청소년지도사의 역량과 직무환경이 소진에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Youth Instructors' Competence and Job Environment on Their Burnout)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년지도사의 역량과 직무환경이 소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 청소년지도사의 소진을 경험하는데 있어 역량과 직무환경이 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 연구를 통해 소진예방을 위한 다양한 지원방안들을 모색해 볼 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구를 위해 현장에서 재직하고 있는 청소년지도사를 대상으로 설문하였으며, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년지도사의 역량이 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 58.4%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다(F=17.125, p<.001). 둘째, 청소년지도사의 직무환경이 소진의 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 70.3%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다(F=19.339, p<.001). 셋째, 청소년지도사의 역량과 직무환경을 차례로 투입했을 때 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 81.0% 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다(F=27.368, p<.001). 이러한 연구결과는 청소년지도사의 역량과 직무환경이 소진에 영향을 주는 것임을 알 수 있다. 이에 청소년지도사의 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 프로그램개발과 정책적 지원과 청소년지도사의 처우개선과 승진 등 직무환경을 개선하여 소진을 예방할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 필요하다.

Function of Global Regulator CodY in Bacillus thuringiensis BMB171 by Comparative Proteomic Analysis

  • CodY is a highly conserved protein in low G+C gram-positive bacteria that regulates genes involved in sporulation and stationary-phase adaptation. Bacillus thuringiensis is a grampositive bacterium that forms spores and parasporal crystals during the stationary phase. To our knowledge, the regulatory mechanism of CodY in B. thuringiensis is unknown. To study the function of CodY protein in B. thuringiensis, BMB171codY- was constructed in a BMB171 strain. A shuttle vector containing the ORF of cry1Ac10 was transformed into BMB171 and BMB171codY-, named BMB171cry1Ac and BMB171codY-cry1Ac, respectively. Some morphological and physiological changes of codY mutant BMB171codY-cry1Ac were observed. A comparative proteomic analysis was conducted for both BMB171codY-cry1Ac and BMB171cry1Ac through two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and MALDI-TOF-MS/MS analysis. The results showed that the proteins regulated by CodY are involved in microbial metabolism, including branched-chain amino acid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, and energy metabolism. Furthermore, we found CodY to be involved in sporulation, biosynthesis of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate, growth, genetic competence, and translation. According to the analysis of differentially expressed proteins, and physiological characterization of the codY mutant, we performed bacterial one-hybrid and electrophoretic mobility shift assay experiments and confirmed the direct regulation of genes by CodY, specifically those involved in metabolism of branched-chain amino acids, ribosomal recycling factor FRR, and the late competence protein ComER. Our data establish the foundation for in-depth study of the regulation of CodY in B. thuringiensis, and also offer a potential biocatalyst for functions of CodY in other bacteria.

  • 제 4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 핵심 역량 중의 하나로 디지털 역량에 대한 관심과 그 중요성이 점점 커지고 있다. 디지털 역량은 디지털 사회에서 주어진 문제를 해결하기 위해 다른 사람과의 협업과 소통을 통해 디지털 기술을 활용하여 필요한 정보를 탐색하고 분석하여 결과물을 생산하는 능력을 의미한다. 디지털 역량은 기술의 발전으로 인해 새롭게 요구되는 지식과 능력들이 요구되는데 최근에는 컴퓨팅 사고력을 포함시키려는 시도들이 있다. 본 연구에서는 제 4차 산업혁명의 시대에 요구되는 디지털 역량으로 어떤 요소들이 포함되어야 하는지 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 디지털 리터러시에 관한 관련연구 분석을 통해 중요하게 고려되고 있는 요소들을 체계적으로 분류하고 이를 기반으로 하여 국내 현실에 맞는 디지털 역량 모델을 제안한다. 디지털 역량 모델을 설계하기 위해 먼저, 디지털 역량의 조작적 정의와 함께 세부 요소들을 정의한 후, 전문가들의 의견을 통해 수정 보완하였다.

