국가 지식정보자원의 전략적 연계 체제 구축에 관한 고찰 (National Information Strategies to Integrate the Dispersed Information and Knowledge Resource)

  • 본 연구는 선진국이나 경쟁국에 비해 열악한 우리나라 국가 지식정보자원의 총량을 제고하여 그 활용을 극대화할 수 있도록 국가차원에서 지식정보자원의 전략적 연계 체제를 구축하는데 목적을 두고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 고찰하고자 하는 내용은 다음과 같다 첫째, 우리나라가 국가차원에서 지식정보자원의 연계전략을 수립할 필요성을 살펴보고, 둘째, 현재 국가 지식정보자원관리체제의 현상과 문제점을 도출하며, 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 지식정보자원의 자원유형별, 관리기관별 특성에 따른 국가 예산의 효율적 집행을 위한 전략적 연계 방안을 마련하며, 넷째, 이러한 결과들을 근거로 우리나라의 바람직한 지식정보자원의 전략적 연계체제를 구축하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 인적자원관리와 지식공유는 조직의 성과향상을 위해 필수적인 전략으로서 매우 중요한 연구주제임에도 불구하고 이들 개념간의 연계고리를 밝히고자 하는 연구는 매우 적었다. 본 연구에서는 지방정부를 대상으로, 인적자원관리와 지식공유 그리고 조직내부성과간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 인적자원관리는 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 지식공유는 인적자원관리를 부분적으로 매개하여 조직의 내부성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

학생독립운동 지식정보자원관리에 관한 연구 (The Management Knowledge Information Resources of Student Independent Movement under the Rule of Japanese Imperialism)

  • 이 연구는 문헌정보와 아카이브적 측면에서 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원관리에 대한 효율적인 자료수집, 자료해제, DB구축과 아카이브를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구는 학생독립운동과 지식정보자원 관련 문헌적 고찰과 일제식민지 치하 학생독립운동 시발과 그 운동과정에서 생성된 자료들의 유통과 이들 자료들이 어떻게 관리되고 있는지에 대한 실제적 조사로 이루어졌다. 이들은 운동과 투옥 그리고 재판의 과정에서 다양한 문헌정보를 생산했으며 이것을 기반으로 정보자원관리와 아카이브가 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원에 대한 가치와 역량을 나타내고 진일보한 학생독립운동 연구와 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

지식정보자원시스템의 이용자 경험요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Experience Factors for The Knowledge and Information Resource System)

  • 본 연구에서는 정보매체 및 정보서비스 연구영역에서 새로운 분석기준으로 대두되고 있는 이용자 경험의 관점에서 지식정보자원시스템을 분석하기 위한 경험요인을 개발하였다. 문헌분석을 통해 선정한 분석 기준을 기반으로 이용자 경험 샘플링 방법을 적용한 실험연구를 통해 지식정보자원시스템 이용에 영향을 미치는 시스템 지각요인과 이용자 경험요인을 도출하였다. 수행결과 총 9개의 경험요인에 대한 55개의 세부 경험요인, 138개의 시스템 지각요인으로 구성된 이용자 경험요인이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 추상적 개념인 이용자 경험을 실험을 통해 실제적이고 구체적인, 측정 가능한 요인으로 도출하여 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 도출된 이용자 경험 요인은 지식정보자원시스템 이용자들이 지각하는 이용자 경험 정도를 측정하기 위한 기준으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 예상한다.

지식경영 자원, 전략, 그리고 성과: 상황모형의 검증 (Knowledge Management Resource, Strategy, and Performance: A Test of Contingency Model)

  • Increasing competitive pressure, the constantly accelerating transformation of the economy, and a stronger focus on value creation have initiated the search for sustainable sources of competitive advantage in organizations. In this context, the concept of treating organizational knowledge as a valuable strategic resource has become quite popular recently. Knowledge has become the most critical component in the struggle for sustained competitive advantage and knowledge management (KM) has also been described for its possible role in creating sustainable competitive advantage. In order to examine the contingency between KM resources, KM strategies, and KM performance of organizations, a contingency model of KM, which is based on resource-based theory as well as knowledge-based theory, is developed from the information systems and strategic management literature in order to assess the following questions: (i) What KM resources affect the organization's KM strategies? (ii) Is there a relationship between KM strategies and organizational performance enhanced by KM? A detailed exploratory analysis of survey responses from 79 Korean companies provides the following significant findings: (i) This study found support for the proposed contingency model of KM; (ii) The organization's KM strategies are determined by social resources and its capabilities; (iii) An organization with a culture-based KM strategy is more likely to enhance organizational KM performance than an organization with a technology-based KM strategy.

