갈릭 추출물을 첨가한 액상 바디 폼의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Liquid Body Foam Which Added the Garlic Extract)

  • The liquid body foam which added the garlic extract, differs for clothes and kitchen detergent, industrial and domestic detergent, and it has various characteristics as a soft detergent for bath and hair product. The contents of various characteristics in this experiment have tested for the foam formation force, the moisture force and the antimicrobial force. In case of this product adding garlic extrat, we could know the three characteristics. In first case to increase the concentration of Sunfom-S, we could know that the foam formation force increases following to it. In second case to increase the concentration of propylene glycol, we could know that the moisture force increases following to moisturing agent. In third case to increase the concentration of garlic extract, we could know that the antibiosis and preservation efficacy appears between 3.0-4.0wt% and the sterilization efficacy appears more than 5.0wt%. According to the result of this experiment, we could recognize the characteristics concerning to quality of this product.

The Effect of Complex Korean Medical Treatment with Acupotomy on Irritable Bowel Syndrome: A Case Report

  • The effects of complex Korean medicine treatment including acupotomy, on irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) are reported in this case study. A 54-year-old woman with diarrheal symptoms that alternatively improved and worsened for many years and worsening abdominal pain visited the emergency room and was diagnosed with IBS; she was admitted for approximately 2 weeks at the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of National Medical Center (NMC). Numerical rating scale (NRS), irritable bowel syndrome-quality of life (IBS-QOL), and gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (GSRS) scores were evaluated on the day of hospitalization, midway through the hospitalization period, and on the day of discharge. Abdominal pain was measured daily using NRS, and the score decreased from 8 at admission to 0 at discharge. The IBS-QOL percentile score improved from 42 points to 100 points. The total GSRS score also improved, from 30 points to 2 points. These results suggest that complex Korean medicine treatment with acupotomy, is useful for treating internal diseases, such as IBS, as well as musculoskeletal disorders.

『황제내경(黃帝內經)』에 나타난 일월성진(日月星辰)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Sun-Moon-Stars(日月星辰) appeared in Huang Ti Nei Chin(『黃帝內經』))

  • A study on the effect of the Sun-Moon-Stars(日月星辰) in Huang Ti Nei Ching("黃帝內經") on the formation of the Yunqi theory(運氣理論) have revealed following conclusions. 1. There was a record of Stars(星辰) written by Gabgol-Character(甲骨文字) in the Yin(殷) Dynasty. But the very first documentary records of Stars(星辰) is Shu Jing("書經"). Ancient astronomy had the tendency of astrology of combined with theory of the Five Elements(五行) and finally effects the theory of formation of Huang Ti Nei Ching("黃帝內經"). 2. Shu Jing("書經") said that Junrak(錢樂) made an Armillary sphere(運天儀) in the Sung(宋) Dynasty. And in the Jin(秦) and the Han(漢) Dynasty, they already observed the stars. The Sunkiokhyung(璿機玉衡) which is machinery of star-observing, became to be called an Armillary sphere (運天儀) by the pass of times. 3. As of the theory of the Cosmos-structure(宇宙-構造論) in Ohanunhangdaeron("五運行大論"), Guiyugu(鬼兒區) announced the Hypothesis of Covering Heaven(蓋天說) but Kibak(岐伯) supported the Hypothesis of chaosheven's(蓋天說) and in the theory of atmosphere(大氣論) in Ohanunhangdaeron("五運行大論") said that the earth was in Great Empty(太虛) and it was floating in the universe by the Great Chi(大氣). 4. The knowledge about the Five stars(五星) in Huang Ti Nei Ching("黃帝內經") is presented in the section of Gemgwejineonron("金?眞言論"), Gigoupyondaeron("氣交變大論"), Youkwonjeonggidaeron("六元正紀大論").ln the method of identifying the Five stars(五星) presented the criteria of the brightness, the altitude, the colours and the orbit etc. 5. The jupiter which has twelve year's revolution cycle was the basis of determination on the Twelve constellation(12辰), the Twelve field of heaven(12次), the Twelve Houses in the ecliptic(黃道 12宮), the Twelve Earth's Branches(12支) and the Twelve fields of Earth(12分野) and also it became the origin of the duodecimals(12進法). 6. The saturn having about twenty-eight year's revolution cycle became the criterion in identifying the Twenty Eight Constellations(28宿) which was used as the coordinates of the Celestial sphere (天球). 7. By the Percussional movement(歲差運動), the position of polaris and the Vernal-Antumal equinox(春秋分点) were shifted. Therefore the ancient the Heaven Gate-Earth Door(天門-地戶) changed from the position of Sil-Byuk(室壁), Yik-Jin(翼軫). And the precisional movements brought about the concept of the WunHoyYunSe(元會運世) that is a method of dividing a period. Also the precisional movement gave three dimension(三次元) foundation interpreted the Sixty JiaZi (六十甲子) which is revolving through sixty years uniformally. 8. The Hypothesis of the Nine Houses and Eight Winds(九宮八風論) which is one field of the astrology of ancient polaris-nine Houses divination plate(太一九宮占盤) brought about the concept of deficiency and excess and the concept of the Wind Vice(風邪). In the Calendar System(曆法) presented in Huang Ti Nei Ching("黃帝內經") the tropical year of the Sun-Moon-Stars(日月星辰) and the revolution and the rotation of the earth give explanations the changes of Yin-Yang(陰陽) by the use of the ten Celestial branches(十干) and the twelve Earth branches(十二支).

