이 글은 용인 수지에 위치한 느티나무도서관의 아카이브에 대한 전반적 이해를 돕기 위해 쓰여졌다. 느티나무도서관은 2000년 개관 이후 지역 커뮤니티의 거점 역할을 해오고 있다. 대외적으로는 민간 도서관운동의 맥을 이어오고 있으며, 도서관문화 발전을 위해 2003년 느티나무도서관재단을 설립하여 여러 기관들과 협력사업을 펼치고 있다. 이렇듯 다양한 교류와 활동으로 느티나무도서관은 많은 자료들을 생산, 수집하게 되었고. 지금까지 모여진 생산 기록과 수집 기록들이 활용될 수 있도록 2013년 아카이브를 구축하였다. 이 글을 통해 느티나무도서관의 아카이브 조성 과정과 관리 현황에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

Modern biotechnological industries have been attempting to improve the efficiency of bacterial strain cultivation. Millimeter wave electromagnetic radiation can have a varied influence on E. coli cultivation processes. The results of the study revealed that when a microwave radiation of low intensity is applied to positively adjust the conditions for the accumulation of bacterial culture biomass, a significant role is played not only by radiation parameters, but also by concomitant biological factors, which influence the reproducibility of the cultivation process and help obtain a useful biotechnological effect. The authors suggest a model that can be used to study the molecular mechanisms underlying the changes in the buildup of E. coli biomass under the influence of electromagnetic radiation.

Since 1960, minimalism has been one of the fashion phenomenon and turned out in many different ways. After postmodernism which contains negotiation and pluralism, appeared in 1980, there was a new wave of post minimalism that inherited 1960's minimalism. Minimal style which come out of 60's fashion, is marked by simplicity, minimal expression, and monochrome color, and it shows up simple style with no decoration. It opened up a young fashion period, and we saw minimal style in sports wear which utilized simplicity and function with spread of sports in the 70's. And also since 1980, Post-Modern widely influenced the idea about modern culture as well as complicated clothes getting rid of fixed concept, seeking to break the boundary between culture and life which were seek in fashion and personality as well as various characteristic, Accordingly in different ages, The style and image were borrowed from different culture and natural environment mixing the image, cultural phenomena like these appearing in complexity and expression, variety and possibility of new vision was expanded. Since 1980, Fashion has become more gradually diversity, high classed, required of each individuality. The phenomenon of fashion reappearance which was influenced by minimalism is continued to 2000. The Oriental style fashion is still attracted, so The new term "Ethic Minimalism" has appeared along with the trends which is put together. Therefore the purpose of this study is to search the concept and the characteristics of ethnic minimalism, to consider the relationship between minimalism and ethnic minimalism, and reveal the characteristic of ethnic minimalism happened to modern fashion. The study method went through literature research and practice research. The range of this study is oriental fashion spanning of from 1960 to current day. Photo records from this period show well the spirit of the oriental and the personality of minimalism. The oriental representative designer and western representative designer are centered Consequently, The formative characteristics of ethnic minimalism are simple, pure, unbalanced free style and representing the phenomena of compromise, blending oriental and western fashion. Structually, Elements of space and plane are emphasized, colors are restricted, and materials are composed mainly of natural fiber. So, minimalism based on simplicity combined with a structure of oriental spiritual depth and space, It could be called ethnic minimalism as a rational fashion.

K-POP은 한류 열풍의 핵심적 역할을 하고 있으며 시간이 지날수록 인기가 높아지고 있다.K-POP에서 K-POP댄스는 대중의 관심과 지지도를 높이는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며, 빠르게 변화하는 시대에 따른 관객의 취향을 반영하고 있다. 더불어, 노래가사와 연상되는 포인트안무, 칼군무 등 다양하고 독창적인 안무형식을 지니고 있어 독자적으로도 위상을 드높일 충분한 가능성을 지닌다. 본 연구자는 K-POP댄스가 K-POP속에 포함되어 있는 요소가 아닌 독자성을 지니고 있음을 살펴보기 위해 K-POP댄스에 대한 관심사례를 다각적으로 살펴보고 K-POP댄스 존재의 의미를 다시 한번 규명해보고자 하였다.K-POP댄스는 다양한 사례로 대중매체를 통한 해외의 관심과 지지를 얻어 안무가의 인지도를 높이고 있다. 그리고 <커버댄스>를 통해 다양한인종과 연령의 통합을 만들어내었다. 또한 교육으로까지 확장되어 진행되고 있는 가운데 국가의 경제성장에도 지속적으로 도움을 주고 있다. 더불어, K-POP댄스와 함께 한국적 문화와 예절을 알리고 있다는 점에서 문화알리미 역할까지 수행하고 있다. 하지만 본 연구자는 향후 K-POP댄스의 지속적인 성장과 독자적 독립을 하기 위해서는 체계적인 교육자를 양성하기 위한 프로그램이 필요하며 그에 따른 K-POP댄스 교육자와 안무가의 노력이 필요함을 강조한다.

