일부 치위생(학)과 학생의 DISC행동유형에 따른 전공만족도와 직업선호도 연구 (A Study on the Major Satisfaction and Job Preferences of Dental Hygiene Students according to Their DISC Behavioral Patterns)

  • 본 연구는 DISC행동유형에 따른 전공만족도와 직업선호도와의 관계를 파악하기 위하여 시행하였다. 2019년 4월 1일부터 10일까지 치위생(학)과 학생 192명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, DISC행동유형에 따른 전공만족도의 하위요인 중 수업내용, 교수지도방법에서 S형이 높았고, 학교시설 및 환경은 C형과 S형이 높았다. DISC행동유형에 따른 직업선호도는 하위요인 중 명예, 발전성과 안정성 선호도에서 D형이 높았다. 적성과 흥미, 발전성과 안정성, 근무환경 선호도는 S형이 높았으며, 적성과 흥미는 C형에서 높았다. DISC행동유형과 전공만족도, 직업선호도는 서로 관련이 있는 것으로 확인된 바, 대학생의 진로지도 시 고려하여야 할 것으로 생각된다.

요양보호사의 자기 효능감이 업무만족과 업무몰입에 미치는 영향에서 임파워먼트의 매개효과 (Mediated Effect of Empowerment in the Influence on the Job Satisfaction and Job Involvement of Care Worker Self-efficacy)

  • 이 연구는 노인복지시설 종사자인 요양보호사의 자기효능감, 임파워먼트가 직 간접적으로 업무만족 및 업무몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 분석하여 요양보호사의 업무만족과 업무몰입을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보기위해 시작되었다. 요양보호사들의 자기효능감이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 자신감과 자기조절 효능감이 높을수록 임파워먼트가 높음을 알 수 있었으며, 자기효능감이 업무몰입에 미치는 영향으로는 자기조절 효능감과 업무 선호가 높을수록 업무몰입이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 요양보호사들의 업무만족에 미치는 영향으로는 자신감과 자기조절 효능감, 그리고 업무 선호가 높을수록 업무몰입이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 요양보호사들은 개인 임파워먼트와 환경 임파워먼트가 높을수록 업무몰입과 업무만족이 높음을 알 수 있다. 자기효능감이 업무몰입 및 업무만족에 미치는 영향으로 임파워먼트의 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

치위생과 학생의 취업가치관과 취업선호도에 관한 연구 (A study on the job values and job preference of dental hygiene students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the state of career and employment among dental hygiene students in an attempt to get an accurate grip on their preparation for career and employment. And it's also meant to help improve the efficiency of guidance by dental hygiene education institutions for career and employment. The subjects in this study were every dental hygiene student at three different colleges. After a self-administered survey was conducted, the following findings were given: 1. In regard to the future prospects of dental hygienist, 44.2 percent of the students investigated believed that there would be a bright future for dental hygienist, and 55.8 percent didn't agree to that or considered the prospects to be neither bright nor bleak. 2. As to the motivation of choosing the department of dental hygiene, 51.2 percent thought that it was easy for dental hygienists to get a job, and 22.2 percent wanted to be a professional. 3. Concerning preference for workplace, they hoped to work in a hospital-sized or larger institutions including dental hospitals. As to the reason why they wanted a job, 76.2 percent had their sight set on standing on their own feet. 4. As for the top priority for employment, they took interpersonal relationship into account the most(3.63), followed by aptitude(3.52) and working conditions/environments(3.51). 5. In terms of job values by academic year, all the freshmen, sophomores and juniors attached the most importance to interpersonal relationship. By academic standing in the previous semester, the students who got an A, B or C put more value on human relations, and those who got a D gave more weight to social status and fame. The gap between them was statistically significant. As for the impact of the high schools they graduated from, they took the most statistically significant consideration on interpersonal relationship irrespective of their alma mater.

학교급식 환경에 따른 급식조리사의 직무 만족과 조직 몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment of Employees according to the School Food Service Environments)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the job satisfaction and organization commitment of employees according to the school food service environments. The questionnaire to measure was completed by 150 employees in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The demographic data showed that 48.7% of respondents were in their fifties and most of them were females(96.6%). They were employed in the middle and high schools. The results were as follows : Frist, factors that influenced job satisfaction were student preference and rule-observance. Second, the importance of school food service environments didn't influence the compensation factor for job satisfaction. Third, factors that influenced job satisfaction among school food service environments were kindliness and the management of employees and rule-observance. Rule-observance showed the highest satisfaction scores among the rest of them. Forth, it was concluded that the management of employees, food quality and student preference influenced the organization commitment of food service employees. The research results show that rule-observance of food service environments and the importance of managing employees have influence on co-worker relations, job and organization commitment.

치위생(학)과 졸업예정자의 취업준비 및 선호도에 관한 조사연구 (Employment preparation and job preference of dental hygiene majoring students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate dental hygiene majoring students on employment preparation and job preference. Methods : Subjects were 471 dental hygiene majoring students in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, Daejeon, Chungcheong-do, Busan, and Jeju-do. Except 34 incomplete answers, 437 copies were analyzed. Results : Female accounted for 98.9%. Grade point average(GPA) ranged from 3.5 to 4.0 (38.8%). Most of the students lived in Gyeonggi (20.4%). Out of 364 students, 58.5% had hospital coordinator certificates and 36.3% had computer related certificatse. Those who studied in Gyeongnam wanted to work in Gyeongnam (90.6%), and those who studied in Seoul wanted to work in Seoul (79.7%). These results revealed the same tendencies in Gangwon(56.8%), Gyeonggi(47.6%) and Jeju(39.3%). Except for Chungbuk and Gyeongnam, most students preferred Seoul as a preferable working location (p<0.000). The reason for the preferable working locations included easy commutation (31.0%), higher income (28.5%), and brand value of hospital (22.5%). Most students chose job for easy commutation (44.8%, p<0.000) and welfare benefits (29.6%). Preference for income ranged from 15,000,000~20,000,000 Korean Won including Daejeon (75.0%), Gyeongnam (59.4%), Chungbuk (58.4%), and Jeju (56.7%). Conclusions : It is necessary to implement the various curricula development including future planning and mastery of foreign language education focused on globalization.

