  • It is more necessary to consider the various factors for developmenting visible PV module of alternative window than traditional PV module. It must have sufficient performance which is Tvis, daylighting, daylight factor, glare index. so that more needs to consider suitable plan and total evaluated technology. Under the this background. For using commonly a combination BIPV module system and Daylinghting that can alternative architectural window, our goal on this study is drawing proper window area ratio as the window by analyzing lighting performance and glare index depending on transmittance of DSSC. On this study, we drew the result about window area ratio that can apply in the building when applying DSSC in the window. In situation that window is alternated as curtain wall in atrium that has big Widow area, if applying red 15.8% DSSC of low transmittance, it is expect to proper because it is suitable illumination standard and doesn't occur a discomfort glare. In case of office, we propose to apply red 33.2% or blue 35.2% DSSC of high transmittance for no affecting lighting load. we expect to contribute to select proper and effective window when applying the window in the building by drawing the window area ratio that can apply in thee building depending on transmittance of DSSC and offering the glare index data.

전통 초가의 현대적 적용 사례에 관한 연구 -식음료 판매 공간의 실내구성요소를 중심으로- (A Study on the Modern Adaptation of Traditional Thatched Roof House -Special Reference to Interior Elements of Restaurants and Cafes-)

  • The Purpose of this study was to investigate actual condition about the modem adaptation of interior elements(floor, wall, ceiling, door & window) in traditional thatched roof house. The examined objects were interior space of 36 restaurants and cafes in Seoul and Kyung-Ki Do area. 1. Floor: Jang-pan was mostly alternated with linoleum which huts Jang-pan pattem. Wumul-maru was adapted from the original and Jang-maru was alternated with wood or linolium which has western state Jang-maru pattern. Mud was adapted from the original or alternated with slate stone or rough finish cement. 2. Wall: Rice proper was alternated with rice paper book witch has chinese character, paper for parcels or modem wall paper. Plaster-white paint or white handy coat. Mud-mud color paint or bamboo stick witch located in the mud wall orginal. Log-half cut log. Wooden board-without cross bar or irregular form. 3. Ceiling: Yondung-Chongang was mostly adapted from the original and Banja-Chonjang was alternated with rice paper book which has Chinese character or modem wall paper. 4. Door and Window: Ttisal-mun and Panjang-mun were adapted from the original. Wan and A’character door and window were simplified character itself.

Flexible Window 기법을 이용한 위치 예측 알고리즘 설계 (Design of a User Location Prediction Algorithm Using the Flexible Window Scheme)

  • 인과 관계에 대한 직관적인 개념으로 Bayesian Networks 알고리즘이나 트리 구조 추측 알고리즘 그리고 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하여 다양한 구조의 상황을 예측을 하게 된다. 하지만 이런 예측 알고리즘들을 상황인지 서비스 구현에 적용하기에는 실제 구현의 어려움과 실시간 환경에서 트레이닝 데이터 처리에서 오는 시간 지연 문제 등이 발생하게 된다. 이 때문에 특정 목적의 상황인지 시스템에서 이 알고리즘들이 어느 정도의 예측 정확도와 신뢰도를 가지고 상황 정보에 부합하는지 미지수이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 예측 알고리즘과는 다른 접근 방식을 통해, 사용자의 습관이나 행동양식을 데이터베이스로 만들어 이를 고려함으로써 상황인지 시스템의 상황 정보와 부합되는 Flexible Window 기법을 이용한 위치 예측 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 Flexible Window 기법을 이용한 위치 예측 알고리즘은 동일한 실험 조건 아래, Fixed Window 기법을 이용한 위치 예측 알고리즘보다 평균적으로 5.10% 더 우수한 성능을 보인다. 이 방식은 기하급수적으로 늘어나는 상황 정보를 감안했을 때 알고리즘 수행 시 처리 시간의 감소와 예측 정확도를 향상 시킬 수 있다.

