertainty of environment has a negatively related to the strategic choices of e-Business firms; in contrast, market turbulence positively affects the level of adoption of all the strategies. Among the strategies, marketing differentiation only makes an Impact on firm performance.

The present study investigated why students do not like math using deep-level interview method. The reasons of why students dislike math were classified into three： socio-cultural, and individual factors, and math itself. Socio-cultural factors include the environments where students are reared, family, and school culture. Individual factors mean competitive disposition, preconception of math, active disposition, and conflicts with friends or teachers. Finally, students seem to dislike math because math itself is a difficult subject. In addition, textbook and instruction are also difficult, or they are lack of fundamental math knowledge. There may be other reasons of why students do not like math subject. In spite of those reasons, there should be some efforts to analyze why students dislike math and to help the students have interests in math.
