Purposes: The purpose of this study is to analyze the issue of interest in patient medical service of small and medium hospitals using big data. Methods: The method of this study was implemented by data mining and social network using SNS big data. The analysis tool were extracted key keywords and analyzed correlation by using Textom, Ucinet6 and NetDraw program. Findings: In the results of frequency, the network-centered and closeness centrality analysis, It was shown that the government center is interested in the major explanations and evaluations of the technology, information, security, safety, cost and problems of small and medium hospitals, coping with infections, and actual involvement in bank settlement. And, were extracted care for disabilities such as pediatrics, dentistry, obstetrics and gynecology, dementia, nursing, the elderly, and rehabilitation. Practical Implications: Future studies will be more useful if analyzed the needs of customers for medical services in the metropolitan area and provinces may be different in the small and medium hospitals to be studied, further classification studies.

During bone tumor resection, many cases require medial malleolar osteotomy to achieve adequate access to the operative field. Various osteotomy methods have been developed to address this issue, including oblique, transverse, reverse V-shape, and step-cut osteotomies. However, medial malleolar osteotomy has several drawbacks, such as the excessive disruption of the joint surface, unstable screw fixation when fixing the medial malleolus, and iatrogenic medial ankle joint arthritis due to articular displacement during the reduction of the osteotomy site. In addition, there is a possibility of injury to the posterior tibial artery, tibial nerve, or posterior tibialis tendon if the osteotomy range is too aggressive. Therefore, the authors propose a new osteotomy method, which has shown promising clinical results, namely, partial posterior medial malleolar osteotomy. This method minimizes articular involvement and provides adequate access to the operative field during talar body bone tumor resection.

This study identified consumers' shopping behavior in live streaming commerce. To this end, this study put the uncertainty issue of live shopping and the transfer of trust at the center of the discussion. The verification of the research model resulted in the following conclusions. First, reduced uncertainty in live shopping was a factor in increasing the level of involvement and attachment in the service. These results showed that resolving uncertainty in newly introduced services is a key factor in determining users' positive attitudes. Second, the trust in shopping sites influenced the current live shopping attitude. This is because the transfer of trust is also valid in live shopping, which demonstrated the importance of building trust. Third, this study proposed and validated a research model that could systematically understand the consumption process of live streaming shopping. Furthermore, this study provides a beneficial implication for those who want to use live shopping in practice.

본고는 무빙이미지에서 모션의 양태성 전략이 매체나 장르에 어떤 변화를 가져오는지에 관한 연구이다. 오늘날 모션의 양태성은 애니메이션 뿐만 아니라 영화에서도 적극적으로 조작되는 요소이다. 여기서 모션의 양태성 전략은 일반적으로 장르나 매체에 따라 좌우된다고 말해지는데, 과연 그 명제는 옳은 것인가? 옳다면, 본 명제를 학제적으로 규정되어 있지 않은 '장르 매체'라는 용어를 재고함으로써 좀 더 이론적으로 정리할 수는 없는가? 본고는 그러한 문제를 논의하고자 한다. 본고는 모션의 양태성 조작을 이론적 지평 위에서 바라본다. 맥루한의 핫/쿨미디어 이론과 볼터의 진동이론에서 보면, 궁극적으로 모션 양태성 조작의 효과는 수용자의 감각비율 조작과 같은 것으로 귀결되는데, 이러한 이론적 추론은 사례를 통해 검증될 것이다. 사례 분석에서 본 연구자는 이미지의 모션 양태성 조작이 텍스트 내에서 어떤 효과들을 발현하는 지를 분석하고, 이 효과들이 매체 장르 포지셔닝과 어떤 상관성을 갖는 지를 살펴봄으로써, 본고가 문제시 하는 모션 양태성의 장르 매체 결정론을 평가한다. 결론적으로, 모션의 양태성은 매체의 문제와는 상관없이 장르의 문제에서 결정되는 전략인데, 그 장르는 감각자극의 배합으로 포지셔닝되는 범주라고 할 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 모션의 양태성 전략은 단위 시퀀스가 필요로 하는 감각성에 좌우된다. 모션의 양태성은 단순히 모션캡처 같이 매체적 측면에서 갖는 기술지향적, 경제적 가치보다 장르적 측면에서 기능성으로 접근해야 하는 전략이다.

