고층건축공사를 위한 가설계획 지식의 체계화 방법 (Knowledge Reorganization Method of Temporary Facility Planning for High-rise Building Constructions)

  • 도심의 고밀화에 의한 건설 프로젝트는 고층화${\cdot}$대형화${\cdot}$복합화 되어 가고 있는 추세이다. 그러나, 건설 프로젝트는 관리자나 기술자의 경험과 직관에 의존하는 후진적인 관리체계와 건설관련 지식이 체계적으로 정립되어 있지 않기 때문에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 고층건축공사에서 가설계획의 중요성을 감안하여 가설계획자의 효율적인 의사결정에 도움이 되도록 가설계획과 관련된 가설시설물의 지식 및 제한조건을 다음의 과정을 통하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 가설계획 및 가설시설물의 이론적 고찰을 통하여 가설계획 프로세스를 분석한다. 둘째, 도심의 고층건축공사현장의 가설계획 방법과 문제점을 조사한다. 셋째, 가설계획 지식의 범위 및 수립과정을 제시한다. 이러한 결과물을 정리하여 가설시설물간의 선정, 설치, 가동, 해체 과정의 단계별로 관련 지식을 체계화시키는 방법을 제시한다.

Piaget의 개념 발달의 메커니즘과 대수의 역사 (Piaget's Mechanism of the Development of Concepts and the History of Algebra)

  • This study is on the theory of Piaget's reflective abstraction and the mechanism of the development of knowledge and the history of algebra and its application to understand the difficulties that many students have in learning algebra. Piaget considers the development of knowledge as a linear process. The stages in the construction of different forms of knowledge are sequential and each stage begins with reorganization. The reorganization consists of the projection onto a higher level from the lower level and the reflection which reconstructs and reorganizes within a lager system that is transferred by profection. Piaget shows that the mechanisms mediating transitions from one historical period to the next are analogous to those mediating the transition from one psychogenetic stage to the next and characterizes the mechanism as the intra, inter, trans sequence. The historical development of algebra is characterized by three periods, which are intra inter, transoperational. The analysis of the history of algebra by the mechanism explains why the difficulties that students have in learning algebra occur and shows that the roles of teachers are important to help students to overcome the difficulties.

  • The purpose of this study is to dimensionally examine the factors of policy changes by applying the ACMS model to KEPCO's structural reorganization privatization policies and study its implications. As a result of the analysis, among the external variables that affect as a financial source or restriction to advocates, all areas except for the difference in opinion of the people as well as policy decision and effects of other subordinate systems were shown to be in an advantageous condition acting as a financial source to advocates of structural reorganization privatization. On the other hand, advocates affected by the external variables share a certain belief system in which the advocates of privatization share the justification of profitability while the advocates of collectivization share the justification of publicness. In these flows, the announcement of the privatization plan of public enterprises of the committee of planning and budgeting acts as a matter of contact which opens the windows for policy changes, and this window goes through ignition, explosion, and fixation which causes fierce interactions among advocates of both sides. Eventually, in accordance with the contents of excluding electricity(KEPCO) from the list for privatization the window for policy changes has closed and things have changed to a transitional KEPCO privatization policy. Based on this, the first implication is that non-official participants such as the people, social organizations, labor unions, etc. influence policy changes more than they did before. Secondly, in the process of policy changes, there is an order of boundary even in the fierce interactions between each advocate. Thirdly, specific variables can play various roles in complex policy phenomenon. Fourthly, a logical analysis using the ACMS model is possible in Korea as well. Fifthly, as a result of analyzing the change process of the KEPCO structural reorganization privatization policy through the ACMS model, not all matched with the main research results implied by the ACMS model.

학문분류표의 재설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reorganization of the Knowledge Classification Scheme)

  • 본 연구는 지식사회에서 이루어지는 연구 및 교육을 분류할 수 있는 분류표의 설계를 통해 학문분류표의 재설정을 모색하였다. 국내외 대학 및 대학원의 전공 명칭, 교과과정, 국내 교수진의 세부 전공 분야의 분석과 다양한 학문분류표의 항목 비교를 바탕으로 분류표를 설계하였다. 설계한 분류표를 다양한 문헌분류표와 대조하고 각 주제별 전문위원들의 검토 및 의견 수렴 과정을 통해 본표, 보조표, 상관색인의 세 부분으로 구성된 학문분류표를 최종적으로 재설정하였다. 이 분류표를 바탕으로 1998년 학술연구조성비 연구과제 목록집에 실린 연구과제를 실제로 분류해 보았으며, 보다 효과적인 학술 정보 조직과 학제간 연구를 도모할 수 있는 실용적 학문분류 방안을 제시하였다.

