지식경영시스템은 조직 경쟁력들 향상시키는 도구로서 민간기업 뿐만 아니라 정부기관에 까지 널리 도입되고 있으며 국내 정주기관의 경우 KMS 전문개발업체에 의해서 조직특성에 맞게 업그레이드 또는 새로이 구축하는 실정이다. 반면 매년 늘어나는 KMS 전문 개발업체의 개발 추이에도 불구하고 KMS 전문 개발업체 개발 시 가장 중요한 쟁점인 KMS 전문 개발업체 선정에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공공기관에 적합한 KMS 전문 개발업체를 선정하기 위해 계층적 분석기법들 적용하여 보다 객관적이고 공정한 KMS 평가모델을 제안한다.

In order to manage organizational knowledge efficiently, Knowledge Management System(KMS) is considered as mandatory. This study aims at developing a KMS performance model to predict user satisfaction as well as KMS usage, considering the unique features of KMS. By analyzing 261 surveys with LISREL, we found that community of practice(CoP) characteristics - participation and interactivity among users - significantly affects KMS user satisfaction. This implies that the development of KMS should focus on facilitating users' interactivity and participations such as CoP activity, which differs from the general information system context. We also found that KMS usage is influenced by CoP interactivity, not by CoP participation, and that KMS usage as well as user satisfaction leads to user performance. Interpretations and implications of the findings are discussed.

As many companies have recognized the importance of Knowledge Management(KM), they have invested lots of their resources in developing and deploying Knowledge Management Systems(KMS) to organize and share knowledge. When they implemented KMS in their organizations, most of them had high expectations about KMS at tile beginning. However, as time passed, its usage was rapidly declined. There have been many attempts to increase its usage. Many research works have tried to find solutions from users and organizations viewpoints, instead of the actual usage data itself. In order to assess the usage level of KMS, they have normally utilized user's attitudes toward KMS by assuming that user attitudes have strong relationship with actual uses of KMS. The purpose of this study is to assess tile impacts of user, organizational, and job characteristics on the satisfaction and the usage levels of KMS. Unlike other studies, this study is to explore impact factors which affect the usage level of KMS in organizations by using actual KMS log data as well as user's attitudes.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate influencing factors of using Korean medicine services (KMS) using the 2017 Korean Medicine Utilization Survey (KMUS). Methods: Demographic statistics of the survey were summarized and influencing factors of the KMS experience and the intention to visit KMS were analyzed using logistic regression model with complex sample design. Influencing factors were specified based on Andersen's behavioral model of health care utilization and factors associated with individual recognitions of KMS. Additionally, using the ordinary logistic regression model without complex sample design, the survey data were analyzed to compare the results. Results: In the logistic regression analysis, sex, age, health condition, presence of chronic disease, a degree of knowledge about Korean Medicine, and a view about herbal medicine safety were statistically significant both in the KMS experience, and the intention to visit KMS. Marital status was statistically significant in the KMS experience, while family income, a view about the cost of KMS were statistically significant in the intention to visit KMS. Conclusion: Individual recognitions of KMS and enabling components should be considered when establishing KMS policies. In addition, future studies analyzing KMUS need to take into account the complex sample design features of the survey to avoid statistically misleading results.

