Infection on Sternoclavicular Joint in Electrical Burn - Case Report - (전기화상 환자에서 발생한 흉쇄관절의 감염 - 증례 보고 -)

  • Infection on sternoclavicular joint after electrical burn is rare. No case was reported previously in Korea. Even though the disease is rare, we treated the case successfully with intravenous antibiotics followed by curettage and drainage. Successful treatment was achieved in the case of infection on sternoclavicular joint after electrical burn.

  • 본 연구에서는 3차원 그래픽 시뮬레이션 게임 제작 연구를 목적으로 하여 3차원 그래픽 전차모델을 제작하고 이를 이용한 전차전 시뮬레이션 게임 제작을 목표로 한다. 게임 상에는 아군과 대항군의 2대의 전차가 사용되며 대항군 전차는 통계적인 함수 모형을 이용하여 자체적인 전투 수행을 할 수 있도록 하고, 아군 전차는 사용자가 움직임을 통제한다. 본 논문의 결과를 사용자 탱크가 자유자재로 지형 위를 움직이며 상대편 탱크와 전투를 하는 시스템이 개발된다.

  • In this paper, dynamic overmodulation strategies are proposed for two phase full bridge inverter. The four step operation to use maximum voltage in limited DC link is described and minimum distance, same angle and minimum switching state overmodulation techniques are presented. The simple scalar arithmetic based algorithms are proposed to implement the overmodulation techniques. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

  • Recently, single shell lining method of construction is studied by economical method of construction to make use of high-performance shotcrete of permanent shotcrete lining concept in the UStA, Europe, Japan etc. High-performance shotcrete use is essential as permanent support that single shell lining method of construction has two functions of lining and support to shotcrete. In this research, optimum accelerator amount was decided after setting time test using alkai-free and cement mineral accelerator. Also replacement ratio of silica fume and fly-ash was determined.

  • We studied hybrid passivation using parylene-C, metal, photoacyl and indium zinc oxide for pentacene OTFT to assure stability in subthreshold region. After the passivation, the changes in S and $V_{on}$ of OTFT were negligible and $I_{off}$ maintained its initial value of ${\sim}10^{-12}$ A. Therefore, the hybrid passivation is suitable for practical applications based on OTFT.

  • The bending test of an individual ZnO nanorod was performed with a nano-manipulator and a force sensor inside the scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the bending properties of ZnO nanorod were also discussed. The ZnO nanorod used in this experiment was fabricated by means of solution base process. The force sensor used for bending test of ZnO nanorod was typed with cantilever. The force sensor was mounted on the nano-manipulator. The nano-manipulator was controlled and manipulated by a personal computer. The each end of an individual ZnO nanorod was attached on the rigid support and the tip of the force sensor with an electron beam exposure, and then the bending test was carried out by controlling of the nano-manipulator. The bending modulus of a ZnO nanorod was calculated at 69.35GPa after the bending test.

  • 1990년에 일본 혼다 기연공업의 고성능 스포츠카(NSX)는, 올 알루미늄합금보디등에 알루미늄을 이용, 대폭 경량화시켜 화제를 모았으며 90년 전후부터는 스포츠카나 스페셜리티카로 불리우는 고성능 승용차의 보디외판과 발주위부품에 알루미늄부품이 잇달아 채용되기 시작하였다. 알루미늄부품의 채용이 정착한 최근에 와서, 승용차의 알루미늄화 움직임에 변화가 생겼다. 90년 이전에는 승용차의 발주위부품은 알루미늄단조품으로 경량화하는 것이 보통이었는데, 91년 가을경부터, 이것을 알루미늄 주조품으로 대체하는 방향으로 흐름이 바뀌었다.(중략)

  • We obtained high performance of n-type organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) using a solution process. N, N' bis-(octyl-)-dicyanoperylene-3,4:9,10-bis(dicarboximide) (PDI-$8CN_2$) in ambient air. Low work function interlayer on source/drain is needed to enhance the electron injection to low LUMO level of n-type organic semiconductor. By using self-assembled monolayer (SAM) the field-effect mobility of 0.33 $cm^2$/Vs was achieved.

  • We have applied self-assembled monolayer to make high performance and stable OTFT on the organic gate dielectric. The ${\beta}$-phenethyltrichlorosilane (SAM) was coated on the organic gate dielectric and then active layer was printed. Significant improvements in on-currents and threshold voltage shift were achieved for the SAM treated devices compared to device without SAM.
