프랜차이즈 조직의 학습지향성과 관계마케팅지향성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Franchise's Learning Orientation and Relationship Marketing Orientation on the Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - Nowadays, more than ever before, fierce competition, deep market segmentation, short product life cycles, and intensifying customer needs are putting increasing pressure on franchise's organizations to satisfy their customers by creating market-oriented relationships with and enhancing their market knowledge of them. One way that this might be achieved is by establishing deep ties (i.e., job commitment and job satisfaction) with their employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine how two important constructs of franchises' strategic efforts, LO (learning orientation) and RMO (relationship marketing orientation), affect job satisfaction, given the mediating role of job commitment. A franchise system comprises a set of contractual arrangements by which mutual obligations are performed. An organizational learning goal motivates employees to improve their abilities and master the tasks they perform. Relationship marketing, in addition, is to identify, establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with customers and other stakeholders to ensure that the objectives of all parties are met and this is done through the mutual exchange of promises. In a relationship marketing orientation, then, a firm creates, maintains, and enhances a strong relationship with its customers by sustaining long-term ties. This study was designed to examine the evolution of various theoretical approaches to franchise systems in order to determine whether theories about firms have significantly affected the franchise system. To this end, the authors developed a structural model consisting of several constructs. Previous studies have suggested that franchises' learning and relationship marketing orientations are important occupational immersion dimensions driving job satisfaction. Research design, data, methodology - We empirically tested a process of how the learning orientation and the relationship marketing orientation influence job commitment and job satisfaction using survey data drawn from 150 responding franchisees who were interviewed about their individual tendencies. Results - The results of this study provide empirical evidence that learning orientation, relationship marketing orientation, and job commitment all influence franchisees' job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that, first, learning orientation had a significant effect on job satisfaction; second, relationship marketing orientation was positively related to job commitment; third, job commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction. We also found that relationship marketing orientation and job satisfaction were mediated by job commitment. Conclusions - The findings of this study confirm the importance of learning orientation and relationship marketing orientation in maintaining a positive marketing relationship between franchiser and franchisee from to the perspective of the market. This indicates that franchiser support such as educational programs provided by the franchiser will help franchisees attain higher business management achievement and satisfaction. Moreover, a positive relationship between franchisees and consumers can be maintained through tie effects. Our findings also suggest that learning orientation plays a critical role in job satisfaction within the franchise system.

정부의 전통시장 지원 정책 효과에 대한 실증연구 (The Policy Effects on Traditional Retail Markets Supported by the Korean Government)

  • Purpose - A traditional retail market is a place that offers economic opportunity to employees and employers alike it also is a place where the community can meet. The Korean government has invested three trillion won to improve physical and non-physical aspects in traditional retail markets since 2004. However, little research on this has been conducted. We explore this research gap that could lead to theory extension. We analyze consumption behavior with respect to traditional retail markets through an empirical analysis, thus overcoming limits in previous research. We empirically analyze policy effects of traditional retail market projects supported by the Korean government. Research design, data, and methodology - We propose a traditional retail market improvement plan via the relation between cause and effect resulting from the analysis. More specifically, logit analysis was carried out with 1,754 consumers in 16 cities nationwide. In order to analyze consumer consumption behaviors nationwide, the probability was analyzed using a logit model. This research analyzes the link between support and non-support by the Korean government using binary values. The dependent variable is whether Korean government support is implemented; the binomial logistic regression is used as the statistical estimation technique. The object variables are:1 (support) or 0 (nonsupport), and the prediction value is between 1 and 0. As a result of the factor analysis of questions related to attributes of service quality, four factors were extracted: convenience, product, facilities, and service. Results - The results indicate that convenience, product, and facilities have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction in accordance with the government's traditional retail market support. Additionally, the results reveal that convenience, product, facilities, and service all have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction in a traditional retail market's service quality and consumer satisfaction. Finally, the analysis indicates that the highly satisfied traditional retail market customer has a significant influence on revisit intention. Moreover, the results reveal that the highly satisfied traditional retail market customer has a significant influence on recommendation intention. Conclusions - This research focused on consumers nationwide to measure policy effects of traditional retail markets compared to previous research that focused on one traditional retail market or a specific area. We verified the relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction and consumer behavior based on service quality theory. The results indicate that consumer satisfaction of traditional retail markets supported by service quality factors has a significant impact. In a concrete form, the results indicate that these effects are from facility modernization projects and marketing support projects of the Korean government. The results also imply that these facility and management support effects from the Korean government have been consistent. We realize that the Korean government has to selectively support traditional retail markets in major cities and small and medium-sized cities. To that end, the Korean government needs to select a concentration strategy for the revitalization of traditional retail markets.

