The Function of Voice-over Narration in the Web-drama OH Ku-sil (웹드라마 <오구실>의 내레이션 기능 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the significance and functions of the voice-over narration in the storytelling of the web-drama OH Ku-sil. As a result, the first person narration has enhanced the intimacy with a viewer via subjective statements and produced the two time zone effect that the image and the voice-over stood on different tenses. On the other hand, the third person narration has expanded its functions beyond those of the cinema and TV drama. First, the third person narration in OH Ku-sil has performed the essential role presenting significant information for the viewer's understanding story. Second, the objective/authoritative statements of the third person narration have changed to the subjective/suggestive statements. Third, the third person narrator has expanded his/her role from a narrator to a virtual character by means of the comic statements. It seems to be the existing narration's effective response to the web-drama's medium characteristics seeking efficient storytelling under the tight time restriction. Delivering speedily the story information and amusement, this evolutionary voice-over narration is changing its status from the staying off subject to the condition of the new medium called web-drama.

  • In the case of system operation, a line overload cause damage to spread an whole range of power system. Of the theorems on load shedding, this study applied power distribution theorem and load reduction theorem which are local load shedding method, which are not affected by the magnitude of the power system and need not a large memory capacity and computation time. In this paper, we treat the problem of overload when power system occurred to fatal fault. Especially, there is the special case that local load shedding theorem is not always solved. Therefore, we introduce a solved device of the problem and construct the expert system of expanded local load shedding. Because proposed method uses the merits of expert system, in the case of system operation, the system operator don't embarrass to fatal fault and promptly deals with.

  • In this paper, we analyzed relation between weather distribution and output of PV module. Equivalent circuit of PV module was derived. Output of PV array was calculated considering temperature and insolation as input. Output of PV array installed on the roof top was also measured. Then, comparison between results was carried out to verify that relation between input and output is appropriate. Distribution of insolation and temperature was derived from KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration). Distribution of PV output was deduced, by considering weather distribution. The result of this paper can be used in economic analysis and reliability calculation.

  • 스마트 폰과 같은 모바일 디바이스의 연산 능력 향상으로 다양한 모바일 어플리케이션의 개발이 증가하고 있다. 특히, 모바일 디바이스에 장착된 다양한 센서를 통해 수집되는 컨텍스트 정보를 기반으로한 모바일 컨텍스트 애플리케이션에 대한 요구가 크게 증가하는 추세이다. 하지만 모바일 컨텍스트는 모바일 디바이스의 다양한 종류와 운영체제, 정보의 종류 등에 따라 다양한 형태가 존재한다. 모바일 컨텍스트의 다양성에 의해 모바일 컨텍스트 애플리케이션 개발에 추가적인 비용이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 모바일 컨텍스트 애플리케이션의 개발을 위한 모바일 컨텍스트의 가변성 모델을 제안한다. 가변성 분석을 통해 모바일 컨텍스트의 다섯 가변점과 각 가변점의 가변치를 정의한다. 또한 제안된 가변성 모델을 기반으로 활용 가능한 사례를 제시하고, 제안된 모델의 평가를 수행한다.

Study on Diagnosis for Transformers by Tan $\delta$ and Moisture of Insulation Oil According to Thermal Aging (절연유의 열열화에 따른 Tan $\delta$와 수분의 변화에 의한 변압기의 예방진단 연구)

  • This paper reports the experiments regarding to diagnosis techniques for power transformers by measuring dissipation factor and moisture contents of mineral oils. Thermal aging environments of mineral oils were varied by the specially designed systems. Thermal aging of elevated temperature of $90^{\circ}C$ was performed for about 240 and 460 hours, respectively. Dissipation factor, permittivity, and water content were measured. Our test samples were not exposed to air. Dissipation factor increased while permittivity did not change. The level of dissipation factor determining the insulating quality of mineral oil was compared with the previous results of resistivity and several correction factor.

  • In operation of power systems, operators must solve overloads in abnormal conditions instantaneously for restoring the power system to normal state. Earlier works proposed the power flow distribution and the load shedding decision, developed by the expert system, for settling overloads. This paper presents a method for solving special conditions in the earlier works which requires less amount of loads than that of the load shedding, in particular, of the load shedding considering the priority. This paper uses the effort system to improve the ability of a beginner as well as of trained operators for operating the power system during emergency operation. To prove efficiency of the proposed method, this paper has adopted the model system with 13 bus for obtaining simulation results and used the prolog language to implement the system.

First Reliable Record of the Red Pipefish Festucalex erythraeus (Syngnathidae: Perciformes) from Korea (한국산 실고기과(Syngnathidae) 어류 1미기록종, Festucalex erythraeus (Gilbert, 1905))

  • A single specimen of Festucalex erythraeus, belonging to the family Syngnathidae, was first collected from Seogwipo, Korea, on August 12, 2019. This species is characterized by a low median dorsal snout ridge, and a lateral trunk ridge extending to the last trunk ring. Festucalex erythraeus is similar to the congeneric species, F. rufus: however, it is distinguished by the number of tail rings (32-37 in F. erythraeus vs. 31 in F. rufus). Here, we suggest the new Korean names "Min-sil-go-gi-sog" for the genus Festucalex and "Deung-huin-jeom-sil-go-gi" for the species F. erythraeus.

  • A speech that play a part of important mediation in the man's conversation is the sound of representation to man's emotion and thought, then voice sound could be verified and identified a speaker's speech by individual property. This study indicates as distribution of pitch in searching for sample number of each pitch with eye in the sound waveform of speaker. We propose the algorithm that judge speaker's emotion state, personality, regional group, age, sex distinction, e.t.c., according to the deviation degree.

  • 단일의 BRE를 사용하는 비즈니스 롤 시스템에 새로운 룰이 추가 또는 수정될 경우, 기존의 비즈니스 룰과 의미적인 충돌이 발생할 수 있으며, 이는 잘못된 비즈니스 수행결과를 초래하는 원인이 된다. 이를 위해 비즈니스 룰 시스템은 내부적으로 발생하는 비즈니스 룰 간의 충돌을 검출하고 해결할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 그러나 서로 다르게 구현된 다수의 BRE를 이용하는 분산 비즈니스 룰 시스템에서는 하나의 BRE에 추가된 새로운 비즈니스 룰이 다른 BRE의 룰과 충돌이 발생하는지 여부를 자동적으로 확인할 수 있는 방법이 제공되지 않아서, 사용자가 직접 모든 BRE에서 룰의 충돌 여부를 확인해야 하는 어려움을 가지고 있다. 기존의 분산 비즈니스 룰 시스템에 관한 연구에서도 서로 다른 BRE들을 분산 배치하고 비즈니스 룰을 실행하는 방법에 대한 연구만을 수행하였을 뿐, 분산된 비즈니스 룰 간의 충돌을 해결하는 것에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 분산 비즈니스 룰 시스템에서 비즈니스 룰의 추가 및 변경 발생 시, 룰 간의 충돌을 검출하고 해결하기 위하여 기존 연구의 한계점을 분석하고 새로운 시스템 요구사항들을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 기존에 제시된 비즈니스 룰 브로커 구조를 확장, 보완한 분산 비즈니스 룰 충돌 검출 시스템의 아키텍처를 제안하고 이를 설계하였다.
