The purpose of this study is to understand the present status of life style and housing demands of residents in Yoing-in and Kwang-Ju in Kyung-Ki province, Korea. Field study methods were carried out practically using participant observation method and open-ended interview method, and the data were gotten by sketch, recording, photograph and memo. As a result, the followings were proposed. First, it was necessary to hide or reduce of the neighborhood's noise or direct view because those people thought the invasion of the privacy problem was very severe. The master planning of the complex method could be an alternative plan for this kind of problems. Second, it was needed to be the planning that could follow up the out-door friendly situations. To achieve this, the in between living space are needed that connected the outside and inside of the house. Third, the planning of the housing space should flexible for each participant's needs of the future. To achieve this, each unit in the suburban housing complexes should be fixed to the each character of the people's various needs.

최근에 개인정보 유 노출에 의한 프라이버시 침해로 인해 개인정보보호의 중요성은 나날이 증가하고 있으며, 이를 해소하기 위한 가장 효과적인 방안중의 하나로 데이터 암호화가 회자되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 데이터 암호화 방식은 시스템 성능 지연과 어플리케이션 변경 이슈로 인하여 실무에 보편화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근에 화두가 되고 있는 데이터 암호화 관련 기술을 살펴보고, 어플리케이션 변경이 필요치 않는 Plug-In 방식의 데이터 암호화 솔루션으로 오라클 데이터베이스를 암호화할 때 성능에 미치는 영향을 실험하였다. 아울러 데이터 암호화시 데이터베이스 성능 저하 및 어플리케이션 변경을 최소화하는 데이터 암호화 기법을 제안하고 제안된 기법의 효율성을 분석하였다.

The government of the Republic of Korea has introduced SNI blocking method since February 2019 to block illegal sites. Currently, this policy has been considered as a controversial policy in South Korea therefore, about 270,000 South Koreans have been calmed down by and the presidential office petition because people believe that blocking https by SNI would invasion of privacy and freedom of use of the Internet. As soon as the SNI blocking method was used, the bypass method was opened to the Internet, causing side effects. In this study, identifies the development of Internet blocking technology and the development of new technology that bypasses the technology. It also examines Internet censorship in other countries and identifies problems in blocking technology. Through this study would present policy suggestions and technical methodologies for sound Internet use.

IT 발전에 따라 스마트홈 서비스는 네트워크 기반의 스마트 디바이스를 통해 원격 서비스, 모니터링 서비스 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 스마트홈 환경에서는 악성 디바이스를 통한 데이터 위 변조, 불법 인증, 프라이버시 침해 등과 같은 보안 위협들이 존재한다. 이러한 보안 위협들에 대응하기 위한 스마트홈 환경에서의 보안에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나 디바이스 관리를 위한 연구는 초기 단계에 머물고 있으며, 스마트홈 환경에서의 그룹키 관리에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트홈 환경에서 안전한 디바이스 관리를 위한 그룹키 관리 기법을 제안한다.

Due to advances in information and communication technologies (ICTs) and the advent of the Smartphone, people have access to the internet and can work at any time and any where. These are however likely to cause negative effects such as the personal information leakage and invasion of privacy. Caused by negative aspects of ICTs, the stress is so-called technostress. Recently, it is reported that managers tend to task order to their subordinates using an SNS or mobile messenger on a real-time basis after office hours or even on holiday, leading to a sharp increase in technostress. While previous studies of stress indicate that it is associated with the counter-productive work behavior (CWB), no empirical evidence has shown about the relationship between technostress and CWB. This study aims to explore the effect of technostress on CWB. In addition, it seeks to clarify the moderating effect of leader-member exchange(LMX) in this relationship. Drawing on literature regarding technostress and CWB, hypotheses are developed and tested with the sample of 101 using regression analyses. Results show that technostress has a significantly positive effect on CWB, but LMX has an insignificant moderating effect in the relationship between technostress and CWB. Implications and limitations with suggestions for future studies are presented.