본 연구의 배경은 한류의 확산으로 주목되는 공연 콘텐츠 개발에 있어서 전통 소재가 중요하게 부각되고 있으며 창작과정에서 스토리텔링을 적용하는 것이 필요하다는 것이다. 이에 따라 판소리 발레극 '도깨바! 도깨바!'의 공연창작 과정에 스토리텔링을 도입함으로써 나타나는 차별화된 무대의상 디자인을 살펴보는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 안무가, 작가, 의상 디자이너가 작품 기획부터 작품 내용 창작까지 스토리텔링 과정에 공동으로 참여하였으며, 그 결과로 한국적 도깨비는 초월적인 힘을 가진 신적 존재이면서 동시에 인간이나 사물의 모습으로도 나타나는 일상적이고 친근한 존재로 정의되었다. 그리고 공동으로 창작한 시나리오에 따라서 디자인 된 무대 의상은 기존의 공연에서 뿔이나 장식으로 표현하던 '귀면와'나 '오니'를 연상시킬 수 있는 도깨비의 모습을 지양하고, 퓨전한복과 다양한 조형적인 장신구, 색채 대비를 통한 모던 창작 의상, 질감에 의한 간접적인 사물에 빙의한 도깨비 캐릭터 표현, 일상복 착장 등으로 인간화 된 도깨비를 표현함으로써 차별화하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 의의는 도깨비를 주제로 한 새로운 공연 콘텐츠 제작에 기여하고 무대의상 디자인의 다양한 방향성을 제안하는 것이다.

서울 송현동에 역사문화공원과 이건희 기증관이 조성될 예정이다. 송현동의 역사성은 조선 시대부터 현대까지 정치적 판도에 영향을 받은 시련의 땅으로 인식되었다. 하지만 장소성 분석은 역사적 맥락보다는 토지소유자와 용도 변화에 국한해서 다루어졌다. 그래서 본 연구는 현대문화지리학과 비교역사학 관점을 활용하여 송현동의 장소성이 문화 헤게모니에 따라 변화한 맥락을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 역사적 이행과정에서 나타나는 중화주의, 대항해, 시민혁명, 제국주의, 민족자결주의, 민족주의, 대중예술, 신자유주의 같은 범세계 차원의 문화 헤게모니는 송현동을 비롯한 북촌 일대에 새로운 지식인층을 만들어냈고, 사회제도와 공간정책에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 사회적 관계 속에서 송현동의 장소성은 다음과 같이 변화했다. 첫째, 송현의 소나무숲은 이상적인 유교 국가를 목표로 했던 조선 건국세력이 왕조의 영속을 기원하며 만든 비보숲이었고, 내사산의 지맥을 보호하는 사산금표제로 관리되었다. 세계적으로 대항해시대를 맞이한 조선 후기에는 연행이 늘며 청나라 문화를 향유하는 경화세족의 정원이 들어섰다. 일제 강점기에 인구가 급증하면서 주택단지개발로 소나무 숲과 정원은 사라졌지만, 인공적인 정원과 외부의 자연을 조화롭게 연결했던 차경의 경관적 미학은 현대적으로 재해석할 가치가 있다. 둘째, 세계의 근대화 물결은 북촌 일대에 신식학교를, 친일파 소유의 송현동에는 하숙집을 만들었다. 송현동 옆의 안국동천길은 시민혁명과 민족자결주의를 접한 사상가들이 교류했던 장소였고, 최대규모의 하숙집이었던 송현동은 학생들이 3.1운동에 참여하며 학생운동문화가 발아한 계기가 되었다. 안국동천길은 옛길의 모습이 보존되어 있어 광화문-북촌-인사동-돈화문로를 연결하는 역사 도심 보행 재생의 한 부분으로 의의를 지닌다. 셋째, 조선총독부의 문화 통치기부터 군사 정권기까지 송현동은 조선식산은행의 서구식 문화주택과 미국대사관 직원 숙소가 들어서며 서구문화의 통로였다. 주변 지역은 고미술과 현대미술이 공존하며 근현대 미술시장이 형성되었다. 이건희 기증관은 북촌한옥마을, 공예박물관, 현대미술관, 갤러리와 문화벨트를 이루며 시민의 공간으로 변모할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이같이 장소를 이루었던 숲과 정원, 시민탄생의 거리, 근·현대 미술의 진원지로서 의미가 새롭게 조성될 역사문화공원과 미술관 그리고 주변 보행 네트워크와 조화롭게 재창조될 수 있도록 담론과 도전이 필요하다.

