플랜트 건설공사의 경우 최근 매우 복잡화, 전문화, 대형화되고 있고, 이에 따라 지속적으로 첨단기술접목과 함께 고부가가치 창출이 예상되고 있어 더욱 고도화된 사업관리계획과 더불어 전문인력 양성, 지식정보의 공유가 필수적으로 성장의 기본 요건으로 자리매김하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 플랜트 건설산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 관련 현황을 분석하고, 기업의 특성에 맞춘 유연한 Knowledge Management System(KMS) prototype을 구축, 웹 환경기반의 Portal에 연동한 시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

인터넷 항해의 관문으로 검색포털의 의존도가 더욱 높아지고 있으며, 이러한 현상은 학술연구정보 시장에서도 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 공공지식정보의 대국민 접점으로 민간검색포털을 이용하는 시도가 지속적으로 나타나고 있으며, 그에 따라 많은 지식정보 생산 유통기관이 검색포털과 개방적 협력관계를 유지하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 도서관 서비스의 검색포털 연계 서비스도 긍정적으로 검토해 볼 필요가 있으며, 특히 아직까지 대학의 사적 시설로 인식되고 있는 대학도서관 서비스의 연계방안을 모색하여, 지역사회와 연계된 공공시설로 활성화시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 그러한 관점에서 검색포털과 대학도서관 소장목록의 연계방안을 모색한다. 이미 활성화되어 있는 해외 사례와 국내 검색포털 서비스의 현황을 종합적으로 분석하여 국내 상황에 적합한 검색포털과 대학 도서관 소장목록의 연계방안을 마련한다.

간문맥 종양혈전이 있으면서 간 실질에 이상 소견이 없는 것은 매우 드문 일이다. 간에서 종양 혈전이 있는 경우 간세포암이 가장 발생률이 높으며 림프종은 감별질환으로 잘 생각되지 않는다. 림프종의 종양혈전이 간문맥을 침범한 것은 이제까지 총 네 가지 경우에서만 보고되어 있고, 모든 경우에서 종양이 혈관으로 직접 전파되거나 또는 그 외의 림프종을 시사하는 다른 병변들이 있었다. 혈관 내 대세포 림프종이 간문맥을 함께 침범한 경우, 본 케이스와 영상학적으로 비슷하게 보일 수 있으나 본 증례 보고는 혈관 내 대세포 림프종이 아니므로 제외하여 생각하였다. 미만성 거대 B세포 림프종이 간문맥에서만 발견된 무증상의 면역력이 정상인 67세 여자 환자에 대한 증례를 소개한다. 이전에 발표된 증례에서 이와 비슷한 경우는 보고된 바가 없다.

본 연구는 차세대 포탈(EP) 기능의 평가 프레임워크를 지식창출의 관점에서 제시하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 스마트 엔터프라이즈 통합포탈 (SES)과 같은 차세대 상품이 기존의 EP 기능에 협업과 컨텐츠 관리를 통합시킴으로써, EP는 더 이상 정보와 컨텐츠의 단순 통로가 아니게 되었다. EP는 상호 보완적인 정보기술의 통합체로서 거듭나고 있다. 이러한 통합현상의 일반화와 더불어 지식창출의 중요성을 감안한다면 EP기능을 지식창출의 관점에서 평가할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 문헌조사를 통하여 EP 기능의 기본적 요소를 설정하였다. 이를 기반으로 델파이 조사법을 이용하여 각각의 요소를 실증적으로 검증함과 동시에 지식창출 모델에 근거하여 분류하였다. 델파이 조사법에 사용된 전문가 그룹은 엔트루 컨설팅 파트너스에 근무하고 있는 7명의 지식경영 전문 컨설턴트로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 이론적 모델을 실무와 통합시킴으로써 EP의 평가에 있어서 새로운 비전을 제시하였다고 할 수 있다.

