KM 기반의 기록관리 및 일반 정보관리 통합화 연구 - 공기업을 중심으로 - (A Study of Integrated RM & IM with KM Governance: Public Enterprise Centered)

  • 기업의 지식자원은 내부성과물인 기록과 외부에서 획득한 정보자료로 구분된다. 지식자원의 디지털화로 인해 내부 생산 기록과 외부 획득 정보자료의 생산 및 획득과정, 저장 및 검색기술, 이용자의 자료이용 패턴등이 유사해지고 그로 인해 생산에서 유통, 저장, 보존까지의 수명주기도 유사해졌다. 따라서 기록과 일반 정보자료의 구분 혹은 분리 개념의 전통적인 관리 방법에서 벗어난 통합관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이 연구는 기록관리와 정보자료 관리의 분야 특성을 비교하고 통합관리를 위해 KM 기반의 구축 전략의 필요성과 구체적인 방법론을 제시하였다. 특히 정부예산의 상당부분이 투입되는 공기업의 지식자원 관리를 중심으로 통합대상의 선정과 통합방법, 통합주체에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.

지식경영성공요인이 농산업클러스터 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -순창장류산업 클러스터를 중심으로- (Impact of Success Factors of Knowledge Management on Management Performance in Agribusiness Cluster)

  • 최근 산업클러스터 전략과 지식경영 요소를 도입하여 지역특화산업을 성장동력으로 육성하려는 노력이 증가하고 있는 가운데 지식경영의 성공요인들이 과연 농산업분야의 기업 경영성과에도 영향을 미치는지 여부를 검증하는 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 순창장류산업을 연구분석 대상으로 하여 지식경영이 농산업클러스터 내 기업의 경영성과 향상에 미친 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 지식경영 성공요인 중 '학습문화', '네트워크', '지식공유활동', '지식창조활동' 수준이 높을수록 기업경영 성과가 향상된다는 점을 확인하였다. 또한 이 과정에서 산업클러스터 특성이 지식경영과 경영성과와의 관계를 촉진시키는 조절 변수로서 기능하는지를 분석한 결과, 산업클러스터 특성들이 지식경영 성공요인 중 지식공유활동과 네트워크 요인을 더욱 증대시켜 기업경영성과를 향상시킨다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 끝으로 순창장류산업클러스터가 지식경영 발전단계 중 준비기를 거쳐 도입기에 도달했음을 분석하고, 성숙기와 완성기로 나아가기 위한 구성요소를 제시하였다.

시스템 다이나믹스를 이용한 지식 기반 의사결정 (Knowledge-based Decision Making using System Dynamics)

  • As knowledge has been recognized as a new resource in gaining organizational competitiveness, Knowledge Management (KM) is suggested as a method to manage and apply knowledge for business management. KM research, however, has focused on identifying, storing, and distributing the transaction-related knowledge in an organization. There has been little research on applying the knowledge to decision-making or strategy development that is the main task of business management. The application of knowledge to decision making has higher impact on organizational performance rather than just the knowledge management for process transaction. In this research, we suggest System Dynamics (SD) for the knowledge-based decision-making. Based on the modeling method of SD, we can translate partial and implicit knowledge resident in individual's mental model into organized explicit knowledge. The simulation test of the organized knowledge model enables decision-makers to understand the structure of the target problem and its behavior mechanism, which facilitates effective decision-making. We will compare the proposed method and other KM methods and discuss this research based on the application case to a real telecommunication company.

원가기획시스템과 정보기술 하부구조를 이용한 제조기업 지식경영 전략 유형 구분의 틀 (The Framework for the Classification of KM Strategies in Manufacturing Firms Based on Target Costing and IT Infrastructure)

  • Based on the usage levels of target costing systems(TCS) and information technology (IT) infrastructure, this study aims to develop a framework useful for classifying four types of knowledge management(KM) strategies in manufacturing firms: process-oriented, product-oriented, mixed and negative. We adopted a multi-methodological approach by mixing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Before developing a framework, through a case study of the H Motor Company in Korea, this paper investigated and showed the functions of TCS in the management of tacit knowledge. The results from the case study indicated that with the use of TCS, a firm can create, transfer, and share diverse kinds of tacit knowledge among employees for the facilitation of process innovation. We also empirically confirmed the four types of KM strategies, and demonstrated the characteristics(i.e., size, total sales, age, and knowledge intensity) of the organizations adopting each strategy.