도시의 검색키워드 유형이 페이스북 페이지 팬 수 및 관광객 수에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 서울시를 중심으로 (The Effects of City's Search Keyword Type on Facebook Page Fans and Inbound Tourists : Focusing on Seoul City)

  • 본 연구는 도시에 대한 키워드 검색량을 관심의 지표로 보고 검색키워드를 유형화하여 각 유형별 검색량이 페이스북 팬 수 및 관광객 수에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 하였다. 위계적 커뮤니케이션 효과 모형에 따르면 커뮤니케이션의 효과는 인지-태도-행동의 순차성을 띄는 것으로 나타난다. 이에 따라 검색행동을 통해 특정 도시에 대한 관여 및 지식이 높아진 관광 소비자가 호감을 느끼게 되면 페이스북 팬페이지 가입을 통해 보다 적극적인 정보탐색을 할 것이며, 직접적인 관광행동으로 이어질 것이라고 예측하였다. 이를 위해 구글 트렌드에 나타난 서울시 관련 검색 키워드의 유형 별 검색량과 서울시 해외 공식 계정인 'Seoul Korea'의 팬 수, 마지막으로 서울시 외국인 관광객 수 간의 영향 관계를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 서울시의 검색 키워드 유형은 관광매력 키워드, 자연환경 키워드, 상징적 키워드, 접근적 키워드로 도출되었으며 그 중 페이스북 팬 수에 영향을 미치는 요인은 관광매력 키워드과 상징적 키워드인 것으로 나타났다. 또, 관광매력 키워드와 상징적 키워드는 서울시 페이스북 팬 수를 매개로 서울시 관광객 수에 영향을 미친다는 결과가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과에 따라, 앞으로의 서울시의 외국인 관광 소비자를 대상으로는 관광매력적인 요소와 한국적인 요소를 강조한 메시지를 소구하는 것이 유효할 것이라는 실무적 함의를 제공할 수 있다.

  • 한국군의 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템은 군장병들이 서로 상호작용을 하며 각각이 지니고 있는 중요 교전 지식을 공유하도록 하는 중요한 학습 수단으로 현재 많은 각광을 받고 있으며, 향후 한국군의 전투 훈련에 있어서도 그 중요성이 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템이 지니고 있는 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고, 남북이 대치하고 있는 상황인 한국에서는 보안을 위해군장병이 아닌 경우 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템에 대한 접근 자체가 불가능한 현실적인 제약조건으로 인해, 그 동안 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템에 대한 연구가 매우 미흡했던 것이 사실이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 한국군이 현재 사용하고 있는 일종의 교육용 War Game인 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템을 대상으로 사용자 중심의 관점에서 플로우 경험의 선행요인들과 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템의 특성이 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템 사용 의도 형성에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는 것을 연구의 주요 목적으로 한다. 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션을 실제로 사용해본 118명의 군장교들로부터 수집된 설문 데이터에 기반한 본 연구의 실증분석 결과, 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템의 논리적 현실성과 플로우 경험의 선행 요인들은 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템 사용 의도 형성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 군(軍)전투시뮬레이션 시스템의 목표 명확성, 피드백 및 임무 난이도는 플로우 경험의 유의한 선행 요인임이 밝혀졌다. 본 논문은 이러한 새로운 실증 분석 결과를 바탕으로 의미 있는 시사점을 제공한다.

