치위생 학사학위 전공심화과정 인식 및 취득의향 (A study on the recognition and requirement of dental hygienists for enforcing specialty)

  • Objectives : This study was to seek the ways for strengthening the higher curricula for the bachelor's degree of the dental hygiene. For this two things are investigated with some students of the dental hygiene departments of colleges and workers on the part; one is what the recognition about the curricula is, and the other what are the demanding degrees through the curricula. Methods : The study has been performed with 298 people who work for dental hygiene of dental clinics and students of the departments in B region by using structured and self-administered questionnaire from March to May, 2008, and were analyzed by using SPSS 14.0 program. Results : The rate to recognize the higher curricula for the bachelor degree is 88.9%. And 70.4% among them says the curricula is 'absolutely necessary' or 'necessary'. The ways to recognize the curricula are through 'professor or friends'(53.4%), through 'newspapers of broad-casting reports'(20.5%), and through 'internet'(14.4%). They want various teaching ways including the project-centered education(40.4%), lecture-like education(25.0%), field-experience within the workplace(14.4%), lectures in the workplace(10.6%), and discussion(9.6%). Those who works in the dental clinics want night classes(49.5%, 96 respondents), internet classes(16.5%, 32 respondents), and weekend classes(14.4%, 28 respondents). They like to learn majors more deeply(30.9%), important techniques and theories about their job(26.8%), and the new skills on their work(19.8%). Conclusions : persons who are workers for dental hygiene of dental clinics and students of the departments have a requirement of dental hygienists for enforcing specialty. Therefor improve to develop education program and system about development of advance course for hygienists.

MPEG-21 IPMP과 Reference Model의 방송환경 적용 예 (Example of Broadcasting Application based on MPEG-21 IPMP and Reference Model)

  • MPEG-21 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection)가 DRM(Digital Rights Management)의 한 종류로서 1997년 표준화 활동이 추진된 이래로, 지금까지 몇 차례나 걸쳐서 표준작업 중단과 추진이 반복되었으며, 다시 2003년 이래로 새롭게 MPEG-21 IPMP 및 Reference Model에 대한 표준활동이 추진 중에 있다. 특히나 지난 2003년 10월 회의를 거쳐 수정된 CfP(Call for Requirement)이 보완 작성되었으며 아직 확정되지는 않았다 최종적인 CfP(Call for Proposal)는 12월 회의에서 발표되었고, 완성된 CfR은 2004년 3월 회의에서 최종 기술제안 요구사양서를 완성하여 6월까지 AHG 회의에서 최종적인 기술 제안을 받을 예정이다. 제안된 기술들은 7월 회의에서 W(Working Draft)로 완성될 예정이다 본 고에서는 이러한 표준 요구사항에 맞추어서 방송용 환경 아래 MPEG-21 IPMP과 Reference Model을 구성하고 실행하는 사례를 보여준다. 멀티미디어 스트림이 실시간으로 전달되는 방송환경에서 복합적으로 구성된 디지틀 아이템을 통하여 MPEG-21 각 요소별 기능들과 DIP(Digital Item Processing)에 실시간으로 사용자가 요구하는 동작을 보여준다. 이러한 방송용 적용 사례는 하나의 MPEG-21 part 기술을 적용하는 것이 아니라, 모든 part 기술들이 전체 MPEG-21 multimedia framework으로 구성되어 지적재산 보호 및 유통시스템이 매우 효율적으로 지원됨을 보여준다.

