The article examines one of the most important means of visualization of mass information on the Internet - information graphics in the broadest sense of the term as a visual technology for presenting mass information. The main objectives of the article are to determine the genre-typological features of infographics and basic technological principles; identification of features of creation and use of information graphics in modern network. Certain benefits of online infographic editors include savings in resources and time. They allow the user, who has basic PC skills, to create standardized infographics based on their own data. In addition, the use of online services develops visual thinking, allows you to get an idea of quality criteria and current trends in infographics, as well as to gain initial experience in the visual presentation of data.

The article examines the process of professional training in educational institutions, media technologies and methods of media communication in the educational space of the institution, characterizes the place of media technologies in the educational space in the context of the term "educational space" itself, systematizes the methods of media communications in education. The peculiarities of media education as a set of means and methods of teaching young people adequate media perception are pointed out.

AI-powered robot news is drawing attention as artificial intelligence technology is fully spread in the news distribution field. Robot news still has many technical and ethical problems, but academic research on this is insufficient. This study analyzes the issue of robot writing in artificial intelligent based robot journalism industry using SWOT analysis. As a result, the advantages of big data processes, accurate information gathering, high efficiency and disadvantages such as lack of independent arguments and lack of evidence and opportunities for technical development, government support, academic development, and industrial applications, and threats such as uncritical acceptance and lack of talent have been found. This study suggests three future-oriented directions, such as human-machine collaboration, intelligent news, and chat-bot, through previous studies on the development direction of robot journalism-based article writing.

The article describes the concept of a Web-portal of an educational institution; the technical conditions for the creation of the Web-portal of the educational institution were determined; the features of the use of the Web-portal in the educational process and its organization are revealed. The scientific and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the use of portals in education will improve the management of an educational institution, activate and bring the educational process to the level of modern technologies at all its stages, as well as enhance the interaction of parents and students with employees of the educational institution.

The article notes that one of the reasons for the crisis in education was the sharp discrepancy between the emerging new forms and content and the model of macro-management that has developed over the decades. The level of management of the educational system did not emerge as a specific activity characterized by its own mechanisms and processes, just as qualified carriers of this activity - professionals - managers - did not appear. At the same time, there is practically no theoretical and methodological model of the macrolevel of education management, that is, management of the educational system as an integral structure.

소셜 미디어가 뉴스정보를 생성, 유포시키면서 부상한 소셜 저널리즘은 시민 저널리즘의 일환으로서 시민들이 SNS를 통해 뉴스정보를 생성하는 새로운 유형의 정보수집과 보도 방식을 의미한다. 이 연구는 <우리는 모두 할레드 사이드이다>라는 특정한 페이스북 페이지가 이집트 민주화 혁명과정에서 특정 시위기간 중에 구체적으로 어떤 뉴스정보를 얼마나 생산하고, 공중과 상호작용을 했으며, 소셜 저널리즘 양식을 통해 뉴스를 전달하였는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, <우리는 모두 할레드사이드이다>페이지는 일주일 동안 총 331건의 포스트를 통해 시위관련 스트레이트 뉴스를 가장 많이 생산했으며, 동영상과 사진, 만평보도가 텍스트 기사 만큼 비중있게 다뤄졌다. 특히 동영상의 경우는 대부분 연결링크를 소개하고 있어 소셜 저널리즘의 특성을 잘 반영하고 있었다. 네트워크 저널리즘을 반영하는 외신보도인용은 대부분 스트레이트뉴스 에 해당되었는데 알자지라와 영국의 가디언 신문이 주로 인용되었다. 이 연구를 통해 정치적 격동기에 처한 사회에서 제도권 언론이 통제 받을 때 SNS는 현실을 반영하는 뉴스나 정보를 생성, 확산시키는 저널리즘 미디어로서 역할을 수행할 수 있음을 추론할 수 있었다.

언론이 내외적으로 자유로운 상태에 있고 보편적 가치를 자기 문제화여 보도할 때 자율적인 언론이라 하고, 이들 언론이 보도한 내용은 공정하다는 것이 본 논문의 주제다. 언론의 자율성 논리에 따르면 언론의 자유가 없는 곳에서 공정한 언론이 있을 수 없다. 언론의 자유에 대한 본질적인 내용을 침해하는 모든 내외적 강제는 언론의 공정성을 침해하는 것이다. 따라서 언론의 자유는 언론 공정성의 필요조건이다. 자율적인 언론은 보편적 가치를 자기 의지화하여 보도하여야 한다. 이것이 언론 공정성의 충분조건이다. 자유로운 언론이 보편적 가치를 위반하거나 보편적 가치를 적극적으로 실천하지 않을 때 공정한 언론이라 할 수 없다. 따라서 자율적 언론의 보도는 공정하며 동시에 정의롭다. 그러나 다원적인 가치 사회에서 사회적으로 합의된 보편적 가치에 대한 가치간 우열이나 해석에 있어서 다양한 차이들이 발생할 수 있다. 언론 보도에 있어서도 이러한 차이는 발생할 수 있으며, 이런 차이를 기준으로 공정성을 논할 수 없다. 자율적인 언론간의 보도시각이나 가치간의 차이는 상호 논쟁과 비평의 영역은 될 수 있어도 공정성 논란의 대상은 아니다. 왜냐하면 자율성 개념에 따를 때 이들은 모두 공정한 언론이기 때문이다.

