  • Signet ring cell carcinoma is a rare type of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix. To the best of our knowledge, there is no report on cytologlc findings of primary signet ring cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix in the literature. Recently, we experienced two cases of signet ring cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix. The finding of characteristic signet ring cells on cervicovaginal smear led to the diagnosis of signet ring cell carcinoma. However, primary signet ring cell carcinoma could not be cytologically distinguished from more common metastatic tumor. Therefore, diagnosis rests upon the recognition of signet ring cells and the absence of signet ring cell carcinoma elsewhere.

  • The intradural lumbar disc herniation which was first described by Dandy in 1942 is unusual. The pathogenesis is obscure and preoperative diagnosis is not easy. The patient usually have more severe neurologic deficits than those found in the much more common extradural disc herniations. We experienced two cases of the intradural lumbar disc herniation who had previous disc operations and the symptoms and neurologic signs were improved after removal of the intradural sequestration of disc fragments.

But, some medical parts have gone into red ink because the medical fee has been different with each item. So, that medical parts have been experienced the medical specialist shortage. And some hospitals have been interested in high-priced medical services to cover their deficit. Moreover, most medical doctors don't need to use low-priced medicine undergo these circumstance, domestic small and medium pharmaceutical company has been going into bankruptcy and the dependence on foreign drug company has been rising. If these abnormal medical service keep to patience, people will get more burden of medical fee cause 9 casual loop work very complicated. In other words, present medical fee regulation were made by some politicians who had plain thinking. In an empirical study, data was taken from 244 adults living in Seoul and Daejeon with the conceptually founded medical service scale. Results : Results of empirical study showed reliability and validity of the medical service scale. Internal consistency coefficient showed high score of .97 and, in accordance with the conceptual study, "medical treatment factor", "appearance factor", "personal factor", "trust factor" and "dissatisfaction factor" were extracted from the data as the five main factors. • The aim of this study was to analyze the research trends in articles published in the Korean Journal of Medical Education (KJME) and Korean Medical Education Review (KMER) using keyword network analysis. The analyses included 507 papers from 2010 to 2019 published in KJME and KMER. First, keyword frequency analysis showed that the research topics that appeared in both journals were "medical student," "curriculum," "clinical clerkship," and "undergraduate medical education." Second, centrality analysis of a network map of the keywords identified "curriculum" and "medical student" as highly important research topics in both journals. Third, a cluster analysis of 20 core keywords in KMER identified research clusters related to academic motivation, achievement, educational measurement, medical competence, and clinical practice (centered on "learning," while in KJME, clusters were related to educational method and program evaluation, medical competence, and clinical practice (centered on "teaching"). In conclusion, future medical education research needs to expand to encompass other research areas, such as educational methods, student evaluations, the educational environment, student counseling, and curriculum.
