ICT활용 수업이 학습자의 학습능력과 어머니의 자원관리행동에 따라 가정과 학업성취와 자원관리행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of the ICT Used Instruction on Learning Achievement of Home Economics and Resource Management Behavior according to the Learning Ability of Students and Resource Management Behavior of a Mother.)

  • 본 연구는 교사주도 및 학습자주도 ICT활용 수업이 학습자의 특성인 학습능력, 학업적 자기효능감, 그리고 어머니의 자원관리행동에 따라 가정과 학업성취와 자원관리행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구결과 ICT활용 수업유형이 학습능력에 따라 가정과 학업성취에 미치는 영향에는 차이가 없었으나 학습능력에 따라 가정과 학업성취에는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 학습능력이 높거나 중간정도인 학습자들이 학습능력이 낮은 학습자들 보다 가정과 학업성취가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다 또한 ICT활용 수업유형이 어머니의 자원 관리행동에 따라 가정과 학업성취에 미치는 영향에는 차이가 있었는데 어머니의 자원관리행동 수준을 높게 인식한 학습자들에 있어서는 학습자주도 ICT활용 수업을 받은 학습자들의 가정과 학업성취가 강의식 수업을 받은 학습자들 보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 ICT활용 수업유형이 학습능력과 어머니의 자원관리행동에 따라 학습자의 자원관리행동에 미치는 영향에는 차이가 없었다. 그러나 어머니가 환경친화적인 자원관리행동을 많이 한다고 인식하는 학습자들일수록 환경친화적인 자원관리행동을 더 많이 실천하는 것으로 나타났다.

한국과 일본의 공동주택 회계처리 고찰 (A Study on the Korean and Japanese Condominium Accounting Management)

  • This research examined the similarities and differences between Korean and Japanese accounting management in condominiums, the basic principles of managing them and to deepen the discussion on subjects worth further consideration. This research was done by going through documents from August 2006 to October 2007 in both Korea and Japan. The research indicates many problems in accounting management. Management companies, both in Korea and Japan, used their own individual formats for managing and accounting documents. Furthermore, the problems discovered included the lack of sufficient paperwork accounting done without dividing short- and long-term expenses the preference for cash expenses that weren't approved by the Association of Apartment Owners and inefficient financial auditing. The basic principle of accounting management is to follow a budget, put down rules clearly and to conduct factual, understandable and continued accounting. Therefore, a standard for accounting management must be implemented and basic manuals for auditing and accounting must be provided along with easy-to-understand information.

The Impact of Cross-Cultural Differences on Human Resource Management in Korean-Invested Enterprises in China

  • Purpose - In terms of human resource management, many Korean enterprises in China have experienced problems such as frequent resignations of Chinese employees and labor disputes. This can be mainly attributed to the fact that Chinese employees are not consistent with Korean vertical management methods, which is closely related to the national culture theory proposed by Hofstede, specifically the dimension of power distance and long- versus short-term orientation (LTO). Therefore, this research aims to investigate cultural differences between Korea and China from these two dimensions, and the impact on the human resource management of Korean-invested enterprises in China. Design/methodology - This research first utilizes the latest data (Wave 7) of the World Values Survey (WVS) to verify the difference in power distance and long- versus short-term orientation between Korean and Chinese cultures using responses from Korea and China, and then uses case analysis to analyze the impact of this cultural difference on the human resource management of Korean enterprises in China. Findings - Our main findings can be summarized as follows. Korea and China have significant differences in power distance and long- versus short-term orientation. In terms of power distance, Korean respondents show higher power distance compared to Chinese respondents. In the dimension of long- versus short-term orientation, it was found that Chinese respondents showed a shorter-term orientation, whereas Korean respondents showed a longer-term orientation. Originality/value - Previous studies put focus on the power distance and individualism-collectivism dimensions to explain cultural differences between Korea and China, and generated contradictory results. This research further confirms the cultural differences between Korea and China from the dimensions of power distance and long-versus short-term orientation using secondary data. The comparative studies from this perspective have long been underexplored and lack empirical confirmation.

