The study aims to find the strategies to support the successful settlement of "Introduction to Intellectual Property" which was established as a new subject based on the 2015 Revised National Curriculum in order to assist high school students to explore career choices. For the research purpose accomplished, the study was performed to compare high school administrators' perception with teachers' regarding how they differently perceive the introduction and utilization of "Introduction to Intellectual Property" in the educational environment of high schools. The survey tool was developed through the content investigation of two experts in the field of invention education. Questionnaires were administered to 115 participants in a training course run by KIPA(Korea Invention Promotion Association) for high school administrators and teachers, which lasted for one month, December in the year of 2016. However, 95 questionnaires were analyzed for the research. SPSS 22.K was utilized for data analysis with the 5% significance level. The study findings are as follow: First, both administrators' group and teachers' showed the moderate level of perception according to the necessity of the subject as well as the curriculum content of "Introduction to Intellectual Property". Second, the two groups presented the above-average of preception according to the utilization of the subject, and the high level of perception regarding the necessity of strategies for the successful settlement in high schools. Third, teachers' perception on the curriculum of "Introduction to Intellectual Property" was higher than administrators' within the statistically significant level. Moreover, the two groups showed the significant difference only in the effort to facilitate intramural activities based on the subject regarding perceiving the necessity of the subject.
As industrial society has changed to knowledge-based society, the needs for the intellectual property education in the engineering school is emphasized. Therefore graduate engineering school in USA, Europe, and Japan has strengthened intellectual property education. The curriculum has expanded from intellectual property introduction to business development using patent technology, valuation of intellectual property, intellectual property strategy and management. However, the intellectual property education in engineering school in Korea is in early stage. This study has surveyed the intellectual property education in major engineering school in USA, Europe and Japan, and compared it with the education in Korean engineering school. Finally, some recommendations are provided based on this study.
Sports events are not copyrighted and sports organizer's profit from sports events is not subject to intellectual property law in our legislation. Most other countries, except for France, do not also recognize sports organizer's profit as an intellectual property right. For this reason, legal grounds protecting sports organizer's profit must be found from current law such as tort law or Unfair Competition and Trade Secret Protection Act. It is irrefutable that these laws play a significant role in protecting sports organizer's profit by imposing restrictions on taking unfair advantage of others' efforts or investment. Nevertheless, protecting sports organizer's profit through such laws has its limits because sports events and relevant information outside the protection category of intellectual property law are considered as public domain. Therefore, introduction of sports organizer's intellectual property right through legislation will serve to faithfully protect sports organizer's profit. Even countries where spectator sports industry is fully in force actively discuss the issue of introducing sports organizer's intellectual property right. Intellectual property law, like other laws, is keenly subject to international trends due to market globalization and sensitively responds to the trends. I believe that further discussions are highly required about the introduction of sports organizer's intellectual property right that properly reflects international trends.

With the introduction of China's new policies, the Chinese animation industry has gradually formed a sustainable industrial structure chain, and the output value of the animation market is also in a state of continuous growth. Since 2013, domestic animation has been developing from "lower age" to "ageing" and "adults". At the same time, with the popularization of China's pan-entertainment industry model, the multi-domain symbiosis of the Internet and mobile Internet has been realized, creating a fan economy of star IP (Intellectual Property), and promoting the linkage of various industries under the same IP. This paper mainly analyzes the development of the animation IP market in China's pan-entertainment mode in recent years, and analyzes the cross-media operation mode of the animation industry. At the same time, it studies the application of self-media in animation.
This paper deals with the introduction of capstone design projects based on invention education in Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Korea Maritime University. This course is referred to as Creative Engineering Design for spring semester of 4th-year undergraduates. The course focuses on creative thinking and cooperative mind to students by learning engineering design skills, realizing their idea through design project and recognizing practicality of their systems. To improve creative thinking of students, intellectual property (IP) education is very helpful. If engineering students take training program in IP, it will be very beneficial for CEOs to manage intellectual capital in many industries and to ensure competition power in their business. This study suggested that students take interest in connecting their ideas with inventions through invention education reinforcing an invention and a patent exercise. It is expected that this study may help to develop new curriculum of capstone design project including IP education in many universities.
During the 1986-1994 Uruguay Round negotiations under the General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs (later World Trade Organization), the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) was adopted by participating countries. TRIPS has not only allowed intellectual property to be introduced into international trade arenas, but also extended the scope of protection to biodiversity such as plant genetic material, arguing that intellectual property rights (IPRs) would help conserve biodiversity. In this paper, I aim to deconstruct the global IPRs regimes over biodiversity by adopting geographers' sensitivity to place and scale as an analytical window. By investigating how all the issues regarding IPRs over biodiversity that are raised by diverse disciplines, such as environmental ethics, environmental economics and political economy approach, are scale-related, I demonstrate how biodiversity IPRs, and its introduction into international trade agreements, though separate issues with no inevitable relationship to one another, have been put together for the construction of global IPRs regimes. I argue that the notion on the construction of scale (i.e., rhetorical and discursive construct of globalization) can contribute to revealing how fragile global environmental conservation regimes are.

