  • The purposes of this research are to not only investigate the time-based and regional characteristics in process of development of rural tourism in China, but also explain the significances of rural tourism in China by economic-political significance and social-cultural significance. The characteristics and significances investigated throughout this research are as follows. First, the development of rural tourism in China can be divided by three stages: the first stage(1980-1990), the second stage(1990-2000), the third stage (2000 -). Second, the rural tourism in China has been mainly developed around the metropolitan city such as Beijing, Chengdu. But, they showed different characteristics in process of development of rural tourism. Third, rural tourism in China has been used in solving san-nong(三農) problems which are the most urgent issues in contemporary China and reducing the gaps of living standard between urban and rural area. Forth, rural tourism in China has contributed in satisfying the needs of travel and leisure caused by the improvement of living standard of people due to China's rapid economic growth. Last, it is suggested in this research that the legal and institutional systems be prepared to guarantee the benefits of farmers.

  • By using density functional theory calculations, we have performed a systemic study on the electronic structures and topological properties of interactions between N-butylpyridinium nitrate ($[BPY]^+[NO_3]^-$) and thiophene (TS), benzothiophene (BT), dibenzothiophene (DBT), naphthalene (NAP). The most stable structure of $[BPY]^+[NO_3]^-$ ion pair indicates that hydrogen bonding interactions between oxygen atoms on $[NO_3]^-$ anion and C2-H2 on pyridinium ring play a dominating role in the formation of ion pair. The occurrence of hydrogen bonding, ${\pi}{\cdots}$H-C, and ${\pi}{\cdots}{\pi}$ interactions between $[BPY]^+[NO_3]^-$ and TS, BT, DBT, NAP has been corroborated at the molecular level. But hydrogen bonding and ${\pi}{\cdots}{\pi}$ interactions between $[BPY]^+[NO_3]^-$ and NAP are weak in terms of structural properties and NBO, AIM analyses. DBT is prior to adsorption on N-butylpyridinium nitrate ionic liquid.

  • The world industry structure is characterized as service economics concerned with key words of global, information and culture. Developed countries have expanded a value-added of service economics along with rapid growth of service economics. In this change of economic environment in the world, China have converted their strategy of an economic management into coping with the industrial structure of service in the 11th 5-year plan. The purpose of the paper, therefore, is to find out the new commerce strategy of China, and searching for the counter plan of Korea. Chapter 2 begins with the change of economic strategy in China and their cultural factors using service industry. Chapter3 deals with, from the basis of chapter 2, China's service export strategy to abroad and our counter plan that is able to export and expand Korean service and culture industry into China.

  • China has experienced rapid economic growth and burgeoning trade since it began economic reforms and an opening policy. With this the amount of marine cargoes between Korea and China had been increased Recently this increasing rate of cargoes, the development of the Yellow Sea Sub-Region and the change of the Northeast Asian logistics network have acted as important factors of Korea's strategy to be the Northeast Asian logistics hub. This paper analyzes China's inland transport network to offer basic understanding on transport and logistics network in China. Therefore, the outcomes of this paper could be used as basic materials to further transport and logistics cooperation between China and Korea and to developing a more realistic plan to complete Korea's Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy.

  • Purpose - Currently, the foreign trade environment in China has shifted to a very different system. Korean enterprises have been forced to compete with Chinese enterprises in today's world market owing to the economic growth and technical improvement in China. Research design, data, and methodology - The author visited Korean export enterprises in Shanghai from January 5 to 12, 2014 to implement a questionnaire survey and conduct in-depth interviews with the local enterprises. The author investigated the Shenyang area using e-mail communication. For the questionnaire, one copy of the questionnaire was given to each business and to a staff member for each of the products when a company sold multiple products. Results - Selling cost advantage, efficiency of economic scale, and product differentiation had the most influence on Korean enterprises' export strategy to China. Additionally, entry barrier, product differentiation, and concentration all had an influence on Korean enterprise export strategy to China as well. Conclusion - Korean enterprises developed strategies for price priority, economies of scale, and product differentiation based on changes in the competitive structure in the Chinese market.

  • This thesis mainly studies the Commercial Mediation System in China and its Implications to Korea. Commercial mediation is an important dispute settlement method, however there are more studies on the issues of arbitration than the ones on mediation. Commercial mediation emerges From the tide of economic activity, needing an earnest research and to be developed. Business mediation law has been enacted in some nations like USA, but in Korea, there is no law in mediation field to follow. To set up business mediation law is necessary and urgent as well as feasible. This thesis first introduces the mediation of the general meaning including concept, makes a research concerning the sorts of the mediation, compares the effect of different kinds of mediation, and studies the current status of use of mediation in other countries. Than introduces current status of use of mediation in China, and examine mediation system in China. Through this studies, the writer no that there is almost equal problem in China comparing to Korea. So than examine how Chinese government make countermeasures to cover their problems, and give Korean government several implications that can learn from China.

  • This study reports on the Arbitration system in the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration commission (CIETAC) and the International Arbitration problems of Korea and China. The Chines laws including Arbitration laws are influenced by the civil Code system Particulary the German system. China is contracting state of the U N Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (1958 New York Convention), which became effective in the China April 22, 1987. International Commercial Arbitration is popular in China. CIETAC is the sole International Commercial Arbitration body in China. CIETAC has two sub-commissions, on is shen zhem S E Z and the other in shanghai. The CIETAC rules, are similar to the rules in effect in Countries using a civil Code system. Both an agreement to submit an existing dispute to Arbitration and an Arbitration clause in a contract relating to future disputes are recognizeal as valiad Arbitration agreements.
