For sustainable economic growth, the Korea government continues to increase its investment in R&D and at the same time, have reinforced the management of R&D outcomes and enlargement of its infrastructure for utilization. However, a strategic R&D planning that draws an outstanding outcomes is more important than the management of its post-outcomes. The purpose of this study is to propose an implication on the policy of R&D planning for obtaining a good R&D outcomes such as a high quality patent. We compared and analyzed the determinants of the patent quality in fuel cell and solar cell technology using the count data models. Estimated results showed that the determinants of the patent quality in technologies were different from each other. Therefore, having appropriate R&D planning strategies for all technologies was more effective than applying one same strategy for all because of technological differences, and based on the estimated results, we suggested the R&D planning strategy in fuel cell and solar cell technologies that could in result in high R&D outcomes.

This research aims to analyze domestic articles related to entrepreneurship and elicit implications for future research. To this end, bibliometric analysis was conducted for the authors and titles of 1,887 articles published in the Korean Citation Index between 1997 and 2016. First, in the author analysis, Dae Yong Chung, Bong Sik Bin & Jeong Ki Park, and Sung Sik Bahn were noticeable in terms of the number of articles, the number of citation and the formation of the researchers' network. Second, in the title analysis, the characteristics of entrepreneurs and education in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial strategies and case studies, the empirical analyses regarding entrepreneurial performance, investment in startups, and Korean IT companies were found to be the most active research fields. The results of this study can be used in selecting co-researchers and exploring research areas in the future.

After the establishment of WTO for strengthening of GATT in 1995, the world economy has gradually been integrating toward economic globalisation. Even though this multilateral agreement may be beneficial to many countries but it also interferes domestic policies of member countries and threatens the role of local government and policy independence. For these reasons, FTA between countries or regions has been increasing. According to this trend, Korea and China has reached a substantial agreement of Korea-China FTA for mutual benefits. In general, the Korean automobile industry will benefit from Korea-China FTA due to its competitiveness in the global market and improvement of market access. However in the provisional schedule of concessions and commitment reported by press, the automobile seems to be excluded in this schedule of concessions. Hence, Korean automobile industry can not use the price competitiveness from tariff elimination. Therefore, Korean automobile industry needs aggressive marketing strategies for enhancement of brand equity as well as development of environment-friendly cars for following environment policies of Chinese government. Furthermore, they should make efforts to create the efficient investment environment by the removal of non-tariff barriers.

This paper proposes to develop multi-currencies portfolio strategy using principal component analysis (PCA) and logistic regression (LR) in foreign exchange market. While there is a great deal of literature about the analysis of exchange market, there is relatively little work on developing trading strategies in foreign exchange markets. There are two objectives in this paper. The first objective is to suggest portfolio allocation method by applying PCA. The other objective is to determine market timing which is the strategy of making buy or sell decision using LR. The results of this study show that proposed model is useful trading strategy in foreign exchange market and can be desirable solution which gives lots of investors an important investment information.

This study aims to identify the unknown essential condition to form the blue ocean market, in addition to the innovation of customer value which does not become a sufficient condition though it is one of the essential conditions to form a blue ocean market, and induce companies to take a firm foothold in the blue ocean market after going to the blue ocean market by segmenting the market after setting up appropriate strategies. On the basis of those goals of this study, we dealt with subjects like the problem of approaching the market that possesses factors of differentiated value innovation, the segmentation of value innovative market, the problem about the major variables that shed light on the character of blue ocean optical illusion market, the strategy for following companies to enter the market, which we applied to the actual analysis based on the investigation into the literature related to value innovation and blue ocean strategy, investigation into the actual cases and objective data. We analysed a domestic refrigerator market and a domestic chewing gum market as representative examples of durables and nondurables and segmented each market on a value innovation market. We discovered the blue ocean and the blue ocean's illusive market of the two markets. I've mentioned and studied the characters of those positively.

Recently, with achieved US$ 500 Billion international cumulative construction order, the Korean government presented overseas construction industry visions for international orders of US$ 100 B and entering the top five countries in global construction market. Also, Korean companies are developing strategies for expansion of international markets especially focused on company competitiveness as a target market. Therefore, this study aims to analysis of competitiveness for the Cambodian building construction market, which presents abundant development potential. The results of IPA result were as follows; construction order information and supply chain management are needed for public tender projects and F/S, global project financing, and supplier relationship management are needed for construction investment projects. However, this work is still considered to provide the basic data that can help Korean construction companies who plan to enter the Cambodian building construction market strengthen their medium and long-term capabilities.

