Following conclusions were drawn from the examination of the usage of semen persicae and fols carthami from the view of Hyungsang Medicine. Semen persicae is used to vitalize the blood flow and eliminate the blood stagnation of the whole body in ${\ulcorner}$Donguibogam${\lrcorner}$, and therefor it is used for the blood flow of the heptal meridian and sometimes the intestinal meridian. Flos carthami is applied to vitalize the blood flow, remove obstructions in meridians, eliminate the blood stagnations, and stop the pain in ${\ulcorner}$Donguibogam${\lrcorner}$, therefore used in such symptoms of blood flow of the heptal meridian as amenorrhea, spasm of muscles, and coldness of the genitals. Also is applied in those cases of exhaustion, perspiration, and in digestive remedies which belong to the symptoms of cardiac blood flow. And it is used for dryness of the skin in which case the blood should be developed and malaria for the elimination of the blood stagnation and production of new blood. The combination of semen persicae and flos carthami is applied to eliminate the blood stagnation and stimulate menstrual discharge in uterus, as well as in the cases of lumbago and stomachache due to blood stagnation, blood stasis, mass in the abdomen, and abdominal distention. This combination is also used for the eyes, ears, numbness, and paralysis of hands and feet for the purpose of making the flow of the meridian smooth, and for diabetes, dryness of the skin, malaria, anal itching and pain for the purpose of eliminating the mass and renewing the tissues. The combination is diversly used in the book of ${\ulcorner}$Special lectures on clinical cases${\lrcorner}$ for the aftereffects of traffic accident, constipation, diabetes, dryness of the skin, paralysis of hands and feet, numbness of finger of hand and foot, and especially used frequently with prescription of Yijintang and Samultang combined in the cases of numbness. The prescription is used in Hyungsang medicine when the uterus, the external appearance(axis), hands and feet, heart, and the stomach is not good for the vitalization of the flow of the 12 meridians. It was though difficult to find extinguishing differences between the two herbs in the clinical cases applied in the book of ${\ulcorner}$Special lectures on clinical cases${\lrcorner}$.

This study examined the primary tones of news stories and the overall frames which are structuralized by the primary tones in the news reporting of the Private School Law and social conflicts occurring around the law. For this purpose, the study applied Lakoff and Johnson's metaphoric conceptualization to the analysis of the news stories reported in the Chosun Ilbo, the Hankyoreh, and the Kookmin Ilbo, which are considered to represent the audience of the conservative, progressive, and religious forces, respectively. The main goal of this study includes to describe in which manner the newspapers attempt to depict the frames of major social conflicts regarding the Private School Law. The results show that (1) the Chosun Ilbo and the Kookmin Ilbo attempt to structuralize the social conflicts by providing frames of 'freedom is an asset' and a 'war' metaphors; (2) the Kookmin Ilbo applied more frames of a religious metaphor among others; and (3) the Hankyoreh attempts to structuralize the social conflicts by offering frames of 'the front is good, but the rear is bad' and 'war' metaphors, which proves to be the opposite in presenting the overall framing.

This paper studied on problems and improvement method of description and headings in ${\ulcorner}Korean\;MARC\;on\;Disc\lrcorner$. By Korean MARC on Disc, it seems a great mistake that in abridged and full information, give the volumes next to statement of title and author. and even input copies of them respectively in case of multi-volume books. Also, frequently the essential abridged catalog information of a homonymic authors more than 10 which are written to Chinese are enumerated under one author name in Korean, using together with only one list. It is, therefore, effective and reasonable that Korean author headings be written to Korean language at first and be followed by Chinese, and then the subject of an author and the year of birth and death of author be indecated. For that, We should make out a conventional and reasonable subject heading list in advance to maintain the unity of subject, and build a exact authority database of Korean author name according to it.

Background and Objective : The status of development of instruments to assess the 'health status' reflecting the concept of Sasang Constitutional Medicine is still far from satisfaction, despite their importance in building basic data for health promotion, evaluation of effectiveness of treatment, health policy and so on. for these reasons the health scale of Sasang Constitutional Medicine shod be developed. Therefore as from of preliminary research, this study is to review the concept of health and symptoms in health status in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Methods : It was researched as bibliologically with Dong-mu's chief medical writings such as ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Soose $Bowon{\lrcorner}$(東醫壽世保元)${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)${\lrcorner}$ - Results and conclusion : 1. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is suggested that Inherent vitality(命脈實數) has relations to health and Knowledge-Acting(知行) is a primary factor which affects health. And it is thought that Healthy condition(完實無病) is that human being has enough Healthy energy(保命之主) of Small viscera. 2. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is thought that stool, urine, sweating and digestion become important indexes to measure the physical health state. 3. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is thought that the mental health is in control of inclination of mind by golden mean(中庸) and in tranquillity of constant mind according to constitution. 4. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is thought that the social health is state thar can do social acting harmoniously by keeping away from alcohol, sexual appetite, property and power.

As the ancestral rites is one of ritural ceremony in our country it's tradition have performed to-day. The purpose of this research of this research is to study both filial piety as a thought of worshipping ancestors and the traditional ancestral ceremony through examinition of 「kyung-mong-yokyul」provide the basic materials for the practice of the filial piety and contribute to the morals of life and the culture of home life in nodern society. Also through it's litereture it is to research the forms of ancestral ceremony (time place, memorial dress, foods, etc) in the traditional society and the responsibility of acting ancestral rites at home life. According to 「kyung-mong-yokyul」on ancestral rites it stressed on the true heart rather than unrational materialistic courtesy. And the ancestral rites in the family system of traditional socity was the most important things in among practices at home especially the host(the eldest son and the eldest daughter in family) who hol this ceremony played a important roles.

