보육교사의 직무소명의식과 직무행동 간 영향관계에서 직무태도의 매개효과 분석 (The Effects of Job Vocational Calling on Job Behavior and Mediating Effect of Job Attitude of Child Care Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 최근 사회적 의미가 크게 부각되고 있는 보육정책을 제일선에서 담당하는 어린이집 보육교사의 직무관리에 관한 유의한 정보를 취득하고자 수행되었다. 특히 직무와 관련하여 특정한 사고나 의식이 태도를 구축하고 태도가 근원이 되어 행동이 이루어진다는 인과관계를 염두에 두고 연구를 기획하였다. 이에 본 연구는 어린이집 보육교사의 직무소명의식과 직무열의 직무소진 등 직무태도, 창의적 행동 적극적 행동 윤리적 행동 등 직무행동을 변수로 선정하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석은 209명의 보육교사가 응답한 구조화된 설문지 내용을 기반으로 실시되었으며, t-검정과 일원분산분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과, 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 보육교사들은 근무시간이 초과될수록 직무소진이 심해졌으며, 직무소명의식은 직무태도 중 직무열의만, 직무행동 중 창의적 행동과 적극적 행동만 의미 있는 영향력을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 직무열의만이 직무소명의식과 적극적 행동 사이에서 매개요인으로 작용함이 확인되었다.

Effects of Job Satisfaction Interventions in Reinforcing Intrinsic Motivation for Hospital Nurses: A Meta-Analysis

  • Purpose: Nurses' job satisfaction corresponds with personal intrinsic value, and is the strongest predicting turnover and job retention intention. This study identified the effectiveness of job satisfaction interventions related to reinforcing intrinsic motivation (JSI-RIM) for hospital nurses. Methods: This study used four core non-Korean databases (Cochrane Library, CHINHL, EMBASE, PubMed), and five Korean databases to search for RCT and NRCT articles published in English and Korean from inception to June 2019. Meta-analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.3.5 program. Results: Thirteen studies featuring 645 hospital nurses were selected for final analysis. A significant large effect was noted on self-efficacy. The effect size on perceived stress and job satisfaction were moderate; however, the effect on resilience outcomes was not significant. Conclusion: This study generated scientific evidence that would facilitate efficient job adaptation for nurses. Additionally, intrinsic factors, including job identity and meaning of work, need to be included in JSI-RIM.

유아교사의 직무만족도와 소진 (Job Satisfaction and Burnout of Early Childhood Educational Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of early childhood teachers' job satisfaction and burnout by variables and to analyze the relationship between the two subject matters. Then this study will serve to improve overall quality of early childhood education through fair comprehension about them. We surveyed 333 teachers in total, 171 public/private kindergarten teachers and 162 preschool teachers. A questionnaire by ECJSS of Jord-Bloom(1989) and Fleischer(1985) was used to measure the degree of job satisfaction, along with the version MBI(Maslach Burnout Inventory) by Maslach and Jackson(1981), adjusted by An, youngkil(I992) and Seo, jiyoung(2002), to check the degree of burnout. It was found that job satisfaction was higher among the surveyees of old age or with more education/less working hours. Small salaries, however, was one of the causes of low job satisfaction. Emotional burnout was shown in the surveyees of old age or with good education/career records. On the other hand, exhaustion from a lack of accomplishment was shown in single, young and low paid teachers. Thus, burnout and job satisfaction had a highly negative coefficient of correlation, meaning that job satisfaction gets high when burnout gets low.

임상간호사의 직무만족 경험: 초점집단 연구방법 적용 (Experience of Job Satisfaction in Clinical Nurses : Application of Focus Group Methodology)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the experiences of job satisfaction in clinical nurses. Methods: Data was collected from three focus groups composed of 17 hospital nurses. Each focus group had an interview for an average of two and a half hours with the guidance of researchers. The main question was 'how do you describe your lived experience of job satisfaction as a clinical nurse?' Qualitative data from the field notes and transcribed notes were analyzed using a grounded theory methodology developed by Strauss and Corbin. Results: The core category of experience of job satisfaction in clinical nurses was identified as 'Finding success.' Supportive interpersonal relationships and environment affected this category. In the process of attaining job satisfaction through finding success, the participants were using four interactional strategies such as giving meaning, finding self-esteem, extending the horizon of life, and strengthening self-capability. The dimensions of job satisfaction in clinical nurses were the sense of achievement, stability, and pride. Conclusion: The results of this study yields very useful information for nursing mangers to design a program which enhances job satisfaction of clinical nurses based on interactional strategies.

직무특성모형에 의한 간호조직유효성 예측요인 (The Effects of Job Characteristics on the Nursing Organizational Effectiveness)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to testify effectiveness and adaptability of the job characteristics model in nursing organization. Methods: The subjects of this study were 250 nurses who were working in the 2 general hospitals located in Metropolitan city area. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. Results: The modified path model revealed a highly fitness of the data in the overall fitness indexes. The prediction power of modified model was from 44% to 58%, which was very high. The highest predict factors of organizational commitment were identified meaning of empowerment and feedback of job characteristics. The highest predict factors of job satisfaction were identified impact of empowerment and autonomy of job characteristics. Conclusion: With these findings, it was suggested that the nursing job-redesign plan focused on nursing feedback and autonomy among the job characteristics was needed to increase the nurse’ empowerment as well as nursing organizational effectiveness.