학생조종사의 학업성취도가 비행적성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the effect of the academic performance on flight aptitude)

  • Since the success of the first flight, vast advancements have been made to the aircrafts with recent developments incorporating highly complex mechanisms, placing greater emphasis on the competence of the pilot. Studies are currently being undertaken to effectively source the trainee pilots with the most ideal level of aptitude for aviation with an aim to optimise the selection process with focus on economy and time, while research into identifying the optimal human characteristics for aviation is being done. As part of the selection process, number of tests is arranged with focus on the individual competence, suitability for flight, health status, aptitude and intelligence with the results of the tests used as reference materials during the selection procedure. This study has investigated the effect the academic competence has on the aptitude for aviation amongst many other abilities of human beings and the findings show that higher levels of aptitude have been demonstrated by the students who have displayed academic excellence across all the courses with statistics pointing to a positive correlation between the two subjects. This supports the theory that students who are academically superior have higher probability of being found to possess greater level of flight aptitude. The outcome of the study iterates the fact that academic competence of the students should not be regarded lightly in the selection process. Based on the current study, it is believed that a research into determining the relationship between the SAT results, average yearly grade and flight aptitude will help identify the key factors in possessing high level of flight aptitude with greater certainty.

서비스 유통 관점에서 교수 신뢰성이 관계적 요인에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Faculty Trustworthiness on Relational Factors: From the Service Distribution Perspective)

  • Purpose - Universities are fostering the development of closer relationships with students due to the increase in competition among universities. Universities are placing greater emphasis on relationship quality as a source of competitive advantage. Thus relationship marketing has become an important strategic theme in higher education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of faculty trustworthiness on relationship building process in the context of relationship marketing. For this study, faculty trustworthiness is divided into competence, benevolence, and integrity. And relationship development variables are composed of satisfaction, commitment, positive WOM, and negative WOM. Research design, data, and methodology - To empirically evaluate the proposed research model, this study was carried out using the survey with undergraduate students who were taking business courses. The 270 questionnaires were asked, and a total of 245 respondents provided complete and usable data. The sample consisted of 143 males(58.4%) and 102 females(41.6%). The variables of proposed model were measured on a 5-point Likert scale. The structural equation modeling analysis was used for the hypothesis test. Results - The overall fit of the model was acceptable(χ2=579.7(df=264, P=0.00), GFI=0.935, NFI=0.949, CFI=0.956, RMR=0.040). The results supported 6 hypotheses except for

    . First, competence and benevolence were positively related to satisfaction, while integrity was not significant. A key result of the analysis was that benevolence has the strongest effect on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction had a positive impact on commitment and positive WOM but didn't significantly affect negative WOM. Third, commitment significantly enhanced positive WOM and reduced negative WOM. Conclusions - This study emphasizes the role of faculty trustworthiness based on a long-term relationship. And the findings suggest that the dimensions of faculty trustworthiness have differing effects on satisfaction. In particular, benevolence is found to be the most important factor. This study provides university managers with the following managerial implications. In order to increase the satisfaction of the students, university managers should focus on the faculty's competence and benevolence. Also, it is important that university managers take a relationship approach to maximize WOM effect.

  • In modern socio-cultural conditions, the requirements for the quality of professional training of graduates of higher educational institutions are increasing. This issue has become especially acute with the advent of pandemic conditions. The ability to apply the existing competencies in the situation of challenges of the 21st century to solve complex social and professional problems is an important criterion for the quality of higher education. Modern professional art education is undergoing many reforms and transformations. Particular attention is paid to innovative teaching methods, thanks to which future specialists experience the breath of innovative education. This issue is especially relevant during the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since students of creative specialties must also have certain competencies, within the framework of the educational process, the competence-based approach to teaching plays a key role, is the methodological basis in the system of modernization of higher professional art education. Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the process of formation of professional competence among students of art institutions of higher education in the context of COVID-19. As a result of the study, the main aspects of the process of formation of professional competence among students of art institutions of higher education in the context of COVID-19 were investigated.

