나노유체에서 파울링 현상이 유동 비등 열전달에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on Influence of Flow Boiling Heat Transfer on Fouling Phenomenon in Nanofluids)

  • A boiling heat transfer is used in various industry such as power generation systems, heat exchangers, air-conditioning and refrigerations. In the boiling heat transfer system, the critical heat flux (CHF) is the important factor, and it indicated safety of the system. It has kept up studies on the CHF enhancement. Recently, it is reported the CHF enhancement, when working fluid used the nanofluid with high thermal properties. But it could be occurred nanoflouling phenomenon from nanoparticle deposition, when nanofluid applied the heat transfer system. And, it is reported that the safety and thermal efficiency of heat transfer system could decrease. Therefore, it is compared and analyzed to the CHF and the boiling heat transfer coefficient on effect of artificial nanofouling (coating) in oxidized multi-wall carbon nanotube nanofluids. As the result, the CHF of oxidized multi-wall carbon nanofluids and the CHF of artificial nanofouling in the nanofluids increased to maximum 99.2%, 120.88%, respectively. A boiling heat transfer coefficient in nanofluid increased to maximum 24.29% higher than purewater, but artificial nanofouling decreased to maximum -7.96%.

AIS data 분석에 의한 제주도 주변 해역에서의 예망 어선들의 출현빈도와 어장탐색 (A study on appearance frequencies and fishing ground exploration of trawl vessels obtained by analyzing AIS data of vessels in the sea around Jeju Island)

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore the fishing grounds of trawl fishery, which are operating in the waters around Jeju Island, and to investigate the monthly shifting changes of the explored fishing grounds. Information on AIS of fishing vessels operating near Jeju Island was collected and analyzed from October 16, 2016 to October 16, 2017. Thus, the location of fishing vessels with the same operational characteristics as those in this industry was extracted and displayed on Google Maps' location drawings to analyze the dense distribution of fishing vessels according to the frequency of their appearance. In the distribution of fishing vessels that appeared in October, a wide range of fishing grounds connecting the upper and lower waters of the 221 and 222 sea of fishing area was found to have gradually expanded and increased density, showing the widest range and highest density in December, and then gradually decreasing from January 2017 to near extinction in May. The distribution of fishing vessels that appeared in the left and lower waters of the 243 sea estuary increased not only in November and December, but also in the appearing sea areas gradually moved to the 242 sea and the range of their appearance was extended to the 241 sea. In other words, the highly dense fishing area in December indirectly shows that it is winter fishing grounds for these industries. The distribution of these dense fishing vessels gradually moved north and west with each passing day, reducing their density and reaching a near extinction in August. However, in September, the density was gradually restored again. Fishing vessels that appeared in high density in the northern waters of the 224 sea east of the Yeoseo island in December were thought to be fishing vessels, whose density decreased over time, almost disappeared in May, and reappeared in July and August, showing a certain degree of density, and then decreased again.

제주지역 전통발효식품에서 분리한 유산균의 기능적 특성 (Functional Characteristics of Lactic Acid Bacteria Isolated From Jeju Island Traditional Fermented Food)

  • Jeju island is the largest island of South Korea, and has a relatively warm climate due to its geographical characteristics. These features have fostered development of various fermented foods distinct to Jeju island. Therefore, the functional activity of the lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolated from the Jeju region's traditional fermented foods, including Kimchi and Jeotgal was characterized in this study. Fifteen strains were isolated from 6 types of fermented food. These strains include Enterococcus spp., Lactoplantibacillus spp., and Weisella spp. Several experiments were carried out to assess functional characteristics including acid resistance, bile resistance, hemolysis, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, and cholesterol-lowering activity. Three isolated strains (J-4, J-6 and J-10) exhibited high acid resistance, while the other 3 isolates (J-1, J-4 and J-6) showed high bile salt resistance. The strains displayed varied DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity: 71.14-86.42% among the first 3 strains, and 50.11-75.11% among the remaining 3 strains. Cholesterol-lowering activities were in the range 15.74-82.90% for all isolated strains. In conclusion, these studies suggest that isolated LAB strains from Jeju island traditional fermented foods possess the potential for broader application in the food industry.

