  • 기존의 보행분석 연구들은 하지를 하나의 스프링으로 간주하였다. 만약 슬관절 신전을 보조할 수 있는 슬관절 액추에이팅 메커니즘을 개발할 수 있다면 보행에 필요한 탄성-변형률에너지를 혁신적으로 저장-방출할 수 있고, 그 결과 보행 중 하지강성은 더욱 증가할 것이다. 게다가 족관절 액추에이팅 메커니즘까지 추가되어 있다면 슬관절 액추에이터에 의한 과도한 인공하지강성을 능동적이고 적절한 수준으로 보상해주는 기전으로 작동할 것이다. 만약 가속도에 의한 보행속도 증가를 방지하기 위해 인위적 감속통제를 작동시킨다면 불필요한 운동에너지의 방출이 발생되고 하지강성 액추에이터의 실효성은 의심을 받게 된다. 따라서 본 저자는 보행속도를 2개의 세그먼트에 의한 상대 각속도 조절기법을 이용하여 하지강성을 증가시킨다는 기본개념으로 슬-족관절 액추에이터 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 족관절에 슬관절 액추에이팅에 대한 보상기전이 존재하는 경우, 족관절의 보상기전이 중족지절관절 경사각 및 보행속도 변화에 미치는 상호영향을 연구하였다.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 등속성 장비를 이용하여 고등학교 야구선수들을 대상으로 주관절 근육의 평가 기준치를 설정하는데 있다. 상지에 의학적으로 문제가 없는 고등학교 야구선수 201명을 대상으로 하였다. 주관절 검사는 HUMAC NORM(CSMI, USA) system을 이용하여 굴곡, 신전운동을 부하속도 $60^{\circ}/sec$에서 4회를 실시하였으며, 절대근력(peak torque)와 상대근력(peak torque % body weight)을 측정하였다. Cajori의 5단계(6.06%, 24.17%, 38.30%, 24.17%, and 6.06%)로 구분한 구간추정(interval estimation)방식에 의해 평가 기준치를 나타내었다. 이 연구의 결과에서 각속도 $60^{\circ}/sec$에서 주관절의 절대근력(peak torque) 굴근의 평균은 $37.88{\pm}8.14Nm$ 신근은 $44.59{\pm}11.79Nm$으로 나타났으며, 상대근력(peak torque % body weight) 굴근의 평균은 $50.06{\pm}8.66Nm$ 신근은 $58.28{\pm}12.84Nm$로 나타났다. 각속도 $60^{\circ}/sec$에서 주관절 굴근(flexer)과 신근(extensor)의 절대근력(peak torque)과 상대근력(peak torque % body weight)의 평가기준치는 설정하였다. 이 연구에서 분석 된 결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 결론을 이끌어 냈다. 주관절은 야구선수들에게 가장 많이 발생되는 손상임에도 불구하고 국내외 주관절 근력에 관한 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 주관절 손상을 예방하고 경기력 향상을 위해 상대적 근력 수준과 훈련효과를 보다 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 근력 척도가 필요하다. 주관절의 절대근력과 상대근력의 평가기준치를 제시함으로서 고교선수, 야구지도자, 선수트레이너, 재활전문가 등에게 손상회복 및 재활 복귀 시 유용하게 자료가 될 것으로 생각되며, 객관적인 임상 평가 데이터로 활용하는 데 매우 유용한 정보라고 사료된다.

인지적 요소가 포함된 과제 수행 시 젊은 성인과 노인의 동작 조절 비교 (Comparison of Cognitive Task-Directed Motor Control Ability in Younger and Older Subjects)

  • PURPOSE: This study compared cognitive task-directed functional motor control ability for reaching and kicking movements in younger and older adults. METHODS: Subjects were divided into two groups of younger and older adults, with 13 subjects in each group. Subjects were required to perform a dual task combining a functional movement and cognitive component. The task consisted of reaching and kicking movements. Participants performed indicated movements when a target appeared on a monitor. The target randomly appeared on the monitor every 10 seconds. The total performance time (TPT), joint angular velocity (JAV), and muscle activation time were used to evaluate motor control ability. RESULTS: There were significant differences in all evaluation factors in a comparison of younger and older adults (p<.05). TPT was significantly shorter in older adults, and JAV and muscle activation time were significantly slower than that in the younger adult group. Although the results for older adults were within the normal range for functional assessment, their motor control abilities were significantly worse for cognitive tasks compared with those of younger adults. CONCLUSION: The results of this study indicated that a motor control assessment tool using a cognitive task would be helpful in assessment of motor control ability in healthy older adults.