간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 위임준비성과 직무만족 간의 관계 (Relationship between Delegation Preparedness and Job Satisfaction of Nurses in Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Units)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사를 대상으로 위임준비성과 직무만족 간의 관계를 파악하기 위함이다. 자료 수집은 2017년 5월 26일부터 2017년 6월 7일까지 서울과 경기 지역에 위치한 5군데 종합병원의 간호·간병통합서비스병동에서 근무하는 간호사 126명을 대상으로 시행되었다. 자료는 independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients을 이용하여 분석되었다. 연구결과 간호사의 위임 교육 여부(t=-2.77, p=.006)가 위임준비성에 유의한 차이를 나타냈고, 위임준비성과 직무만족 간에 유의한 양적 상관관계(r=.43, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위임준비성 하부 영역과 직무만족에서는 업무 내용에 대한 이해(r=.26, p=.003), 위임업무구분(r=.45, p<.001), 위임 내용에 대한 이해(r=.35, p<.001), 위임 기술(r=.34, p<.001) 간에 유의한 양적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위임준비성과 직무만족의 하위 영역 중에서는 상호작용(r=.46, p<.001), 직무과업(r=.36, p<.001), 전문직업적 수준(r=.33, p<.001), 행정(r=.31, p<.001), 보수(r=.20, p=.026)가 유의한 양적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사가 효과적인 위임을 위해서는 학교와 간호현장에서 위임 기술을 포함한 교육을 강화시킬 필요성을 제시한다.

국가직무능력표준(NCS) 직업기초능력 기반의 직군별 요구역량 : 국내 대기업 A사를 중심으로 (Needs Analysis Case Using Key Competencies of National Competency Standards)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 개별 기업이 인적자원의 요구역량을 조사 분석함에 있어 각 현장의 특성화된 요구를 반영하여 최우선 영역을 도출하는 사례를 제시하고자 하였으며, 최근 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 확산하는 정책강화 시점에 기업이 능동적으로 NCS 영역을 요구분석 도구로 활용하는데 응용 가능한 시사점을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 대기업 A사의 신입사원에 대한 직군별 요구 역량과 현재 수준분석에 NCS 직업기초능력 34개 영역을 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 189명의 자료를 분석하였으며 수집된 자료는 t-검정 후 Borich의 요구도와 The Locus for Focus 모델을 비교하여 최우선순위 영역을 도출하였다. 전체 34개 영역 중 32개 영역에서 현재수준과 기대수준 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. A사 신입사원의 최우선 직업기초능력으로 문서작성능력, 도표작성능력, 사고력, 문제처리능력, 시간관리능력, 기술이해능력, 업무이해능력의 총 7개 영역이 도출되었다. 또한 직군별로 요구되는 직업기초능력의 우선순위 간에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 A기업의 HRD/HRM 및 타 기업에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

병원의 위원회제도에 관한 연구 -서울시내 대학병원을 중심으로- (A Study on the Committees of University Hospitals in Seoul)

  • This study was conducted to identify the problems related to operation of the committee system in university hospitals and to propose the direction for reforming it. Data were collected by surveying 138 working-level administration managers of committees from 12 university hospitals in Seoul in October, 1995. The results were as follows: 1. The purposes of the committee were to promote the reasonable dicision making in the hospitals, to satisfy the requirement of Hospital Accreditation Program and, to execute the administrational instructions in due order. The sort of job which was charged of chairmen and the majority of committee member was doctor. 2. The committees which were to be held the meeting frequently in a year were general management committees(8.25 times/year). But in case of operation rate, medical care-related committees showed the most frequent meeting(90.15%). Most of committees made the regulations and reported the results of their meeting to the CEO of their hospitals by written documents. 3. Most doctors thought the medical care-related committees useful. Medical technicians regarded education and research-related committees as useful, while administrators favored the general management committees. 4. The factors related to the perceived performance of the committee were the kind of job, the class of job and the kind of committee. Also, the perceived performance of the committee was positively related to the usefulness in efficient management of work, and negatively to uncertainties in responsibility and a nominal role of the committee. 5. Most of the respondnts thought that the concern of the top manager about the committee was the most important factor for the improvement of committee system at hospitals. They also regarded that formalization of the objectives and regulation rule and composition of committees with members which work in various fields as essential. Further studies on the organizational and operational cjharacteristics which include general hospitals in various areas are required.

