e-AIRS, an abbreviation of ‘e-Aerospace Integrated Research System’, is a virtual organization designed to support the aerospace engineering processes in the e-Science environment. As the first step toward a virtual aerospace engineering organization, the e-AIRS intends to give a full support to aerodynamic research processes. Currently, the e-AIRS can handle both the computational and experimental aerodynamic researches on the e-Science infrastructure. In detail, users can conduct the full CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) research processes, request wind tunnel experiments, perform the comparative analysis between computational and experimental resultants and finally collaborate with other researchers using the web portal. The current paper will describe those functions and the internal architecture of the e-AIRS system.

The concept of SIL is applied in the most of all standards relating to functional system safety. However there are problems for the people to apply SIL to their plants. as these standards don't include sufficient informations. In this regards, this paper will suggest the direction of SIL application and concept based on IEC 61508 and IEC 61511. A Safety Integrity Level(SIL) is the discrete level(one out of possible fours), corresponding to a range of the probability of an E/E/PE (Electric/Electrical/Programmable Electrical) safety-related system satisfactorily performing the specific safety functions under all the stated conditions within a stated period of time. SIL can be divided into the target SIL(or required SIL) and the result SIL. The target SIL is determined by the risk analysis at the analysis phase of safety lifecycle and the result SIL is calculated during SIL verification at the realization phase of safety lifecycle. The target SIL is determined by the risk analysis like LOPA(Layer Of Protection Analysis), Risk Graph, Risk Matrix and the result SIL is calculated by HFT(Hardware Fault Tolerance), SFF(Safe Failure Fraction) and PFDavg(average Probability of dangerous Failure on Demand). SIL is applied to various areas such as process safety, machinery(road vehicles, railway application, rotating equipment, etc), nuclear sector which functional safety is applied. The functional safety is the part of the overall safety relating to the EUC and the EUC control system that depends on the correct functioning of the E/E/PE safety-related systems and other risk reduction measures. SIL is applied only to the functional safety of SIS(Safety Instrumented System) in safety. EUC is the abbreviation of Equipment Under Control and is the equipment, machinery, apparatus or plant used for manufacturing, process, transportation, medical or other activities.

ETFE is the abbreviation of Ethlene Tetra Fluoro Ethlene, a sort of colorless and transparent granules. The advantage of ETFE film has chemical resistance, anti-stick property, very lightly material. The thickness of ETFE film is used to from 50 ${\mu}m$ to 300 ${\mu}m$ and have superior ability of daylight transmission and elongation, while the strength is lower than of fabric membrane. The tensile strength of ETFE film changes from 40Mpa to 60Mpa and the tensile strain at break can get to about 300-400%. The mechanical characteristic test of ETFE film is described in this paper. The tensile strain at break, the tensile strength and the stress-strain curve are obtained from the test. And then it was analyzed stress-strain characteristic by temperature and mechanical characteristic by cycling load.

An approach method of the semiotics theory is analyzing fashion: the look is that a sign represents one character and the image is interpreted as the destination of the changes. The fashion image interpretation by semiotics is possible because the fashion phenomenon by society has been accumulated in their abbreviation code. It is not possible to produce contradictions of the human imagination coined solution. The myth relieved to people, allowanced a meaning in the world and explained it have been unable to explain and protect us. Today's role of the world myth becomes the star's future. Public resting star's fashion image analysis promote that we understand the inherent desire. Madonna probably is one of the world's most famous women. To Create Madonna's own mythology staged image in various attire reveals symbolism. In this study, Madonna's fashion images, the myth 8 analysis of semiotics represent publicity. Madonna's album jacket 8 analysis of the myth. The fit and the relationship between the star and myths closely is obvious. The Madonna fashion image investigate that so forth implied myth into duality of feminine, upset of gender roles, upset of sexual roles, object of worship. In addition to the creation of these myths are based on sensuality heterosexual fashion images, body-conscious look, lingerie look, Androgynous Look, Dominatrix Look in the fashion style of the images, fashion items made to body suit, bra top, black panties, black boots, long gloves, pink, red, gold, satin, and leather; the addition, there are exaggerated props and accessories. These use such as the human body building wave blond hair. This study through Madonna's fashion image, semiotics analysis is acquainted with suitable means of myth.