링의 스왈로에서 나까야마 기술로의 연결 동작에 대한 운동학적 분석 (Kinematic Analysis of the Linking Motion from the Swallow Skill to the Nakayama Skill on the Rings)

  • This study was intended to contribute to allowing athletes to raise a technical understanding of two motions of high difficulty such as the Swallow motion and the Nakayama motion and enhance their competitive power by analysing the kinematical factors required to link those two motions on the competitive scene on the rings for current national athletes. For this purpose, the game of the ring event was videotaped for male heavy gymnasts participating in the final elimination match of the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. This study attempted to select the performing motions of the final 1st-and 2nd-place athletes performing the linking motions from the Swallow motion and the Nakayama motion using the DLT(direct linear transformation) method. As a result, it arrived at the following conclusion : A1 properly performed the flexing and extending movements using the angular velocity of the segment and joint as the switching motion using the body at the time of linking the motion from the Swallow skill to the Nakayama skill. A2 was evaluated to perform the skill taking the form of depending on the force at the static state. Therefore, it is thought that A1 should take care of shaking at the time of using the elasticity of the body. It is thought that in case of A2 the proper use of the elasticity of the body take care of shaking at the switching motion while taking advantage of the force will contribute to his competitive power.

태권도 뒤차기의 인체 관절과 분절사이의 협응 형태 (Interjoint and Intersegmental Coordination Pattern of Dwichagi in Taekwondo)

  • The purpose of this study was to qualitatively analyze coordination pattern of joints and segments during Dwichagi in Taekwondo and present a point of difference as compared with the previous study on Dolryeochagi in Taekwondo. By the utilization of three-dimensional cinematography, the angles of individual joints and segments of six male Taekwondo experts during Dwichagi were calculated by using Euler's angle. The used coordination variables were angle vs. angle plots between adjacent joints and segments and angle vs. angular velocity plots of individual joints and segments, respectively. It was observed during Dwichagi that in-phase coordination and spring-like rotational control mechanism of the lower and upper trunk were transferred into straight spring-like control mechanism of lower leg passing through flexion-extension and the fixation of degree-of-freedom of lower trunk and hip joint alternatively. This comparative study that coordination variables were used seems to be more useful research direction to deeply understand basic control mechanisms of Taekwondo kicking techniques when compared with the previous studies that defined Dwichagi as a thrust movement pattern merely based on biomechanical variables of a kicking leg.

12주간의 수중운동이 경직성 뇌성마비 청소년의 어깨 관절 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of 12 Weeks Aquatic Exercise Training on Shoulder Joint Isokinetic Muscle Function in Adolescent Spastic Cerebral Palsied)

  • Purpose: The present study investigated the effects of 12-week aquatic exercise training on isokinetic muscle function of the shoulder in adolescents with cerebral palsy. Methods: The study included four male and four female adolescents with cerebral palsy. Isokinetic muscle function was measured at an angular velocity of $60^{\circ}/s$, using Biodex System VI Pro. The peak torques of internal rotation and external rotation were measured before and after training. Aquatic exercise training was performed once a day for 120 min, 4 times a week for 12 weeks. Results: The peak torque of external rotation according to body weight and mean power of internal rotation were significantly higher after training (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Our findings suggest that 12-week aquatic training for adolescents with cerebral palsy can improve isokinetic muscle function of the shoulder. Future studies should analyze the changes in isokinetic muscle function of the shoulder in more detail using various aquatic exercise programs to investigate their effects on individuals with cerebral palsy.

그라운드 레슬링 가로들기 공격 시 수비 유형의 운동학적 분석 (A Kinematic Analysis of the Defence Types during Body Lock Technique in the Ground Wrestling)

  • This study is to find out effective defensive type by analysis on differences among three different defence types of the body lock technique in the ground wrestling. The subjects are 5 athletes who are in 60kg weight class. To get the kinematic analysis seven ProReflex MCU-240(Motion Capture Unit), infrared rays cameras, which was produced by Qualisys, were used to get a two-dimensional coordinate. Following are the analysis result from kinematic factors such as time element, speed element and angular element. 1. During position of ground wrestling, the average necessary time until defender's hip joint touches the mat for Phase1 was $0.34{\pm}0.14sec$ at side position was the shortest space of time out of three types, and Phase2 was $0.21{\pm}0.02sec$ at front position was the shortest space of time out of three types. Moreover, side defence position was the shortest for total average necessary time with $0.78{\pm}0.05sec$. 2. The movement change for hip joint was $57.21{\pm}20.17cm$ for front, $43.35{\pm}7.13cm$ for rear, and $18.67{\pm}10.24cm$ for side at Phase1 and $42.08{\pm}17.56cm$ for side, $16.61{\pm}6.34cm$ for front, and $1.48{\pm}1.29cm$ for rear at Phase2. 3. Movement speed of hip joint at defensive type were most effective in success and fail rate at Phase 1 and its frontal average speed was fastest with $1.01{\pm}0.23m/s$ following by $0.52{\pm}0.15m/s$ for side, and $0.62{\pm}0.15m/s$ for rear. The average for total change of speed is $0.79{\pm}0.32m/s$ for front, $0.78{\pm}0.17m/s$ for side, and $0.49{\pm}0.08m/s$ for rear. 4. The joint angle gets smaller in a order by rear, front, and side for the size of hip joint angle and knee angle for different defensive type. 5. As a result of one-way ANOVA on linear velocity for hip joint in frontal defence(phase1) was significance ($\alpha$=.05), but phase 2 was not significance. Synthetically, analyzing on differences among three different defence types which were front, rear, and side of the body lock technique in the ground wrestling, front defensive type was the most effective. In future, there should be more studies regarding on defence at not a laboratory study but a field study to help out wrestler to pertinent techniques to improve the game of wrestling.

