  • The AS 9100 aerospace standard has become the aerospace quality management system standard agreed to, instead of ISO 9001 and MIL-Q-9858A by international aerospace manufacturing companies. In this paper correlative requirements of each of the standards are compared and analyzed. Then the evolutionary concept and its direction is proposed as a guide to participate in the preparation and establishment of current aerospace quality management systems. This study is applicable to the future as well as present aerospace manufacturing activities throughout the world.

  • According to the study of TQM implementations, the odds that an organization will successfully implement total quality management are two to oneagainst it. However, organizations armed with knowledge of the factors that have the biggest impact on their success can take steps to influence or change those factors. In this paper, we first are reviewed those rewards factors through literature study and gave the test for them in the Korean industry. This study also proposes that appropriate successful rewards factors are necessary for TQM implementations.

  • The purpose of this study is to research and analyze the influence of ISO 9001 QMS(Quality Management System) certification on the employer's financial goal and the employee' satisfaction. In this study, we could find that ISO 9001 QMS certification influenced eight factors which contribute to employee's satisfaction, and the purpose and background of ISO 9001 QMS certification was analyzed to have a good influence on the employee's satisfaction. In the future, the implementation strategy of ISO 9001 QMS needs to be studied to make the employees satisfied more with their duties and to pursue the employer's financial goals at the same time.

  • The real estate management includes not only the brokerage, property management, development, investment and consulting which are related to real estate handling, but also the human resources who deal with the real estate business. The level of management quality of Korean real estate business is rather poor. This paper deals with management innovation of real estate management using Six Sigma methodology The main focus of this Paper is to develop strategy Planning, and is to select critical success factors for each strategy to make an advanced management system for real estate business. This paper is a case study, and the target company for this innovation is ERA-Korea Company. Seven strategies are proposed, and for each strategy several critical success factors are suggested. Through this case study, the authors hope that a management quality model for real estate business is proposed, and an improved management method can be adopted in the other real estate companies.

  • The purpose of this study is that analyzing the causal relationship between Infra, Process and Performance of companies which are executing the Supply Chain Quality Management(SCQM) with their subcontractors and partners. Korean Standards Association(KSA) provides the Supply Chain Quality Management Model and Quality Collaboration Index for 4 years, but a few study has investigated the critical variables and their causal relationship to organizational performance. Therefore we examine the SCQM model and related index and choose the quality, human resource and risk management processes for identifying the path to organizational performance. In addition, exploratory factor analysis is conducted for figuring out the major factors among the 3 processes. Structural Equation Model are successively used for determining which characteristics of the infra and processes are the most critical variables to performance. The data was collected from KSA and composed of 52 companies and 346 their partners. The result shows that risk management process has no significant effect on the organizational performance and pre-production process collaboration.

  • Achieving sustainable performances is not an easy task in today's challenging environment. Since late 1980's, Baldrige Criteria for performance excellence has helped many organizations align their processes, their people, their resources, and their customers' needs. This study analyzes IT Quality effect on performances using Baldrige Criteria. Previous studies on Baldrige Criteria show the relationship between management quality and firm value.

  • Supply chain management is a total systems approach to delivering manufactured products to the end customer. Using information technology to coordinate all elements of the supply chain from parts suppliers to retailers achieves a level of integration that is a competitive advantage not available in traditional logistics systems. On the other hand, service chain management is an analogous systems approach that is especially suitable for delivering mobile services such as parcel delivery, cable installation, and home health care. The key elements that distinguish service supply chain management from supply chain management are bidirectional optimization, management of productive capacity, and management of perishability. The purpose of this study is to maintain the construction of service chain management by proving that service quality in after-sales service can be improved through service chain management. First of all, supply chain management, service quality, and service chain management were introduced in theoretical research. In empirical research, it was selected the domestic enterprise that produce electronic appliances with after-sales service, and some customers using the enterprise's after-sales service in the metropolitan area were selected as a sample by convenience sampling method and examined.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine machine learning use cases in manufacturing companies from a digital quality management (DQM) perspective and to analyze and present machine learning research patterns from a quality management perspective. Methods: This study was conducted based on systematic literature review methodology. A comprehensive and systematic review was conducted on manufacturing papers covering the overall quality management process from 2015 to 2022. A total of 3 research questions were established according to the goal of the study, and a total of 5 literature selection criteria were set, based on which approximately 110 research papers were selected. Based on the selected papers, machine learning research patterns according to quality management were analyzed. Results: The results of this study are as follows. Among quality management activities, it can be seen that research on the use of machine learning technology is being most actively conducted in relation to quality defect analysis. It suggests that research on the use of NN-based algorithms is taking place most actively compared to other machine learning methods across quality management activities. Lastly, this study suggests that the unique characteristics of each machine learning algorithm should be considered for efficient and effective quality management in the manufacturing industry. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it presents machine learning research trends from an industrial perspective from a digital quality management perspective and lays the foundation for presenting optimal machine learning algorithms in future quality management activities.