중소기업경영자의 긍정적 리더십, 구성원의 긍정적 삶의 태도, 학습조직활동, 직무열의, 조직성과 변인간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among SEM CEO's Positive Leadership, Members' Positive Life Positions, Learning Organization Activities, Job Engagement, and Organizational Performance)

  • Purpose - In today's era of globalization, the competitive power of enterprises is growing fiercer, calling for organizations to be able to respond flexibly to survive and maintain predominance in competition. In turn, keen competition exists among enterprises for the systematic management of members' knowledge to secure predominance in such competition. Under such circumstances, SMEs must find and utilize positive causes for change that affect organizational performance. The objective of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between four factors known from prior research-a CEO's positive leadership, members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement-and organizational performance. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve this objective, this study established the following four research problems. First, do CEOs' positive leadership, members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement affect organizational performance? Second, do CEOs' positive leadership, members' positive life positions, and learning organization activities affect job engagement? Third, do CEOs' positive leadership and members' positive life positions affect learning organization activities? Fourth, does CEOs' positive leadership affect members' positive life positions. Additionally, to achieve the objective of this study, the research model was selected on the basis of a documentary survey of 787 full-time employees at 100 SMEs, which was used to collect related data. Results - The following conclusions were drawn. First, a CEO's positive leadership directly affects members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement. Second, positive leadership only indirectly affects organizational performance. That is, positive leadership has an indirect effect on organizational performance given the parameters of members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement. Third, members' positive life positions directly affect learning organization activities and job engagement, but indirectly affect organizational performance with learning organization activities and job engagement as parameters. Fourth, learning organization activities directly affect job engagement and organizational performance. Additionally, learning organization activities indirectly affect organizational performance with job engagement as a parameter. Fifth, job engagement directly affects organizational performance. Conclusions - A CEO's positive leadership and members' positive life positions do not directly affect organizational performance but have a positive effect through learning organization activities and job engagement. In particular, CEOs' positive leadership was proven to be the major factor to affect members' positive life positions, learning organization attitudes, and job engagement, and learning organization activities and job engagement were found to be major factors that directly affect organizational performance. Considering these conclusions, the direct effect of a CEO's positive leadership on organizational performance is not statistically significant but seems to affect members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement, which ultimately affects organizational performance. In addition, CEOs' positive leadership is an important factor that enhances the factors with the strongest effect on organizational performance-activities of learning organizations and job engagement.

지능정보사회에서 학교교육체제 혁신 방향과 과제 탐색을 위한 시론적 연구 (An Exploratory Study for the Direction and Tasks for Innovating School System in the Intelligent Information Society)

  • 이 연구는 다가온 4차 산업혁명시대와 지능정보사회를 맞은 한국 사회의 핵심적 정책 아젠다 중 하나인 학교교육 체제 개혁을 위한 몇 가지 방향과 대안들을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 한국 학교교육은 학생의 소질과 적성을 고려하지 않은 공급자 중심 체제이고, 20세기 초반의 공장제식 학교교육의 특징을 굳건히 하면서 획일적 교육 및 학습 관행을 지속하고 있다. 특히, 교육계 종사자들의 대학입시에 대한 과도한 추종에 따라 교육현장에서 지식의 도구화와 학습의 탈맥락화가 심화되고 있으며, 따라서 4차 산업혁명기가 요구하는 공감하고 협력하면서도 주체적으로 생각하고 판단할 줄 아는 인간을 양성해내는 데 한계가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 이를 개혁하기 위한 교육 혁신의 과제로서 다음 몇 가지 사항을 검토하고 제언하였다. 첫째, 교육과정 수권체계를 선진형 교사수권체계로 변화시키고, 둘째, 교사의 자율성을 잠식하는 관료적 교사단체제를 해체하고 전문적 교사단 체제를 정립하며, 셋째, 교육과정 편성 및 운영과정에서 교과영역 이기주의를 극복하고 교원양성교육과정의 철저한 개선이 시급하고, 넷째, 과도한 교육행정관료제의 완화와 함께 교육법 체계의 전면적인 개편이 필요하며, 다섯째, 학교교육 지원행정을 학습자와 교수자 상호간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어지도록 적극 유도할 필요가 있다.

