For this study, we selected 6 dieticians and 250 employees working in the six general hospitals larger than 400 beds in Gyeonggi and Incheon area. The questionnaire consisted of three parts: general subjects in the nutrition division of hospitals, sanitation education of dieticians, and sanitary management performance and knowledge of employees. The average ratio of HACCP related equipment and facilities of the target hospitals was relatively high at $86.5\%$. The number of sanitation education was 1.99 times/month by regular schedule and 6.47 times/month by occasional schedule. The average dietician's inspection time of cooking was 178.77 minutes/day. The average point of sanitary management performance was 4.62/5.0, showing a relatively high grade. In each region of sanitary management performance, food treatment sanitation was marked with the highest point, at 4.85, fellowed by cleaning and sterilizing sanitation at 4.65, personnel sanitation at 4.61 point and device and utensil sanitation was ranked with the lowest point at 4.53. Sanitary management performance was affected by the number of occasional education which was highest at 6-10times/month. The mean score of sanitary knowledge was 11.17/15.0. The assigned position, type of employment, status, working career and number of occasional education affected the mean score of sanitary knowledge of employees significantly. Sanitary knowledge of employees was highest in the case that occasional education was peformed at 6-10 times/month. There was no correlation between the sanitary management performance and sanitary knowledge of employees. In contrast, there were correlations between sanitary management performance and dietician's inspection time of cooking and number of employees.

  • Since service innovation is considered as a new way to gain an advantage in a highly competitive environment, it is imperative for companies to align their service innovation strategy with their business strategy in order to achieve better firm performance. Accordingly, a critical challenge facing firms is how to effectively organize and manage a well-planned service innovation strategy in accordance with the direction of their business strategy. Firms with a good fit between business strategy (i.e., cost leadership, innovative differentiation, and marketing differentiation strategies) and service innovation strategy (service creation-focused, service delivery-focused, and client interface-focused strategies) are expected to have better firm performance than those without such a fit. Based on empirical data from 209 service firms in South Korea, this study aims first to investigate whether a certain service innovation strategy is more effective than others within a particular business strategy. We then examine whether their effective alignment positively affects firm performance. The empirical evidence indicates that the alignment of service innovation strategy with business strategy significantly influences firm performance. The adoption of service innovation strategy was found to have positive effects on firm performance with innovative differentiation and marketing differentiation strategies and negative effects with cost leadership strategy. Lastly, we discuss our study's implications for further research and practice.

  • Studies on online review have carried out analysis of the rating and topic as a whole. However, it is necessary to analyze opinions on various dimensions of service quality. This study classifies reviews of healthcare services into service quality dimensions, and proposes a method to identify words that are mainly referred to in each dimension. Service quality was based on the dimensions provided by SERVQUAL, and patient reviews have collected from NHSChoice. The 2,000 sentences sampled were classified into service quality dimension of SERVQUAL and a method of extracting important keywords from sentences by service quality dimension was suggested. The RAKE algorithm is used to extract key words from a single document and an index is considered to consider frequently used words in various documents. Since we need to identify key words in various reviews, we have considered frequency and discrimination (IDF) at the same time, rather than identifying key words based only on the RAKE score. In SERVQUAL dimension, we identified the words that patients mentioned mainly, and also identified the words that patients mainly refer to by review rating.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the correlations between the knowledge of, attitudes toward, and service requirements for dementia among nursing students. A descriptive study design was used. The participants were 584 nursing students attending K university. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, the t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The mean score of dementia knowledge was low($15.86{\pm}4.58$). The area with the highest correct answer rate for dementia knowledge was life impact(64.2%) and the disease progression area(39.6%) was the lowest. The attitude toward dementia ($45.15{\pm}4.59$) and service requirements($89.88{\pm}9.38$) were relatively high. There were positive correlations between dementia knowledge and dementia attitude(r=.11, p=.008) and service requirements(r=.21, p<.001) and between dementia attitude and service requirements(r=.34, p<.001). Therefore, accurate knowledge of dementia was closely related to positive attitudes. In conclusion, this studyis expected to provide the basic data for the development, application and evaluation of dementia education programs for nursing students.

A total of 294 pre-service early childhood teachers responded to a questionnaire that examined their pedagogical content knowledge in science teaching, attitude toward science, and science teaching efficacy belief. The results of this study were as follows: First, teachers had average pedagogical content knowledge in science teaching. The groups of 3rd and 4th grades were significantly higher than the 2nd grade group. Second, the teachers' recognition was below average in attitude toward science and science teaching efficacy belief. The groups of 3rd and 4th grades were significantly higher than the 2nd grade group. Third, a meaningful statistical relationship was found between the pedagogical content knowledge in science teaching of pre-service early childhood teachers and their attitude toward science and science teaching efficacy belief. As the score of pre-service early childhood teachers in pedagogical content knowledge in science teaching became higher, the score in attitude toward science and science teaching efficacy belief became higher.

  • Stepping into the technological boom time, Vietnam has integrated into the trends of using Fintech applications as a new means of payment. This article evaluates the relationship between perceived security (including service security and platform security), knowledge, confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, attitude and lastly enterprise's images regarding the service and continuous intention to use Fintech services. The survey results of 352 Vietnamese customers using Fintech services, reliability test and extended post-acceptance model (EPAM) which is based on PAM and ECT models. From the survey, we further found out that perceived security (BSS) has no direct impact on continued intention to use, while perceived security (BSS) has positive impact on confirmation (CON), similarly, perceived usefulness (PU) and user's satisfaction (SES). Knowledge of the Mobile Fintech payment service (KNOW) has a positive impact on perceived security (BSS). Confirmation (CON) has a positive influence on perceived usefulness but in the meanwhile it has created a negative impact on user's satisfaction (SES). From the survey it can also tell that user's attitude (ATT) and enterprise image (IMG) both have a positive impact on continual intention to use Fintech services. From the research results, we also propose some recommendation to enhance the continual intention to use Fintech services in Vietnam.

  • This study analyzed the inter-regional productivity performance of Southeast region of Korea, namely, Busan, Daegu, Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam for 16 service sectors, which are categorized by two groups, knowledge based service (5 sectors) and non-knowledge based one (11 sectors) for the period of 1997-2004. This study applied the method of Malmquist productivity change index(MPI) to the estimation of spatial productivity. According to the estimation results, firstly, the MPI of service sector has been deteriorated by annually 0.1% on average. However, when we divided the period into 1997-2000 and 2001-2004, the productivity performances of the second period was better than that of the first period, which are the same trend in knowledge based and non-knowledge based service sectors. Secondly, comparing productivity performances by region and sector during the whole period, Daegu has seven sectors which are relatively comparative advantage. and Ulsan and Busan have six and five sectors, respectively, which are relatively comparative advantage.