OECD 회원국들의 농업지식체계(AKS) 동향과 전망 (Trend and Perspective of Agricultural Knowledge System in OECD Member Countries)

  • During the last 10 year period, OECD member countries were in a trend of 'less government' from 'more government', thus resulted in restructuring and reducing staffs in government agricultural institutions including the Agricultural Knowledge System. In recognizing the crisis of 'less government', member countries were in a trend of paradigm shift to the 'better government;. In producing and transferring agricultural information, member countries are more concerned about consumers as well as producers as the target of good quality services of the 'better government'. The general consensus of member countries identified the importance of food safety and environmental protection as new agendas for the 21st century. Agricultural Knowledge Systems (AKS) in OECD member countries were in a trend of reorganization in addressing food safety, and agriculture / environmental issues. The approaches, functions and responsibilities were diversified to multi-governmental institutions from the ministry of agriculture. Thus the importance of institutional cooperation and coordination were emphasized more in the newly changed AKS paradigms. The objectives, functions and approaches of AKS in OECD member countries as well as in Korea will be directed to emphasize the importance of environment, sustainable agriculture, food safety, and rural development. They will also focus on establishing mutual cooperative systems among policy makers, consumes, non-governmental organizations, and agri-related organizations as necessary for sustainable development in the future.

아동의 그림 표상 발달과정 및 언어화를 통한 표상의 촉진 (The Development and the Effects of Verbalization on Representational Redescription in Children's Drawings)

  • Karmiloff-Smith was first to propose the 'Representational Redescription model'. It describes a process through which children elaborate their knowledge from the unconscious and implicit levels to the conscious and explicit levels. The model also assumes that children in perfectly explicit levels are able to express their own representation of knowledge verbally. This study was conducted to investigate Karmiloff-Smith's Representational Redescription(RR) model(1990, 1992, 1999) within the drawing domain. Additionally, how verbalization training influences children's development of representational redescription in drawing were also examined. First, 331 children (4- to 6-year-olds and an older comparison group of 7- to 9-year-olds) were asked to create six drawings of both familiar and novel topics. From these drawings, children were measured for procedural rigidity and developmental differences. Thereafter 80 5-year-olds children who were not able to manipulate their drawings with flexibility were selected. They were divided into an experimental group and two control groups. A group of verbalization training was given a session using 5 tasks. Compared to the control groups, children who practiced verbalization in the training group showed more advanced levels of representation than their previous levels in the pretest. The results were interpreted as meaning that verbalization is likely to facilitate children's reorganization of implicit knowledge within the drawing domain and to transfer this toward explicit forms. Further research needs to pay more attention to the educational applications of learning processes based on representational redescription.

Bachelard 과학철학의 수학교육학적 의미 탐색 - 변증법적 발달을 중심으로 (A mathematics-educational investigation on the philosophy of science of Bachelard - focused on the Dialectical Developments of Science)

  • 수학교육학 내의 논의에서 Bachelard의 과학철학은 인식론적 장애 개념을 중심으로 소개되어 있다. 그의 과학철학에서 인식론적 장애는 과학의 변증법적 발달과 연결되어 있다. 과학은 기존에 명백한 것으로 인식된 것을 부정하여 얻은 개념의 재구성과 일반화를 통해서 발달한다. 이 과정에서 기존의 인식에 대한 단절이 필요하다. 인식론적 장애는 재구성이 필요한 시점에서 기존의 것과 단절하지 못하고 고수함으로써 나타나내는 발달의 지연이며, 지식의 형성 혹은 학습 과정에 내재적인 어려움이 존재한다는 것을 의미한다. 이상과 같은 Bachelard 관점을 수학교육학에서 널리 적용되고 있는, '내면화-압축화-대상화'의 단계적인 반영적 추상화 도식과 비교하고 논의하였다.