캐나다음식시장은 아시아에서 시작된 한류의 영향으로 한국음식에 대한 관심과 소비가 괄목하게 늘고 있어 중요 소비시장으로서의 성장가능성과 함께 꼭 공략해야할 목표시장이라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 캐나다 내 한국음식을 세계화하는 초석이 마련되고 한국음식의 우수성과 개발가능성을 높이고자 하였다. 캐나다 정부에서는 자국의 인구 증가를 위해 강력한 이민 정책을 펼쳐오고 있다. 따라서 캐나다는 다양한 인종의 사람들과 음식문화가 뿌리를 내려 한국음식의 소비시장으로서 높은 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 한국음식의 국제경쟁력을 높이기 위한 기초연구로 캐나다의 한국음식을 인식하는 소비자들의 유형을 파악해보는 것이 우선 중요하다고 할 수 있다. Q방법론을 통하여 캐나다 응답자의 주관성을 이용해 한국음식에 대한 중요한 차원, 목표 시장의 특성, 한국음식을 소비하는 캐나다 대학생의 특성을 밝히고자 한다. 한국음식에 대한 캐나다 대학생 유형의 세 가지 범주(실용적인 트렌드 타입, 전통 문화 추구 타입, 초심자 타입)를 발견하고 한국음식의 객관적인 특성보다는 캐나다 대학생들의 한국음식에 대한 주관적인 특성을 밝히고 포지셔닝 전략을 위한 기초를 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose - In terms of human resource management, many Korean enterprises in China have experienced problems such as frequent resignations of Chinese employees and labor disputes. This can be mainly attributed to the fact that Chinese employees are not consistent with Korean vertical management methods, which is closely related to the national culture theory proposed by Hofstede, specifically the dimension of power distance and long- versus short-term orientation (LTO). Therefore, this research aims to investigate cultural differences between Korea and China from these two dimensions, and the impact on the human resource management of Korean-invested enterprises in China. Design/methodology - This research first utilizes the latest data (Wave 7) of the World Values Survey (WVS) to verify the difference in power distance and long- versus short-term orientation between Korean and Chinese cultures using responses from Korea and China, and then uses case analysis to analyze the impact of this cultural difference on the human resource management of Korean enterprises in China. Findings - Our main findings can be summarized as follows. Korea and China have significant differences in power distance and long- versus short-term orientation. In terms of power distance, Korean respondents show higher power distance compared to Chinese respondents. In the dimension of long- versus short-term orientation, it was found that Chinese respondents showed a shorter-term orientation, whereas Korean respondents showed a longer-term orientation. Originality/value - Previous studies put focus on the power distance and individualism-collectivism dimensions to explain cultural differences between Korea and China, and generated contradictory results. This research further confirms the cultural differences between Korea and China from the dimensions of power distance and long-versus short-term orientation using secondary data. The comparative studies from this perspective have long been underexplored and lack empirical confirmation.

The decade of the 1960s in Korea is normally regarded as a transitional period, but this transition has been consistently viewed in either economic or political terms. In this paper I examine the 1960s and the 1970s as a period of cultural transition―from a neo-Confucian emphasis on "high" art to a broader, more inclusive acceptance of "popular" forms of cultural expression. Although these two realms of cultural production are often viewed as fundamentally antithetical, I argue that there is actually significant continuity in terms of both artistic expression and cultural engagement. In particular, I look at the trajectories of Korean national literature and cinema and their areas of confluence. I examine the career of Kim $S{\breve{u}ng-ok$, who in the 1960s was the preeminent literary voice of a new generation and who in the 1970s was the screenwriter for some of the most popular films of that era, and I show how Kim's career changes track parallel changes in both literature and cinema. Artistically, Kim continued his literary expressions of a new sensibility in his screenplays, bringing to cinema a new infusion of seriousness and respectability. Culturally, Kim continued his explorations of the ways in which rapid changes in Korean politics and the booming economy led to miscommunication and chaos in society. By consistently exploring processes of national identity formation and re-formation, Kim's 1960s literature can be seen as crucial instances of Korean national literature (minjok munhak). In the same manner, Kim's 1970s screenplays can be seen as foundational moments in a Korean national cinema.

The purpose of this study was to research into TV makeup types focusing on Korean aesthetics with recognizing importance of Korean thought amid what the global interest pays attention to South Korea thanks to the recent influence of Hanryu(Korean wave). The following are summary and result of this study. The non-dual beauty is an integrative concept of including ambivalence on the categorical difference in sex, culture and class by transcending the extreme binary division. As this is what reflected the open thought of pursuing balance of yin and yang in Korean people, it is being shown in the form of transcendence and far-outness through TV entertainment programs. Transcendence coexisted with maintaining relative relationship beyond separation in sex. Far-outness was pursuing free sensitivity immanent in the non-separated thought of transcending the past, the present and future. This trend is being indicated similarly to a change in its paradigm from separation to convergence these days. Accordingly, even makeup was showing similarity to the recent trend with being paid attention to the makeup of focusing on identity in sex and to the makeup of being coexisted the past, the present and future with the aspect of being mixed space time. The Korean aesthetics has been feeble in its influence compared to the Oriental image of focusing on China and Japan in the meantime. Hence, this study can be said to have significance in a sense of being the first consideration that compared TV makeup types of focusing on Korean aesthetics and suggested its developmental direction.