일본(日本) 수산계(水產系) 고등학교교육(高等學校敎育)의 현황(現況)과 전망(展望) -I. 학교(學校)의 분포(分布)와 교육과정(敎育課程)의 편제(編制) (The Present Status and Future Prospect on Education of Fisheries High School in Japan -I. Distribution of Schools and Arrangement of Curriculum)

  • Cultivation of competent manpower is recognized as one of the important factors in the development of fisheries as well as of other industries. For reference to the development of education of fisheries high schools in the Republic of Korea, the author carried out a study on the education in Japan. The reason is why the education on fisheries had been initiated in Japan and her educational system has played the role of a model for neighboring countries. Even though the education on fisheries tends to shrink a little in recent years by diffusing the unwilling tendency to engage in 3D (dirty, difficult and dangerous) jobs, there are fifty-one high schools educating fisheries in Japan. Thirty-eight of them are specialized fisheries high schools and the others are comprehensive high schools to put common course and fisheries course together. In the first step of study, the goal of education on fisheries, organization of department and arrangement of curriculum are analysed. 1. In the newly arranged curriculum which will come into effect from 1994, the goal of education on fisheries is set up as "By educating fundamental knowledge and technology on the production and circulation in the field of fisheries, have students understand the significance and role of fisheries, and so cultivate ability and active attitude to the development of fisheries". The goal means that the circulation of fishery products are regarded as important as the production itself, and active attitude to the development of fisheries is also stressed, different from the present goal. 2. Standard departments directed by the Government are set up as five-Departments of Marine Fishing, of Fisheries Engineering, of Information Communication, of Fish Culture, of Sea Foods. But they are actually organized and named by the founders of schools-local government. Then there are many unique-named departments and the management of schools are somewhat flexible according to the situation of local district. 3. Special subjects are revised to twenty-four in the new curriculum from twenty-two in the present curriculum. Among them the contents are widely revised in the subjects such as Introduction to Fisheries, Fisheries Engineering, Communication Engineering, Communication Technology, Fish Culture. On the other hand, five subjects such as Information Treatment on Fisheries, Information Technology on Fisheries, Subjective Study, Fisheries Economics, Circulation of Sea Foods are newly set up to meet the changing phase of the time.

국내 양돈장의 차단방역 수준 평가 및 돼지써코바이러스 2형 감염의 위험요인에 관한 연구 (Assessing Biosecurity Practices on Commercial Pig Farms across Korea and Risk Factors for Porcine Circovirus Type 2 Infection)