  • 물류서비스 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 고객 요구수준이 높아지고 있다. 일부 대기업의 경우 종합물류서비스를 제공하고 있지만, 대부분 물류기업은 타 기업과 협력하여 고품질의 물류서비스를 제공하고 있다. 물류기업 간의 경쟁이 아닌 공급망 간의 경쟁이 중요하게 부각되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 물류기업의 물류협력과 공급망역량이 물류성과에 미치는 영향과 전문화에 따른 조절효과를 검증하여, 우리나라 물류산업의 발전에 기여하는데 있다. 본 연구는 문헌연구를 실시하여 물류기업들이 중요하게 인식하고 있는 주요 요인을 도출하여 개념적 연구모형을 설정하였다. 우리나라 286개 물류기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 구조방정식모형을 토대로 가설을 검증하였다. 가설검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류협력은 공급망역량과 물류성과 개선에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 공급망역량이 강화되면 물류성과가 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업의 물류영역 전문화 수준이 높을수록 물류협력이 물류성과에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Stage-specific Expression of Lanosterol 14${\alpha}$-Demethylase in Mouse Oocytes in Relation to Fertilization and Embryo Development Competence

  • Follicular fluid meiosis-activating sterol (FF-MAS) has been suggested as a positive factor which could improve the oocyte quality and subsequent embryo development after in vitro fertilization. However, FF-MAS is a highly lipophilic substance and is hard to detect in studying the relationship between MAS and quality of oocyte maturation. The present study focused on the expression of lanosterol 14${\alpha}$-demethylase (LDM), a key enzyme that converts lanosterol to FF-MAS, on mouse oocyte maturation and its potency on development. LDM expression was strong in gonadotropin-primed germinal vesicle stage oocytes, weak after germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD), and then strong in MII stage oocytes. The LDM-specific inhibitor azalanstat significantly inhibited oocyte fertilization (from 79.4% to 68.3%, p<0.05). Also, azalanstat (5 to 50 ${\mu}M$) decreased the percentage of blastocyst development dosedependently (from 78.7% to 23.4%, p<0.05). The specific inhibition of sterol ${\Delta}14$-reductase and ${\Delta}7$-reductase by AY9944 accumulates FF-MAS and could increase blastocyst development rates. Additionally, in the AY9944 group, the rate of inner cell mass (ICM)/ total cells was similar to that of in vivo development, but the rate was significantly decreased in azalanstat treatment. In conclusion, LDM, the key enzyme of FF-MAS production, may play an important role in fertilization and early development of the mouse embryo, especially in vitro.

  • 영업사원들은 자동차산업에서 유통시스템의 핵심적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 자동차라는 상품의 특성상 고객들은 구매의사 결정과정에 있어 높은 수준의 정보와 지원을 요구한다. 영업사원들은 고객의 요구사항에 맞춰 서비스를 제공함으로써 고객의 결정과정을 돕는다. 따라서 자동차 영업사원의 개인적 역량은 자동차 판매 성과를 높이는데 있어 매우 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 이와 같은 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구는 자동차 영업사원의 개인역량이 판매성과 정(+)의 영향이 있을 것으로 보고 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 개인역량을 1) 판매기술 전문성 2) 영업사원의 태도 및 고객과의 관계형성 3) 감성활용 4) 감성조절 네 가지의 독립변수로 구분하여 종속변수인 판매성과와의 상관관계를 측정하였다. 연구 가설을 검증하기 위해 기존의 선행연구와 문헌을 토대로 가설을 설정하고 검증하였으며 경기도와 강원지역의 자동차 대리점에 근무하는 영업사원 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 유효 설문지 268부는 통계 프로그램 SPSS WIN24.0를 이용해 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 자동차 영업사원의 개인역량의 요인으로 판매기술 전문성과 감성활용은 영업사원의 판매성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 태도 및 관계형성과 감정조절이 판매성과에 정(+)의 을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 기각되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 개인역량은 영업사원을 채용하는데 있어 고려해야할 중요한 요소임을 시사한다.