온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경에서 중등과학교사의 학습환경 특이적인 PCK 요소 및 하위요소 (Secondary Science Teachers' PCK Components and Subcomponents Specific to the Learning Environment in an Online-offline Mixed Learning Environment)

  • 본 연구는 온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경에서 중등과학교사의 학습환경 특이적인 PCK 요소 및 하위요소 탐색을 목적으로 하였다. 중등과학교사 12명을 대상으로 설문, 개별 면담, 수업 관찰 자료를 수집하여 PCK 이론적 틀을 기반으로 연역적으로 분석하고 다시 귀납적 분석을 통해 그 범주를 정교화하였다. 온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경에서 본 연구 교사들의 PCK는 요소별로 학습환경 특이성이 다르고 학습환경 특이성에 따라 PCK 요소별 하위요소가 다른 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 과학 교수 지향으로 '과학 개념 학습' 목표 지향과 '강의식 수업'의 과학 교수-학습 지향이 있었다. 온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경 특이적인 교육과정에 관한 지식에는 '교육과정 재구성'이 있었으며, 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 교육과정에 관한 지식에는 '학습 목표 선정', '교육과정 자료'가 있었다. 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 과학 교수전략에 관한 지식에는 '과학 주제 특이적 전략', '과학 교과 특이적 전략', '상호작용 전략'이 있었다. 코로나 19 이후 오프라인 학습환경 특이적인 과학 교수전략에 관한 지식에는 '과학 주제 특이적 전략', '상호작용 전략'이 있었다. 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 학생의 과학 학습에 관한 지식에는 '학습을 위한 선지식', '학습 어려움', '학습 동기 및 흥미', '학습 다양성'이 있었으며, 코로나 19 이후 오프라인 학습환경 특이적인 학생의 과학 학습에 관한 지식에는 '학습 어려움'만 있었다. 과학 학습 평가에 관한 지식은 온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경 특이적인 지식과 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 지식이 있었으며, 각각 '평가 내용'과 '평가 방법'이 있었다.

  • The international government committee is progressing their agreements about intellectual property protection of traditional knowledge(TK), gene resource(GR), folklore(FL) in WIPO. It is in the course of selection with precedence of TK, GR, FL in WIPO, focused on discussions about listing of TK documents, standardization of DB construction, sharing and profit distribution of GR. There are disagreements between developed countries and developing countries about intellectual property protection agreements of TK, GR. The developed countries insist on using the existing intellectual property protection, but the developing countries ask new ones on character of TK, GR. It causes intangible assets to be valuable trade properties in future world trade. This research Groped for a summary program about intellectual property protection of traditional knowledge(TK) etc. debating in WIPO. This program confirms that such as TK, GR etc. not only to be the cultural property accumulated in human history, but also to be the original resource may be using at present. Therefore, we suggest that the focus of discussion should transfer to UNESCO instead of WIPO which only deal with the intellectual property protection. Besides, the main body which protecting and supporting TK should become its holding organization so as to achieve more effective management about it. In order to protect and support TK, the government should have firstly the recognition that TK is the property belongs to the country. By this viewpoint, it needs to setup DB through overall excavation of the unofficial knowledges in order to protect and support these TK, GR. Because the positive dealing with those WIPO's discussion means to support our TK, GR, so there should have some reorganization about existing related ones, and also needs systemic supporting policies & management' system.

자원절약을 위한 가변형 평면계획을 위한 설계원리 (Design Principles for Flexible House Plan corresponding to Resource Saving)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop formal design principles towards flexible house plan. A flexible house plan accomodates spatial requirements corresponding to change of life style and provides a way of saving architectural materials. Design properties as a basis for manipulation of room includes adjacency, orientation and geometrical information which are suited well to flexible design. This paper has developed a formal grammar of shape which can be utilized to transform house plan. Flexible design presented here is based on the idea of various operations of the shape grammar. The shape grammar, as a set of rules, specifies manipulations of shapes for reorganization of spatial relationships of rooms in a house plan. It lists exemplary rules in control knowledge which guides design processes for modifying a plan. An example taken from house plan design is used to ilustrate important aspects of the flexible design which fundamentally provides the basis for architectural material saving.