  • The primary aim of this study was to investigate biosecurity practices in pig farms and to determine the major risk factors associated with PCV2 infection for a sampled swine population in Korea. To this end, we analyzed data from a cross-sectional study of 296 farrow-to-finish farms, which was conducted between March and September 2014 to explore the prevalence of swine disease at farm level. Face-to-face interviews by on-site visit of trained veterinarians were conducted with the farm owners or managers using a standardized questionnaires with information about basic demographical data and management practices. Farms were classified as negative or positive through the use of infection profiles that combined data on serological testing including PCR antigen test result, antibody titer and sero-conversion pattern at each age category taking into account vaccination status. Data were analyzed using multivariate ordinal logistic regression. Results from this study indicated that biosecurity level of the farms was considered not good given low compliance of the biosecurity programs and facilities in the farm: off-site removal of dead stocks (7%), off-site location of storage facility for incoming feeds (12.6%), off-site pick-up location for finishers (19.3%), restrictions on feed supplier vehicles for farm entrance (19.6%), restriction of finisher trucks entering the farm (22.4%), and restriction on manure disposal trucks entering the farm (26.4%). In the final model (n = 255), allowance of finisher truck driver to the pig unit had increased risk of infection (OR = 2.4, 95% CI 1.22-4.67) whereas farms with a sign forbidding the entrance had decreased risk of infection (OR = 0.19, 95% CI 0.10-0.58). Further comprehensive research with larger sample size is required to better understand the multifactorial characteristic that some predisposing risk factors that were not available in this study. To the best knowledge of the authors, this was the first study to use empirical data to report risk factors associated with PCV2 infection in the Korean pig farms. Results from the current study could be used to decide optimal biosecurity measures to reduce the impact of PCV2 infection to farmers and policy makers.

경구강 치상돌기제거술의 수술해부학 (Microsurgical Anatomy in Transoral Odontoidectomy)

  • 목 적 : 경구강 치상돌기제거술은 두개척추연결부위에 대한 접근법 중 중요한 수술법이나 수술상처의 문제나 수술후 뇌막염 등의 합병증의 문제점과 해부학적으로 익숙하지 않다는 점 때문에 광범위하게 사용되지 않고 있다. 이 부위의 해부학적 구조의 이해를 위해 사체해부를 통한 미세해부학을 기술하고자 한다. 방 법 : 10구의 고정 혹은 비고정 사체두부를 이용하여 경구강 치상돌기제거술을 단계적으로 시행하였다. 각 두부는 두부 고정기를 이용하여 고정하였으며, 고속드릴과 수술현미경을 이용하여 미세수술을 시행하며 각 단계별로 사진을 촬영하였다. 결 과 : 수술단계는 6단계로 나눌 수 있으며, 연구개, 후측 인두부, 근육조직, 골조직, 치상돌기 및 인대, 십자인대 및 경막으로 나눌 수 있다. 결 론 : 이 부위의 해부학적인 지식을 충분히 숙지하면 경구강 치상돌기제거술은 합병증을 피하면서 비교적 용이하게 두개척추연결부위의 다양한 병변에서 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

나이브베이즈 분류모델과 협업필터링 기반 지능형 학술논문 추천시스템 연구 (A Study of Intelligent Recommendation System based on Naive Bayes Text Classification and Collaborative Filtering)

  • 정보기술과 인터넷의 발달로 학술정보가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 정보 과잉으로 인해 연구자들은 필요한 정보를 찾거나 필터링하는데 더 많은 시간과 노력을 투입하고 있다. 이용자들이 원하는 정보를 예측하여 관심 가질만한 정보를 선별하여 추천하는 시스템을 전문가시스템, 데이터마이닝, 정보검색 등 다양한 분야에서 오래 전부터 연구하여 왔다. 최근에는 콘텐츠기반추천시스템과 협업필터링을 결합하거나 다른 분야 모델을 접목한 하이브리드 추천시스템으로 발전하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 추천시스템 문제를 해결하고 대규모 정보센터나 도서관에서 학술논문을 효율적이고 지능적으로 추천하기 위해 협업필터링과 나이브베이즈모델을 결합한 새로운 방식의 추천시스템을 제시하였다. 즉, 협업필터링 방식으로 과도한 특성화(Over-specialization) 문제를 해결하고, 나이브베이즈모델을 통해 평가정보나 이용정보가 부족한 신규콘텐츠 추천문제를 해소하였다. 본 모델을 검증하기 위해 한국과학기술정보연구원 NDSL에서 제공하는 식품과 전기 분야 학술논문에 적용하여 실험하였다. 현재 NDSL 이용자 4명에게 피드백을 받은 결과 추천논문에 상당히 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.