2008년 이후 정부의 공영방송 사장 임명과 정부 비판 보도의 제한, 시사 프로그램의 폐지 압력, 그리고 재벌과 보수언론의 방송진출을 허용한 언론법 개정 등은 언론 민주화를 위협하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 권위주의 정부 시절 언론 민주화를 위해 노력했던 언론인의 정신과 실천을 되돌아보고 숙고해서 한국 저널리즘의 미래상을 재설계 할 필요성이 있다. 송건호는 정부의 언론 장악 시도에 정면으로 맞서 보도통제를 반대하고, 국민을 위한 언론의 역할에 대해 진지한 성찰과 고민을 계속한 점에서 오늘날의 언론인이 언론 민주화의 위기를 극복할 수 있도록 현실적인 언론사상을 제시해 준다. 송건호의 언론사상을 살펴보기 위해 문헌연구 및 관련 언론인과의 인터뷰를 진행했다. 송건호의 언론사상은 민족언론, 민주언론, 독립언론 등으로 요약됐다. 첫째, 민족언론은 분단된 남북관계와 주변 강대국의 영향이 지속되는 상황 속에서 언론이 민족의 자긍심을 세우고 통일의 책무를 강조하며, 우리나라와 세계 역사에 대한 지식과 통찰력을 가져야 함을 의미한다. 둘째, 민주언론은 언론이 민주주의 사회의 기반이자 유지, 발전 양식이라는 점에서 포기할 수 없는 원칙이다. 셋째, 독립언론은 언론이 기업의 형태로 존재, 운영되는 과정에서 내외의 압력에서 자유로울 때 언론의 책무가 구현됨을 강조한다. 송건호의 언론사상은 언론 민주화의 위기를 회복하기 위한 철학과 방법론 모색의 기초 자료라는 점에서 언론학적 의미가 매우 크다.

주지하다시피 현재 한국사회 내 대다수의 청년주체들은 취업과 관련하여 '개미지옥'이라는 표현이 단순한 은유를 넘어 구직의 특성을 체화하는 현실 속에서 절박하고 불안한 삶을 영위하고 있다. 이 연구는 '자기소개서' 작성과 구직에 관한 청년세대의 구체적인 체험과 판단을, 특히 이 과정을 복합적으로 담아내는 자기기술지 자료를 매개로 한 상세한 문화적인 해독을 통해서 접근한다. 이 탐구는 현재 한국사회에서 불안정한 노동시장과 취업이라는 심각한 압박에 직면하고 있는 청년주체들의 인식과 경험 그리고 감정구조의 함의를 다면적으로 '읽어내려는' 작업을 시도한다. 이러한 지적-비판적인 관심은 자기소개서의 복합적인 '사회적인 텍스트'로서의 위상과 쓰임새에 주목함과 동시에, 자기소개서를 쓰는 '불안의 주체'들에 관한 재귀적인 사유를 통해서, 자신의 모습과 기업에 의해 구성된 또 다른 '나'와의 균열과 간극을 마주하는 청년주체들의 현실인식과 고민을 '근접해서' 포착하고자 하는 목적을 지닌다.

This study analyzes the current status of drone journalism in Korean broadcasting industry, with a case study of TV Chosun Company's drone use for news gathering. It analyzes TV Chosun's record of drone logs between 2014 and 2018. The log consists of date, time, news content, users, machine and on-air date. In 2014, the total of 31 cases of using drones for news gathering is identified, while in 2018, the frequency increases to 60, with a gradual, annual increase, making the total frequency of 160, during the period between 2014 and 2018. This means that the broadcasting company used the drone news gathering system every week. The analysis also reveals that the company used this drone news gathering system mostly in the metropolitan area in Korea, amounting to more than 76 per cent of its total use: 31.3 per cent in Seoul, 36.9 per cent in Kyunggi, and 8.1 percent in Incheon. The system was more frequently used in the summer and autumn than the winter and spring. Interestingly, it was first popularly used for disaster related news, but the use of drone for social and other issues is increasing every year, which may imply its diverse use in the future.
