  • Sports video is a very critical information resource. High-precision extraction of effective segments in sports video can better assist coaches in analyzing the player's actions in the video, and enable users to more intuitively appreciate the player's hitting action. Aiming at the shortcomings of the current sports video clip extraction results, such as strong subjectivity, large workload and low efficiency, a classification method of sports video clips based on MobileNetV3 is proposed to save user time. Experiments evaluate the effectiveness of effective segment extraction. Among the extracted segments, the effective proportion is 97.0%, indicating that the effective segment extraction results are good, and it can lay the foundation for the construction of the subsequent badminton action metadata video dataset.

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of cysteamine addition during in vitro maturation, fertilization and culture of porcine oocytes. Oocytes were matured for the first 22 h in mTCM -199 media supplemented with or without 150 $\mu$M cysteamine. They then were matured for an additional 22 h in mTCM-199 media without hormones supplemented with or without 150 $\mu$M cysteamine. When cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) were matured in the mTCM-199 media supplemented with cysteamine, the rates of GVBD and maturation (metaphase II) were enhanced as compared to the media without the addition of cysteamine. Also, when COCs were matured in the mTCM-199 media supplemented with cysteamine, the rates of sperm penetration, male pronucleus formation, cleavage and blastocyst formation after in vitro fertilization were enhanced as compared to the media without the addition of cysteamine. In conclusion, it was suggested that oocytes matured for the first 22 h in mTCM-199 media supplemented with 150 $\mu$M cysteamine increased the rates of metaphase II, sperm penetration, male pronucleus and blastocyst formation were higher as compared to the media without addition of cysteamine.

  • Stroke occurs when local thrombosis, embolic particle or the rupture of blood vessele interrupts the blood floe to the brain. $\beta$-estradiol 17-valerate has been reported to exert neuroprotective effects when administered before an ischemic insult. Recently, the pathophysiology of cerebral ischemia has been studied extensively in rat with various methods. In the present study, we investigates whether $\beta$-estrodiol 17-valerate can protect against brain injury. RNA sample were extracted from the hippocampus of female rat, reverse-transcription in the presence of [$\alpha$32p] dATP. Differential gene express-ion profiles were revealed (Bone morphogenetic protein type 1A receptor, Protein disulphide isomerase, Leukemia inhibitor factor receptor, cytochrome bc- 1 complex-x core P, thiol-specific antioxidant protein). RT-PCR was used to validate the relative expression pattern obtained by the cDNA array. The precise relationship between the early expression of recovery genes and stroke is a matter of luther investigation. • Over the years, several different approaches have been proposed to enhance the practice of software reuse. These approaches vary in reuse abstraction levels or application domains they focus on. However, it seems that they do not adequately meet the needs of software designers in planning and managing reuse. One reason may be the lack of conceptually well-established framework supporting work domain analysis and modeling. As a new viable solution to this problem, Sutcliffe and his colleagues developed Domain Theory , which is introduced in this paper. Utilizing multidisciplinary perspective, such as cognitive psychology, management science, human-computer interaction, and software engineering. it provides a schematic framework that defines a comprehensive library of generic and reusable models of domain knowledge in terms of generic tasks and meta-domains. It also provides useful methods and guidelines for software reuse, emphasizing the concept of abstraction process in a designer s mind. This paper firstly gives a brief overview of fundamentals of software reuse. Next, it explains the foundation of domain theory and discusses its applicability to software reuse. In particular, the taxonomy of meta-domains and the types of generic tasks are described in more detail. Finally, the future research framework, which primarily addresses the problem of how to apply the domain theory to various work domains, is proposed.

  • It is natural that The government should be responsibility for the fulfillment of obligation to prevent a notional life, accurate rescue and first-aid from various calamities. Although, The government policy is established a foundation that is reventing a national life and a property from the calamity with deciding of the fire line, that is not satisfied with taking precautions against a calamity. In case of the calamity there is always pointed the confrontation procedures, especially, In case of crisis The government is lacking to come to an developed country on account of system of the emergency rescue and first-aid. The prevention and provision are the most important thing with reference to a confrontation of the calamity. But calamity is happened without warning, so We should establish line of prompt rescue and first-aid lately that is very important thing. The First, We should get the single line of the rescue and first-aid through a integration and elimination in terms of a law of the emergency rescue and first-aid, but also we strengthen a line of a scene confrontation ability and speciality. To raise awareness of improving a rescue and ability of first-aid, through reinforcing the human and material equipment of The 119 rescue party to charge of emergency rescue and first-aid in effect.

