  • 차세대 무선통신 'ZigBee' 는 표준인준으로 상용화가 임박하였으며, 저전력을 장점으로 홈 네트워크에 가장 적합한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 그래서 우리는 이러한 ZigBee 통신과 현재 가장 보편화 되어있는 휴대용 단말기인 휴대폰을 이용하여 원거리에서 가정을 감시 및 제어 할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다.

  • Four compounds were isolated from the roots of Dipsacus asper roots, and were identified as methyl 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinate, 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid, sitosterol $3-O-{\beta}-D-Glucopyranoside$ and hederagenin $3-O-{\alpha}-L-arabinopyranoside$. Among the isolated compounds, methyl 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinate and 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinate acid have never been reported previously from this plant.

  • 4-(tert-Octyl)phenol derivatives bearing the D-mannitol substructure (6a, 6b, 7) were prepared from $\small{D}$-mannitol and evaluated their anticancer activity against human lung (A549) and prostate (Lncap, Du145, PC3) cancer cell lines. Among derivatives tested, the bis(tert-octyl)phenoxy compound 7 exhibited strongest proliferation inhibitory activities against human cancer cell lines tested, especially high sensitivity to human Du145 prostate cancer cells ($IC_{50}=7.3{\mu}M$).

  • Two flavonoid glycosides and three secoiridoide glycosides were isolated from the leaves of Lonicera maackii. On the basis of spectral and physico-chemical data, the structures of isolated compounds were identified as hesperetin-7-O-glucoside (1), luteolin-7-O-${\beta}$-D-glucopyranoside (2), secologanin dimethylacetal (3), epi-vogeloside (4), and vogeloside (5), respectively. Hesperetin-7-O-glucoside (1) was isolated for the first time from this plant.

  • Five compounds were isolated from the water extract of Oplopanax elatus stem. On the basis of spectral data, the structure of isolated compounds were identified as scoparone (1), uracil (2), protocatechuic acid (3), syringin (4), and adenosine (5). Among the these compounds, scoparone (1), uracil (2), protocatechuic acid (3), and adenosine (5) were isolated for the first time from this plant.
