Since municipal welfare institutions operate for different purposes from general companies or public enterprises, ESG practice items and model construction should be conducted through various and comprehensive social welfare studies. Since there are not many studies available in domestic welfare institutions yet and there are no suitable ESG management utilization indicators, the Cheonan Welfare Foundation's strategy and management strategy system were established to spread the model to other welfare institutions and become a leading foundation through education and training. The foundation and front-line welfare institutions selected issues identification and key issues through the foundation's empirical analysis and criticality analysis, focusing on understanding ESG management and ways to establish a practice model that positively affects institutional image and business performance. Based on this, the promotion system was examined by establishing a performance management plan after deriving appropriate strategies and establishing a strategic system for social welfare institutions. Environmental and social responsibility, transparent management, safety management system establishment, emergency and prevention, user (customer) satisfaction system establishment, anti-corruption prevention and integrity ethics monitoring and evaluation, responsible supply chains, and community contribution programs. This study attempted to specifically present efforts to settle ESG management through the consideration of the Cheonan Welfare Foundation. Therefore, it is considered to be useful data for developing ESG management by referring to the systematic development process of the Cheonan City Restoration Foundation to develop ESG measurement indicators.

Purpose - The concept of lifetime job has disappeared, and men are interested in business foundation to work continuously with similar jobs. The value of business foundation is thought to be important in accordance with the viewpoint of society, government, individuals and family. Research design, data, and methodology - The economic exchange between South Korea and China has been expanded, and they are likely to play an important role in entry into China by business foundation in accordance with economic exchange between the two countries. As Korean residents inflow overseas, small businessmen business foundation shall be given attention scientifically and Korean Chinese business foundation shall be given attention as well. Results - The study investigated the effects on psychological characteristics and small business foundation motives upon business foundation will by using models. Self-efficacy and self achievement had positive influence upon small business foundation of Korean Chinese. The use of control variable had explanatory power (29.6%). Conclusions - The findings would help the government's small business foundation system to promote small business foundation and to be a guide for expansion in Korean Chinese's small business markets. An education program should be developed to strengthen Korean Chinese's self efficacy considering psychological characteristics.

Korea has suffered from unemployment of workers discharged from the companies and graduates, and matriarchs since 1997's IMF. Since then Korea has fallen into economic depression, therefore the graduates have not employed for several years and lots of workers have been discharged from their positions. SOHO(Small Office Home Office) is able to be considered as the alternative employing measure of the unemployers. SOHO foundation makes a great contribution to job creation and the social welfare throughout the country. Since its foundation needs small-scale facilities and investment, the discharged and unemployed can found SOHO easily and will do good business. Korea government should practice policies in order to promote SOHO foundation as follows. First, Korean government should enlarge various support measures for SOHO foundation, namely offering of useful information and promoting of SOHO foundation, etc. Second, she should carry out the SOHO foundation education for juveniles. In order to do this project, colleges and universities adopt the SOHO foundation lesson in the education course. Third, government should enlarge various government subsidies of SOHO foundation for the benefit of the discharged and unemployed.

"Artist Welfare Act" from the November 18, 2012 is being implemented. However, in the field of traditional culture and art the artists are the subject of a variety of policies by the newly launched Korean Artist Welfare Foundation Artists, but most of video production professionals are not aware of law enforcement and their legal status is ambiguous. This research raised the issue of poor video production workers welfare, and to seek the ways took a look at the key information of "Artist Welfare Act" and social issues. To this end, by in-depth interviews with video workers I analyzed the relationship between the parties, such as comments about the issues. Accordingly, a wide range of video production to reflect the welfare of workers in the "Artist Welfare Act" of the amendment shall be made. Above all, this should be reflected in measures to raise funds for artist welfare.

This paper is intended to study actual condition and problems of Social Welfare, and to institute the plan of social welfare administ ration. Recently, Social welfare agendas, public and private, in our country adhere to traditionary and temporary relief of the clients. The improvement of social work is neglected among some pravile social welfare organization in this society are as follows : Firstly, Big enterprises should undertaken the non-earnest social welfare foundation, this plan, however, can be eastablished by policy making of the proper authorities. Secondly, improvement of public institution and personnel administration should be stressed and innovated. Thirdly, We should not rely on the other social welfare organization and perform our own way of duty. Lastly, The government, community and private social work organization should accomplish cooper ation system among them.

This study aims to find improvements to problems including investigation public affairs for the activities of artists focusing on the Korean Artists Welfare Foundation since established in 2012. Hence, Gilbert and Terrell's analytical framework for social policy is used with these public affairs in terms of allocation, benefit, service delivery system and finance for this research and pointed at issue. As a result of analysis, the identification of artist is vague for the allocation and the benefit and delivery are not effective in actual practice. In addition to this, the source of fund should become independent financially not to depend on the public funding. Therefore, the follow-up research is necessary that the system of verification for the artists to benefit from the public supports with fair and effective opportunities and developments to secures the funds prospectively.

Religious organizations execute various social welfare programs on the basis of their religious ideology and faith. Their practice vividly aim at mission, propagation, edification, and spreading, but also is practised as a way of philanthropy, an universal value. Daesoonjinrihoe's social welfare program can be understood in this respect. This paper investigates on which idea Daesoonjinrihoe's social welfare program takes its basis, and examines the current situation and tasks of the social welfare program. Daesoonjinrihoe runs their social welfare program on the idea of 'Resolution of grievances for the mutual beneficence of all life[Haewonsangsaeng: 解冤相生]' and 'Boeunsangsaeng(報恩相生)'. Their program is concentrated on medical welfare, welfare for elderly people, and youth welfare. It is noteworthy that Daesoonjinrihoe's welfare program is not subsidized by government as much as those of other religious organizations. This paper looks into the tasks for Daesoonjinrihoe's social welfare program in terms of operational system and hardware, and suggests that we need to show interest in multicultural welfare systems and support it as Korean society is becoming a more multicultural society.

This study is a study on the recognition and policy direction of welfare service for the disabled. For this, it aims to draw implications about the policy direction of welfare service for the disabled using basic investigation of welfare for the disabled among $2^{nd}$, $3^{rd}$ community social welfare plans of Jeollanam-do. As study results, it was analysed that the demand of welfare service for the disabled is increasing from providing the past livelihood such as establishing the foundation for basic livelihood to customized welfare service such as supplying jobs for enhancing the quality of life of the disabled. That is judged to be caused by needs for human's basic rights according to economic development and improvement in income level, and it will be appropriate to set up the software-focused policy for the disabled individuals rather than to set up the hardware-focused policy like the past. Despite the implications like these, however, this study has limitation that its subject is restricted to D-gun, so henceforth it needs to draw more general conclusions through comprehensive research about more extensive regions.
