급속도로 확대되고 있는 전자거래에 있어서 디지탈 정보의 보호가 점차 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 효율적이고 편리하며 안전한 방법이 구축되어야 전자거래를 활성화시킬 수 있으리라 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 공개키 기분구조에서 스마트카드를 이용하여 디지탈 정보의 권한을 효율적으로 관리함으로서 정보를 보호하고자 한다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해서 정보의 암복호화 시간을 단축하고, 서버의 부하를 감소시키는 부분 암호화 기법을 제시하며, 장차 디지탈 정보 서비스 업체의 이 방법을 사용함으로서 상대적으로 강한 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있으리라 본다.

In order to increase the capacity and improve the spectrum efficiency of wireless communication systems, this paper proposes a rate-based two-sided many-to-one matching game algorithm for energy-harvesting small cells with non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) in heterogeneous cellular networks (HCN). First, we use a heuristic clustering based channel allocation algorithm to assign channels to small cells and manage the interference. Then, aiming at addressing the user access problem, this issue is modeled as a many-to-one matching game with the rate as its utility. Finally, considering externality in the matching game, we propose an algorithm that involves swap-matchings to find the optimal matching and to prove its stability. Simulation results show that this algorithm outperforms the comparing algorithm in efficiency and rate, in addition to improving the spectrum efficiency.

Learning organization has been an important issue in both management and marketing areas. Also learning capability is a key construct of innovation process in a firm. Especially, in marketing context, several researchers have studied market-based learning and its relation with performance. Previous studies have shown that market-based learning has a positive impact on overall firm performance. However, there has been inconsistency in the concept of market-based learning itself and its relationships with antecedents and consequences. Given this conflicting and inconsistent results of previous research, this study has two main objectives. First, this paper proposed a conceptual framework that marketbased learning has two types of processes and each types of market-based learning will generate different types of performance. Second, the mediating role of marketing capability in learning-performance link is proposed. The proposed conceptual framework shows that organizations which have marketbased learning for innovation management can enjoy ambidextrous firm performance on both side of effectiveness and efficiency via marketing capability. Moreover our research model proposes key drivers of market based organizational learning.

The COVID-19 pandemic had substantial negative impacts and caused several disruptions to the global supply chain of the shipping industry. The key challenges identified in terms of maritime manpower are the Certificates of Competency (CoC) or the expiration and/or failure to complete refresher and/or revalidation courses, which directly hinder employment retention and lost opportunities at sea. To tackle this issue directly and swiftly, the creation of the APEC SEN Distance Learning Platform was suggested and approved by APEC as part of an official project. This paper introduces the APEC-wide accessible distance learning platform with the following key topics: the organisation and operation of the platform, the themes and content to be prioritised, the process of education, training, certification, and the ways to promote accreditation, mutual recognition on CoC, education and training videos by taking collaborative actions, and the development of content.

The Use-after-free (UAF) bug is a long-standing temporal memory safety issue. To prevent UAF attacks, two commonly used approaches are lock-and-key and pointer nullification. Recently, ARM architecture supports the Memory Tagging Extension (MTE) that implemented a lock-and-key mechanism using a 4-bit tag during memory access. Previous research proposed a virtual address tagging scheme utilizing MTE to prevent UAF attacks. In this paper, we aimed to measure a simplified version of the previously proposed virtual address tagging scheme on real machines supporting MTE by implementing a simple module and conducting experiments.

Metallic impurities, such as Fe, Cu, and Au, become generation and recombination centers for minority carriers when combined with oxide precipitates or silicon self-interstitial clusters. As these centers may cause leakage and discharge in silicon devices, their prevention through gettering of the metallic impurities is an important issue. In this article, key aspects of intrinsic gettering, such as oxygen control, wafer cleaning, device area denudation, and bulk oxygen precipitation are discussed, and a practical method of implementing intrinsic gettering is outlined.

본고는 2016년 3GPP 표준에서 다루어지고 있는 5G 네트워크의 표준에 관한 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 주요분야인 네트워크 슬라이싱 기술, QoS, Mobility, Core Network 분야로 나누어 설명한다. SA2에서 TR23.799의 기술문서에 기록될 내용을 개요, Key Issue별로 다루어지는 워크태스크(Work Task)내용, 그리고 솔루션과 표준동향으로 나누어 3단계로 설명하였다.

For electrical vehicles, switched reluctance drives present a promising alternative-compared to asynchronous and synchronous (permanent magnet) concepts. For these applications, a very wide field weakening range is a key issue. Other requirements include high torque output from a small machine and low current ripple at the DC-side without the use of bulky filters - when powered from fuel cells or advanced Lithium-Ion-batteries. A new converter and control strategy according to these requirements is presented and compared to existing designs. The comparison is done for a drive system with a continuous power rating of 30 to 40 kW.

Following Herburger (2000), I will develop an event-based semantics for Japanese emphatic particles which can address the issue of the mechanism of association with focus involving the emphatic particles. The proposed semantics makes use of Herburger's three key ideas: events as basic entities, decomposition of predicates into subatomic formulas, and separation of backgrounded and foregrounded information.