  • This study is about implementing an job matching web service system based on the Job seeker's company assessment model proposed by the researchers. Basically, the Job seekers' company assessment model is based on the concept that each job seeker can evaluate the recruitment company candidates using job seekers's own major consideration factors. Using the implemented information system, each job seeker's main considerations in job searching process are evaluated and stored and compared to those of other job seekers' or groups' characterized by sex, job experience residential area and etc. by finding out and listing up the companies in the order of the preference of job seeker own or belonging groups, job seekers can be helped to find suitable companies which fit well to themselves.

일 대학 치기공과 재학생의 성격유형과 전공 및 직업만족도, 희망직무와의 관계 (The Relationship between the Personality Type, Major Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction and Desired job position of Dental Technology Students)

  • Purpose: This study aims to offer fundamental data to develop a career program that helps the dental technology students find a proper and desired job position and to be satisfied with their job. To this goal, we analysed the differences found between the personality type, major satisfaction, job satisfaction, and preference in job position among the dental technology students. Method: We conducted a survey using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator among the subjects who are sophomores and juniors of the dental technology department of a university in Gangwon province. Our analysis was grounded on 130 valid questionnaires. Results: The results are summarized as follows: In personality type ESTJ turned out the highest as 20.0%, while ENTP was the lowest as 0.8%. The preference was revealed as Extraversion (66.9%), Sensing (74.6%), Feeling (50.8%), Judging (61.5%) respectively. Of the general characteristics, only the religious or non-religious state was statistically meaningful as (p<. 05) in emotional type (F). No statistical significance was found in the major satisfaction. The job satisfaction was statistically meaningful as p<. 05 in Judgemental type (J). GPA was statistically significant as p<. 05 in the sensory type of the personality type. Desired job position was statistically meaningful as p<. 05 in emotional and cognitive types. Conclusion: We found a meaningful difference in the job satisfaction and the desired job position with respect to the personality type of dental technology students. However clear explanation of the correlations among these factors requires a more comprehensive survey and various approaches from the personality and psychology tests, which is to follow.

레스토랑 종업원의 유머감각이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Restaurant Employees' Sense of Humor on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구는 외식기업의 효율적인 인적자원관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 외식산업에 종사하는 서울지역 레스토랑 종업원을 대상으로 유머감각이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 유머감각은 메타메시지 감수성, 유머의 선호도, 정서의 표현성, 유머에 의한 대처 요인으로 도출되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유머감각 요인 중 유머에 대한 선호도, 유머에 의한 대처, 메타메시지 감수성 순으로 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 정서의 표현성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유머에 대한 선호도, 정서의 표현성순으로 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 메타메시지 감수성, 유머에 의한 대처는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유머감각이 직무만족과 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 연구결과를 토대로 유머감각에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 종업원 선발시 유머감각에 대한 평가가 고려되어야 할 것이다.

어머니의 취업에 따른 자녀양육행동과 아동의 사회적 능력과의 관계 (A Study on Children's Social Competence and Maternal Behavior Related to maternal employment variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among maternal behavior, their children's social competence and the variables related to maternal employment. The subjects were 245 4th-6th grade elementary school children and their working-mother. Park, and Lee(1990)'s KMBI and Pease et al.(1979)'s ISCS were used to measure maternal child-rearing behavior and children's social competence respectively. The major findings were as follows : 1. The significant differences in children's social competence were found according to mother's satisfaction with job and preference to job, the degree of father's support, birth order, income level, and father's educational level. 2. The significant differences in mother's child-rearing behavior were found according to mother's preference to job and the motivation of employment, the degree of father's practical support, and parental educational level. 3. Through the path analysis, maternal employment variables related directly or indirectly to each factor of social competence were identified.

대학생의 선호직업유형이 확증편향에 미치는 영향에 관한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on the Influence of College Student Preference Job Type on Confirmation Bias)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 선호 직업 유형이 진로 결정 과정에 미치는 영향과 역할을 검증하고, 그 과정에서 확증편향에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 연구이다. 자료 수집은 2017년 6월 20일부터 7월 9일까지 20일 동안 3회에 걸쳐 수도권 소재의 대학교 남녀 재학생을 대상으로 인터뷰를 통해 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 질적 연구 방법 중 사례 분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 참여자로부터 얻은 자료에서 분석한 결과는 선호 직업 유형, 진로 적성과 상관없이 개인별 정도의 차이가 있을 뿐 대부분 직업 진로에 대해 확증편향이 있음을 보여주었다. 확증편향적 사고는 연구 참여자들의 심리적, 환경적 요인의 영향을 받으며 사회적 인식이 반영된 틀 속에 자신을 맞추려는 현상으로 나타났다. 본 연구 시사점은 선호 직업 유형이 전공에 대한 선택에 영향을 미치며, 확증편향은 취업과 직업 탐색에 방해 요소가 되기도 한다는 점을 확인했다는 점과 개인별 직업 유형에 대한 선호도가 바르게 정립되도록 진로 교육과 교육 환경 및 기회가 제공되어야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다.