The purpose of this GWP project was two-fold:(1) to launch an organizational culture improvement for great workplace (2) to improve the perception of nursing personnel on communication and team work in a surgical nursing department of a teaching hospital in Seoul. Using one group pretest-posttest design, nursing personnel's perception on organizational culture related to communication and team work was evaluated. A 10-item, 5-point scale (1.5) survey was administered to 209 nursing personnel in January 2009 and again to 191 nursing personnel in October 2009. From January 2009, AMANNA team has taken activities focused on trust, pride, and fun. AMANNA is an abbreviation of Korean language, which means wonderful meeting and sharing in English. Monthly activities are as follows: choral concerts by nurse managers, welcome and farewell events, praising members for their services, explaining current circumstances, etc. Special activities are as follows: a New Year's greeting party, a spring picnic, beauty classes, a lecture on drug administration, cultural lectures using videos, and presentations of academic posters and another activity. The reliability of measurement was Cronbach's ${\alpha}$: 0.917(pretest), 0.954(posttest). Most nursing personnel's perception on organizational culture was improved (pretest mean=3.50 and posttest mean=3.78, p<.001). "A sense of belonging" showed the greatest improvement among the 10 items(3.18 vs. 3.56, p<.001). "Trust each other" showed the highest score (mean=3.98) in posttest. Frequency of participation and satisfaction showed a significant relationship(r=0.179, p=.021). We believe that this project has made a contribution towards a positive organizational culture. The keys to this initiative's preliminary success have been the leadership support and flexibility in implementing the interventions tailored to the hospital.

Objective : This experimental study was designed to investigate the effects of Mahwangbokhapbang2 (every abbreviation from now on MHBHB2) on obesity care where it is prescribed for high fat diet-induced mice. Also designed to find out effects of MHBHB2 on controlling th obesity clinically) Method : In order to investigate th obese inhibitory effects of MHBHB2, C57BL/6 mice were induced by high fat diet C57BL/6 mice were divided into four group(normal, high fat diet, high fat diet with reductil, high fat diet with MHBHB2 extract) and fed for 15weeks. Result : 1. Mahwangbokhapbang2(MHBHB2) decreased significantly the body weig-ht. 2. MHBHB2 decreased significantly the weight of adipocyte. 3. MHBHB2 decreased significantly the blood level of serum ALT, AST. 4. MHBHB2 decreased significantly the blood level of serum total cholester-l, LDL- cholesterol, friglyceride and NEFA(free fatty acid). 5. MHBHB2 decreased significantly the blood level of HDL-cholesterol. 6. MHBHB2 500mg/kg decreased significantly the blood level of Leptin. Conclusion : Based on these results, it is prove that MHBHB2 is effective on obesity care and has obese-inhibitory effects in obese-mouse induced by high fat diet. So it is espected that the clinical application of MHBHB2 can help the treatment of obesity.

Since the existed Korean Web IR systems generally use boolean system, it is difficult to retrieve the information to be wanted at one time. Also, because of the feature that web documents have the frequent abbreviation and many links, the keyword extraction using the inverted document frequency extracts the improper keywords for adding ambiguous meaning problem. Therefore, users must repeat the modification of the queries until they get the proper information. In this paper, we design and implement the relevance feedback agent system for resolving the above problems. The relevance feedback agent system extracts the proper information in response to user's preferred keywords and stores these keywords in preference DB table. When users retrieve this information later, the relevance feedback agent system will search it adding relevant keywords to user's queries. As a result of this method, the system can reduce the number of modification of user's queries and improve the efficiency of the IR system.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the types and meanings of calligraphy presented in modern fashion design. Calligraphy refers to beautiful handwriting or fine penmanship in the West, and handwriting with brushstrokes in the East. The expression patterns being used at present can be divided into three categories. Legible calligraphy is focused on readability more than embellishment. Decorative calligraphy places its importance on decoration at the expense of practicality. The third type, harmonious calligraphy, pursues decorativeness and legibility at the same time. Each of these types of calligraphy is expressed in modern fashion with its own purpose: calligraphy for conveying emotional messages, calligraphy as a special brand image, and calligraphy as an expression of formativeness. The first, calligraphy for conveying emotional messages, is used with characters that are familiar to the public. Calligraphy of this type delivers messages confined emotionally to the conscious world, harmonizing calligraphy with words, or expressing readability filled with purity and delight. Second, calligraphy as a special brand image refers to transmitting a distinctive brand image from other companies through employment of a design motive or pattern by expressing the brand logos or names of designers. Third, calligraphy as a expression of formativeness has the function of shaping expressions as motives or patterns, avoiding meanings of words or phrases. It can be represented by the abbreviation or modification of words, or arranging words in different shapes, harmonizing the words with the clothing construction and atmosphere of the other images.