동적 부하 분산 시스템에서 효율적인 작업 크기 계산을 통한 성능 개선 (Performance Improvement using Effective Task Size Calculation in Dynamic Load Balancing Systems)

  • 클러스터와 같은 분산 시스템에서 초기 작업 배치 시, 할당할 프로세스의 자원 요구량을 정확히 예측하여 작업을 분배할 수 있다면 보다 나은 시스템 성능을 얻을 수 있게 된다. 이 때 임의의 작업을 적절한 호스트에 배치하기 위해서 자원 기반 초기 작업 배치 (resource-based initial job placement) 기법은 그 작업의 자원 사용량을 미리 예측할 필요가 있다. 하지만 잘못된 자원 예측은 동적 부하 분산 시스템의 성능을 크게 떨어뜨리는 원인이 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 잘못된 예측에 의한 문제를 해결하기 위해 새로운 부하 기준을 제안한다. 새로운 부하 기준을 사용한 자원 기반 초기 작업 배치 기법은 프로세스의 유형에 관한 사전 지식 없이도 동작하는 장점을 가진다. 실험을 통해 본 논문은 동적 부하 분산 시스템에서 제안하는 방식이 기존의 방식에 비해 향상된 성능을 가짐을 보인다.

업무성과에 영향을 주는 업무용 모바일 어플리케이션의 주요 요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Perceived Job Performance in the Context of Enterprise Mobile Applications)

  • The ubiquitous accessibility of information through mobile devices has led to an increased mobility of workers from their fixed workplaces. Market researchers estimate that by 2016, 350 million workers will be using their smartphones for business purposes, and the use of smartphones will offer new business benefits. Enterprises are now adopting mobile technologies for numerous applications to increase their operational efficiency, improve their responsiveness and competitiveness, and cultivate their innovativeness. For these reasons, various organizational aspects concerning "mobile work" have received a great deal of recent attention. Moreover, many CIOs plan to allocate a considerable amount of their budgets mobile work environments. In particular, with the consumerization of information technology, enterprise mobile applications (EMA) have played a significant role in the explosive growth of mobile computing in the workplace, and even in improving sales for firms in this field. EMA can be defined as mobile technologies and role-based applications, as companies design them for specific roles and functions in organizations. Technically, EMA can be defined as business enterprise systems, including critical business functions that enable users to access enterprise systems via wireless mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets. Specifically, EMA enables employees to have greater access to real-time information, and provides them with simple features and functionalities that are easy for them to complete specific tasks. While the impact of EMA on organizational workers' productivity has been given considerable attention in various literatures, relatively little research effort has been made to examine how EMA actually lead to users' job performance. In particular, we have a limited understanding of what the key antecedents are of such an EMA usage outcome. In this paper, we focus on employees' perceived job performance as the outcome of EMA use, which indicates the successful role of EMA with regard to employees' tasks. Thus, to develop a deeper understanding of the relationship among EMA, its environment, and employees' perceived job performance, we develop a comprehensive model that considers the perceived-fit between EMA and employees' tasks, satisfaction on EMA, and the organizational environment. With this model, we try to examine EMA to explain how job performance through EMA is revealed from both the task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA, while also considering the antecedent factors for these constructs. The objectives of this study are to address the following research questions: (1) How can employees successfully manage EMA in order to enhance their perceived job performance? (2) What internal and/or external factors are important antecedents in increasing EMA users' satisfaction on MES and task-technology fit for EMA? (3) What are the impacts of organizational (e.g. organizational agility), and task-related antecedents (e.g., task mobility) on task-technology fit for EMA? (4) What are the impacts of internal (e.g., self-efficacy) and external antecedents (e.g., system reputation) for the habitual use of EMA? Based on a survey from 254 actual employees who use EMA in their workplace across industries, our results indicate that task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA are positively associated with job performance. We also identify task mobility, organizational agility, and system accessibility that are found to be positively associated with task-technology fit for EMA. Further, we find that external factor, such as the reputation of EMA, and internal factor, such as self-efficacy for EMA that are found to be positively associated with the satisfaction of EMA. The present findings enable researchers and practitioners to understand the role of EMA, which facilitates organizational workers' efficient work processes, as well as the importance of task-technology fit for EMA. Our model provides a new set of antecedents and consequence variables for a TAM involving mobile applications. The research model also provides empirical evidence that EMA are important mobile services that positively influence individuals' performance. Our findings suggest that perceived organizational agility and task mobility do have a significant influence on task-technology fit for EMA usage through positive beliefs about EMA, that self-efficacy and system reputation can also influence individuals' satisfaction on EMA, and that these factors are important contingent factors for the impact of system satisfaction and perceived job performance. Our findings can help managers gauge the impact of EMA in terms of its contribution to job performance. Our results provide an explanation as to why many firms have recently adopted EMA for efficient business processes and productivity support. Our findings additionally suggest that the cognitive fit between task and technology can be an important requirement for the productivity support of EMA. Further, our study findings can help managers in formulating their strategies and building organizational culture that can affect employees perceived job performance. Managers, thus, can tailor their dependence on EMA as high or low, depending on their task's characteristics, to maximize the job performance in the workplace. Overall, this study strengthens our knowledge regarding the impact of mobile applications in organizational contexts, technology acceptance and the role of task characteristics. To conclude, we hope that our research inspires future studies exploring digital productivity in the workplace and/or taking the role of EMA into account for employee job performance.

