As demands for efficient and echo-friendly production of marine products increase, smart aquaculture based on information and communication technology (ICT) has become a promising trend. The smart aquaculture is expected to control fundamental farm environment variables including water temperature and dissolved oxygen (DO) levels with less human intervention. A recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) is required for the smart aquaculture which utilizes a purification tank to reuse water drained from the water tank while blocking the external environment. Elaborate water treatment should be considered to properly operate RAS. However, analyzing the water treatment performance is a challenging issue because fish farm circumstance continuously changes and recursively affects water fluidity. To handle this issue, we introduce computational fluid dynamics (CFD) aided water treatment analysis including water fluidity and the solid particles removal efficiency. We adopt RAS parameters widely used in the real aquaculture field to better reflect the real situation. The simulation results provide several indicators for users to check performance metrics when planning to select appropriate RAS without actually using it which costs a lot to operate.

This paper aimed to look at the awareness of foreign workers in social platforms by using text mining, one of the big data techniques and draw suggestions for foreign workers. To achieve this purpose, data collection was conducted with search keyword 'Foreign Worker' from Jan. 1, to Dec. 31, 2020, and frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis, and degree centrality analysis and 100 parent keywords were drawn for comparison. Furthermore, Ucinet6.0 and Netdraw were used to analyze semantic networks, and through CONCOR analysis, data were clustered into the following eight groups: foreigner policy issue, regional community issue, business owner's perspective issue, employment issue, working environment issue, legal issue, immigration issue, and human rights issue. Based on such analyzed results, it identified national awareness of foreign workers and main issues and provided the basic data on policy proposals for foreign workers and related researches.

Purpose This study measures the degree of improvement in statistical quality experienced by data users when the data of a more convenient measurement method is extended to the analysis target to improve the quality of fine dust statistics service, and the method of expressing analysis data is revised. Ultimately, the main purpose is to explore how it can affect the quality of life of citizens. Design/methodology/approach As it was an issue the emerged as the most important issue at the time, various parties (government, private company, academia, civic groups, etc.) conducted multifaced research on fine dust, but they all focused on measuring technology and demonstrating its effectiveness there was only. This researcher redesigned the study from the viewpoint of statistical data users by changing the research subject from the technology itself to user, different from the existing research cases. The questionnaire method and structural equation were used in the study, and fine dust statistics generated through the existing method and the expanded/revised method were provided and compared for a total of 200 people. Findings Based on the results of the study, I would like to suggest what each entity should ultimately focus on to resolve the fine dust issue in the future.

Challenges in cognitive radio and tactical communications include recognizing anonymously received signals and estimating parameters in a blind or semi-blind manner. In this paper, we examine this issue for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signaling. There are several parameters in OFDM signaling, and the blind receiver must extract and consider the synchronization issue. We assume that the blind receiver is aware of modulation type, OFDM, and not aware of chip duration and the length of cyclic prefix. First, we present new criteria based on kurtosis to estimate these parameters and compare their performance at different levels of additive white Gaussian noise with methods based on correlation, kurtosis, maximum likelihood, and matched filter. Then, we perform synchronization and estimate the start time based on these criteria and several new criteria in two steps: fine and coarse synchronization. Finally, in a more practical setup, we present the idea of jointly estimating the mentioned parameters and the signal start time as coarse synchronization. We compare different criteria and show that one of the proposed criteria has the highest efficiency.

Despite the importance of multinational service ventures' alliances with local firms for CSR engagement, research is little interested in this issue. Because many multinational service ventures have increasingly allied with local firms for their CSR performance, it is important to explain the role of the alliance between a multinational service venture and a local firm. Our study addressed an issue of multinational service ventures' CSR performance through alliances with local firms. Based prominently on the resource-based theory of the firm, the competence-based theory of the firm, and the resource-adavantage theory of competition, we attempted to predict how a multinational service venture can be successful in CSR engagement based on an alliance with a local firm. Our study posited that local firms' CSR knowledge and CSR orientation positively influence multinational service ventures's CSR capabilities. In addition, we posited the positive moderating roles of alliance competence in the relationships between local firms' CSR resources and multinational service ventures' CSR capability. Moreover, our study posited that multinational service ventures' CSR capability is a source of competitive advantage. Finally, we concluded this manuscript with a discussion of scholarly and managerial implications, limitations of the study, and directions for a further study.

Along with the heightening development of modern medical technology in the world, the economy and quality of lifestyle has contributed to the increase in the average lifespan. Therefore the issue to deal with the aging population is becoming an important social issue. As aging population becomes a serious social problem, the issue of supporting the senior citizens is confronted with a more difficult situation. From the perspective of senior citizen's physical and social and economic situations, there are great difficulties to deal with, like lowered physical ability compared to the rest of population. Therefore the supply of senior welfare facility that is based on senior citizen's physical characteristics yet provides the opportunity to be independent needs to provided rather than just planning a simple facility that provides living accommodations. This research examines thereinto welfare center's usage of residential circulation system from the senior welfare facilities' type classification to understand the actual usage problem and presents a circulation plan that will resolve the problem.

In the field of Public Administration, the issue of Polycentric Incorporation of Localities in Metropolitan Areas (PILMA) has long been a significant object of study. That the issue is politically impractical to deal with is today's well-known assessment of it both for the scholars and practitioners. This theoretical notes constitutes an initial plan for examining an intellectual state of affairs surrounding PILMA. It identifies three theoretical problems inherent in the traditional treatment of the issue: Applicative Scope of Market Type Solution; Negative Externality and Preference Revelation; Determination of Production Scale. Notes were composed based on the proposition that the traditional theoretical formulation has not been so much well constructed as to draw more attention and debate on the PILMA.

This paper examines communication patterns of key Twitter users by considering the socially and politically controversial Sejong City issue in South Korea. The network and message data were drawn from twtkr.com. Social network-based indicators and visualization methods were used to analyze political discourse among key Twitter users over time and illustrate various types of Tweets by these users and the interconnection between these key users. In addition, the study examines general Twitter users' participation in the discussion on the issue. The results indicate that some Twitter profiles of media outlets tend to be very dominant in terms of their message output, whereas their Tweets are not likely to be circulated by other users. Noteworthy is that Twitter profiles of individuals who are geographically affiliated with the issue are likely to play an important role in the flow of communication.

High-tech industries in a state well enough to troubleshoot hacking information introduction a big barrier to delay the growth of the market related to IoT(Internet of Things) as is likely to be on the rise. This early on, security issues introduced in the solution, a comprehensive solution, including the institutional laws/precautions needed. Recent examples of frequent security threats while IoT is the biggest issue of introducing state-of-the-art industry information due to the vulnerable security hacking. This high-tech industries in order to bridge the information responsible for the target attribute, target range, and the protection of security and how to protect the subject, IoT environment (domestic industrial environment) considering the approach is needed. IoTs with health care and a wide variety of services, such as wearable devices emerge. This ensures that RFID/USN-based P2P/P2M/M2M connection is the implementation of the community. In this study, the issue on the high-tech industrial information and the vulnerable security issues of IoT are described.
