보육교사의 소진에 영향을 주는 변인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors of Child Care Teachers' Burnout)

  • The purpose of the present study was to examine the factors on child care teachers' burnout. For this purpose, degrees of child care teachers' overall burnout, job satisfaction, and job environments were examined. Also, child care teachers' burnout was examined depending on their personal factors, job satisfaction, and job environment. Finally, the relative power of the three factors were examined. A survey was administered to 184 child care teachers in Seoul and Kyonggi areas to investigate their degrees of burnout, job satisfaction, and job environment. Maslach Burnout Inventory(Maslach and Jackson, 1986) and questionnaires on job satisfaction and job environmen were used. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and multiple regression using SPSS+12 version. Major findings are as follows: Child care teacher's overall degrees of burnout is not so high and different on their personal factors such as age, educational level, and career, and job satisfaction and job environment. The most powerful factor on their burnout was their demographic factors.

피부미용사의 직무환경 및 직업존중감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Environment and Job Esteem on Job Satisfaction in Skin Beauticians)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 피부미용업 종사자들의 직무만족도에 대해 직무환경 및 직업존중감이 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 서울 및 경기지역 피부미용실에 재직중인 20~50대 성인 여성 470여명을 대상으로 피부미용사의 특성 및 직무환경, 직업존중감, 직무만족도를 분석하였다. 첫째, 피부미용사들의 직무환경이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 직무만족도의 하위요인 직업적 긍지 만족도, 소속감 및 기여도, 임금 및 복지에 상대적으로 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 피부관리샵의 휴게시설이나 휴식공간을 적절히 보장하고, 안전 및 위생관리를 철저히 하는 등 근무조건을 개선해야 함을 시사한다. 둘째, 직업존중감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 독립변수별로 사회적 평가, 자기(내재적)평가, 미래가치, 자아성취지향이 높아지면 직무만족도의 하위요인들이 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 피부관리사의 사회적 인식을 제고할 수 있도록 전문가로서 대우하는 것이 중요한 요인임을 시사한다. 직무환경의 하위요인인 근무조건, 조직환경, 직업안정성과 직업존중감의 하위요인인 사회적 평가, 자기(내재적)평가, 미래가치, 자아성취지향이 직무만족도의 하위요인에 각각 중요한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타나, 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 직무환경 하위요인들의 전반적인 개선과 더불어 직업존중감의 현재가치에 해당하는 사회적평가, 자기(내재적)평가, 자아성취지향은 물론 미래가치 역시 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 연구결과를 통해 피부미용실 경영자들이 피부미용사의 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 인력관리방안의 기초자료를 제공하여 피부미용업 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

관광호텔 CEO의 리더십이 종사원 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of CEO Leadership on Employees' Job Satisfaction in Tourist Hotels)

  • This study examines the effects of CEO leadership on Employees' job satisfaction in tourist hotels. Samples were the employees working at 10 deluxe hotels in Seoul and a total of 300 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, among which 191 valid ones were used for the analysis. After data cording, answers were processed by SPSS 12.0. As a result of the factor analysis on CEO leadership, 3 factors(management style, settlement style, and work style) were extracted; for employees' job satisfaction, 3 factors(work environment, service environment, and job environment) were extracted. As the results of the study, management style and work style among CEO leadership factors have a statistically positive impact on work environment. Next, management style has a statistically positive impact on service environment. Finally, management style and work style has a statistically positive impact on job environment.

임금근로자의 작업장 유해위험요인 노출이 근로환경에 대한 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of the exposure to hazard factors on job satisfaction in employees)

  • This study was planned to investigate the effect of the exposure to hazard factors on work environment satisfaction. Existing researches about job satisfaction have focused on the general working conditions, such as working hours, wage, human relationship, job task and so on. Korean Working Conditions Survey was used for this study because that relevant questions were included. The effect of the exposure to hazard factors on work environment satisfaction may be produced by hierarchical regression analysis because of comparison with existing model for work environment satisfaction. The exposure to hazards factors were statistically significant effect on work environment satisfaction after adjusting other confounding variables, such as gender, age, educational level, job security, work hour, work load, work autonomy, social support, etc. This study has some limitation because that KWCS was cross sectional survey. Some researches about the causal effect and its mechanism may be suggested as future study.

항공기 복합소재 부품 제조업 종사자의 직무 스트레스 분석 (A Study on Job Stress of Aircraft Composite Material Part Manufacturing Workers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the job stress factors of aircraft composite material part manufacturing workers using survey based on 'Job stress factors evaluation tool for Koreans' that was developed by KOSHA in 2003. Two hundred and fifty workers participated in this study, and among them 204 responses were analyzed for this study due to the unreliability and insincerity of responses. The eight job stress factors which are physical environment, job autonomy, job insecurity, organizational system, workplace culture, unfair compensation, relationship conflict, and job requirement were analyzed. The results showed that the stress level of the six job stress factors which are physical environment, job autonomy, job insecurity, organizational system, workplace culture, unfair compensation was relatively higher than that of other industry workers. Generally, all eight job stress factors showed higher stress with temporary workers than with permanent workers, and especially job autonomy, job insecurity, organizational system, and unfair compensation factors showed statistically significant differences (p<0.05). Since the temporary workers are insecure with their job, weak position in organization, having little self-control for the job and lower pay level than that of permanent workers though the job is as same as permanent workers', the stress level of above job stress factors would be much higher than that of the other factors. The group of unsatisfactory with workplace showed higher job stress than group of satisfactory with workplace in all job stress factors, as expected, at the statistically significance level (p<0.05). From the results of this study, the work loss due to the job stress could be prevented, and accurate stress factors could be removed at the workplace. Also the job stress management program can be implemented to improve the work efficiency and the workers' quality of life.