뜸요법이 여성노인의 만성요통, 일상생활기능장애 및 수면양상에 미치는 효과 (The effects of Moxibustion Therapy on Chronic Low Back Pain, Daily Living Disability and Sleep Pattern in Elderly Women)

  • 본 연구는 만성요통을 호소하는 여성노인을 대상으로 뜸 요법을 중재 방법으로 적용하여 일상생활기능장애 및 수면 양상을 효율적으로 관리 할 수 있는지 그 효과를 규명하기 위해 시도된 비동등성 대조군 전후 실험연구이다. G시에 거주하는 여성노인(실험군 30명, 대조군 30명)으로 2015년 3월 15일부터 5월 31일까지 뜸 요법을 12주간 주 1회 총 12회 뜸 요법을 적용하였고, 추후조사는 사후조사 2주후에 실시하였다. 뜸 요법은 요혈인 신수(腎諭)와 아시혈, 대장수(大腸兪), 요양관(腰陽關), 요수(腰兪)을 취혈하였다. 무극보양뜸 7혈인 족삼리(足三里) 곡지(谷地), 중완(中脘), 중극(中極)과 수도(水道), 폐수(肺愈), 고황과 천추(天樞), 위중(委中)부위에 각각 5장씩 뜸처치를 실시하였다. 연구도구는 요통정도를 사정하기 위해 Scott & Huskisson(1979)이 개발한 시각적 상사척도(Visual Analog Scale ; VAS)를 사용하였고, 일상생활기능장애 측정 도구는 Fairbank 등(1980)이 개발하고 임현술 등(1998)이 번역 수정한 Oswestry Disability Index를 이용하여 측정하였다. 수면양상 측정 도구는 오진주, 송미순, 김신미(1998)가 개발한 수면 측정 도구를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0을 사용하였으며 Chi-square test, t-test, repeated measures ANOVA를 실시하였다. 대조군에 비해 뜸 요법을 제공받은 여성노인의 통증점수(F=2510.32, p<.001), 일상생활기능장애 점수(F=1937.82, p<.001), 수면양상점수((F=15.54, p<.001)가 유의한 차이로 나타났다. 따라서 뜸요법은 통증과 일상생활기능장에를 감소시키고, 수면의 질을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 기여를 하는 것으로 나타나 향후 뜸요법이 만성요통을 호소하는 노인에게 간호중재로 활용할 필요가 있다.