조선 후기 궁궐의 일본 건축 요소 적용과 확산 (Application and Spread of Japanese Architectural Elements in Palaces of the Late Joseon Dynasty)

  • Based on the experience of building 'Waegwan(倭館)' in Busan, Japanese paper wallpapering, the use of square rafters, and the installation of sliding windows were used in the construction of Joseon palaces from the 17th century onwards. Elements that could be applied through observation alone were applied first, and sliding windows that required precise skill acquisition were installed later. 'Yeongchang(影窓)', which refers to a sliding window that brightens an interior, has spread rapidly, and its types and structures have also become more diverse. Gradually, 'Yeongchang' came to refer only to additional windows installed by attaching grooves to the lintel of existing casement windows. The sliding window that is installed independently and acts as an interior partition was renamed 'Chujangja(推障子)'. Japanese architectural elements such as 'Yeongchang' and 'Chujangja' have become an element of traditional Korean architecture.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate expression characteristics of korean traditionality in restaurants & Ccfes which adapted thatched roof & shingle-roofed house. As a method of this study, a case study was made to investigate for exterior and interior elements(roof type, facade, floor, wall, ceiling, door & window) of 12 restaurants & cafes in Seoul and Kyunggi Province from June 10, 2013 to December 1, 2013. The results of this study were as follows: First, traditional transformation was mostly used among the traditional expression methods. But, there was not many traditional reinterpretation method. Second, looking at each component, traditional reproduction method mostly used for roof, column and ceiling to emphasize facade. Traditional transformation method can be divided into 3 ways in detail. The first method is mixing materials of modern and traditional, and the second one is transforming traditional material and combining this with modern one. The third is removing traditional material completely and transforming totally into modern materials. Third, traditional high quality noble houses are found in luxurious Korean restaurants and luxurious cafes while common houses are found in local food restaurant and cafes. It is because traditional common houses are still considered as low quality of design and it may prevent common houses from becoming high quality of design.

  • The aim of this study is to discover the possibility as the shading systems, and to analyze daylight distribution and characteristic of light on the Korean traditional paper. Korean traditional paper has a good efficiency to diffuse the light and is less glare than Roller Shade fabric. In the president office buildings and apartment houses, daylight characteristic of Korean traditional paper windows could be used as a preliminary data to develop a window system which makes greatest performance of daylight.

An Efficient Transport Protocol for Ad Hoc Networks: An End-to-End Freeze TCP with Timestamps

  • In ad hoc networks, loss-based congestion window progression by the traditional means of duplicate ACKs and timeouts causes high network buffer utilization due to large bursts of data, thereby degrading network bandwidth utilization. Moreover, network-oriented feedbacks to handle route disconnection events may impair packet forwarding capability by adding to MAC layer congestion and also dissipate considerable network resources at reluctant intermediate nodes. Here, we propose a new TCP scheme that does not require the participation of intermediate nodes. It is a purely end-to-end scheme using TCP timestamps to deduce link conditions. It also eliminates spurious reductions of the transmission window in cases of timeouts and fast retransmits. The scheme incorporates a receiver-oriented rate controller (rater), and a congestion window delimiter for the 802.11 MAC protocol. In addition, the transient nature of medium availability due to medium contention during the connection time is addressed by a freezing timer (freezer) at the receiver, which freezes the sender whenever heavy contention is perceived. Finally, the sender-end is modified to comply with the receiver-end enhancements, as an optional deployment. Simulation studies show that our modification of TCP for ad hoc networks offers outstanding performance in terms of goodput, as well as throughput.

