  • 본 논문은 V2G를 위한 Bidirectional OBC를 제안한다. 상용화 시 적시 적용 가능한 높은 역/전송 효율의 Bidirectional OBC 전력회로를 제안하고 베터리 전력을 입력원으로 분산형 전력공급 장치에서 요구하는 품질을 만족하는 전력 생산을 위해 계통연계 회로 및 제어 기술을 제안한다. Bidirectional OBC의 PFC Type은 양방향 구현을 위해 기존 MOSFET과 Diode로 구현된 구조와 달리 모두 IGBT를 이용하여 Single Phase Inverter를 구현 하였으며, IGBT 이용 시 예측되는 Reverse Recovery Loss 개선을 위하여 Hybrid Switch 구조를 제안 하였다. Bidirectional OBC의 DC/DC Type은 전송 및 역송에 따라 Buck동작과 Boost 동작이 가능하도록 설계 하였고 Secondary LC Resonant Topology 가변구조법을 사용 하였다.

  • This paper proposes a soft-transition control strategy for a three phase ZCS(Zero Current Switching) inverter circuit. Each phase leg of inverter circuit consists of an LC resonant tank, two main switches, and one auxiliary switches. This paper presents design consideration via a study example of a three phase prototype inverter for motor drives. A simple device tester with zero current switching capability is proposed to select eligible auxiliary switches. The principle of operation, feature and design considerations are illustrated and verified through the experiment with a 2.2kW 5kHz IGBT based experimental circuit.

  • This paper is concerned with a zero-voltage soft-switching PWM DC-DC high-pelter converter using IGBTs, which Bakes the most of the parastic LC parameters of high-voltage transformer link, for diagnostic X-Ray power generator. The converter circuit basically utilizes phase-shift pulse width modulated series resonant full-bridge PWM DC-DC high-Power converter operating at a constant frequency:20kHz. This technique brings about dramatic decreases in the switching losses of power devices and their electrical stresses as compared with the commonly-used hard-switching PWM DC-DC power converter. The high-frequency switching operation of the converters has some effective advantages, which consist in the physical reduction in size and weight and lowered acoustic noise.

  • In this paper, prototype high-power-factor single-stage electronic ballast for fluorescent lamps is designed and implemented. A new low cost single stage high power factor electronic ballast for fluorescent lamps is based on integration of two-boost converter and LC type high frequency resonant converter. A ballast is obtained by simple construction, because full bridge rectifier diode is eliminated and simple control circuit is applied. Using two boost converter operating positive and negative half cycle respectively at line frequency (60Hz), operation in discontinuous conduction mode performs high power factor. The experimental results Show the good performance as PF 0.99, $A_{THD}$ 15.4%, and CF 1.65 at Output 63.5W.W.

  • 본 논문은 부하전압의 크기에 따라 동작모드가 다르게 구성되는 공진형 DC/DC 컨버터의 동작 특성을 해석한다. 공진형 DC/DC 컨버터는 직류 입력전원에 연결되는 LC 공진회로, 공진회로의 캐패시터 전압이 최대일 때 부하측으로 에너지를 전달하는 공진형 컨버터로 구성되어있다. 공진형 컨버터는 공진 회로의 캐패시터 전압과 부하전압의 상대적인 크기에 따라서 2개의 동작 모드 특성을 가진다. 공진 캐패시터 전압의 최대값이 부하전압보다 작을 경우, 스위칭 회로는 부스트 인덕터를 이용하여 입력측 에너지를 부하측으로 전달한다. 반대로 큰 경우에는 스위칭 동작없이 공진 캐패시터가 부하측으로 직접 연결되어 입력측 에너지를 부하로 전달한 후, 공진 캐패시터의 잔여 에너지를 부스트 인덕터를 이용하여 부하측으로 전달한다. 공진형 DC/DC 컨버터 회로의 동작원리를 설명하고, PSPICE Simulation 및 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

  • This paper presents a new developed 160kV-120kW Class MPC (magnetic pulse compressor) power supply for DeNOx, DeSOx system. The circuit consists of N-series connected CCPS (capacitor charging power supply) and MPC Tank. The MPC power supply developed compared to the conventional LC resonant type has many advantage, it was verified reliability of a product by module, simulator and tank connection test. Now, the developed MPC power supply is installed POSCO sintering plant for DeSOx, DeNOx system.

  • This paper proposed LC resonant current fed high frequency inverter for high frequency induction heating using leakage inductance of transformer and, its described operating principle. The analysis of circuit presented by using normalized parameter in considering leakage inductance of transformer and, discussed characteristic evaluation of inverter circuit in detail. The proposed inverter is operating ZVS to reduce turn-on and turn-off loss of switching devices so, raised an efficiency. And, the experimental apparatus was made on base characteristic evaluation of theoretical analysis to discuss possibility on high frequency source and confirmed a rightfulness theoretical analysis. A result of study, the proposed inverter is higher utilizing factor using on leakage inductance of transformer and show possibility, which is application on high frequency power system.

  • For small capacity rectifier circuits such as these for consumer electronics and appliances, capacitor input type rectifier circuits are generally used. Consequently, various harmonics generated within the power system become a serious problem. Various studies of this effect have been presented previously. The absence of switching devices makes systems more tolerant to over-load, and brings low radio noise benefits. We propose a power factor correction scheme using a LC resonant in commercial frequency without switching devices. In this method, It makes a sinusoidal wave by widening conduction period using the current resonance in commercial frequency, Hence, the harmonic characteristics can be significantly improved, where the lower order harmonics, such as the fifth and seventh orders are much reduced. The result are confirmed by the theoretical and expermental implementations

  • A new low cost single stage high power factor electronic ballast for fluorescent lamps is presented in this paper. The proposed topology is based on integration of two-boost converter and LC type high frequency resonant converter. A ballast is obtained by simple construction, because full bridge rectifier diode is eliminated and simple control circuits is applied. Using two boost converter operating positive and negative half cycle respectively at line frequency (60Hz), operating in discontinuous conduction mode performs high power factor. The simulated and experimental results for 64W fluorescent lamps operating at 45kHz switching frequency and 110V line voltage have been obtained.

  • 본 논문은 계통연계형 인버터를 위한 비례공진제어 기반의 케스케이드전류-전압 제어기 설계에 대해 다루고있다. 인버터가 계통연계모드로 동작할 때 인버터는 계통의 보조 전력원으로서의 역할을 하기 때문에 전류원으로 정의된다. 이때 LCL 필터가 연결된 계통연계형 인버터의 출력 LC 단에 비선형 지역적 부하가 연결될 경우 기존의 단일 전류 제어기만으로는 비선형 부하로 인한 고조파 왜곡에 대처하기 힘들고 독립운전모드와의 모드절환시 매끄러운 과도 특성을 보장하기 힘들다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비례다중공진제어기를 활용한 내부 출력 전압, 외부 출력 전류 루프로 구성된 케스케이드 전류-전압 제어기를 제안하였고 제안된 방식이 고조파 보상과 모드 절환시의 매끄러운 과도 특성에 효력을 보임을 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.
