The anterior choroidal artery has several kinds of variations. Among them, the transposition of anterior choroidal artery and posterior communicating artery origins has been extremely rare. We report a case with cerebral aneurysm arising from posterior communicating artery which origin was distal to the anterior choroidal artery and review the relevant literature.

For the purpose of scientific evaluation of oriental medicine, statistical analyses of oriental medicine formularies have been attempted. Four hundred and sixty seven prescriptions in 'Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyon', the most popular formulary of oriental medicine in Korea, were analysed to obtain statistical characteristics on the prescription frequency and origin distribution of two hundred and ninety three herb drugs.

Recently, By the climatic change and increased resistance to antibiotics, diseases with atypical fever are increasing. FUO(Fever unknown origin) is defined' as fever persisting for $1{\sim}3weeks$ which origins are not found. through the reports of two clinical cases presenting FUO, I pretend to show the orient-medical and west-medical approachs to FUO.

Assume that V and W are topologically equivalent near the origin.

In this paper, a new proof of the following result is given: The product of the volumes of an origin-symmetric convex bodies K in $\mathbb{R}^2$ and of its polar body is minimal if and only if K is a parallelogram.

The 'Fault' has been common interests to the structural geologists, geotechnical engineers and civil engineers. The 'Fault' is very important factor to evaluate to the geotechnical stability. In this paper, geological origin and classification of faults with structural geological features are described. These geological characteristics of faults are useful to understand and detect of faults for engineering practice.

The origin of the 15 levator menti muscles were examined by dissection. The cadavers had been fixed in formalin. The following observations were made. Sixty-six per cent of the muscles examined originated on the crest of the bone of the residual ridge. Twenty per cent of the muscles originated between the crest of the residual ridge and the fornix of the Iabial vestibule.

For the purpose of external and internal morphological study on the origin of Folium, writing on herbolagy have been thoroughly reviewed. The object herb medicine(9 kinds) is Lophatheri Folium(Herba), Isatidis Folium, Eoriobotryae Folium, Mori Folium, Perillae Folium, Artemisiae argi Folium, Phyllostachys Folium, Clerodendri Folium, Biotae Folium(Cacumen). After this study, additional experimental verification is required as a matter of fact. As comparison materials, this thesis will be utilized.

We will construct polynomials of degree 6 in z and $\bar{z}$ on $C^2$ which gives, via its coefficient $\beta$ as a parameter, a family of pseudoconvex domains $\Omega_\beta$ in $C^2$ with the origin being a boundary point, and show that the domains $\Omega_\beta$ has no peak functions of class $c^1$ at the origin and has no holomorphic support functions for $1 \leq \beta < \frac{9}{5}$.
