In the customer-centered world, which is used internet and social network services actively, it is important that their needs should be embraced into systems. Our study proposes a technique to normalize and select 1,800 customer's needs at C company. In order to normalize the requirements, we have specified requirements by considering a standard for requirements specification, have identified a set of keywords of requirements and have constructed a relation-graph of requirements. The graph presents objectives to design and build a system, and shows a degree of relative importance for each requirement. And then, we propose a techniques for requirements selection according to their contribution points, which are calculated using relative degree. We demonstrates our techniques by a case study of C company.

The performance simulation program on the turboprop engine(PT6A-62), which is a main engine of the first trainer KT-1 in republic of Korea, was developed. Characteristics of engine components were required for the steady-state performance analysis including on and off design point analysis. In most cases, these were substituted for what scaled from well known engine components characteristics with the scaling law. The developed program was compared with CASTURB program which is well known for the simulation performance analysis, such as analysis results of mass flow rate, compressor pressure ratio, fuel flow rate, power, specific fuel consumption ratio and turbine inlet temperature in the following four cases, to evaluate whether the developed program is acceptable or not. The first case was the sea level static standard condition and other cases were considered with various flight Mach numbers, altitudes. After verifying the developed program, the partload performance analysis was carried out. Transient performance analysis for various fuel schedules were performed. When the fuel step increase of 0.1sec was performed, the overshoot of the compressor turbine inlet temperature occurred. However, the fuel ramp increase for longer than 0.1sec time was performed, the overshoot could be eliminated.

This paper proposes 3.3V input and 1.8V output voltage mode step-down DC-DC buck converter for wireless mobile system which is designed in a standard 0.35$\mu$m CMOS process. The proposed capacitor multiplier method can minimize error amplifier compensation block size by 30%. It allows the compensation block of DC-DC converter be easily integrated on a chip. Also, we improve efficiency to 3% using low power buffer. Measurement result shows that the circuit has less than 1.17% output ripple voltage and maximum 83.9% power efficiency.

Engineers must be aware of possible sources of chaotic behavior. They may render conventional design predictions untrustworthy and potentially unsafe because of the sensitivity to initial conditions. Dynamic responses of a spherical shell subjected to impulsive loading which act on the center are analyzed using the finite element method. The chaotic responses are identified by the standard methods, such as displacement-time histories, Poincare maps, and phase diagrams. The responses are chaotic, but, not so sensitive to the initial conditions, and the characteristics of responses are not changed with time, in contrast to the case of the responses of beam. The Poincare points scattered in the limited area represent that the responses are chaotic, but do not show the geometric structures. The snap-through phenomena of the shell to the side of the direction of the load or of the opposite direction, is analysed by using the energy diagram.

Construction Management is the overall management of the project as construction manager and the owner are united together. Construction manager's role is to conduct the overall or partial construction administration in the 'design, bid, build' process, in the owner's interests with maintaining technical neutrality. Construction manager is becoming one of new professionals in the building process and the contract defines their roles and the range of services, so high level of ethnics are required. This study suggests the legal status of the construction manager and the ethnic standards and the ethnic's characteristics. In conclusion, firstly, the legal characteristics of the administration of construction management are the delegations contract, the responsibility of negligence and the duty of due diligence, abided by the contract that ties between the owner and the construction manger. Secondly, the administerial characteristics of the construction management are the role of mediator, the service of professional technology, accountability to the owner and publicness. Thirdly, due to these characteristics, as a professional, the standard of ethnic assessment for the construction project manager are intention, act and result, so with the relation to that, morality, deontology and consequentialism have been suggested in this study.

In this paper, we have defined and designed the structure of standardized XML content for supplying efficient e-Learning contents. We have also implemented the prototype of XML contents generator to create the educational contents easily. In addition, we have suggested the contents searching method using Case Base Reasoning and Bayesian belief network to supply XML contents suitable to learners request. The existing e-Learning system based on HTML could not customize and standardize, but XML contents can be reused and made an intelligent learning by supplying an adaptive content according to learners level. For evaluating the efficiency of designed XML content, we make the standard XML content for learning JAVA program in e-Learning system as well as discussing about the integrity and expanding the educational content. Finally, we have shown the architecture and effectiveness of the knowledge-based XML contents retrieval manager.

Since the specifications of public services in broadcasting-telecommunication convergence environment are not standardized, the public services should be developed and presented by each IPTV service provider, and therefore it is worried that public organizations and IPTV service providers may invest in the public services redundantly, which are managed inefficiently. To resolve those problem, in this paper, the service and network interfaces among multiple public organizations and multiple IPTV service providers and the interactive VOD-type public service providing system of one source multi-use based on ACAP-J are proposed. The proposed system can be utilized in the standard platform of the evolved new public services. And the used technologies can be utilized as a guide for the development of new services.

Pulse Oximeter is used two different wavelength light sources. Two signals measured by light transmission in the body parts. SPo2 is calculated from the measured signal. These optical methods is have the light absorption properties of oxygen in the blood. SPo2 is to be called vital signs of $5^{th}$and important in modern medical. But, exist pulse oximeter was used just user for viewing the SPo2. That was a lack of used communication Monitoring function. In this paper using the Bluetooth feature on the exist pulse oximeter to communicate with the outside of the Gateway for design medical devices standards protocol IEEE 11073-10404 built-in pulse oximeter. Also user can be monitoring the U-Health Gateway through the pass SPo2 information.

Medical robot has four fields. Surgery assistant robot, robotic surgery, Surgery Simulator, rehabilitation robot. Thus, medical robots is often high precision and reliability requirements for operations are being developed. Medical service robot's another sector is care for service robots. Care services robot is the hospital's reception work and biometric data acquisition of patients, the hospital in location and content information provide to patients. But now medical service robot practical acceptance process failed to progress. In this paper were the medical service robot systems design and implementation. Implemented the robot system is using the standard protocols for the exchange of medical information and can be linked with hospital information system. The hospital's patient reception and processing, to provide care waiting number information.

This paper describes a multi-mode LDPC decoder which supports three block lengths(648, 1296, 1944) and four code rates(1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 5/6) of IEEE 802.11n WLAN standard. To minimize hardware complexity, it adopts a block-serial (partially parallel) architecture based on the layered decoding scheme. A novel memory reduction technique devised using the min-sum decoding algorithm reduces the size of check-node memory by 47% as compared to conventional method. The designed LDPC decoder is verified by FPGA implementation, and synthesized with a $0.18-{\mu}m$ CMOS cell library. It has 219,100 gates and 45,036 bits RAM, and the estimated throughput is about 164~212 Mbps at 50 MHz@2.5v.
