업종, 연령, 업무형태에 따른 작업능력지수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Work Ability Index by the Type of Business, Age and Job)

  • According to the Korea National Statistical Office data in 2008, the population over ages of 65 years would possess to 10.7% whole population of Korea in 2009 denoting Korea is already in the aging society. It is well-known that the possibility to work longer and to live better is highly related to the work ability of individuals. The objective of this study is to evaluate the work ability of each aged group using the Work Ability Index(WAI) in the shipbuilding industry, machinery industry and Korea housing corporation, and to assess the effect of the type of business, age and job on the WAI score. The results showed that no significant difference was identified on the effect of aging although work ability of some group(over 55 years) was a little higher than that of others. Also, type of business and job had a significant effect on WAI score. These results suggested that the work ability is not necessarily related to aging in Korean society. One possible explanation for this might be different cultural characteristics of Korean society.

정신간호사의 공감능력과 감사성향이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Empathy Ability and Gratitude Disposition on Job Satisfaction in Psychiatric Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 정신간호사의 공감능력, 감사성향 및 직무만족의 정도를 파악하고, 공감능력과 감사성향이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 K도, G도, J도 및 C도에 위치한 8개의 정신전문병원에서 근무중인 정신간호사 196명이었으며, 자료수집은 2016년 10월 8일부터 10월 20일까지 수행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients 및 hierarchial multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 공감능력은 평균 $3.5{\pm}0.28$점, 감사성향은 $4.0{\pm}0.59$점, 직무만족은 $3.3{\pm}0.34$점이었으며, 공감능력과 감사성향은 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 예측요인으로 설명력은 18.5%로 나타났다. 향후에는 지역사회 정신보건기관의 정신간호사들을 대상으로 하는 연구 수행을 제언하며, 본 연구결과는 정신간호사의 직무만족도 증진의 영향 요인인 공감능력과 감사성향을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

A Structural Relationship among Informational Leadership, Self-efficacy, Communication Ability, and Job Satisfaction of Secondary School Teachers

  • 이 연구는 중등학교 교사의 정보화 리더십, 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무만족 간의 관계에 관계를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 정보화 리더십, 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무만족 간의 구조관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 교사 정보화 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력의 매개효과는 어떠한가? J-Do의 중등학교를 모집단에서 무선표집을 통해 표본을 추출하였다. 표집된 연구대상은 총 600명이다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 정보화 리더십, 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무만족 간에는 서로 유의한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 자기효능감과 커뮤니케이션 능력은 중등학교 교사의 정보화 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 의미있는 매개효과를 주는 변인이다.

치과위생사의 정보활용역량이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향 : 잡크래프팅의 매개효과 (The effect of information literacy the communication ability of dental hygienist: mediating effect of job crafting)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to establish the basic data for the performance of patient-centered care, perception of core competencies, and self-development of dental hygienists by verifying the effects of information literacy on the communication ability of dental hygienists, and the mediating effects of job crafting. Methods: Collected and analyzed data by conducting a survey targeting total 222 dental hygienists working for dental hospitals/clinics located in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. Verify the mediating effects of job crafting on the effects of information literacy on the communication ability, this study conducted the correlation analysis and simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results: In the effects of information literacy on the communication ability of dental hygienists, the cognitive crafting of job crafting (β=0.209, p<0.001) and relational crafting of job crafting (β=0.318, p<0.001) showed the partially mediating effects. Conclusions: In order to increase the educational accessibility for dental hygienists to perceive the importance of information literacy and communication ability, to improve the expertise as healthcare personnel who perform the patient-centered care by developing it, and also to develop the information literacy and job crafting, it would be necessary to develop various educational programs and contents.

특수경비원의 사건충격과 직무스트레스 및 대처능력의 관계 (Relationships between Special Guard's Incident Shock, Job Stress, and Coping Ability)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 특수경비원들의 사건충격이 직무스트레스 및 대처능력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 4월 수도권(인천)소재 공항에서 재직하고 있는 특수경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 판단표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 239명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 총 67문항으로 구성되었으며, SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .779이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수경비원들의 사건충격은 직무스트레스에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 침습이 자주 반복될수록 인간관계에 대한 스트레스는 증가한다. 또한, 과각성이 자주 반복될수록 역할에 대한 스트레스는 증가한다. 둘째, 특수경비원들의 사건충격은 대처능력에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 과각성이 자주 반복될수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 감소한다. 반면, 회피성향이 지속적으로 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 증가한다. 셋째, 특수경비원들의 직무스트레스는 대처능력에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 직무특성에 대한 무력감이 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 증가한다. 반면, 역할에 대한 모호성이 높게 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력, 사회적지지 추구능력은 감소한다.

학교 및 병원 영양사의 직무분석 : 인적특성의 요인구조 비교 (Job Analysis of School and Hospital Dietitians : Factor Analysis of Human Attributes)

  • This study was mainly done by factors analyzing to find out the structure and the dimension of the results of a previous study; analyzing the school and hospital dietitians'human attributes needed for successful job performance(Song 1998). The results were as follows: 1) Through factor analysis, the 12 knowledge items were categorized into 4 groups ; ‘basic knowledge of food and nutrition’, ‘knowledge of clinical nutrition and diet therapy’, ‘knowledge of medial science’, and ‘knowledge from experience and common sense’. These 4 knowledge factors were more frequently used and importantly recognized by hospital dietians compared with school dietitians. 2) The 38 skill and ability items were categorized into 7 groups ; ‘ability of program development and research’, ‘ability of counseling and nutrition education’, ‘ability of production control and facility management’, ‘ability to use computer’, ‘ability to cooperate with others’, ‘ability to manage consignment marketing’, and ‘ability of managing situations and informations’. Different skills and abilities were required for each group. 3) The 11 personality items were categorized as 3 groups ; ‘respoinsibility and sincerity’, ‘positive personality’, and ‘affirmative and inquisitive personality’.

