A Study on Development of Maintenance Skill Training Simulator for Railway Vehicle

  • Generally, in the railway vehicle the driving force of gravity happens by the high-speed running and the repetitive impulse cause the degradation and the malfunction phenomenon shows differently because the durability of each component changes according to the internal and external causes. The maintenance of propulsion control device which is played the very important role as to the stable service of the railway vehicle is greatly important among them. Therefore maintenance training propulsion control device simulator is needed to maximize learning through repetition and improve the maintenance practical skills training. This paper designed the railway vehicle running device with a miniature for the railway vehicle maintenance training and developed a propulsion control device simulator equipped the imitation steering wheel.

  • Trichotillomania (TTM) is a disorder characterized by repetitive hair pulling, frequently from the scalp and/or eyebrows, leading to noticeable hair loss and functional impairment. TTM remains a poorly understood and inadequately treated disorder despite increased recognition of its prevalence. We review available neuroimaging studies conducted in patients with TTM, covering structural and functional neuroimaging in turn. Data from patients' structural and functional neuroimaging results enabled us to identify the neural circuitry involved in the manifestation of hair pulling. Finally, we highlighted the future importance of neuroimaging studies in children and adolescents with TTM.

  • Snow melting system is adapted for safety and environment sides. Geothermal System has some problem of unbalance between summer and winter heat loads. Snow melting system with piping system is widely adapted in Japan. In this paper, the variation of road surface temperature along time for heating load is investigated. And for checking the difference between electrical melting system and piping melting system, other design parameters is investigated.

  • The optics and opto-mechanics are disigned for imaging the sun at Lyman-${\alpha}$ line for scientific satellite. The optics are composed of conic mirrors. In order to block stary light. the new baffle design method is suggested. And we will present the opto-mechanics for this scientific satellite.

  • This research paper is to analyze the specific situation for the 157 failure cases of Seoul Metro power cable since 1990 and to consider the countermeasures. This is, also, to prevent accidents by analyzing the current state of each Line, the failure of causes, railroad tracks, installation year, opening year, and monthly failure conditions and by presenting the countermeasures. In addition, this research is to discuss the present installation situation of Seoul Metro power cable, the types of power cable, symptoms, causes and the countermeasures.

  • Recent construction projects have now regenerated the existing city rather than reconstruction or redevelopment to create a new paradigm. While the aged houses are reviewed to distinguish between the repair, reinforcement and reconstruction stages, the modular construction system makes the most of space using the modular system, and the projection mapping system is combined with the existing space. Therefore, we will proceed with the research so that improvement and correction of future issues can be made.

  • 열전재료는 냉각과 발전 분야에서 매우 매력적인 친환경 에너지 소재이다. 열전 재료의 효율을 나타내는 성능 지수는 ZT로 나타내는데, 기존의 bulk 재 열전소재의 경우 그 값이 1 내외이다. 그러나 기존의 타 기술과의 경쟁에서 우위를 점하기 위해서는 ZT 값이 3이 되어야 한다. 이론적인 계산에 의하면 나노 박막이나 나노와이어 형태로 열전재료를 제어를 함으로써 ZT 값의 현저한 향상이 예상되어 ZT값이 3이상의 값도 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 전기도금법은 나노와이어 형태의 열전재료를 경제적으로 대량 생산할 수 있는 가장 유력한 방법이다. 본 발표에서는 전기도금법을 이용하여 n-형 BiTe 계와 p-형 BiSbTe계 열전반도체 나노와이어를 제조하고 그 특성을 측정한 연구결과를 소개한다.

  • This paper designed the railway vehicle running device with a proto-type for the railway vehicle maintenance training and developed a propulsion control device simulator equipped the imitation steering wheel. In addition, this paper applied a multi-thread technology in order to implement the staged fault and the propulsion control device protected operation test and an implementation of the failure that occur in actual rail vehicle and confirm the validity as the propulsion control device simulator for the maintenance training.

매몰지주변 기저유출 관리 필요성 (Needs for the Management of Baseflow in the Vicinity of Burial Sites)

  • Burial sites are constructed for the purpose of controlling air-born livestock diseases such as avian influenza and foot-and-mouth outbreak. As most of the burial sites are located in the agricultural land use, public concerns are mounting about soil and groundwater contamination. During precipitation events, contaminated baseflows are released from the burial sites into surface waters. Baseflow are therefore required to be managed properly, by monitoring and even by remediation means. We propose each burial sites should be regarded as a point source possibly degrade groundwater, thus be managed in watershed scale for the purpose of surface water quality conservation.