  • It is one of the most important factors Seafarers Ducation Quality Assurance and Management in Higher Maritime Educational Institution. The educational process and result of Higher Maritime Educational Institution should be evaluated according to the 1995 Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers(STCW), 1978. Actually above-mentioned evaluation is deemed to make foundation in order to enhance the efficiency of shipboard education by surveying the satisfaction of shipboard training for nautical part cadets by the group. In this paper, we carried out the questionnaire survey to study satisfactory value and the reason of dissatisfaction of 113 cadets being trained on board the Training Ship in Maritime College of Korea Maritime University(K. M. U.). The results were calculated by frequency and percentage ; the significance of difference among Department groups like Maritime Transportation Science, Maritime Police and Ship Operating Systems Engineering was analysed by $X^2$ inspection. The major results of above analysis were as follows : First training chance for dadets was very little for being overflowed on board the training ship of the K. M. U. Second, special type of Training Ship HANBADA and HANNARA made the adaptability to merchant vessel's handling restricted. Third, cadets could not manage ratings directly, therefore the education in regard to seafaring management was limited to the theoretical instruction which leads to the low level of satisfaction. And lastly, low value of satisfaction for Drydocking Education in Shipyard was caused by cadet's leaving the Training Ship on account of the safety problems including ship and cadets.

  • LPG has been a broad concern of pro-environmental alternative fuel for vehicles. Recently, the new Liquid Phase LPG Injection(LPLI) system extends the limit of power of LPG engine and gives a chance to substitute LPG engine for diesel engine of heavy duty vehicles that are the main resources of air pollution in urban area. Large bore size of heavy duty LPG engine derives a serious knock problem. To find an optimal MBT conditions, it is necessary to know how the flame develops in the combustion chamber and find where the knock positions are. In this study. the ion-probe head gasket was used to estimate the knock position. Inverse operation of the ion-probe signal provides the flame developing characteristics. The further the position is from the spark plug, the later the flame arrives and the more times knock occurs. The main factor that effects knock position is inferred a flor situation of mixed gas in the combustion chamber.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the brain activation evoked by music arranged in major and minor key used with an identical motion film during the fMRI testing. A part of the audio-visual combinations composed by Iwamiya and Sano were used for the study stimuli. This audio- visual clip was originally developed by combining a small motion segment of the animation "The Snowman" and music arranged in both major and minor key from the original jazz music "Avalon" rewritten in a classical style. Twenty-seven Japanese male graduate and undergraduate students participated in the study. Brain regions more activated by the major key than the minor key when presented with the identical motion film were the left cerebellum, the right fusiform gyrus, the right superior occipital, the left superior orbito frontal, the right pallidum, the left precuneus, and the bilateral thalamus. On the other hand, brain regions more activated by the minor key than the major key when presented with the identical motion film were the right medial frontal, the left inferior orbito frontal, the bilateral superior parietal, the left postcentral, and the right precuneus. The study showed a difference in brain regions activated between the two different stimulus (i.e., major key and minor key) controlling for the visual aspect of the experiment. These findings imply that our brain systematically generates differently in the way it processes music written in major and minor key(Supported by the User Science Institute of Kyushu University, Japan and the Korea Science and Engineering Foundation).

  • Bacterial lipopolysaccharide(LPS) is can stimulate the most LPS-responsive cells in the mammalian host. The macrophage response to LPS can protect the host from infection but high levels, contribute to systemic inflammatory response syndrome and destruction of host itself, The previously study, secretory leukocyte pretense inhibitor (SLPI) was known LPS-induced product of macrophage and had the function that antagonizes their LPS-induced activation of pro-inflammation signaling factors. Purpose of this study was to identify the expression of SLPI involving the infection in various cell lines including odontoblast cell line. Therefore, we conducted in vitro researches, which treated the LPS to the MDPC-23, and compared to NIH3T3, RAW264.7. To investigate the expressionof SLPI in mRNA level, the methods was used RT-PCR and western blotting for protein expression of SLPI. Moreover, we performed the scanning electron microscopic (SEM) observation for the morphological change. This work was supported by Korea Science and Engineering Foundation.
