The empirical evaluation of grid-connected tidal current generation system is presented in this paper. The Ul-dol-mok in Jin-do has been estimated to have tidal power of 1GW. In order to experiment, HAT (Horizontal Axis Turbine) 3-blade and 20kW grid-connected tidal current generation system was established at Ul-dol-mok in Jin-do. To generate power of generator, the speed reference of the PMSG is generated from the Cp curve and TSR (Tip Speed Ratio) of the designed turbine. The control of the converter connected to the grid is controlled to regulate unity power factor. The result showed that the turbine efficiency and system efficiency is 37 % and 31 %. This was achieved that target rate is 30 %, 20 %, respectively.

Fifteen adult Korea Jin-do dogs were studied by echocardiography to obtain the basic data of the imaging planes and normal references ranges to the aorta and pulmonary artery internal dimension. Measurements of aortic root internal dimension(AOID) and right pulmonary artery internal dimension (RPAID) were made at modified pulmonary arteries level short-axis view and left ventricular outflow tract long-axis view. The aortic root internal dimension and right pulmonary artery internal dimension at modified pulmonary arteries level short-axis view were 18.7$\pm$1.3mm (mean$\pm$SD) and 10.1$\pm$0.8mm, respectively. And RPAID/AOID was 0.5$\pm$0.1mm. The aortic root internal dimension and right pulmonary artery internal dimension at left ventricular outflow tract long-axis view were 19.3$\pm$1.6 mm and 10.7$\pm$1.3mm, respectively. And RPAID/AOID was 0.5$\pm$0.1mm. These results indicate that modified pulmonary arteries level short-axis view is useful planes to examine the aortic root and pulmonary arteries, and aortic root internal dimension is significantly higher(40~50%)than the right pulmonary artery internal dimension. Therefore measurements of aortic root internal and right pulmonary artery internal dimension can be used for monitoring dilation of pulmonary artery.

Chilsan-do Island, South Korea, has previously been identified as one of the biggest spawning sites of the small yellow croaker Larimichthys polyactis in the Yellow Sea. To determine whether Chilsan-do still serves as a spawning site for L. polyactis, three to five stations around Chilsan-do Island were surveyed for eggs from April to June (the main spawning season of L. polyactis) in 2019, using an RN80 net. For the first time, three L. polyactis eggs were identified at two stations, located just in front of Chilsan-do Island and between Chilsan-do and the coastline, only in May. The diameter of L. polyactis eggs (1.26-1.34 mm) was very similar to those of Collichthys niveatus (1.30-1.37 mm) and Setipinna tenuifilis (1.34-1.35 mm). During the survey period, the sea surface salinity remained constant (32.0-32.1 psu), but the sea surface temperature (SST) rapidly rose from 13.6-13.7℃ in April to 22.1℃ in May. Our findings suggest that L. polyactis still spawns near Chilsan-do Island today, but on a very small scale, and that changes in SST promote spawning of L. polyactis.

본 연구는 제약폐수 처리에 있어서 폐수처리장내의 미생물 활성을 최대로 하여 운전효율을 높이는 것을 목적으로 한다. 생물 반응기내의 미생물의 활성과 최적 용존산소 농도에는 어떤 상관관계가 있는가를 규명하기위해 연속식 실험을 진행한 결과, 0${\sim}$1.0 ppm 정도의 낮은 DO농도에서는 COD의 감소율도 적고, 1.5${\sim}$3.0 ppm 정도일 때에는 COD의 감소율이 다른 DO농도일 때 보다 상대적으로 높았다. 그러나 3.0 ppm 이상의 DO농도에서는 오히려 COD 감소율이 작아진다.

본 논문은 항공기 지상이동유도 및 통제 시스템(A-SMGCS)의 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위해 CNS/ATM 분야의 지상용 항공장비 소프트웨어 표준인 DO-278A를 적용한 사례를 제시하였다. DO-278A를 적용하기 위해 필요한 고려사항들을 기술하였으며, DO-278A에 명시된 프로세스 혹은 요건들을 테일러링한 방법에 대해 상세히 논의하였고, 테일러링된 결과에 대해 설명하였다. 그리고 DO-278A를 처음 적용하여 개발하고자 할 때 발생할 수 있는 사항들과 DO-278A를 적용하면서 발생했던 문제점들이나 이슈사항들을 정리하였다. 결론으로 DO-278A를 적용하면서 시행착오를 줄이기 위해 반드시 고려되어야 하는 교훈들을 설명하였으며 이러한 문제점들이나 이슈사항들을 해결하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다.