창암(蒼巖) 이삼만(李三晩)의 서풍(書風)에 나타난 복고적 성향 고찰 (A Study on the Reactionism Tendency in the Calligraphy Style of Changam(蒼巖) Lee Sam-man(李三晩))

  • 작가는 작품을 통해 자신의 사유(思惟)와 지향(志向)을 드러내기 마련이다. 그런데 그동안 창암(蒼巖)에 대한 연구는 서론과 작품의 형태미를 중점적으로 논의하였을 뿐 작품에 내재되어 있는 사유에 대한 논의는 거의 이루어지지 못하고 있었다. 특히, 창암의 작품은 이광사(李匡師)의 서풍을 계승하면서 복고주의적 성향이 매우 강해서 같은 시기 활동하던 북학파의 영향이 크지 않음을 알 수 있다. 본고에서는 창암의 이러한 서풍을 '복고적 성향'이라고 명명하고, 그의 이러한 복고적 사유가 학서(學書) 과정과 작품에 나타난 구체적 양상을 살펴보았다. 창암은 진적(眞跡) 친필(親筆)자료들을 중시하면서 행초서(行草書)를 즐겨 썼다. 그러나 학서 과정에서 항상 필력을 강조하여 한위(漢魏)의 글씨에 근본을 두었고, 행초서를 쓰더라도 반드시 해서(楷書)를 먼저 익혀 그 필력을 얻어야 한다고 강조하였다. 또한 창암은 평생 동안 왕희지(王羲之) 서풍의 소해(小楷)로 된 작품들을 많이 남겼는데, 이는 조선후기 동국진체(東國眞體)의 서가들이 왕희지의 해서, 특히 소해를 전범으로 하는 것과 일맥상통한다. 이러한 경향은 마음의 스승인 이광사의 영향에 기인한 것으로 보인다. 그러나 창암은 또한 왕희지의 법첩(法帖) 글씨에 부족한 필세를 보완하고자 끊임없이 노력한 흔적들이 발견된다는 점에서 다른 서가들과는 다른 양상을 보인다. 그는 먼저 서예이론에 있어서는 한위(漢魏)의 고법(古法)을 중시하여 채옹(蔡邕)과 종요(鍾繇)를 근본으로 삼고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 또 대해(大楷)에 있어서는 <구루비(??碑)>의 필세가 가미된 <예학명(?鶴銘)>과 위(魏) 무제(武帝)의 글씨, 안진경(顔眞卿)의 <대당중흥송(大唐中興頌)>과 김생(金生) 글씨 등을 끊임없이 연마하였다. 특히, <구루비>와 <예학명>의 필의(筆意)를 이용한 그의 말년 작품은 기본적으로 해서인 <예학명>의 자형(字形)에 <구루비>의 구불구불한 형세(形勢)를 취해 자신의 독특한 서풍을 보여주는 경지에 이를 수 있었다.

  • 동양의학에서 "상한론(傷寒論)"의 발전은 대체로 삼단계(三段階)의 과정을 거쳤으나 "삼강정립(三綱鼎立)"설이 대세를 이루고 있었다. 이러한 관점에 대항하여 변증논치규율(辯證論治規律)을 연구한 학파(學派)가 나타나게 되었는데 우이(尤怡)가 그 중 한사람이다. 우이(尤怡)의 생애(生涯), 저서(著書), 학술사상(學術思想) 및 후세에 미친 영향 등을 조사하고 특히 "상한론(傷寒論)"을 안법류증(按法類?)하여 육경(六經)에 따른 정치법(正治法) 권변법(權變法) 알선법(斡旋法) 구역법(救逆法) 유병법(類病法) 명변법(明辨法) 잡치법(雜治法) 등의 치법(治法)에 대하여 연구하여 보고하는 바이다.