뇌성마비 아동의 한방의료 이용행태 - 근거이론에 의한 질적연구 (Utilization of Korean Medicine among Children with Cerebral Palsy - Qualitative Study by Grounded Theory)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affect the utilization of Korean medicine (KM) among children with cerebral palsy (CP) and explore a processing model of decision-making by their parents. Methods : We conducted an individual in-depth interview with 21 mothers of children with CP who were recruited during the observational study. A grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin was used for qualitative analysis. Thus, collected data were classified into open coding including 121 concepts, 27 sub-categories and 7 categories. Results : The central phenomenon of the process of using KM for children with CP is 'KM as an optional treatment not essential'. Therefore there are many obstacles to starting KM treatment and it is easily interrupted for various reasons, unlike general rehabilitation treatment. However, if the patient experiences the therapeutic effect, the parents want to continue KM treatment. They try to provide treatment as much as possible if they can afford it. The parents give priority to general rehabilitation treatment and value the information and experience provided by the caregivers in similar situation as well as expert opinions. Conclusions : To expand and generalize KM treatment for children with CP, efforts to change interventional conditions such as treatment effect, treatment cost, treatment compliance, and convenience of treatment based on the understanding of the strategy used by the parents in KM utilization.

주행속도 시속 500km 달성을 위한 고속철도 차량의 공기저항 저감 목표 및 달성 방안 (Target and Implementation of Aerodynamic Drag Reduction for High-speed Train to Reach Up to 500km/h Running Speed)

  • The maximum speed of high-speed rail is restricted to various factors such as track condition including slope and radius, tunnel and dynamic stability of vehicle. Among the various factors, traction effort and resistance to motion is principal and basic factor. In addition, at high speed over 300km/h, aerodynamic drag amounts up to 80% of resistance to motion, that it can be said that aerodynamic drag is the most important factor to decide the maximum speed of high-speed rail system. This paper deals with a measure to increase the maximum speed of high-speed train by reducing aerodynamic drag. The traction effort curve and resistance to motion curve of existing high-speed train under development has been employed to set up the target of aerodynamic drag reduction to reach up to 500km/h without modification traction system. In addition, the contribution of various sources of aerodynamic drag to total value has been analyzed and the strategy for implementation of aerodynamic drag reduction has been discussed based on the aerodynamic simulation results around the train using computational fluid dynamics.

  • The Developing & Producing of Eco-Friendly vehicle have been more incremented, as People appreciate the importance of Earth Environment Conservation. The needs of Neighborhood Electric Vehicle(NEV) that suits Current people's short drive distance is incremented. In this Paper, we define Neighborhood Electric Vehicle through out National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of United States of America's regulation and explain motor and battery of primary constituents of that. We used MATLAB and ADVISOR 200 programs for Simulation, and propsed NEV's Model that tow people can be got in. In this Model, the battery is Lead-acid battery(72V, 85Ah) and the motor is 8kW permanent magnet synchronous motor(PM motor). We compared change of driving range of NEV through out non-changing speed Driving(10km/h, 20km/h, 30km/h, 40km/h) and Manhattan driving schedule.

  • After the "Landscaping Law" was enacted in 2007 Korea, national and local governments has been responding swiftly by seeking various methods. Seoul Metropolitan City and other municipalities have established "Seoul Coloring and Systematization" project, which analyzes and extracts the humanities, humanities and natural environments in 2007 as an opportunity to recognize the importance of environmental color. However, it is necessary to slightly supplement the color scheme created by the observer's concept. In this way, you have to find the color of the environment in a city where real life takes place. The city's environmental color has the concept of "walking" as the basic human behavior. Because the average speed is 4km, it differs from that of a vehicle that travels more than 60km per hour. Also, most of the frontage zone is used except for special cases. Therefore the characteristics of the environmental color and frontage zone on the road side were concluded in this paper as Single Type, Connection Type, and Extension Type. In addition, the principle of environmental color of city was established by the change of texture according to space of time and the characteristics of urban scale, and new media characteristics were found in various interactions. The results of this study suggest an environmental coloring strategy for workability such as hue continuity, hue harmonization and integrated design.
