This study was preformed to analyze the effect of ISO 26000(Global Standard on Social Responsibility(SR)) establishment and implementation on Korean Industries, and to take proper responsive measures as the results. ISO 26000 Global Standard was begun to prepare the establishment from 2003, and now being ended to be implemented as the effective SR Global Standard. If the ISO 26000 is published, almost countries must prepare the suitable process to implement its contents. But, many organizations involving the government and the enterprises in Korea have not the complete informations and knowledges about the ISO 26000 Global Standard and the implementation processes. This is serious problem. So, this study was aimed and performed to cope with this problem. In this study, the effect analysis of the establishment ISO 26000 Global Standard on Korean Economy and the industries will be performed, and the effective measures to prepare for its implementation will be taken. Especially the measures of the individual company to this situation will be discussed.

정부에서는 건설기술관리법 개정을 통해 국내 시방서의 위계를 표준시방서, 전문시방서, 공사시방서로 정하였고, 설계도서 작성시 기존의 '특별(특기)시방서'에 여러 표준시방서 등을 첨부하여 사용하던 것에서 탈피하여, 표준시방서, 전문시방서 등의 해당 내용을 발췌, 수정, 보완하여 '공사시방서'를 작성하도록 하였다. 그러나 아직도 공사시방서의 수준은 이전의 특별(특기)시방서의 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 상황에서 공사시방서 수준을 향상시키기 위하여 시방서(표준 전문공사)운영체계 개선방안 및 시방서(표준$\cdot$전문$\cdot$공사)의 일반적인 작성방법 개선방안 ,총칙 작성방법 개선방안 등을 제시하였다.

이 논문은 사업체-근로자 연결패널 자료(establishment-worker matched panel data)를 이용하여 정규직과 비정규직의 임금 격차를 추정한다. 사업체-근로자 연결패널 자료의 특성을 활용하면 관찰되지 않는 근로자 특성과 사업체 특성 모두를 통제한 임금격차의 추정이 가능하다. 연결 자료의 구조를 반영한 고정효과 모형(fixed effect model)의 추정 결과에 의하면 정규직과 비정규직 사이의 임금 격차를 6.5~8.4%이다. 이는 OLS로 추정된 임금격차의 30~40% 수준이다. 따라서 횡단면 분석에서 발견되는 정규직과 비정규직의 임금격차의 상당 부분은 근로자와 사업체의 관찰되지 않은 특성에 의해 설명될 수 있다.

To establish the fundament for EBM of Traditional Korean Medicine, the papers on Samul-tang which was frequently used in medical institutions of Traditional Korean Medicine were analyzed through researching domestic and international literatures. The papers were classified by the registration of domestic or international journals, by the year of publishment, by experimental methods, by laboratory animals used in biological experiment and by the kinds of studies on biological efficacy. Of total 67 papers on Samul-tang, 58 volumes were registered in domestic journals and 9 volumes were in international journals of which 8 volumes were in SCI journals. Since 1978, publishments of papers have continuously increased. The papers on instrumental analyses were 6, biological studies were 58 volumes, clinical studies were 3. Instrumental analyses were preceeded with standard compounds(gallic acid, albiflorin, paeoniflorin, benzoic acid, ferulic acid, 5-HMF). And biological studies showed improvement of cardiovascular function and circulation, antianemia, brain protection, immunoregulation, antistress, radioprotection, antifatigue, antiinflammation and antiallergy, antioxidative effect. Through clinical studies, antifatigue, improvement of insomnia and osteoporosis were reported. Samul-tang could be used to tonify and activate blood. And further study on clinical field need to be conducted in accordance with biological study.

We are developing meander-shaped metallic magnetic calorimeters using micro-fabrication methods. A planar Nb coil in a meander shape was fabricated on a Si substrate. The coil was designed to have a persistent current using a metal heater evaporated on a part of the coil. A paramagnetic sensor, $5{\mu}m$ thick Au:Er foil, was glued on top of the meander structure with epoxy. The magnetization and heat capacity were measured at different temperatures, and applied field currents matched well with expected values. The detector showed an energy resolution of 4 keV FWHM for the 5.5 MeV alpha particles.

It is not possible to exchange parametric information of CAD models based on the current version of STEP (Standard for the Exchange of Product model data). The designer intents are lost during the transfer of CAD models. To resolve this problem, the macro-parametric approach had been proposed. To enable this approach, a set of standard modeling commands has been defined. Errors or missing elements of the standard modeling commands can be discovered by implementing macro-parametric translators. But there is a limit to discover problems only by using translators. This paper proposes a method to verify the standard modeling commands by implementing a geometric modeler. First, each argument of a modeling command is verified. Second, the set of the standard modeling commands is applied to geometric modeling of commercially available product parts. For the geometric modeling, nine test models have been selected.

As the Korea construction market has recent3y opened, the needs to restructure the design standard for the technical advancement in design is increasing. Therefore, we proposed the design standard of railway according to the direction, which is presented in this study that analyze the present situation of the previous design standard. The new design standard of railway was tried to definite a limit in each service stage. This design standard will improve the design quality and induce the accumulation of technology. In addition, it will solve the organic contradiction of construction service. As a result, this research will bring the improvement in the design standard and contribute to the development of Korea construction industry.

Objective : We designed this study to analyse the anti-cancer effects of materials of green vegetable juice by using the natural standard methodology and apply the results to new studying and evaluating methods. Methods : We investigated the main stream of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), the methodology of natural standard, guideline in CAM, and concrete 15 green vegetable juice in cancer therapy. Results : There are 15 graded materials of green vegetable juice that associated with cancer in natural standard contents. Most of them get grade C, unclear or conflicting scientific evidence. Conclusion : Natural Standard aims to provide high-quality, reliable information about CAM therapies to clinicians, patients, and healthcare institutions. We have to acquire more reliable evidence in future.

To solve the problem of low inter-operability of systems and low reusability caused by not being standardized and common-shared development foundation between software developers, the government has proposed e-Government(eGov) standard framework. However, the development method based on eGov standard framework is not easy to learn and to use fluently, because it is so dissimilar the existing traditional development method. In this paper, we propose an approach for developing web applications by reusing common components of eGov standard framework, and describe about the case study of developing Can_Pro(Computer Aided Nutritional analysis program for Professionals) based on eGov standard framework. Consequently, we show improvement in productivity and reduction budget through reusability of common components and eGov standard framework.

Methods : The papers were classified by the year of publishment, by experimental methods, by laboratory animals used in biological experiment and by the kinds of studies on biological efficacy. Results : Of total 39 papers were registered in domestic journals. Since 1980, publishments of papers have continuously increased. The papers on biological studies were 34 volumes, clinical studies were 5 volumes. Biological studies mainly showed the effects of anti-stress, anti-oxidant, hemostasis, anti-osteoporosis, gastroprotection, reproductive ability, brain cell activity, radioprotection. And clinical studies showed improvements of fearful throbbing, memory and orientation, insomnia, vericose vein, schizophrenia. Conclusions : Guibi-tang(Guipitang) could be used to fortify the spleen, nourish the heart and then control the blood. However biological studies need to be conducted in accordance with clinical study and further clinical studies on randomized controlled trials should be proceeded.