제주지역 공사중단 건축물의 현황조사 및 내구성 분석 (Current Status and Analysis of Durability for Buildings Long Neglected after Construction Discontinuation in Jeju)

  • 장기방치된 공사중단 건축물들은 외기의 노출로 인한 철근의 녹 발생, 콘크리트의 품질 저하 등으로 건축물의 내구성이 심각하게 저하될 수 있으며, 관리부실로 안전사고, 사회적 범죄 발생, 환경오염 등 공사중단 건축물에 대한 심각성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 제주 지역의 공사중단 건축물의 현황을 조사하고 문제점을 파악하고, 1곳에 대해 구조체의 내구성을 조사분석하여 사용가능성을 진단하였다. 내구성 조사를 위해 외관조사(육안조사, 기울기조사)와 비파괴검사(압축강도시험, 탄산화조사시험, 철근탐사시험)이 진행되었으며, 구조체가 내구성을 갖추고 있으며 건축물의 상태는 경과년수에 비하여 양호한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 인공지능, 빅데이터 등 디지털 기술의 촉발로 인한 4차 산업혁명의 도래는 사회, 문화, 산업 등에 많은 변화를 일으켰다. 하지만, 각 지역의 전통시장은 새로운 유통환경과 소비자 변화에 신속하게 대응하지 못하고 있다. 특히, 제주지역 전통시장의 경우 제주 방문 관광객 대상의 마케팅 전략 등 지역적 특성을 살리지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제주 지역적 특성을 고려한 빅데이터 및 인공지능 기반의 스마트 전통시장 구축에 대해 제언하고자 한다. 연구 내용으로는 방문자 빅데이터 분석을 통한 고객 프로파일링, 트래픽 분석을 통한 관광객 동선 결과제공, 실시간 인기 제품 차트 제공, 영상기반 화재 및 범죄 예방 기능 개발 등이 있다.

제주 화산회토양의 중금속 연속추출 특성 및 작물 흡수에 미치는 영향 (Sequential Extraction of Trace Elements and Uptake by Pakchoi from Volcanic Soils in Jeju Island)

  • 이 시험은 제주도 화산회토양을 이용하여 Ni, Cu, Zn의 토양중 존재형태를 알아보고 토양 중금속이 청경채의 흡수에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 토양 중 함량을 연속추출법에 의해 알아본 결과 토양 종류마다 각 중금속의 존재형태가 차이가 있었고, 이를 이용하여 토양 종류를 구분할 수 있었다. 중금속 함량이 다른 토양을 이용하여 청경채를 재배했을 경우 Zn, Cu는 뿌리에서 흡수되어 지상부로 이동되었으나 Ni은 지상부에서 거의 검출이 되지 않아 청경채 내에서 미량원소의 이동성이 달랐다. 그러나 토양 중 함량과 청경채의 함량 간에는 치환성 Zn을 제외하고는 상관관계가 없었으며, 특히 Ni은 식물체 내에서 이동도 어려울 뿐만 아니라 토양 중 함량과 상관관계를 내기도 어렵기 때문에 전함량이나 치환성함량 등 지금까지의 방법에 의한 토양 중 함량으로 식물체의 함량을 추정하기에는 매우 어렵다고 판단되므로 새로운 접근방법이 개발될 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 인체의 중금속 흡수에 의한 위해성 평가와 관련해서는 토양 식물체, 식물체 인체 두 단계를 거치게 되는데 각 단계에서 불확실성이 존재하므로 중금속의 기준을 토양 및 식물체 별로 각각 마련하는 것보다는 식물체내 농도만으로 정하는 것도 한가지 해결책이 될 수 있다고 생각한다.