지식정보 구축 대가의 개발 : 국가직무표준(National Competency Standards)과의 통합 방안을 중심으로 (A Development of a Framework Cost Estimation Model for the Digital Document Database Construction Projects)

  • The reference guide for the cost of establishing the digital documents has been used as a basis for establishing the budget for the construction of the knowledge information resource. However, due to the abolition of the nominal unit price notification in terms of IT projects, it is necessary to conduct research to convert the standard of the current labor force grade standard to the national incompetency standard (NCS). In this study, we investigate and revise the system and contents of the current knowledge information cost estimation model. In specific, i) we conducted gap analysis of cost estimation model and existing NCS model. As the contents conforming for the construction of the knowledge information resource were not adoptable, we define the description of the construction of the knowledge information resource and to identify the core elements of NCS prior to the improvement of the cost model. ⅱ) then we proposed improve the cost model considering integration with newly proposed NCS model for knowledge information construction job. In order to ensure the validity of the application of NCS development and cost estimation model, the experts reviewed relevant contents and made plans for improvement by using experts from supply and demand groups of various fields of national knowledge informatization projects.

자원기반이론과 제도화이론에 기초한 연구개발집단의 지식경영 연구모형 (A Model for Studying Knowledge Management of R&D Groups Based on Resource-Based Theories and Institutionalization Theories)

  • In recent years, knowledge has emerged as a major source of competitive advantage due to the continuous development of information and communication technology, the acceleration of globalization, and the entry into knowledge-based society. Thus interests in knowledge management have been increased significantly. Nevertheless theoretical backgrounds of knowledge management are not actively discussed. Studies on the knowledge management of R&D groups initiating knowledge creation and sharing are not actively conducted either. This study, therfore, provides a research model of knowledge management to investigate relationships among resource and institutional characteristics, knowledge management activities, and knowledge management performance of R&D groups based on knowledge-based theories and institutionalization theories. This study further offers research propositions inherent in the model.

Knowledge Exchange Activities and Performances in Software Industry Clusters: Focus on Firm Size Effect

  • Purpose: This research investigates the differences in knowledge exchange activities and performances between startups and large companies in software industry clusters. Research design, data, and methodology: Six independent factors of human resource information, R&D and technology, marketing knowledge, government support information, strategic knowledge, and cooperation information were extracted to test the firm size effect in the relationships with two performance factors such as satisfaction with industry cluster location and satisfaction with financial performances. Data were collected through a survey of entrepreneurs, managers, and employees and tested by statistical analysis methodologies. Results: Three independent factors of human resource information, R&D and technology, and cooperation information were particularly significant in the relationship with both dependent factors. Strategic knowledge significantly affected financial performance. Knowledge exchange activities were more important in startups than in large companies for all eight factors. Conclusion: Policies for software industry clusters need a different approach for startups and large companies.

지식수준과 종결욕구가 전반적 평가에 미치는 영향 : 상황적 심각성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Impacts of Knowledge Level and Need for Closure and on Overall Evaluations : Considering the Moderating Role of Situational Severity)

  • This paper attempts to show that consumers' own information processing mode can play an important role in inducing favorable product evaluations, which is the most key goal of marketing. Th elaboration likelihood model contends that consumers' motivation and knowledge, in addition to the outside marketing information, affects the evaluation process. On the other hand, The resource matching hypothesis suggests that an excessively high level of information processing may lead to negative evaluations. In this study, Need for closure exacerbated overall evaluations of consumers. Such relationship was more salient in the condition of low severity that in the condition of high severity. Also under the situation of low severity, consumers with high level of relevant knowledge made evaluations more favorable, compared to the consumers of low knowledge. On contrast under the situation of high severity, relevant knowledge leaded to less favorable evaluations. This experiment identifies the appropriateness of the elaboration likelihood model and the resource matching hypothesis. Especially This study suggests an rare example that consumers' knowledge may not paly an desirable role in making their judgments.

인적자원관리 분야의 지식표현체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Knowledge Representation Schemes for Use in Human Resource Management Problem Domains)

  • This paper is concerned with knowledge representation schemes best suited for human resource management (HRM) problem domains including human resource planing, selection, placement, compensations, performance evaluation, training and labor-management relations. In order to suggest the scheme we consider two research gods. First, we evaluate and prioritize. The knowledge representation techniques of frames rules, semantic nets and predicate logic that hove been recommended to managerial domains. The combined Analytic Hierarchy Process technique is employed to combine individual judgments effectively between two different expert groups. As a result if we are to select a single knowledge representation technique, a frame representation is best for most HRM domains and to combine frames with others is another choice. Second as a strategy for knowledge representation schemes we show some examples for each damn in terms of labeled semantic nets and two types of rules derived from the semantic nets. We propose nine knowledge components as ontologies. The labeled semantic nets con provide some benefits compared with conventional one. More clearly definea node rode information maces it easy to find the ac information. In the rule sets, the variables are the node of the semantic nets. The consistency of rules is validated by the relationship of the knowledge components.