피트니스센터 트레이너의 긍정심리자본이 감정노동, 직무능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Positive Psychological Capital of Fitness Center Trainers on Emotional Labor and Job Ability)

  • 본 연구는 피트니스센터 트레이너의 긍정심리자본이 감정노동 및 직무능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 편의표집방법으로 수도권 소재 피트니스센터를 직접 방문하여 265부의 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 문항분석, 타당도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 중회귀분석을 적용하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 먼저 긍정심리자본과 감정노동의 관계에 있어 심층연기, 표면연기에 있어 희망과 낙관주의에서 의미있는 영향력을 행사하였다. 다음으로 긍정심리자본과 직무능력의 관계에 있어 지도능력은 자기효능감, 희망, 관리능력은 낙관주의, 희망, 상담능력은 희망, 낙관주의, 자기효능감, 홍보능력에서는 자기효능감, 낙관주의, 프로그램운영능력에서는 낙관주의, 탄력성에서 의미있는 영향력을 행사하였다. 감정노동과 직무능력의 관계에 있어 상담능력은 심층연기에서만 유의미한 영향력을 행사하였으며, 지도능력, 관리능력, 홍보능력, 프로그램운영능력에서는 심층연기, 표면연기에서 의미있는 영향력을 행사하였다. 본 연구의 결과 긍정심리자본, 감정노동, 직무능력의 관계에서 의미 있는 관계를 나타냈다. 향후 트레이너의 감정노동으로서의 특성과 속성 연구와 함께 개선 방안에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다.

초보간호사의 대인관계능력, 직무 스트레스, 스트레스 대처유형이 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 직무 스트레스를 중심으로 (Impact of Interpersonal Relationship Ability, Job Stress, and Stress Coping Type on Turnover Intention of Nurses in the Early Stage of their Careers: Focusing on Job Stress)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of interpersonal relationship ability, job stress, and stress coping type on the turnover intention of nurses in the early stage of their careers. Methods: Data were collected from 136 early stage nurses from two general hospitals and one tertiary hospital in Chungbuk province. An early stage nurse was defined as the nurse with a work experience of 3 to 36 months. The collected data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U test, Person's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: It was seen that turnover intention had a negative correlation with interpersonal competency (r=-.20, p=.020) and a positive correlation with job stress (r=.56, p<.001). Job stress due to work over load, inadequate compensation and working environment, interpersonal relationship ability, and length of clinical career were significant factors influencing turnover intention (p<.05). These variables explained for 50.4% of the variance in turnover intention. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an interpersonal relationship ability improvement program to decrease turnover intention among early stage nurses by helping them to successfully adapt to their job. Moreover, it is important to bring about continuous improvements in terms of provision of adequate workload and appropriate rewards, and creation of a suitable work environment to reduce the job stress of early stage nurses.

작업자의 인지를 고려한 공정 설계에 대한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Analysis of a Process Design Considering Worker's Cognition)

  • This study suggests a process design using cognitive processes. Job characteristic model for job design and recent cognitive engineering studies for process design are reviewed briefly. By using these concepts, the lean production system is re-interpreted in terms of cognitive engineering and the latent dimensions of the lean production system are revealed as the application of cognitive engineering principles. An integrated process design framework for cognitive manufacturing system using job characteristic model is suggested for the effective design of manufacturing system. Propositions for empirical analysis of this model are also analyzed through a questionnaire survey. Propositions are (1) experiential cognition and motivation potential affect the ability, role perception, and need for achievement of the operator in the manufacturing system, (2) the ability, role perception, and need for achievement of the operator affect the job performance. Both propositions are supported by correlation analysis and path analysis.

A Qualitative Study on Job Satisfaction of Dental Hygienists with Low Experience

  • Background: Job satisfaction of dental hygienists has been discussed continuously in dental hygiene research. It has been the most representative performance variable in dental and human resource management. However, in quantitative research, most of the studies have analyzed the causal relationship with variables related to dental hygienists' job satisfaction. The existing qualitative research contains only the studies that targeted dental hygienists with an experience of more than 10 years. The present study aimed to understand and to characterize the job satisfaction of dental hygienists with an experience of 2 to 10 years and to compare it with the qualitative research on dental hygienists with an experience of 10 or more years. Methods: An in-depth interview of dental hygienists with 2 to 10 years of experience working in 10 dental clinics was conducted. For data analysis, Giorgi's analysis method was used. Results: After analyzing the meaning of job satisfaction of dental hygienists, 180 semantic words and 19 subcategories were derived. The results of the interview were categorized into for central meanings: recognition and rewards, work experience and ability improvement, occupational characteristics, and work characteristics. Recognition and rewards included workplace recognition, patient recognition, self-effort and recognition, and the feeling of being rewarded. Work experience and ability improvement included various work experiences and factors relates to improving the work ability. Occupational characteristics included professional job, interest and persistence, job extensibility, and no burden of employment. Work characteristics included working conditions and separation of work and private life. Conclusion: The development of tools to measure the level of dental hygienists' job satisfaction after long-term service and to conduct follow-up research regarding ways and effects to improve job satisfaction is needed.