중소기업 근로자의 복지환경이 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Small and Medium Enterprise Workers' Welfare Environment on Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업 근로자를 대상으로 업무 및 복지환경 등에 대한 만족도 현황을 파악하여 미흡한 사항은 개선을 통해 전반적인 만족도의 향상을 도모하는데 있다. 측정도구의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 신뢰도 분석을 실시한 결과, 모든 요인의 신뢰도 계수는 0.6 이상으로 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 관계 요인과 복지 만족도, 보상 요인과 복지 만족도를 제외한 모든 변수 간의 상관관계가 +0.2 이상 +0.8 미만으로 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직무 요인, 관계 요인, 보상 요인이 직무 만족도와 복지 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 직무 요인, 관계 요인, 보상 요인을 독립변수로 하고 직무 만족도와 복지 만족도 각각을 종속변수로 하여 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 세 요인 중 직무 요인과 보상 요인, 두 요인이 직무 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ${\beta}$값을 보면 직무 요인(.584), 보상 요인(.369) 순으로 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 업무 및 복지환경 개선을 통하여 직원들의 만족도가 향상됨으로써, 업무에 적극적인 자세로 임하여 외부고객의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

학교급식 조리사의 직무 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction of Cooks of School Feeding)

  • This study examines the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding. Sampling was taken among school feeding cooks except for those of Kangwon Province and Cheju Province. The factors affecting on the job satisfaction was investigated to find ways to raise the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding. Four factors were extracted in all. It is found that these four factors have affected the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding in order of working satisfaction factor(.493), co-worker communication factor(.463), job environment factor(.185), and advancement factor(.146). Accordingly, more opportunities for career advancement should be offered to raise the job satisfaction among them, and the establishment of better work environment and the optimum staff are urgently needed.

Effects of CRM Success Factors on Job & Customer Performance in Banking Sectors: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Internal Member Satisfaction

  • Purpose - This study examined the effects of CRM success factors on business performance and customer performance, and the effects on job performance and customer performance through internal member satisfaction by considering of technology, organizational environment and customer relationship factors in CRM success factors from banking sectors. Research design, data, and methodology - An online questionnaire was conducted to 251 employees in banking sectors. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Amos 21.0. CRM success factors, internal member satisfaction, job performance, and customer performance were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation analysis. The bootstrapping in structural equations was conducted to verify the mediating effect of internal member satisfaction. Results - Internal members' satisfaction had a positive effect on job and customer performance. It mediated the relationship between organizational environment, customer relationship factors and job performance. It also mediated the relationship between organizational environment and customer performance. Conclusions - If internal members' relationship with customers is improved by the members' satisfaction, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and work performance will be achieved. The stability and usability in CRM system support jobs effectively, but the internal members did not feel their job satisfaction. Thus, they did not show a positive effect on job and customer performance.

대학병원 종사자의 직종별 직무만족 영향 요인 비교 (A Comparison of Influencing Factors on Job Satisfaction by Occupation at a University Hospital)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate changes in job satisfaction of hospital workers according to different occupations at a university hospital in Seoul. Methods : A survey questionnaire was sent out to people working in a University Hospital in Seoul. Four hundred questionnaires were included in the final analysis. Results : The results of this study are as follows. Sense of accomplishment was a significant job satisfaction factor resulting in a high level of satisfaction. Work environment, compensation and job stability also affected job satisfaction; however, satisfaction levels appeared to be relatively low. Conclusions : When looking at the most important factors among the influencing factors that the members of the organization thought were most important for job satisfaction, the results showed that achievement, work environment, job stability and compensation were important factors.

패션산업 종사자의 직무환경과 삶의 질의 관계에 관한 연구 - 패션 벤더회사를 중심으로 - (Relationship between working environment and quality of life of fashion industry workers - Focusing on fashion vendor company -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between working environment and quality of life of fashion vendor company workers by using working environment variables such as job stress, job burnout, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Preliminary test was conducted by interviewing fashion vendor company workers in order to find out factors that were more suitable for their working environment. Main survey was conducted to 200 fashion vendor company workers and 194 responses were analyzed. The results of correlation analysis showed that job stress, job burnout, job satisfaction, turnover intention, and factors of quality of life had significant relationships. Boss stress, role stress, achivement decrease, and personal condition satisfaction showed a significant relationship with turnover intention. The results of path analysis showed that job stress had a positive relationship with job burnout and job burnout had a negative relationship with job satisfaction. Both job stress and job burnout had a positive relationship with turnover intention, whereas job satisfaction had a negative relationship with turnover intention. Also, the results showed that job burnout and turnover intention had a negative relationship with quality of life of fashion vendor company workers, whereas job satisfaction had a positive relationship with quality of life of fashion vendor company workers.