Development strategies of Saemangeum New Port are as follows : First, get port terminal areas to be larger. Second, establish the strategy of investment attraction in consideration of the cargo to be handled in Saemangeum New Port. Third, attract regional cargo from such Chinese provinces as Gangso and Sandongseong so as to differentiate it from the existing ports. Finally, construct such connecting programmes as the strategy of the Hub-and-Spoke calling at ports that can make a mutual win-win competition rather than an opposing competition to attract the cargo from the existing port.

능동적 학습(active learning)은 제한된 시간과 인력으로 가능한 정확도가 높은 분류기(classifier)를 생성하기 위하여, 훈련집합에 추가할 예제 즉 문의예제(query example)의 선정과 확장된 훈련집합으로 다시 학습하는 과정을 반복하여 수행한다. 능동적 학습의 핵심은 사용자에게 카테고리(category) 부여를 요청할 문의예제를 선정하는 과정에 있다. 효과적인 문의예제를 선정하기 위하여 다양한 방안들이 제안되었으나, 이들은 매 문의단계마다 하나의 문의예제를 선정하는 경우에 가장 적합하도록 고안되었다. 능동적 학습이 복수의 예제를 사용자에게 문의할 수 있다면, 사용자는 문의예제들을 서로 비교해 가면서 작업할 수 있으므로 카테고리 부여작업을 보다 빠르고 정확하게 수행할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 충분한 인력을 보유한 상황에서는, 카테고리 부여작업을 병렬로 처리할 수 있어 전반적인 학습시간의 단축에 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 하지만, 각 예제의 문의예제로써의 적합 정도를 추정하면 유사한 예제들은 서로 비슷한 수준으로 평가되므로, 기존의 방안들을 복수의 문의예제 선정작업에 그대로 적용할 경우, 유사한 예제들이 문의예제로 동시에 선정되어 능동적 학습의 효율이 저하되는 현상이 나타날 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 특정 예제를 문의예제로 선정하면 이와 일정 수준이상 유사한 예제들은 해당 예제와 함께 문의예제로 선정하지 않음으로써, 이러한 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 방안을 문서분류 문제에 적용해 본 결과 기존 문의예제 선정방안으로 복수 문의예제를 선정할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 상당히 완화시킬 있을 뿐 아니라, 복수의 문의예제를 선정하더라도 각 문의 단계마다 하나의 예제를 선정하는 경우에 비해 큰 성능의 저하가 없음을 실험적으로 확인하였다./$m\ell$로 나타났다.TEX>${HCO_3}^-$ 이온의 탈착은 서서히 진행되었다. Nowadays, mobile commerce is having an increasingly profound impact on our daily lives, and offer interesting and advantageous new services. Mobile payment is an emerging and important application of mobile commerce in smart work, enabling users to use their mobile devices (especially mobile phones) for paying goods and services wherever they go. The appearance of m-payment is expected to provide us a convenient and bright future to enjoy. That is the common trend on over the world, but in Vietnam, although the number of smart phone users has been increasing rapidly, the adoption of m-payment system still didn't succeed completely. The research reviewed literature regarding mobile payment services, analyzed the impact of customer characteristics and system characteristics on m-payment adoption in Vietnam. To analyze the adoption behaviors of m-payment users, m-payment research model which consists of three customer-characteristics (m-payment trust, personal innovativeness, m-payment knowledge) and four m-payment system characteristics (mobility, reachability, convenience, compatibility) were studied. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, trust, and compatibility are the important predictors to the intention to use m-payment. This study will assist m-payment services suppliers in implementing appropriate business models and service strategies to successfully attract customer to use m-payment in Vietnam, allowing managers to exert appropriate investment, time, and effort for m-payment system development in designing smart working.

The allotment rate for railway transportation keeps an yearly 6% in Korea. However, the railway logistics will cause the opposite result according to the continuous investment and logistics rationalization. The study on railway logistics as well as inter-Korean railway that might highly contribute to the development of railway logistics is not enough at all. The purpose of this paper is to study the revitalization strategy for inter-Korean railway by forecasting the demand and the scale of railway logistics depot. The revitalization strategies for inter-Korean railway through railway logistics depot are as followings. First, it is necessary to strengthen the partnership with coal user in the logistics depot. Second, it is encouraged to provide the financial assistance that are needed in the maintenance of the decrepit North Korea's track as well as the establishment of Donghae northern line that is from Gangneung to Jejin. Third, the railway cost on long/short transportation and large sized shipper is needed to apply in a flexible way. Fourth, it is necessary to obtain the railway traffic right by involving the foreign mining development. Fifth, it is encouraged to constantly find the small sized shipper like cement company.