제조기업(製造企業)의 고용계획(雇用計劃)을 위한 계획(計劃) 모델 (A Programming Model for Employment Planning in a Manufacturing Firm)

  • In this paper, the employment planning model is developed which is a decision-making model for determining the optimum employment level with respect to varying net manpower requirement for each planing period such that total cost in a planning horizon is minimized. It is constructed as a nonlinear programming model and a dynamic programming model on the basis of studies in the areas of production smoothing and manpower scheduling. Costs for a planning period are categorized into regular wage cost, hiring cost, and overtime cost. The first is a linear function. The other two cost functions are of quadratic nature. The planning horizon of this planning model is intermediate range (five years) for which a fair planning accuracy can be guaranteed. The model considers learning period for each job class. It is simple and an optimum solution can be easily obtained by direct search techniques.

공동주택단지의 커뮤니티 디자인을 위한 공동생활공간에 관한 연구 (A study on the Shared Space of the Multi-family Housing for the Community Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the meaning and the function of the shared space in the existing multi-family housing through analyzing the reality and resident's requirement for it, and additionally to develop the research project to investigate its activation strategy. The method of this study was through analyzing the related literature and the existing study. The followings were found out from this study concerning the shared space: 1) Both the supplier and resident of multi-family housing started to recognize the importance of its role with relation to the quality of the home environment. 2) In residents' requirements for it, there was its common elements, and selective differences according to the size of housing, life cycle, and whether housewife has a job or not etc. 3) In order to activate the shared space, we need to search abut using behavior for that, its flexibility of housing regulations, and to develop an effective management program. Finally this study emphasized on the necessity of planning focused on the shared space for the community design in multi-family housing.

Non-Causal Filter의 PC-NC에의 응용

  • In real time application such as motion control, it is hard to find the application of non-causal filtering due to its need for future position data, even though it shows wide usage in off-line digital signal processing. Recently, some of motion control areas such as learning and repetitive control use non-causal filtering technique in their application. these kinds of zero-lag non-causal filter application are very usful not only to reduce the machine vibration, but also to increase control accuracy with comparatively less work. In this paper, genuine method to implement zero-lag non-causal filter in a CNC is introduced. Also the variation of this implementation for the learning operation is suggested to give the NC better control performance for a specific job. By adopting the new NC architecture call Soft-NC, all these implementions are made possible here, and especially large memory requirement which hinders their usage for many years is no longer barrier in their real world application.