국내 캐릭터산업의 권역별 문화콘텐츠 역량과 R&D 성과 분석 (The analysis of regional Character industry - CT competence level and R&D performance)

  • 본 연구는 문화콘텐츠산업 중 캐릭터산업의 권역별 경쟁력을 권역별 산업체수, 종업원 수, 매출액에 기초한 LQ 입지계수로 분석하였다. 또한 세부적으로는 캐릭터산업의 R&D 역량 측면의 권역별 경쟁력을 파악하기 위해 기술, 인력, 인프라, 네트워크 역량을 기준으로 권역별 강점과 약점을 분석하여, 비교 우위의 경쟁력을 제시하였다. 권역별 입지분석 평균지수를 살펴보면 수도권이 포함된 경우 기업 매출에 있어 모든 권역이 LQ지수 1이상의 경쟁력을 보임에 따 라 평균적으로 모든 권역이 경쟁력을 보였다. 수도권을 제외한 경우는 제주권, 동남권이 경쟁력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 권역별 캐릭터산업의 R&D 성과를 분석하기 위한 기술, 인력, 인프라, 네트워크 역량에서는 서울 및 수도권 권역이고 경쟁력으로 분석되었다. 종합적으로 분석해 볼 때 권역별 캐릭터 산업의 경쟁력은 수도권, 제주권, 동남권이 비교우위에 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

On exploring factors for enhancing export competitiveness in IT Convergence industries

  • Purpose - The IT convergence industry, which is the subject of this study, is the main strategy field during the 4th industrial revolution era. Against this background, it is urgent to establish policy measures to survive and spread export products in the global industries. Research, design, data and methodology - In order to achieve this goal, we conducted the Importance - Performance Analysis (IPA) and found that it is necessary to develop tailor - made marketing support for small and medium sized IT exporters and to develop export strategy products with competitive technologies. Results - Above all, customized marketing support for IT export-related SMEs was needed. Next, in the first quadrant, strategic products, qualitative level, global, value added, and information systems were included, and it was found that 'development of export strategic products with competitive technologies' was necessary. In the third quadrant, related variables calculated at present time are not urgent variables. Conclusions - In this study, it would be necessary to calculate the additional implications of the variables that are not considered in this study, including future studies, because the methods considered here as analysis variables are carried out in comparison with the previous studies.

바이오소재 활용을 위한 국내 수산가공부산물의 통계 현황 연구 (A Study on the Statistical Status of By-products from Korean Seafood processing for Utilization of Biomaterials)

  • By-products from fisheries produced in Korea are of the same industrial material as imported raw materials and are valuable resources for marine bioindustries. Securing raw materials for the mass production of functional materials is one of the main objectives for marine bioindustrial development. The use of fishery by-products as raw materials is anticipated to increase rapidly as the biomarket is growing into a promising industry. In this study, data were acquired from an open-source environment to perform exploratory data analysis, and various visualization methods were used to compare fishery production to the production of marine processed products in the year 2020. This study suggested that the amount of seafood processing, types of processing items, and areas where fishery processing residue is generated, should be able to secure hygienic raw material supply in large quantities. Thus far, it has been found that the Gyeonggi-do and Busan province, where HACCP-certified processing facilities are concentrated, and the local government Seafood Cluster and the Smart Aquaculture Cluster are at the forefront of stable, mass production of raw materials.

드레스 디자인 분석과 드레스 생산의 효율성을 위한 패턴제작법 활용 (Dress Design Analysis and Pattern Making Techniques for Increasing the Efficiency of Dress Production)

  • Dressmaking is a high value-added sector of the fashion industry in which the individuality and skills of designers play a prominent role. The appropriate use of the draping and the flat pattern techniques in the dressmaking process also play an important part in perfecting the finished product. The purpose of this study was to improve the understanding of dress design and identify a pattern production technique to enhence efficiency in each of the three elements of the dress manufactureing process. For this purpose, analysis of the design of 1,389 wedding dress photographs published in Wedding 21, Korea's leading wedding magazine, during 2019 and 2020 was conducted. This analysis identified 15 bodice designs and 11 sleeve designs based on neckline and eight skirts based on silhouette which were ranked by frequency distribution. Patterns for the design of samples were then developed according to the highest combined frequency distribution of these three elements. Eight samples were finally produced to test the the efficiency of the patternmaking techniques empolyed and the selected designs. The findings from this study have practical applications, notably in improving the efficiency of pattern production techniques that will facilitate further growth in the dressmaking industry.