본 연구는 기존 문헌을 검토하여 기술스트레스 요인들 간의 인과관계를 탐색해보고자 한다. 이러한 시도의 주된 목적은 개인이 느끼거나 겪게 되는 기술스트레스를 동시에 줄일 수 없기 때문에 인과관계 분석을 통해 선행요인을 규명할 경우 전체적인 기술스트레스가 유발되기 전에 초기에 확산을 예방하거나 기술스트레스를 줄이기 위한 최소의 노력으로 최대의 효과를 기대할 수 있기 때문이다. 분석결과 기술의 변화 속도는 직장-가정간 갈등과 음의 방향으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 업무 과부화와는 정의 방향으로 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 기술의 복잡성은 업무 과부화와 직무 불안정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 업무 과부화는 직장-가정간 갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직장-가정간 갈등은 직무 불안정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

As the smartphone-based devices are diffused and developed rapidly, they provide the convenience to the users. The abovementioned sentence technologies are being used not only in the existing sensor and wireless network technology but also in the application services of the diverse fields application services such as smart appliance, smart car, smart health care, etc. and the new fusion paradigm from the industry is presented by undertaking the researches in diverse area by the enterprises and research institutions. However, the smart environment exposes its weaknesses in the mobile terminal area, existing wireless network and IT security area. In addition, due to new and variant ways of attack, not only the critical information are disclosed However also the financial damages occur. This paper proposed the protocol to perform the smartphone-based safe device monitoring and safe communication. The proposed protocol designed the management procedure of registration, identification, communication protocol and device update management protocol and the safety against the attack techniques such as the an-in-the-middle-attack, impersonation attack, credential threat, information leaks and privacy invasion was analyzed. It was observed that the proposed protocol showed the performance improved by approximately 52% in the communication process than the existing system.

본 연구는 치안활동에 있어 드론을 활용하기 위한 논의를 목적으로 연구되었다. 연구의 내용은 치안활동상 드론의 필요성과 활용가능성을 중심으로 치안드론의 긍정적 효과와 부정적 효과 그리고 이와 관련된 법령을 비교 분석하는 내용을 포함하여 다루었다. 연구방법은 정부가 공개한 정보는 물론 치안드론 활용 및 불법드론의 악용 사례를 중심으로 연구되었다. 이에 따라 정책적 제안으로 첫째, 치안관련 드론의 법제도를 통한 치안드론활동의 법적 근거가 마련되어야 하며, 두 번째로 드론관련 전문 인력양성을 통한 불법드론 진압과 방지가 이루어져야 한다. 이와 더불어 다양한 치안드론 관련 정책과 전략 구현을 위한 경찰 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 치안드론을 활용하여 범죄 및 범죄자에 관한 데이터 및 정보를 수집하고 이러한 문제에 대응하는 최선의 방법을 구사하는데 치안드론을 수단으로 활용해야 할 것이다.

21세기에 들어와 CCTV나 몰래카메라, 사이버공간에서의 감시와 역감시 현상이 높아짐에 따라 국내에서도 감시사회에 대한 우려의 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 감시체제에 대한 주제는 사회적 이슈거리로 다루어야 함이 마땅하지만, 정부와 기업은 광고를 통하여 당장의 편리함과 안전제공이라는 긍정효과(positive effect)를 크게 부각시키며 파놉티즘(panoptisme) 현상을 더욱 일반화 시키고 있다. 다양한 혜택으로 위장한 광고들로 인하여 현대인들은 실제적으로 감시당하고 있음으로 의식하지 못한 채 자신들의 프라이버시를 유린당하고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 이 연구는 이러한 디지털 시대에 따른 감시사회 도래에 따른 문제들을 지적함으로써 개인의 프라이버시 침해와 통제사회의 일반화를 경고하기 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

오늘날, 유비궈터스 기술을 접목한 병원정보시스템의 도입은 표준화 및 의료허용범위, 책임소재, 전송에 관한 법적장치, 사생활 침해 문제 등으로 병원에서는 부분적으로만 적용하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 RFID 기술 적용에 있어서 의료 환경에 적합한 태그 설계의 부재와 기존 병원의 정보시스템과의 호환성 문제 및 타 기관 및 환자에게 정보를 공유하는 문제가 현실적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 현실적인 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 첫째, EPC에서 제안한 96bit 태그를 기반으로 의료 환경에 적합한 필드를 결정하여 향후 유비쿼터스 환경에 부합하는 의료용 태그를 최초로 설계하였다. 둘째, 기존의 다중태그인식의 충돌방지알고리즘을 개선한 의료 환경에서 필요로 하는 우선순위를 고려한 충돌방지 알고리즘을 고안하였다.
