차량의 수가 급격히 증가함에 따라 보다 지능적인 번호판 자동인식체계가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문은 주행하는 차량에서 기울어진 번호판을 포함한 효율적인 자동차 번호판 인식방법을 제안하였다. 실험결과로서 일반적인 환경에서 획득된 인식 비율은 약 99%의 높은 성공률을 나타내었으며, 번호판이 차량에 비례하여 많이 기울어지게 위치해 있을 경우에도 97%의 성공률을 나타내었다.

보안 버그는 소프트웨어의 치명적인 취약점을 노출해 제품의 질 저하 및 정보유출을 일으킨다. 위 상황을 최소화하기 위해 보안 버그 추적 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 보안 버그가 발생한 소스 파일의 특징을 분석하여 보안 버그 추적을 위한 정보를 제공한다. 우리는 보안이 중요하게 다루어져야 하는 안드로이드와 블록체인 오픈소스를 대상으로 보안 버그 리포트를 수집해 보안 버그가 나타난 소스 파일의 텍스트를 분석했다. 분석 결과, 안드로이드의 경우 통신 관련 패키지에 포함된 파일에서 보안 버그가 발생했다. 블록체인의 경우 계정, 키 저장 관련 파일들에서 보안 버그가 주로 발생했다. 보안 버그 추적 시 본 연구의 분석 결과를 반영한다면 빠르고 정확하게 보안 버그 파일을 찾을 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

본 논문에서는 Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs)의 배터리 충전을 위해 필요한 추가적인 충전기 없이, 구동모터의 인덕턴스와 구동 드라이버인 3상 인버터를 이용하는 배터리 충전 기법을 소개한다. 모터의 인덕턴스를 승압용 에너지 저장장치로 사용하고 인버터의 스위칭 제어를 통해 부스트 컨버터로 사용하여 별도의 충전기를 제거함으로써 충전장치의 크기 및 단가를 저감할 수 있다. 상세한 유형별 이론적 분석과 시뮬레이션 결과를 제시하여 제안된 충전기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

Wetzel[5] proved if ${\Gamma}$ is a closed curve of length L in $E^n$, then ${\Gamma}$ lies in some ball of radius [L/4]. In this paper, we generalize Wetzel's result to the non-Euclidean plane with much stronger version. That is to develop a lower bound of length of a triangle inscribed in a circle in non-Euclidean plane in terms of a chord of the circle.

This paper describes the image data compression based on the image decomposition. We reduced the processing time using the segmentation based on the distribution of grey level, and obtained high compression rate using the Huffman run-length coding for the segmented image, and the 2-Dimensional least square curve fitting and the shift coder for each region.

Influence of incoherent lamp heating sources on the absorption effect and variation of OSF' size were investigated. The absorption effect on I.R lamp caused by free carrier excitation is greater than that of Tungsten-Halogen lamp. The variation of DSF' size weakly affected by oxidation time.

This paper presents model reduction method of multivariable systems using orthogonal transformation based on aggregation method in time domain. Reduced model which is desisted by presented method preserve stability as relative dominant eigenvalues are selected in original system and obtained computational advantages using orthogonal functions.