LiDAR Data를 이용한 태양광에너지 자원도 제작 (Mapping Solar Photovoltaic Energy Resource Using LiDAR Data)

  • 최근 에너지의 무분별한 소비에 따른 유한에너지 부족으로 인하여 지구온난화 발생 등 지구환경이 변화함으로써 이에 대한 해결방법으로 친환경 에너지자원 확보 및 신재생에너지 자원량에 대한 국민들의 관심이 증대하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 각광받고 있는 공간정보기술과 신재생 에너지인 태양광 에너지 분야에서의 활용 가능성을 타진하고자 LiDAR 데이터를 이용한 태양광에너지 자원도를 제작하였다. 연구 대상지는 경상북도에 위치하고 있는 울릉군의 울릉도를 선정하였다. 울릉군 지역의 항공 라이다(LiDAR : Light Detection And Ranging) 신규 촬영 및 자료처리를 통하여 1m급 등고선을 생성하였으며, 이를 활용하여 1m급 수치표고모델(Digital Elevation Model) 자료를 구축하였다. DEM 자료를 이용하여 태양 고도 및 방위각에 따른 태양광 입사범위를 파악하여 태양광에너지 평가 기술에 활용하였으며, 1m급의 정밀하고 정확한 공간해상도 자료를 기반으로 태양광에너지 자원도를 제작함으로써 보다 정확한 정보 반영과 과학적이고 합리적인 신재생에너지 자원량 평가 방법 제시가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

가족 복지를 위한 독일의 여가${\cdot}$휴가 문화 (Leisure Time and Vacationing in Germany for Family Welfare)

  • This study focused on the system regarding leave of absence in relation to family welfare, which has become a routine in some western countries, in three different perspectives. Those were the relations between reduced working hours and quality of life, maternal recreation, and finally, relations between infrastructure of vacation and culture. Systematic settlement of reduced working hours and maternal recreation in Germany allowed more time among family members and made large contribution to the improvement of family welfare in general. Since the stability of society is strongly based on the stability of family, Germany deserved to be case-studied as a good model. The recent tendency shows that Korean workers are starting to spend more time with their own family members than with their colleagues, and, as seen in the case of Germany, the stability of family welfare will improve if various infrastructures for family leisure are properly established in Korea.

펄프 가격과 목재칩 가격간의 상관관계 분석 (Analysis on the Relationship between the Prices of Pulps and Wood Chips)

  • In order to investigate the relationship between the prices of wood chips and pulps, regression analysis and cointegration test were conducted. Test results indicated that pulp producers adjusted pulp price in response to the change in wood-chip price and there were a long-run relationship between these prices. This implied that by raising the selling price of pulp, pulp producers avoid profit loss incurred by the increase in the wood-chip price. The existence of cointegration between wood chips and pulp prices implied that pulp producers were competing when they set the selling price of pulp.

1인 가구의 세대별 여가행태 분석 (The Leisure behaviors of single households in Korea : A generational analysis)

  • The purposes of this study is to analyze the leisure behaviors of single households in Korea on the basis of generation, and identify leisure characteristics or factors that influence levels of happiness in these households. The sample comprised 1,144 single householders, among whom 74 belong to the teenage generation, 288 are of the eco generation, 154 belong to generation X, 104 are baby boomers, and 524 are of the older generation. Various leisure characteristics were compared across the generations, namely, conditions for leisure, degree of leisure participation, level of work-leisure balance, persistence of participation, and type of activity. Results showed differences in leisure characteristics and leisure factors that influence levels of happiness among the generations.

  • This thesis is designed to draw up scheme for human resources development of the Korean software industry. Its concrete scheme is as follows. That is, IT professionals with international competitiveness should be cultivated, and a human resource development system, which can flexibly meet the market demands, has to be built. Pool of specialized programmers is necessary condition for achieving competitiveness in Korean software industry. Reeducation is also desirable to embody the agile productive capability into the existing human resources for new challenges in the industry. Well-organized human resources database will also make it easy to match new demand and to lower the transaction cost in switching jobs. To cope with the rapidly changing environment actively, human resource development and training system improvement through the cooperation with the concerned industries, universities, research centers and the government must be settled immediately.