This study is on Yoshimasu Todo's thought of medicines. Conclusions are as below. Medicines are poisons. Therefore, they don't have the ability to restore the vital energy. Medicine-processing(法製) can only be done for doubling the toxicity, since the poison itself is the very effect of a medicine. One poison has an ability to treat only one main symptom. If the poison strikes the main symptom right, it doesn't harm the human body. Since warm-heat-cool-cold(溫熱凉寒) of a medicine can't be known by human ability, it can't be used as the standard of judgment when selecting a medicine.

The purpose of this study is to arrange for the systematic execution of safety control in children's foods through nutrition and hygiene standard suggestions and guidelines for quality certification system in children's preferable food. Aiming to achieve this objective, the study researched the present status of children’s preferable food sold near elementary schools, elicited the hazards and problems of those foods and selected nutritional and hygienic hazard components in those foods. To suggest the standards and guidelines for quality certification in children's preferable food, the study referred to sundry records, surveyed the practical cases of relevant policies and standards at home and abroad. We studied the standard of nutrition for the quality certification in those foods for sugar, fat, sodium, and additives (tar color: red No. 2 in a ban on use, caffeine), microorganism (aflatoxin $B_1$ (${\mu}g$/kg) and pathogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Salmonella spp.), which are the nutrients that may hamper health when taken in a large amount, and the standard for a diet restricted to under 200 kcal per one serving size. Results of distribution of processed foods (242 samples) by nutrition standards were as follows. In case of all ‘low’ level in total sugar, total fat and sodium, 0.4% of total samples was possible to be certified, In case of all ‘medium’ level in total sugar, total fat and sodium, maximumly 22.3% of total samples was possible to be certified. In case of all medium level in nutrients and $\leq$200 kcal/serving, 17.8% of total samples was possible to be certified. Certified food types was milk products and beverages.

The principle of treatment in the previous medicine is to treat each disease by 'Assisting-Good Qi' and 'Removig-Bad Qi'. but The principle of treatment in Sasang Constitutional medicine is to manage incurable disease by helping 'Essential Qi of each constitution(體質正氣)' 2. Incurable disease is classified into a chronic disease by 'Nature(性氣)' and a acute disease by 'Emotion(情慾)'. Both diseases became serious through 'Noi-Ok(牢獄)' and 'Wi-Gyoung(危傾)'. A chronic disease is much in the middle years of life and become senile disease. A acute disease is much in the young years of life and make patients die young. 3. prognoses of incurable disease are different from degree of Inherent vitality(命脈實數) and term of disease. The case in which Inherent vitality is exhausted is thought that is unable to treat. 4. The prevention of incurable disease Is more important the treatment of one in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. but if incurable disease is caught, Medicine(醫藥) and management(調養) must be used together for treatment of incurable disease. Medicine is more important in the level of 'Noi-Ok(牢獄)' and management is more important in the level of 'Wi-Gyoung(危傾)'. 5. Therefore, incurable disease should be treated by method that 'Essential Qi of each constitution(體質正氣)' is recovered and declination is removed through 'controlling mind(治心) and correcting Qi(正氣), so then the state of 'Golden mean(中庸)'　is reached.

The purposes of this study were to a) examine IC (intellectual capital) circumstance of CFMC (contract foodservice management company), b) identify the correlation between IC of CFMC, c) analyze the cause and effect of IC in the viewpoint of contractor, client, and customer. The questionnaires of IC measurement were handed out to 108 CfHCs, there composing of main office employees, foodservice managers, customers, and clients of 207 school, 38 hospital, and 86 business/industry foodservices. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win (ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis. First, CFMCs had operational experience for an average of 8 years and 8 months, and served an average of 38,540 meals a day. Most of the respondent companies operated 'food supply/distribution($50\%$)', 'catering ($46.7\%$)', and restaurant business ($43.3\%$)' except for institutional foodservice and managed an average of 66 clients for the contract period of 2 years and 3 months. Second, there was positive correlation between $\ulcorner$sales of foodservice$\lrcorner$ and 'market ability', $\ulcorner$client satisfaction$\lrcorner$ and necessary intellectual capital for managing branch/chain foodservice office, and $\ulcorner$customer satisfaction$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\lrcorner$, 'market ability', 'infrastructure support for foodservice operation', 'employee satisfaction', respectively. Finally, the result of the cause and effect analysis on CFMCs, clients, and customers was positively influenced by 'client satisfaction' with 'customer satisfaction', 'infrastructure support for foodservice operation' and 'customer satisfaction' with 'employee satisfaction', and 'infrastructure support for foodservice operation'. In conclusion, if CFMCs were to perform a routine checkups by utilizing CFMC's IC measuring tool, improvements in CFMC operational capacities as well as foodservice quality can be noted. Additionally, CFMCS can satisfy their client-customer relationship by employing internal marketing thechniques for employee, a more efficient infrastructure support system, and construc tive infrastructure utilization. Therefore, CFMCs can show significant improvement in their sales and foodservice quali-ty though continuous maintenance of the client and customer satisfaction.