  • As a result, a study of honshu(本輸) theory of Huangdineijing(黃帝內徑) was led to the next conclusions. 1. In Huangdineijing(黃帝內徑), the connection of bonshu(本輸) flows and jingmai(經脈)'s can be compared to that of the earth's surface water flows and subterranean's. Bonshu(本輸) exists on qi flows which is formed in consquence of running over of twelve jingqi(經氣) and fifteenth luoqi(絡氣) in four extremities. 2. While jingluo(經絡) is composed of twelve mai(脈), bonshu(本輸) is composed of eleven mai(脈), it is because xin(心) has no disease and also has no bonshu(本輸). Bonshu(本輸) is used to treat disease of viscera and entrails, and frequently used in autumn and winter, also used when the outer layer or the inner layer of human body is become a fighting area of zhengxie(正邪). Physiologically, jingmai(經脈) nourishes the whole body and it's acting is prospered in four extremities. Bonshu(本輸) flows is just described as the process of gathering and storing the fruits of jingmai(經脈)'s acting. 3. In wuxing(五行) attachment of bonshu(本輸), from a ti(體) point of view, jing(井) xing(榮) shu(兪) jing(經) he(合) is oderly attached to shui(水) mu(木) huo(火) tu(土) jin(金), and from a yong(用) point of view, which is divided into two, bonshu(本輸) of yang(陽) area is oderly attached to jin(金) shui(水) mu(木) huo(火) tu(土), while bonshu(本輸) of yin(陰) area is oderly attached to mu(木) huo(火) tu(土) jin(金) shui(水). 4. Huangfu mi(皇甫 謐) had stated the bonshu(本輸) of xin(心) in Jiayijing(甲乙經), his writings, and therefore have faded the meaning of the concept of Huangdineijing(黃帝內徑)'s "only xin(心) has no bonshu(本輸)". Hua shou(滑 壽) had stated bonshu(本輸) in oder of jingmai(經脈) flows in his writings, Shisijingfahui(十四經發揮) and therefore completely have faded the meaning of Huangdineijing(黃帝內徑)'s bonshu(本輸).

  • 1. In Sui, Tang and Five Dynasty, a discourse related to sleep was published in various big Fang Shu(方書)'s that later became a valuable historical data. Notably, the importance of good sleep began to be properly discussed in "Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang(備急千金要方)" of 'Sun Si Miao(孫思邈)', etc. 2. During Two Song era, achievements in the previous eras were accepted and diseases related to sleep were explored in more details. 3. In Jin and Yuan(金元) era, Liu He Jian(劉河間), in "Su Wen Xuan Ji Yuan Bing Shi(素問玄機原病式)", recognized 'anger' as the cause for various sleep disorders and Li Dong Yuan(李東垣), in "Pi Wei Lun(脾胃論)", believed 'lethargy' and 'Shi Hou Ji Hun Mao Yu Shui(食後卽昏冒欲睡)' are related to narcolepsy linked with stomach. Zhang Cong Zheng(張從正) observed 'insomnia' as an isolated disease whereas Zhu Dan Xi(朱丹溪), in "Ge Zhi Yu Lun(格致餘論)" argued about somnambulism based on the relationship between Xiang Huo(相火) and Xin huo(心火).

The Three-wavelength PR3+:YLF Laser at 604 nm 607 nm and 640 nm with Fabry-Perot Etalon

  • A three-wavelength $Pr^{3+}:YLF$ laser at 604 nm, 607 nm and 640 nm simultaneously output by Fabry-Perot (F-P) etalon has been obtained. A 444 nm blue laser diode is used for pumping the $Pr^{3+}:YLF$ crystal, and a 0.1 mm F-P etalon is inserted in the resonator to select wavelength. The theoretical model of three-wavelength $Pr^{3+}:YLF$ laser is established, by adjusting the tilt angle of the etalon, the transmittances of the different wavelengths can be controlled, and the threshold values can be made to equalize by controlling the loss among different wavelengths. In the experiment, when the tilt angle of etalon is $9^{\circ}$ and the optimized length of resonator is 48 mm, the total output power of 25 mW at the three-wavelength is achieved at incident pump power of 7.5 W.

  • Objective : The aim of this experiments was to investigate the effects of Kyongo Puryu(originated from ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$), Kyongo Um-gok(originated from ${\ll}$Ling Shu${\gg}$) acupuncture on the Blood Pressure, Cardiomegalic index, and plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide in Hypertensive RAT induced by 2K1C. Methods : The effects of Kyongo(L8) Puryu(K7), Kyongo(L8) Um-gok(K10) acupuncture on Blood Pressure in Hypertensive RAT induced by Two Kidney One Clip(2K1C). Results : I. Blood Pressure was decreased significantly after acupuncture of L8 K7. II. Cardiomegalic index decreased significantly after acupuncture of L8 Puryu, L8 K10. IlI. Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide was increased significantly after acupuncture of L8 K7.