It found out that technology was important for business expansion of contents, e-Commerce and IP protection, and to enact a law related with IP. In chapter 5 conclusion, this study was summarized and further research was suggested. This study results are 1. IP related laws had better enact or revise to meet internet technology changes for IP protection timely, 2. local laws are to change and develop to harmony with international norm and trends, 3. consolidation of IP related laws for unification of IP statement should be incurred to avoid unnecessary energy of legislation and not to create dispute matters. That's also for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, not to incur ADR and for IP protection of contents, IP related laws would be promptly made or revised, according to technology change trends and for international harmony, That's for internet related industry development and customer satisfaction.

Financial instruments are economic and intangible assets that bring financial company tremendous economic returns when it is a success. Also, It is necessary to protect this because it is a product of effort made by a lot of human resources and materials. However, legal and institutional devices for financial instruments are insufficient currently and 'copying practices' are rampant throughout the industry in korea. This ultimately inhibits the utility and welfare of consumers, but also adversely affects the competitiveness of the financial industry. In order to finance innovation that new financial products and services have appeared, it is necessary to grant the appropriate rights, such as intellectual property rights of financial instruments. And, there is a need for measures to protect it. Thus, this study proposed new way protecting the financial instruments through Intellectual property right. It is the introduction of similar protection system to financial instruments, such as mechanisms that protect database producers in copyright law.
Information technology(IT) is changing rapidly based on growth of internet and computer businesses. Therefore, computer programs and softwares are distributed to computer users promptly for their productivity increase and efficient work. So, in the distribution, the softwares will be copied or released through network or other methods which are not authorized by the program owners. In that case, copyright dispute is incurred and various issues are come out due to infringement of the software copyright. Thus, the purpose of this study is to research infringement cases of the software copyright and how to settle the dispute which is related with software programs. To achieve the purpose of this study, this research consisted of 5 chapters. At chapter 1 introduction, it mentioned necessity of this study, purpose and how to research this study, and at chapter 2 dispute factors indicated and summarized for technical resolution. At chapter 3, infringement cases of software copyright analyzed and studied upon intellectual property(IP) related laws. And methods of dispute settlement discussed and suggested to chapter 4 for copyright and intellectual property protection. Also, it emphasized importance of arbitration to resolve the issues timely and avoid time and economical consumption. Of course, arbitration law has to be matched with the trend of technology development for effective settlement. At chapter 5 conclusion, it summarized this research and suggested further research for empirical test of economic value of the software copyright upon the aspect of business, law, and engineering. In this study, the results are 1) IP related laws have to be enacted or revised to meet technical changes for the protection of software copyright on time. The enactment or the revision of law takes a long time, therefore, to deal the dispute effectively, 2) arbitration law has to be utilized efficiently in order to resolve issues and settle the dispute promptly. It is suggested the dispute settlement through arbitration to save time and economic matters for legislation, and to harmony with the technology trends. 3) Recognition of software copyright is to be improved by users and enterprises for development of software related industries and intellectual property protection. In conclusion, the protection of software copyright is important than any other things in the field of IT because of the development of industry and intellectual property related laws. The development is for areas of business, law and engineering, so research and practices are to be combined with the areas so that it could resolve the dispute settlement and IP protection effectively.
Nowadays the number of crimes is increasing rapidly and society is getting more and more dangerous. Recently the criminal aspect of our society, the intelligence, diversity, localized area, as well as for the crime victims also difficult to predict the damage recovery is not easy to change their level of pain and are also serious. This phenomenon is increasingly expected to intensify, the proper response is a factory. The more so if the victim of murder. The criminal mediation working on the operational adjustments Borrower payment, Construction charges, investments and financial transactions due to interpersonal conflicts that occurred as a fraud, embezzlement, breach of trust property crimes such accused, individuals between the defamatory, offensive, encroachment, violating intellectual property rights and private Disputes about the complaint case and other criminal disputes submitted to mediation to resolve it deems relevant to the case who are accused. But the core of a detective control adjustment, adjust the members' representative to the region, including front-line player or a lawyer appointed by the attorney general at this time by becoming parties to this negative view may be ahead. Some scholars are criticizing the current criminal justice system for the absence of proper care for the criminal victims, as an alternative to the traditional criminal justice system. The introduction of the summary trial and related legal cases, the command structure, compensation system, crime victims' structural system can be seen as more classify, crime subject to victim's complaint, By case with a criminal misdemeanor in addition to disagree not punish criminal, minor offense destination, traffic offenders, regular property crime, credit card theft, intellectual property rights violators can be seen due to more categories can try. They sued in law enforcement, Prosecution case has been received and if any one party to the criminal detective Arbitration request arbitration by the parties can agree to immediately contact must be referred to arbitration within 15 days of when the arbitration case will be dismissed. These kinds of early results of the case related to, lawyers are involved directly in the arbitration shall be excluded. Arbitration system is the introduction of criminal justice agencies working to help resolve conflicts caused by adjustment problems will be able to. This article does not argue that we should stick to the traditional justice system as a whole. Instead it argues that the restrictive role of the traditional justice is to be preserved.