방문간호서비스의 직무특성이 방문보건인력의 심리적 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Characteristics on Emotional Empowerment in Visiting Health Personnel)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of job characteristics on emotional empowerment in visiting health personnel. Methods: Subjects were recruited in ten community health care centers in one directorial area. Data collection was done using a self-report questionnaire. Job characteristics of visiting healthcare personnel were measured using the questionnaire developed by Kang (2006), based on Hackman & Oldham (1975). Emotional empowerment was measured using the questionnaire developed by Kang (2006), based on Spreitzer (1995). Results: First, the score of job characteristics was revealed to be 3.51 points the task significance was high, and the feedback was low. Second, the level of emotional empowerment was revealed to be 3.78 points the meaning was high, and the impact was low. Third, the prediction power of job characteristics on emotional empowerment was 34% autonomy, task identity, and task significance were identified as statistically significant predictive factors. Conclusion: The job characteristics of visiting healthcare personnel are highly correlated with emotional empowerment. Autonomy, task identity, and task significance are predictive factors of emotional empowerment. These results can be used to develop more effective job planning for increasing organizational effectiveness in visiting healthcare personnel.

외식업체 종사자들의 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Correlation among Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Food Service Industry Employees)

  • 본 연구는 외식업체 종사원들의 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 이직의도와의 인과관계를 파악하여 외식기업의 인사정책시사점을 제공하기 위하여 부산지역 호텔 및 외식업체 종사자 269명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 빈도분석을 통하여 인구통계학적 특성을 파악 하였고, 요인 및 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하였으며, 변수들 간의 전반적인 관계성을 파악하기 위하여 상관분석을 실시한 결과 모든 요인에서 p<.01에서 유의수준에서 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. 가설검정을 위한 다중회귀분석결과 임파워먼트의 하위요인인 자기결정력과 의미성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 회귀모형의 설명력은 34.6%이고, 자기결정력은 (${\beta}$=.125, p<.05), 의미성은 (${\beta}$=.511, p<.001)로 분석되어 외식업체 종사원들의 임파워먼트는 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 채택되었다. 또한 임파워먼트(자기결정력, 의미성)이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과 회귀모형의 설명력은 11.2%이고, 자기결정력은 ${\beta}$=-.024로 통계적으로 유의한 결과로 분석되지 않았으며, 의미성은 (${\beta}$=-320, p<.001)로 분석되어 외식업체 종사원들의 임파워먼트가 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 부분 채택되었다. 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 회귀 분석 결과에 나타난 전체 회귀모형의 설명력은 25.3%이고, 직무만족은(${\beta}$=-.503, p<.001)로 분석되었다. 따라서 직무만족은 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 채택되었다.

Job Stress of Mobile Communication Network Construction Workers

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the job stress factors of mobile communication network construction workers using survey based on 'Job stress factors evaluation tool for Koreans' that was developed by KOSHA in 2003. Background: Due to the rapid growth of penetration rate of smartphone, the necessity of LTE service changing from 3G network was brought up. The demand of LTE network construction in a short period of time leads to the aggravation of the job stress of mobile communication network construction workers. Method: Two hundred and fifty workers who were in the mobile communication network industry participated in this study, and among them 206 responses were analyzed for this study due to the unreliability and insincerity of responses. The eight job stress factors which are physical environment, job demand, job autonomy, relation conflict, job instability, organizational system, inadequate compensation, workplace culture were analyzed. Results: The job stress factors of mobile communication network construction workers were compared to those of other industry workers, and other work related characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that the stress level of a physical environment and job requirement were relatively higher than those of manufacturing industry workers, meaning that mobile communication network construction workers have rough working conditions and increased amount of work due to the demand of LTE network construction. The stress level of physical environment for outdoor job workers was relatively higher than that of indoor job workers. With the analytical result for level of job satisfaction, significant difference was observed (p <0.05) with every factor, and the job stress was found the highest with those not satisfied with every factor Conclusion: From the results of this study, the work loss due to the job stress could be prevented, and accurate stress factors could be removed at the workplace. Application: The results of this study may not represent the whole mobile network construction workers, the effort for job stress management is needed to improve the work efficiency and the workers' quality of life.

문화적응스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -국내항공사 외국인 객실승무원을 대상으로- (The Impact of Acculturation Stress on Job Satisfaction - focus on Foreign Cabin Crew working in Korea Airlines -)

  • 본 연구는 국내 항공사에 근무하는 외국인 객실승무원을 대상으로 그들이 서비스 업무를 수행함에 있어 서로 다른 문화차이로 인해 발생되는 문화적응스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 외국인 객실승무원의 문화적응스트레스에 국적은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로, 근무년수는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족에 국적과 근무년수는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외국인 객실승무원의 문화적응스트레스는 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 자신의 나라와 다른 새로운 문화차이에서 오는 스트레스를 줄여줄 수 있는 방안과 조직 내에서 외국인 객실승무원과의 커뮤니케이션에 좀 더 다가갈 수 있도록 이들에 대한 좀 더 효율적인 제도가 필요하겠다.

직무스트레스, 직무재창조 및 조직몰입 간의 관계: 사회적기업을 대상으로 (The Relationship between Job Stress, Job Crafting, and Organizational Commitment: For Social Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 부산지역의 사회적기업에 근무하는 구성원들을 대상으로 직무스트레스, 직무재창조, 조직몰입 간의 관계와 직무재창조의 조절효과를 알아보기 위해 진행되었다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무스트레스는 조직몰입에 부정적인 영향을 확인하였다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 직무재창조는 조직몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 사회적기업 종사자의 직무스트레스는 직무몰입을 낮추기 때문에 이들의 스트레스를 효과적으로 관리하고 경감하는 방안이 요구된다. 더불어 직무재창조는 직무스트레스와 조직몰입 간의 관계를 조절하고 있는데 이는 구성원들이 스트레스를 받기는 하나 본인의 일에 대한 의미와 가치를 어느 정도 인식하고 있느냐에 따라 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 부정적인 영향이 차이가 있음을 의미한다.