본 연구는 역사적 소통 공간으로써 역사 영화에 주목하여 광주 민주화 운동을 주요 주제로 다룬 2000년대 영화 <오래된 정원>, <화려한 휴가>, <26년> 세 편을 중심으로 미디어가 재현하는 역사적 담론이 무엇인지 서사분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 스토리의 통합체 분석은 '균형-불균형-균형'의 시퀀스를 공통적으로 나타내면서 사회적 불균형을 개인과 가족이라는 개인적 측면으로 안정화 하여 사회구조적 문제를 감추는 정치성을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 인물 관계의 계열체 분석은 여성 주인공의 적극적인 현실 참여 전략, 극중 살아남은 자들을 통한 역사의 연속성 강조 전략 등을 통해 광주 민주화 운동의 역사적 진실과 의미를 공론화시키는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 결국 광주 민주화 운동의 재현은 사회구조적 문제의 해결 부재나 러브 스토리 배치를 통해 역사적 의미의 약화라는 한계에도 불구하고, 광주 민주화 운동을 과거의 역사로 남기지 않고 현재적 차원으로 끌어올려 공적 영역으로 소환시키는 가능성을 나타냈다. 따라서 역사 영화가 우리의 역사를 끊임없이 현재화하고 우리 사회에 여전히 남아있는 사회구조적 문제를 환기시킨다는 측면에서 역사적 소통 공간으로써 의의가 존재한다.

본 연구는 기존의 미디어 효과에 관한 연구들이 신문, TV, 영화 등과 같은 미디어가 수용자의 인식에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구가 이루어지고 있는 바, 게이트키퍼가 없는 인터넷 기반의 새로운 미디어인 유튜브의 시청도 수용자의 인식에 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 살펴본 실증적 연구이다. 본 연구를 위해서 모두 76명의 대학생들을 2개의 집단으로 나누고, 한 집단에게는 일본 제품 불매운동에 관한 유튜브 영상을, 다른 한 집단에게는 불매운동과 전혀 관계없는 단편 영화를 4주 동안 매주 시청하게 한 후 설문조사를 통해 이들의 이슈 중요성 인식과 태도를 측정, 분석하였다. 분석결과 유튜브 영상을 시청한 수용자들이 유튜브 영상을 시청하지 않은 수용자들보다 일본제품 불매운동을 더 중요하게 생각하고, 불매운동에 더 적극적으로 참여하겠다는 태도를 보임으로써 의제설정 효과와 점화 효과가 발견되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 유튜브의 의제설정 효과와 점화 효과를 확인하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있으며, 향후 유튜브의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 다양한 분야에서의 수용자 효과에 관한 연구가 이어져 유튜브의 미디어 효과에 관한 이론이 정립되기를 기대한다.

Despite versatile activity (cancericidal, antimicrobial, hypoxia inducible factor (HIF) inhibition, immune deactivation of DNA bis-intercalation agent, echinomycin, its specific mechanism has been elusive. Of these novel mechanisms, we reported that using human colon cancer cells (HT-29), apoptotic machinery induced by echinomycin might be dependent of caspase-3 pathway. Despite a partial enlightenment of prototypic signal path triggered by echinomycin, the role of Bcl-2 in this signaling pathway is unclear. To address this issue, we explored whether or not echinomycin would overcome the anti-apoptotic impact of Bcl-2 in HT-29 cells by the controlled Bcl-2 overexpression. Prior to this proof, we confirmed that echinomycin induces mitochondrial depolarization, then triggering the mitochondrial pathway of apoptosis with an involvement of upstream cas-pases-3. Transiently transfection with inactive Bax-DNA failed to prevent echinomycin-induced apoptosis in HT-29 cells. To dissect the role of Bcl-2 in echinomycin-induced apoptosis, HT-29 cells were transiently transfected with Bcl-2 DNA for overexpression and then treated with echinomycin for 24h. Combined analyses of DNA fragmentation and flow cytometric analysis clearly verified that echinomycin-induced apoptosis was drastically attenuated by Bcl-2 overexpression, whereas a control vector rarely affected echinomycin-induced apoptosis. Collectively, these data verify that Bcl-2 regulates echinomycin-induced apoptosis in HT-29 cells. To my knowledge, this is the first evidence that of diverse, structured minor groove binders (MGB), the prototypic echinomycin might control the apoptotic signaling via Bcl-2-mitochondrial pathway.