Objective & Methods: In order to ascertain the names. locations. the way of getting acu-point and indications for moxibustion about Ko-Hwang(膏盲) and Go-Hwang-Su(膏盲兪). I have translated the text for Ko-Hwang(膏盲) and Go-Hwang-Su(膏盲兪) collected in several relative classical books. and performed literal investigation about it. Through the study, the following results are obtained. Results & Conclusions: 1. The two words Go(膏) and Hwang(盲) have different concepts each other originally. and Go-Hwang(膏盲) is the abbreviation of the words "Upon the Hwang(盲), Under the Go(膏)", which means "A gap of Heart and diaphragm" that is under the heart and on the diaphragm 2. Go-Hwang-Su(膏盲兪) is the acu-point which can treat the diseases located in the gap of Go(膏) and Hwang(盲), so they must not be named as Go-Hwang(膏盲) or Go-Hwang-Hyui(膏盲穴). 3. The origination of Go-Hwang-Su(膏盲兪) is speculated as the interval of Hwang-Bo-Mil(皇甫謐) and Son-Sa-Mak(孫思邈). And I think it had been created by Son-Sa-Mak(孫思邈) up to now. 4. The words "Four ribs and Three spaces(四肋三間)" those are founded in the text of The Entrance of Medicine(醫學入門) and The Great Success on Acupuncture and Moxibustion(針灸大成) are either the words those had been quoted from The Bible of Helping Life by Acupucture and Moxibustion(針灸資生經) in wrong way. or the misunderstanding of the original mind of Son-Sa-Mak(孫思邈) as being quoted in the text. So you should know it exactly as Son-Sa-Mak(孫思邈) had said. 5. When you search the acu-point Go-Hwang-Su(膏盲兪), you must pull the arms of patients forwardly to reveal the acu -point. because it is covered by the scapula in normal posture. 6. The indications for the use of Go-Hwang-Su(膏盲兪) are same as mentioned in this study. And it can grow the Yang-Gi(陽氣) more prosperous.

Clausal segmentation is the method that parses Korean sentences by segmenting one long sentence into several phrases according to the predicates. So far most of researches could be useful for literary sentences, but long sentences increase complexities of the syntax analysis. Thus this paper proposed Two-Level Clausal Segmentation using sense information which was designed and implemented to solve this problem. Analysis of clausal segmentation and understanding of word senses can reduce syntactic and semantic ambiguity. Clausal segmentation using Sense Information is necessary because there are structural ambiguity of sentences and a frequent abbreviation of auxiliary word in common sentences. Two-Level Clausal Segmentation System(TLCSS) consists of Complement Selection Process(CSP) and Noncomplement Expansion Process(NEP). CSP matches sentence elements to subcategorization dictionary and noun thesaurus. As a result of this step, we can find the complement and subcategorization pattern. Secondly, NEP is the method that uses syntactic property and the others methods for noncomplement increase of growth. As a result of this step, we acquire segmented sentences. We present a technique to estimate the precision of Two-Level Clausal Segmentation System, and shows a result of Clausal Segmentation with 25,000 manually sense tagged corpus constructed by ETRl-KONAN group. An Two-Level Clausal Segmentation System shows clausal segmentation precision of 91.8%.
