This article aims at bibliographical analysis of the . The summary of this study is as follows: 1) Through the investigation of the related historical records. The author was found as No YiJeom who lived in Kongju at the King JeongJo period. 2) was written about the same traveling of China at same time with Park JeeWon's (YeolHaIlki>. The format of this materials was recorded everyday from leaving to arriving in Hanyang. 3) The result of comparison these two writings, the was described better on the view of traditional Confucianism more than the . 4) According to the study, is a new material to provide in the Korean Studies as Korean literature, history, bibliography etc.

Buddist Medicine has greatly influenced Chinese medicine, a medicine centered around East Asian traditional medicine. Buddhist medicine, however, was replaced when Chinese medicine became centered around Confucianism in the 12th century. According to "Tianjinyaofang" a document of the 8th century, however, traces of Buddhist medicine can be found. This study has found and organized the traces of Buddhist medicine in both Korean and Chinese medicine today.

This research made an alternative plan about tour experience program development utilizable cooking peculiar of an Andong locality. First currently Andong region have an Andong bass fishing great meeting, an Andong international mask dance, an Andong apple expo, an Andong Korean beef miss choice meeting, an Andong Hahoe folk village dabbling in water festival, but Andong didn't have about food festival. This region will mask a planning about food festival after this. Second, an Andong have a rich tradition of confucianism and buddhism. For example, there are Bongieong temple and Dosan private school. Therefore it is necessary tour experience program development can join of food and culture. Third, in term original locality of mask dance, we can tour experience development program out of the traditional food festival and mask dance performance. Fourth, Andong have a traditional food (a bluff memorial service rice, Andong fermenting rice, Gunjin noodle) and a traditional Korean-style house(sueding, chirye artists). It is necessary the development of board and loading experience program.

Mokpan-dangkogit was one pattern of collars normally attached to female clothing in Lee Dynasty and it was very rare that a collar of Mokpan-dangkogit was found in male clothing particularly under the Confucianism-dominated society. The detailed procedures of the study are as follows: To summarize a systematic classification on collar of Lee Dynasty along with characteristics of each collar in literature review; To exam various types of Mokpan-dangkogit found in male clothing in the era of Lee Dynasty through relics of the past; and To analyze a period of time which Mokpan-dangkogit first appeared in the process of clothing history of Lee Dynasty and those who wore it. In conclusion, a relationship between female Mokpan-dangkogit and male counterpart was discussed.

The purpose of this study is to find out the symbolic meaning of interior color a the chosun dynasty's upper class houses, and to review it from a point of view of the Western coloring harmony theory. from this study, the Oriental philosophy, the ideas of Confucianism, and the ethnic traits influenced the interior color of the Chosun Dynasty's upper class houses like an-bang or sarang-bang. The results indicated that main color, auxiliary color, accent color were harmonized with similar harmony by hue and with contrast harmony by value and chroma. Therefore, interior color image of Korean traditional houses should be applied to the various design field as well as modern interior desigv.

The purpose of this paper is to de31 with the sorts, significances and characteristics of the devices embroiderered on the ritual dreses(hwarot), skirts and embroidered-cushions among the relics of Princess Bok-On(A.D. $1818{\sim}1834$), the second daughter of King Soon-Jo(A.D. $1790{\sim}1834$) in the Yi Dynasty. Her ritual dresses(hwarot)adopt the devices of Buddhism style, Taoism one, Chinese one and Korean one together in mixture, and have no letter-devices in embroidering treasure-devices. Her skirts have the ornament signifying the Orientalism, and express the spiritual world symbolically and artistically. Her embroidered-cushions make harmonization of Confucianism and Buddhism on the splendid base-cloth, and create a unique art style of Korea.

안계복과 한성미(2003)는 한국 전통공간 가운데 비교적 잘 보존되어 있는 곳을 중심으로, 해 학적 요소와 의미에 대해 사례 중심적으로 분석하였다. 본 논문에서는 한국 해학에 관한 기존 연구들을 검토하는 문헌고찰과 한국전통 유머의 특성에 대하여 고찰하였으며, 또한 전편의 사례연구에서 조사된 사례들을 유형화하여 그 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 해학은 우리 민족이 지닌, 여유를 바탕으로 한 독특한 정서이며 이러한 해학성은 전통 예술이나 문학에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있다. 그러나 조경분야에서 이 한국의 해학성에 대한 연구는 아직까지 없었으며, 해학이 반영된 현대전통조경 설계사례도 찾아보기 어렵다. 한국 전통 공간에 나타난 해학은 서양의 그것과는 달리 간접적, 은유적이다. 이러한 해학은 삶의 지혜요 웃음이요 화해이다. 한편, 디자인으로서의 해학은 공간에 친근감을 부여함으로써 특정 공간의 경직성을 완화하고, 독특한 공간감을 조성하며, 보는 이들을 끌어들이는 매력을 지닌다. 이러한 공간적 특성을 현대에도 계승해 나아가는 것이 중요할 것이다. 이번 논문에서 분석하지 못한 공간 구조적 특징, 설계원칙 등은 추후 과제로 돌린다.

The present study has investigated and explored the role of Sungkyunkwan during the Joseon Dynasty and implications for modern education in South Korea using numerous literature dataset, such as google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science. Sungkyunkwan had a significant role in the Joseon dynasty's academic, social and political life. They were known as Sungkyunkwan scholars and were the elite group with a significant controlling influence over the governmental structure. In addition, they influenced policy-making, judiciary, and culture preservation through their understanding and application of Confucianism. More specifically, the Sungkyunkwan graduates were appointed to serve in many administrative capacities in Hanyang and other city provinces, spreading the culture and beliefs of Sungkyunkwan throughout the kingdom. According to the prior study, South Korea faces the issues of modernity; however, the approaches brought by Sungkyunkwan and the concept of education that was adopted still have their relevance. Education in modern Korean society is closely connected with scholars; schools and universities are built to cultivate brilliant individuals with solid morals and values for society. The spirit of Sungkyunkwan, which is about diligence, perseverance, and ethical conduct, is still rooted in the Korean educational system.

The burial culture has prevailed in our county because of the effect of Confucianism. First of all, tombs've had an negative effect on the vista of national land and caused an ineffective use of national land recently. for this reason, the systematic management of the toms is necessary The purpose of this project is to identify tombs' geographical coordinates from orthoimage and to analysis algorithms for extracting tombs on the satellite image. We've used IKONOS image for those purpose, because it's very similar to KOMPSAT-2 image's characteristics which will be launched near future. and, It will make the best use of tombs management of each local government.

In Korea, the elderly support has been accomplished by the families in the extended family system with the influence of the transmigration and the confucianism thought. But in Korea the drastic changes of society such as, the growth of the elderly pollution, the urbanization, the decrease of the birth rate, the increase of the working women, the growth of the nuclear families, etc., make the family difficult to take care of the elderly. Therefore, some people insist on the construction of the elderly home as the way to solve the elderly problems and some of corporations including profit-organizations are ready to participate the construction of the elderly home. They force the change of the current social security law because it is impossible to carry out the plans uncer the law. At this point, the conditions of the elderly home in Japan which is geographically close to Korea and has facillicated the elderly home business were examined at the consumer perspectives. The purpose of this study were to consider the possible problems in the elderly home and to prevent from happening another elderly problems in the future.
