Boron doped ZnO:Ga(GZOB) thin films were prepared on glass substrates by DC magnetron sputtering. Influence of the annealing treatment on the electrical and optical properties of GZOB thin films were investigated. The west resistivity of $9.6\times10^{-4}\Omega$-cm was obtained at an annealing temperature of $400^{\circ}C$. The average transmittance of the films is over 80% in the visible range. It was also shown that by introducing boron impurity into GZO system improve the uniformity, the resistivity, and thermal stability of ZnO-based conducting thin films.

In this study, effect of thickness on structural, electrical and optical properties of B doped ZnO:Ga (GZOB) films was investigated. GZOB films were deposited on glass substrates by DC magnetron sputtering. The thickness range of films were from 100 nm to 600 nm to identified as increasing thickness, stress between substrate and GZOB film. The average transmittance of the films was over 80 % until 500 nm. Then a resistivity of $9.16\times10^{-4}\Omega$-cm was obtained. We presented that a GZOB film of 400 nm was optimization to obtain a high transmittance and conductivity.

Gwangbok is the best example of the dramatic changes after the 1970s in residential and urban planning as political power shifted from Kim Il-sung to his son. Kim Jong-il. Therefore, despite the limited available data on North Korea, we first attempted to accurately describe the design process used to develop Gwangbok. This study investigated the following aspects of North Korean urban planning by examining Gwangbok. First, we clarified Kim Jong-il's aesthetics, which had a key role in the Gwangbok design. We particularly analysed the ideas expressed in his literary writings. Second, we identified the major ideas of the North Korean architects and urban planners who implemented Kim Jong-il's interventions. Last, we reviewed the Soviet Union's influence on the discourse about North Korean residential and urban planning during the post-Khrushchev era. This analysis improves our understanding of the trends during the 1970s and 1980s in socialist residential construction, which was a relatively flexible and open prefabrication approach.

We obtain new upper bound of the area of a constant breath curve. We estimate the area of a constant breadth curve in terms of its breadth and minimal radius and the arc length of its pedal curve.