호텔 로비공간에서의 전통성 표현에 관한 연구-국내.외 특급호텔 사례분석을 중심으로- (A Study on the Traditional Expressions in Hotel Lobby Space Interior Design-Focused on Special Grade Hotels-)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the element and method of traditional expression appeared in hotel lobby spaces, and present the direction of traditional expression applicable to the domestic hotel lobby space. Therefore, this study analyzed traditional expression according to its element and method taken out from the prior researches related to it. Specifically, the element of traditional expressions divided into the element of space organization, the element of structure (bottom, wall, ceiling, window, door and pillar), and the element of decorative design(furniture, illumination, artistic ornament, color, and material). The method of traditional expressions divided into the method of prototype reappearance, prototype transformation, reinterpretation, and abstract. The target of analysis has been 27 hotels designed since 1970s. and described as expressed traditionality in architecture-technical journals and books in the inside and outside of the country. considering these results, it seems that the traditional expressions using more various elements and more various element and methods have to used in domestic hotels. Specifically, when expressing traditionality in the lobby space of domestic hotel, it is important to decided the method expressing traditionality at first, and the traditional expressions using the element of space organization, structure, decorative design, and so based on the method expression traditionality was fulfilled with coordination.

지역전통문화자원의 지역 협력을 통한 콘텐츠 창구효과 강화를 위한 연구 -'남도 르네상스' 콘텐츠와 연계 협력을 중심으로 (A Study on Strengthening the Window Effect of Content through Regional Cooperation of Local Traditional Cultural Resources - Focusing on cooperation with 'Namdo Renaissance' content)

  • 지역의 전통문화자원은 독특한 문화적 특성을 가지고 있어 차별화 가능성이 높은 콘텐츠 자원이다. 따라서 지역 문화자원을 콘텐츠로 개발하면 경제적 가치 창출과 함께 지역을 상징하는 브랜드로 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전남 지역의 전통문화자원을 활용하여 콘텐츠 소재로 활용하고 전남도에서 추진하는 '남도 르네상스' 사업 콘텐츠와의 연계성을 강화하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 전남 시군의 자원 요소와 분석을 통해 지역 간 협업을 위해 콘텐츠 연관성을 갖는 지역으로 7개 권역을 제안한다. 권역별 상징성을 갖는 스토리를 발굴하고 체계화 할 수 있도록 "스토리 사랑방'을 제안한다. 개발된 이야기 자원을 실감미디어 제작 기술과 가상현실 플랫폼 등을 통해 체험형 콘텐츠로 개발하고 관광 콘텐츠로 확장하여 콘텐츠 창구효과로 확대한다. 이를 통해 상대적으로 콘텐츠 사업화 기반이 취약한 시군의 콘텐츠 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다. 또한 지역 간 협력 거버넌스 확대로 공동 콘텐츠 개발 기회를 높이고 관광 콘텐츠로 활용성을 높여 지역경제 발전과 관련 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있다.

베이징지역 레스토랑 공간구성요소에 나타난 중국 전통성 표현 특성 연구 (The Characteristics of Chinese Traditionality Expression in View of Spatial Elements at Restaurants in Beijing Area)

  • The objectives of this study is to analyze the characteristics of Chinese traditionality expression at restaurants in Beijing area. 12 restaurants were selected and visited for the investigation research. The results were as follows. First, traditional reproduction was found mainly manifested through the reproduction of traditional ornaments, in particular, the facade and interior element ornaments. Second, Traditional transformation was mainly manifested in replacement material while changing the shape slightly, or to stretch or shorten prototype shape and other negative deformation methods which did not largely out of the scope of traditional reproduction. Third, Traditional reinterpretation was expressed by abstract, symbol or metaphor on designs, usually people can not directly recognize the traditional archetype. When compare with traditional reproduction or traditional transformation, traditional reinterpretation was relatively fewer, however, in this study the traditional reinterpretation and traditional transformation have same numerical result. Reinterpretation as a positive performance method of traditional modernized, it was encouraging the phenomenon, especially in the ceiling design. Chinese traditional cloud patterns have been three-dimensional and diversification of use. And in the wall design, traditional elements have been extremely simplistic or adopted a wide variety of traditional elements, it may be preferred in diversity. In addition, furniture was tinge traditional elements in modern form, lighting was added symbolize color or picture on the traditional lighting which shape was simplified to emphasize space's traditional. But the facade, sign board, floor, and window element seems the range of variation was not wild, promote more use the positive traditional reinterpretation method.