프로야구 오버드로우 투수의 견관절 등속성 토크에 관한 분석 (A Analysis of Isotonic Torque of Shoulder Joint for Overthrow Pitcher of Professional Baseball Player)

  • 야구 경기에서 투수의 투구 동작은 5단계로 구분되어 정의되지만 투구 속도는 어느 부위의 근력에 의해서 좌우되는지 단언할 수 없다. 그러나 최근에 견관절의 회전력 중요성이 강조되고 있으며 몇몇 선행 연구를 찾아 볼 수 있었다. 그래서 빠른 투구 능력과 견관절 회전력에 대한 상관성 분석의 필요성을 갖게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 오버 드로우 투수들의 견관절 내 외측 토크를 3가지 자세에서 측정하여 볼 속도와 관계를 규명하고 기준을 제시할 기초 자료 제공에 있다. 연구 결과 앉은 자세에서 내 외전 최대 토크는 집단 (볼 속도 차이) 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 누운 자세의 내 외전 최대 토크는 집단간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 선 자세에서도 동일한 결과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 투구 속도와 자세별 내 외전 최대 토크 근력과는 정량적인 차이는 있었지만 상관성은 나타나지 않았다. 그래서 투구 속도에 영향을 미치는 역학적 에너지 동원 체계에 대한 기전 규명의 추후 연구가 기대된다.

드롭랜딩 시 높이 변화에 따른 인체 분절의 충격흡수 전략에 관한 연구 (The Study of Strategy for Energy Dissipation During Drop Landing from Different Heights)

  • The purpose of current study was to investigate the effects of the heights on the lower extremities, torso and neck segments for energy dissipation during single-leg drop landing from different heights. Twenty eight young healthy male subjects(age: $23.21{\pm}1.66yr$, height: $176.03{\pm}4.22cm$, weight: $68.93{\pm}5.36kg$) were participated in this study. The subjects performed the single-leg drop landing from the various height(30, 45 & 60 cm). Force plates and motion-capture system were used to capture ground reaction force and kinematics data, respectively. The results were as follows. First, the ROM at the ankle, knee, hip and trunk was increased with the increased heights but the ROM at the neck was increased in the 60cm. Second, the angular velocity, moment and eccentric work at the ankle, knee, hip, trunk, and neck was increased with the increased heights. Third, the contribution to total work at the knee joint was not significantly different, while the ankle joint rate was decreased and hip and neck rate was increased in the 60cm, and trunk rate was increased with the increased heights. Lastly, the increase in landing height was able to augment the level of energy dissipation not only at the lower extremities but also at the trunk and neck. The findings showed that drop landing affect trunk and neck with lower extremity joints. Therefore, we need to consider that trunk and neck strengthening including stability should be added to reduce sports injury during prevention training.

여성 고령자들의 Sit-to-Walk동작 시 역학적 에너지 분석 (Mechanical Energy Analysis for the Lower Limbs during Sit-to-Walk Movement in Elderly Women)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 여성고령자들에 있어 젊은 여성과 비교해 Sit-to-Walk동작 시 낙상의 간접적인 요인이 될 수 있는 역학적 에너지를 비교분석 하는 것이다. 여성고령자 그룹 10명과 젊은 여성 그룹 10명이 본 연구를 위해서 참여하였고, 적외선 카메라와 두 대의 지면반력기를 통하여 역학적 에너지를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 근 파워는 각속도와 근 모멘트의 변화에 따라 고관절의 무릎 및 고관절의 신전 국면시 두 그룹 모두 낮은 음의 일률을 보였고, 특히 고령자그룹에 더 낯은 음의 일률을 보였다. 역학적 에너지 일량에 있어서도 무릎관절과 고관절은 무릎 및 고관절 신전 국면에서 두 그룹 모두 음의 일량을 보였고, 특히 고관절은 전체국면에서 고령자 그룹에 있어 더 낮은 음의 일량을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 STW동작 시 고관절 대퇴근의 약화로 인한 에너지 손실(dissipation)은 고령자들의 낙상의 위험요소를 간접적으로 보여주는 것이라 여겨진다.
