IEC 61850 기반의 변전자동화를 운영하는데 있어 보호기능과 통신을 별개로 여길 수가 없으며 기존에 장치 개별로 동작하던 것이 이더넷 통신이란 틀 안에서 시스템으로 유기적으로 연결되어 동작하기 때문에 IEC 61850 통신과 기능을 시스템 기반에서 수행할 수 있는 새로운 방안이 요구되어진다. 본 논문은 변전자동화시스템의 종합적인 성능검증을 목적으로 개발된 시험자동화시스템의 실제 적용가능성을 검증하고, 변전자동화 시스템의 22.9kV 배전선로 보호 및 제어의 기능을 수행하는 IED를 대상으로 시험자동화시스템에 적용한 연구 내용을 다루고자한다.

Many researchers have reported that adding steel fiber to concrete improved its tensile and flexural strength significantly, but relatively few studies have been made on the compressive behavior of SFRC(steel fiber reinforced concrete). It is still less in case of high strength SFRC. The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of adding steel fiber on the compressive strength of high strength SFRC using fiber reinforcing index$(RI,\;V_f(l/d))$. It was found from the study that compressive strength was noticeably increased in proportion to RI.

To investigate the effects of two antioxidants, aesculeitin and taurine, expression of apoptosis related genes and antioxidant enzyme gene in preimplantation Hanwoo embryos was determined by modified semi-quantitative single cell RT-PCR. Hanwoo embryos derived from in vitro maturation /in vitro fertilization were cultured in 5% CO₂ and 5% O₂ in CR₁aa medium at 37℃. Aesculeitin and taurine were added to medium at concentration of l㎍/㎖ and 2.5mM, respectively. (omitted)

The present paper analyses the radiation effects of mass transfer on steady nonlinear MHD boundary layer flow of a viscous incompressible fluid over a nonlinear porous stretching surface in a porous medium in presence of heat generation. The liquid metal is assumed to be gray, emitting, and absorbing but non-scattering medium. Governing nonlinear partial differential equations are transformed to nonlinear ordinary differential equations by utilizing suitable similarity transformation. The resulting nonlinear ordinary differential equations are solved numerically using Runge-Kutta fourth order method along with shooting technique. Comparison with previously published work is obtained and good agreement is found. The effects of various governing parameters on the liquid metal fluid dimensionless velocity, dimensionless temperature, dimensionless concentration, skin-friction coefficient, Nusselt number and Sherwood number are discussed with the aid of graphs.

The efficiency stabilization and the color coordinates in blue organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) with a double emitting layer (DEL) consisting of 4,4'-Bis(carbazol-9-yl)biphenyl (CBP) and 4,4'-Bis(2,2-diphenyl-ethen-1-yl)diphenyl were investigated. The efficiency of the OLEDs with a DEL did not significantly change with an increase in current density. The Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage coordinates of the OLEDs with a DEL 11 V were (0.150, 0.137), indicative of a deep blue color.

본 논문에서는 765kV 송전선로의 일부구간에서 발생되고 있는 풍소음의 대책으로 개발된 저풍소음 도체를 소개하고 이 도체방식을 개발하기 위해 수행된 전기환경장해 및 풍소음 저감 영향에 대한 시험결과를 제시하고 있다. 저풍소음 도체는 우수한 풍소음 저감기능을 가지면서도 기존 전선에 비해 추가적인 전기환경 문제가 발생되지 않아야 하는데, 기존 전선과 달리 전선 주위에 돌기부가 있어서 전계 집중에 따른 환경장해 발생의 우려가 있다. 이러한 이유 때문에 전기환경 모의시험설비인 코로나 케이지를 이용한 코로나 발생 특성 시험을 수행하여 환경설계기준 만족 여부를 확인하였으며, 실규모 시험선로를 이용한 장기 실증시험을 실시하여 송전선로 주변에서 실제 발생 가능한 라디오 장해와 같은 전기환경 장해량에 대한 평가를 실시하여 풍소음 저감효과와 환경설계기준에 만족하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

A laboratory bioassay that incorporates Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) purified crystal protein toxins into an artificial diet has identified three toxins, CryIA(b), CryIA(c), and CryIIA, to by effective against the yellow stemborer, Scirpophaga incertulas(Walker). Research is aimed at engineering rice that incorporates genes of one of or more of these toxins so as to mimic the insecticidal action of the insect to Bt. The paper discusses potential strategies for slowing the rate of adaptation that include the use of multiple Bt toxins, promoters that express the toxins only in specific plant tissues at specific times, and mixing transgenic and non-transgenic plants.

In this study, in order to develop Pb-free piezoelectric ceramics, $[Li_{0.04}(Na_{0.44}K_{0.52)-(Nb_{0.86}Ta_{0.10}Sb_{0.04})]O_3$ ceramics were fabricated by conventional mixed oxide method and their piezoelectric characteristics were investigated according to the poling condition. The transition temperature from orthorhombic phase to tetragonal phase observed at $93[^{\circ}C]$ and Curie temperature was $346[^{\circ}C]$. At $50[^{\circ}C]$ poling temperature, dielectric constant, electromecha nical coupling factor kp, piezoelectric $d_{33}$ const ant, coercive field Ec, remanant polarization Pr and mechanical quality factor Qm showed the optimum value of 737, 0.45, 209[pC/N], 1l.34[kV/cm], $7.14[{\mu}C/cm^2]$ and 205, respectively.

MMA-Styrene-Tetramethyltin(MST) thin films were fabricated by plasma polymerization method, and their electrical properties were confirmed by IR and GPC. The electrical conductivity increased with increasing temperature, and the adsorption current hardly appeared. The high-field electrical conduction mechanism is the electronic one such as schottky, and the activation energy is about 1.1 eV.

An objection of this study is to develop a high stable analytic system of radioactive pulses. The proposed system consists of an amplifying circuit with 60dB gain, a programmable power supply unit which can generate DC voltage up to 1, 500V, and a digital signal processor. Pulse height distribution in accordance with pulse counts is important data in analyzing radioactive pulses. In this study, AD convertor (12bit, l00ns) and DSP (TMS 320C31-60) are used to analyze the pulse height, and the analytic system is designed to be operated in PC-networking.
