On Concerning to the Bushing for the High Voltage Transformer and GCB & GIS which we have imported of all type owing to the insufficiency of internal production facilities and the want of technology, our research team succeeded in the development of the 72.5kV/1200A Gas Bushing for GCB & GIS. We carried out the dimensions & visual tests and the mechanical & electrical tests, and we have got the favorable test-results.

Regression testing is a very costly process performed primarily as a software maintenance activity. It is the process of retesting the modified parts of the software and ensuring that no new errors have been introduced into previously tested source code due to these modifications. A regression test selection technique selects an appropriate number of test cases from a test suite that might expose a fault in the modified program. In this paper, we propose both a regression test selection and prioritization technique. We implemented our regression test selection technique and demonstrated in two case studies that our technique is effective regarding selecting and prioritizing test cases. The results show that our technique may significantly reduce the number of test cases and thus the cost and resources for performing regression testing on modified software.

This paper deals with a new design method for a small-size rotating machine with high power. In order to achieve high performance, secondary excitation by Nd-Fe-B magnets and the grain oriented electrical steel sheets were selected and a new design using dual rotors is proposed. The outline of the high-performance rotating machine will be presented and the results of the finite element analysis by using this method combined with the E&SS modeling will be shown in the paper.

The effects of As addition in amorphous selenium (a-Se) films on the carrier mobilities and the recombination lifetime have been studied using the moving photo-carrier grating (MPG) measurements. The electron and hole mobility, and recombination lifetime of a-Se films with arsenic (As) additions up to 1% have been obtained. We have found an increase in hole drift mobility and recombination lifetime, especially when 0.3% As is added into a-Se film, whereas electron mobility decreases with As addition due to the defect density from shallow traps.

Nasotracheal intubation should be performed in patients with jaw fractures because maxillomandibular fixation is required. However, when there are concomitant fractures of the nose and facial bones, an intubation tube positioned at the nose makes it difficult to perform an intricate surgery. In order to overcome these problems, a variety of ways to change the position of the tube have been introduced. We describe a simple technique of switching the tube from a nasal to oral position, which was easily executed in a patient with concomitant nasal and mandibular fractures, accompanied by a literature review.

Nicolau syndrome is a rare complication of intramuscular injection consisting of ischemic necrosis of skin, soft tissue, and muscular tissue that arises locoregionally. The characteristic pattern is pain around the injection site, developing into erythema, a livedoid dermatitis patch, and necrosis of the skin, subcutaneous fat, and muscle tissue. Three patients were injected with drugs (diclofenac sodium, ketoprofen, meperidine) for pain relief. Three patients complained of pain, and a skin lesion was observed, after which necrosis developed on their buttocks. Each patient underwent debridement and coverage. The wound healed uneventfully. We report three cases of Nicolau syndrome in the buttocks following diclofenac intramuscular injection.

PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the repeatability and matching accuracy between two identical intraoral spectrophotometers. MATERIALS AND METHODS. The maxillary right central incisor, canine, and mandibular left central incisor of each of 30 patients were measured using 2 identical intraoral spectrophotometers with different serial numbers (EasyShade V). The color of each shade tab from 3 shade guides (VITA 3D-Master) was also determined with both devices. All measurements were performed by a single operator. Statistical analyses were performed to verify the repeatability, accuracy, and the differences between the devices with paired t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and intra-class correlation coefficients (ICCs) (${\alpha}=.05$). RESULTS. A high level of measurement repeatability (ICC>0.90) among $L^*$, $a^*$, and $b^*$ color components was observed within and between devices (P<.001). Intra-device matching agreement rates were 80.00% and 81.11%, respectively, while inter-device matching agreement rate was 51.85%. ANOVA revealed no significant different color values within each device, while paired t-test provided significant different color values between both devices. The CIEDE2000 color differences between both devices were $2.28{\pm}1.61$ ${\Delta}E_{00}$ for in-vivo readings. Regarding the clinical matching accuracy of both devices, ${\Delta}E_{00}$ values between teeth and matching shade tabs were $3.05{\pm}1.19$ and $2.86{\pm}1.02$, respectively. CONCLUSION. Although two EasyShade V devices with different serial numbers show high repeatability of CIE $L^*$, $a^*$, and $b^*$ measurements, they could provide different color values and shade for the same tooth.

Maximal production of heteropolysaccharide-7(PS-7) with a batch culture for 48 hr was $10.0\;g/{\ell}$ and its conversion rate from 2% (w/v) glucose to PS-7 was 50%. After substitution of media, production of PS-7 continued and reached its maximal production. The highest productivity occurred when the fresh medium, which contained all ingredients, for the production of PS-7 was substituted. Higher production of PS-7 was maintained at a dilution rate of 0.0125, which was established as the optimal dilution rate for the production of PS-7 by B. indica HS-2001.

An inductor-capacitor-inductor (LCL) filter are widely adapted in grid-connected inverter applications. In this paper, the harmonic attenuations of the LCL filter are quantitatively analyzed, and then the design optimization of two inductance values, which are related on a cost and a size, is illustrated. Based on the design optimization, the LCL filter employing a Symmetric Geometry is proposed. Through the equivalent circuit analysis of the proposed LCL filter, the operating characteristics and validity are presented in detail. In addition, simple proportional-integral (PI) current controller suitable for the LCL Filter is designed to mitigate the resonance problem. From simulation results, it is seen that the proposed LCL filter and control method have a sufficient attenuation and stability for the high frequency distortions and load variations.

A marginal zone B-cell lymphoma is a type of B-cell lymphoma which is normally located at the margins of the secondary lymph node follicles. According to 2008 World Health Organization (WHO) classification, there are three main types classified according to the location of invasion: nodal lymphoma in the lymph nodes, splenic lymphoma in the spleen, and extranodal lymphoma in other locations. Recently, we have experienced a rare case of primary nodal marginal zone lymphoma that arose in the lower eyelid. Therefore, we report this case with a review of literature.
