The Blu-ray Disc Recordable(BD-R) is one of strong candidates for archival application among optical media formats, because of its large capability. However, the well-defined accelerated aging test conditions and evaluation criteria have not yet been fully confirmed for BD-R. In this study, the data stability and degradation aspect of BD-R were analyzed by the random-symbol error rate(R-SER) measurement after the accelerated aging test. And a reasonable test condition of accelerated aging for BD-R and the appropriate evaluation criterion using R-SER measurement were discussed.

This paper deals with development of high torque and high accurate stepping motor and control system which is adopted heavy equipment engine speed control. In the process of development, only pure domestic technics is involved, all the parts are supplied in domestic industries, and successfully accomplished to mass production. In order to confirm product liability, circumferential test,such as vibration test impact test,thermal test,and field test are thoroughly fulfilled.

구면과 비구면 R.G.P 렌즈 착용실태 조사를 인천 경기지역 안경사 374명을 대상으로 착용비율, 관리법, 예비검사법등 여러가지 문항을 설정하여 조사 하였다. 대부분의 안경사들은 비구면 R.G.P 렌즈를 구면보다 7:3의 비율로 많이 판매하고 있었으며 R.G.P 렌즈 핏팅시 반드시 행하여야할 예비검사 항목 Schirmer test, Tear Break up time test, Slit lamp에 의한 Fluorescein검사, Topography에 의한 각막 지형도 검사를 시행하는지 조사하였으나 대부분 시행하지 않고 있었다. 또한 R.G.P 렌즈 핏팅시 가장 많이 나타나는 증상으로는 가벼운 이물감, 충혈, 시력 흐림, 건조감 순으로 나타났다. 본 실태 조사는 이상적인 R.G.P 렌즈를 핏팅을 위하여 반드시 행하여야 할 예비검사 항목을 나열하였으며, 그 중요성을 일깨우고자 하는데 목적이 있다.

Since guided weapon is high-cost and one-shot device which is non-reusable, it requires a lot of resources to prove required accuracy as a part of reliability demonstration. Once a test for proving accuracy rate of guided missile fails, it causes an additional cost and delay of schedule. This study introduces an equation for proper sample size and plan for guided-missile accuracy rate test in order to minimize the risk of test failure. Proper sample size for the test is derived by considering the reliability growth. Furthermore, each task for accuracy rate test is defined according to the development step. Therefore, this study can contribute to reduce sample size for accuracy rate test in order to meet the reliability requirement and assure transparency in the test process.

Objective : The aim of this study is to investigate and measure the Test-anxiety of college students in OO Oriental Medicine by using Korea's version-Test Anxiey Inventory(K-TAI-K), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI), Symptom Check List-90-Revision(SCL-90-R), etc. Methods : We studied 181 students who being at OO College of Oriental Medicine in second semester, 2007 We used some questionaries like K-TAI-K, STAI, SCL-90-R , College Life Satisfacaion, Life Event Questionnaire. Results and Conclusions : 1.141 persons(83,43%) of students feel the largest test anxiety before test. 18 persons(9.94%) of students feel the largest test anxiety after test. 2.The 1st grade students of preparatory course and 4th grade students of regular course have the lowest score in State Anxiety Inventory and obsessive-compulsive of SCL-90-R. The 2nd grade students of regular course have the lowest score in State Anxiety Inventory and obsessive-compulsive of SCL-90-R 3. Students who failed in test one time have the lowest score , and who failed in test more than two times have the highest score in K-TAl-K Students who failed one time in grade promotion more than two times showed high score in second K-TAI-K. 4. The higher grade, the lower score in College Life Satisfaction. The scores of College Life Satisfaction have negative correlations with those of K-TAI-K, STAI SCL-90-R except phobic anxiety, 5. The scores of Life Event Questionnaire have positive correlations with those of K-TAI-K, STAI and SCL-90-R except phobic anxiety. 6. The scores of K-TAl-K have positive correlations with those of STAI, SCL-90-R, College Life Satisfaction and Life Event Questionnaire. A correlation coefficient of obsessive-compulsive scale is highest, anxiety scale is second, interpersonal sensitivity scale is third, depression scale is fourth high among the scales of SCL-90-R.

Domestic railway communication in Korea has been introduced for mutual communications among control center, operation staffs, and maintenance staffs. It has been mainly used as railway disaster and safety functions from VHF and UHF from 1980’s and TRS-Astro and TRS-Tetra from the 2000’s. Recently for urban railways communications, 18GHz and 2.4GHz ranges have been utilized for image transmissions and control command communications, respectively. This paper analyzes technical development of LTE-R, LTE communication for Railways, that has been designed as a single integrated railway wireless network in order to merge the current various communication systems. In this paper, we present the details of the examination of the LTE-R test-bed using 2.6GHz test frequency in Daebul test line through CW test and optimization test.

Purpose: This study was to find a correlation between the bilateral reciprocal leg press test and a the balance in chronic stroke patients. Methods: Eighteen patients performed an isokinetic leg press test consisting of a bilateral reciprocal and unilateral mode. Following the isokinetic leg press testing, subjects performed the balance test: Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Timed Up & Go (TUG) test, and stability limit. Pearson product moment correlation coefficients were used to determine the correlation between the mean score of the isokinetic leg press test, balance test in both affected and non-affected side. Results: This study indicated a significant correlation between the bilateral reciprocal leg press test and stability limit. There were significant correlation between non-affected side bilateral leg press(NBL) and BBS (r=0.501), affected side bilateral leg press (ABL) and non-affected side stability limit(NS) (r=0.614), ABL and total stability limit (TS) (r=0.493), NBL and affected side stability limit(AS) (r=0.480), NBL and NS (r=0.560), NBL and TS (r=0.563), among the patients. Conclusion: Measurement of the lower extremity strength using the bilateral reciprocal leg press test can be used as an evaluating tool of the balance test.

This paper provides the results and analyses of investigations into porcelain suspension insulators failures on the KEPCO system. The high failure rate of suspension insulators on distribution lines has been attributed to the volume expansion of the cement, the insulation puncture breakdown of the porcelain and the power arc failure. The utility must use only the good insulators and at least reduce the insulator failure rate. So, this paper recommends that the utility make test criteria(cement expansion test, steep front-of-wave flashover voltage test and power arc test. etc) on the suspension insulators.

This paper describes dynamic characteristics test of distance relay and current differential relay using Real Time Digital Simulator on double circuit transmission line. First, The double circuit T/L modeling on RTDS was proposed and the results from the proposed model were compared with those of PSS/E. This comparison shows the possibility of dynamic test using the RTDS. The relay included about 20 test items which are apt to include maloperation of protective relays in critical situations.