이동통신망 환경에서의 효과적인 IP 기반 서비스 적용을 위해서는 IP 관련 기술들의 이동통신망으로의 적용 및 이동단말들의 글로벌 IP 주소 소유여부가 중요하다. 현재 3GPP에서 제시하는 IPv6 주소할당 메커니즘은 이동단말과 위치상으로 멀리 떨어진 GGSN에 의해 일괄적으로 이루어지며 이것은 주소할당에 있어 이동단말에게는 시간지연의문제와 코어 망에서의 트래픽 증가문제를 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 IPv6 주소할당 메커니즘을 개선한 방식으로 RAN에 위치해 있는Node B가 주소할당을 수행하는 새로운 IPv6 주소할당 메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안한 IPv6 주소할당 메커니즘은 기존의 주소할당 메커니즘보다 짧은 시간 내에 이동단말에게 IPv6 주소를 할당하며 현재의 주소할당 메커니즘과 공존하여 이동통신망의 신뢰도를 높인다. 그리고 Node B에 몇 가지 기능이 추가되어지는 것을 제외하고는 현재 이동통신망의 구조를 변화시키지 않고 적용되어질 수 있다.

Curcumin, a lipid-soluble compound extracted from the plant Curcuma Longa, has been found to exert immunomodulatory effects via macrophages. However, most studies focus on the low bioavailability issue of curcumin by nano and microparticles, and thus the role of macrophages in the anticancer mechanism of curcumin has received little attention so far. We have previously shown the potential biocompatibility, biodegradability and anti-cancer effects of dendrosomal curcumin (DNC). In this study, twenty-seven BALB/c mice were equally divided into control as well as 40 and 80 mg/kg groups of DNC to investigate the involvement of macrophages in the antitumor effects of curcumin in a typical animal model of metastatic breast cancer. At the end of intervention, the tumor volume and weight were significantly reduced in DNC groups compared to control (P<0.05). Histopathological data showed the presence of macrophages in tumor and spleen tissues. Real-time PCR results showed that DNC increased the expression of STAT4 and IL-12 genes in tumor and spleen tissues in comparison with control (P<0.05), referring to the high levels of M1 macrophages. Furthermore treatment with DNC decreased STAT3, IL-10 and arginase I gene expression (P<0.05), indicating low levels of M2 macrophage. The results confirm the role of macrophages in the protective effects of dendrosomal curcumin against metastatic breast cancer in mice.

본 연구는 시대적 상황의 문제 해소 방안을 모색함에 있다. 특히 최근에 청년실업률 문제는 많은 사회적인 문제를 야기하고 있다. 이러한 문제와 관련성 높은 취업과 관련해서 신입사원의 실무교육비용은 부담으로 작용한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제 해소를 위한 구체적인 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구내용에 있어서는 우선 업무접근성이 높은 주요 자격증 도출에 필요한 자료 수집을 위해 자격증을 관장하고 있는 대표기관의 국가직무능력표준(이하 NCS)에 기초한 자료를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 토대로 연구모형 제시와 AHP분석기법을 적용해서 업무접근성이 높은 주요 자격증을 도출하고자 한다. 이는 실무교육비용 절감과 취업에 필요한 자격증을 선별하는데 중요한 판단기준이 되리라 사료됨. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 업무접근성이 높은 자격증 선별을 위한 기본적인 틀과 자격증 취득에 따른 판단근거를 제공함에 있다.