포털사이트는 검색엔진을 넘어 사이버스페이스 자체를 의미할 정도로 개념과 영역이 확대되었다. 일반인들뿐만 아니라, 필요로 하는 학술정보가 서비스되기 때문에 연구자도 포털사이트를 많이 이용한다. 그동안 포털의 검색은 얼마나 많은 정보를 검색하게 해 줄 것인가 하는 양적인 면에 관심을 두었다. 그러나 최근에는 검색의 질에 보다 관심이 많아지고 있다. 이 논문은 포털이 제공하는 학술정보검색의 문제점을 분석하고, 비교적 신뢰성을 인정받는 사전 서비스와 학술정보를 연계함으로써 학술정보검색의 질을 향상하기 위한 시범적인 시도이다. 즉, 검증되고 압축적으로 정리된 사전의 표제어와 해당 표제어를 키워드로 하는 권위 있는 연구 성과를 연계시킴으로써, 사전을 검색할 때 주제어 관련 연구 성과까지 검색할 수 있게 하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Purpose of this paper is how KM is implemented and executed to reform the organization in the change management aspect and how its current KM can be developed in the future, mainly based on the organizational system, business process, and information system related to KM. This Paper is longitudinal case study of Knowledge Management at LG-EDS Systems. The effective approach to undertake KM is phase. First, it is structured to share explicit knowledge for better performance and then implicit knowledge for best performance. But, This method had some limitations. So, LG-EDS systems integrated KMS-Knowledge Portal-to facilitate cooperation and improve contents quality.

본 논문은 지식정보화 사회에서 국제회의와 컨벤션 관련 정보 활용 시에 축적된 경험과 지식을 통한 인터넷 컨벤션이포탈 정보시스템을 설계하였다. H/W 측면인 무정지 Cluster시스템, L4와 WAS를 사용한 3-tier구조와 Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, 보안관제시스템과 S/W 측면인 WAS MVC 아키텍처, SOA 아키텍처, ASP EAI기능을 활용한 응용체계를 구축하였다. 사용자와 운영자, 설계 및 구축자, 검증위원의 평가 기준인 사용자효율성, 유비쿼터스 가용성, 시스템 안정성, 정보 보안성을 평가하여 이전 시스템과 비교 평가를 하였다. 그 결과 기존의 컨벤션이포탈 시스템에 비해 25.9%의 성능 향상이 이루어진 우수한 컨벤션이포탈 시스템으로 평가되어, 우리나라 컨벤션 산업과 유비쿼터스 인터넷 IT 정보 산업의 발전과 국제사회 컨벤션에서 주도적 역할을 수행할 수 있게 기여할 것이다.

In high education, knowledge is the very important resource and output. Knowledge management is the art of creating additional value from academic knowledge assets. The e-community is the network community, newly created by information communication technology, and the critical place that share and transfer people's the various knowledge and thinking and the effective space that can apply knowledge management. If we construct a convenient and useful e-community in our university, we will be able to increase the student's intellectual needs, and create new knowledge. Web-portal will promote the activity of e-community providing easy to access and personalized web circumstance. The emergence of Internet and Web access to all university services will force institutions to rethik everything. We should reconfigure our academic environment in order to adapt information technology and educational change, and must do change management based on their structure and culture.

The common Knowledge Management System has been constructed to increase the organization's competitiveness based on the objective of support on knowledge activities of individuals. But not many of cases have been success with constructing the magnificent concept of several of knowledge management. This case research is based on the constructed strategies, constructed concept and operating case on Knowledge Management System of Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries which was selected to the year 2004 outstanding operating organization among the government organization. This case research is suggesting that to have successful knowledge management, needs to have a reliable objective and goals prior to the abducting the Knowledge Management System and should establish the propulsion strategies that meets the organization and the culture. Also, it indicated that all the individuals should forward first in order to move organization and the system further more based of consider the constructed content, activity plan, evaluation and preview which the special feature of Knowledge Management System has.

In Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), tacit knowledge which is usually possessed as forms like know-how, experiences, and etc. is hard to be systemized while managing explicit knowledge is comparatively easy using information technology such as databases, Recent researches in knowledge management have shown that it is more applicable in many ways to provide expert search mechanisms in KMS to pinpoint experts in the organizations with searched expertise so that users can contact them for help, In this paper, we propose an intelligent expert search framework to provide search capabilities for experts in similar or related fields according to the user's needs. In enabling intelligent expert searches, Fuzzy Abstraction Hierarchy (FAH) framework has been adopted, through' which finding experts with similar or related expertise is possible according to the subject field hierarchy defined in the system. To test applicability and practicality of the proposed framework, the prototype system, Knowledge Portal for Researchers in Science and Technology, was developed.