기업도 집단지성에 의한 지식 공유 및 외부와의 협력을 통한 지식의 생산/공유가 중요하다. 따라서 지식경영 시스템도 SNS 기반으로 설계하고 구축한 차세대 지식경영 시스템 도입이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존 지식경영 시스템을 조사분석하여 문제점을 분석하고 지식경영 패러다임의 변화와 새로운 지식경영 시스템의 요구사항을 알아보았다. 새로운 지식경영 시스템의 요구사항인 집단지성, 오픈이노베이션, IT 기술과의 융합을 고려하여 볼 때 차세대 KMS로는 SNS 기반 지식경영시스템이 가장 적합하다. 그러므로 새로운 차세대 지시경영시스템의 서비스 구조와 SNS기반의 지식경영시스템의 메인 설계 및 지식톡 설계 등을 통하여 SNS 기반 지식경영시스템의 구축 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 공공부문에서 운영되고 있는 KMS의 성과평가의 일환으로 KMS 사용자 만족도의 선행요인 및 사용자 만족도와 성과 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고 효과적인 KMS 운영을 위한 함의를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 지식품질과 KMS 품질, 사용자 만족도 및 성과 간의 영향관계에 관한 구조방정식 분석결과, 연구모형에서 설정한 3개의 가설 모두가 채택되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 KMS 사용자 만족도 및 성과 향상을 위한 효과적인 KMS 운영방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 KMS의 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 KMS 품질, 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성, 태도 및 KMS의 지속적 사용 간의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 경찰공무원들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 실증분석을 시도하였다. 가설검증 결과, 외부요인인 KMS 품질은 지각된 사용 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 지각된 사용 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 그리고 KMS에 대한 사용자의 지각된 사용 용이성과 지각된 유용성 모두 KMS 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 태도요인을 매개로 KMS 사용행위에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 KMS의 지속적인 수용과정을 설명하고, 그 함의를 제시하였다.

A brief history of the Korean Meteorological Society (KMS) is presented for the 60-year period (1963~2022). And academic activities during the period are examined to evaluate their contributions to the achievement of the KMS's goal, that is, the advance of meteorology and circulation of meteorological knowledge. Membership of the KMS was less than 300 before 1990, but increased fast afterwards, exceeding 1000, 2000 and 3000 in 2002, 2014 and 2019, respectively. After 1990, 11 professional committees were set up gradually and played important roles in the advances of professional fields. Size of the KMS budget grew gradually in the 1990s and faster during the 2000s, showing fluctuations in the 2010s. The KMS has been quite active in academic activities such as academic journals, domestic and international conferences, and book publishing. The Journal of the KMS (JKMS) has led the advance of meteorology in Korea since the beginning of the KMS, while "Asia-Pacific Journal of Atmospheric Sciences", which succeeded the JKMS in 2008, has been showing significant paper contributions from scientists around the world and increase of impact factor. Total number of presentations in the regular KMS conferences for the 2010s is 5 times larger than that for the 1990s, with a significant diversification of subject area. Internationally, the trilateral conference of the meteorological societies of Korea, China and Japan had been held since 2005. In 2015, the 3 societies stopped the conference and, instead, launched "Asian Conference on Meteorology". Meanwhile, the KMS has published glossaries, dictionaries, and textbooks of atmospheric sciences.

It is widely known that KMS (Knowledge Management System) plays a role of facilitator that contributes to upgrading the organizational performance. Despite this widespread belief, actual operation of KMS has been stalled at the level of being used only for the plain knowledge administration, not reaching the level of utilizing KMS strategically. In this sense, this case study suggests three successful KMS operation strategies-personalization strategy, socialization strategy, and technological strategy. Cases adopted in this study include HIRA(Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service) and KORAIL (Korea Railroad) where KMS has been successfully utilized to improve their organizational innovation and performance as well. Through scrutinizing the two cases, it was concluded that the proposed three KMS operation strategies have potentials of being generally applied to other KMS operation cases.

지리정보시스템의 구축이 활발하게 진행되고 있으나, 활용성에 대하여 의문을 제기하는 사례가 많아지고 있다. 그것은 기존의 GIS 구축이 정보구축 및 관리 시스템 구축에 중점을 두었기 때문이다. 이러한 GIS의 활용성을 높이기 위하여 최근 활발히 개발되고 있는 KMS와 연계될 수 있는 GIS 구축방안을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 KMS의 개념에 대하여 살펴보고, GIS와 연동하는 KMS 구축방법론을 제시한다. 그후 이 방법론에 따라 건설부문의 KMS 시스템을 구현하여 GIS와 연동 시스템을 구현하여 본다. 이를 통하여 다양한 지식정보 관리에서 공간정보가 갖는 중요성 및 GIS 연계방안을 확인할 수 있다.
