지식관리시스템의 도입요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 -조직 및 정보기술특성 관점에서- (Effects of Introduction of Knowledge Management System in Relation to Organizational Performance - focused on management factors and information technology factors)

  • 본 연구는 지식관리시스템을 도입하여 운영 중인 기업체와 기관들을 대상으로 지식관리시스템의 도입요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 지식관리시스템의 도입요인들이 조직의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하여 조직에서 지식관리시스템도입과 운영에서 고려할 전략적 지침을 제시하고자 함이다. 연구결과, 관리요인의 하위변수인 학습의 조직화, 평가와 보상체계, 조직의 신뢰, 지식의 공유 활동은 조직성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 정보기술특성의 하위변수 중 정보기술 기반구조도 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보여 조직성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 정보기술 성숙도와 시스템 구성의 우수성은 조직성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.

A stdudy of Knowledge management system needs and efficient hospital computerized operating

  • In this paper, we propose a plan for the introduction of a knowledge-based system proposed by the traditional computing sciences, in order to operate the computer system computerized hospital workers effectively. Hospital computational features of the operating system for this purpose, were made about the working conditions, computational difficulties of the hospital administrator. It is necessary for a knowledge management system for results-effective IT system operational review findings apply to the hospital, where a hospital computer system having features and hospitals computational workers must be resolved on the technical and environmental constraints with It became aware of the need. This study further shows that an effective hospital computer system to derive additional operating a variety of issues to consider for the base and the introduction of a knowledge management system can gradually solve the problem.

  • While knowledge management (KM) needs to be introduced in order to enhance the competitiveness of Korean firms, most of the current literature focuses on defining the concept of KM and developing its framework. This research attempts to develop an introduction methodology of KM, based on four dimensions such as organization, information technology, process, and culture. The methodology was applied to firm L, which recently adopted KM. A result from the analysis of this case study shows that firm L performed well in the dimensions of organization, information technology, and culture.

  • Recently we started a development of the digital meister expert system for the product design supporting in manufacturing industry. Knowledge representation is of major importance in digital moister expert system. This rule-based expert system-knowledges are designed for a certain type of knowledge representation such as rules or logic. The way in which a rule-based expert system represents knowledge affects the development, efficiency, speed, and maintenance. Eventually, this digital moister system is used to the engineer in manufacturing industry for the process control, production management and system management. In this paper, we propose the digital moister system knowledge representation method for product design supporting in manufacturing industry and we present introduction and contents of rule-based knowledge representation supporting tool.

대학 교육의 메타버스 활용 현황 및 도입 전략에 대한 연구: 단계별 메타버스 도입 프레임워크 개발을 바탕으로 (A Study on Metaverse Utilization and Introduction Strategies in College Education: Based on Step-by-step Metaverse Introduction Framework)

  • 코로나19 팬데믹으로 인한 사회적 거리두기의 일상화는 전 산업에 걸친 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)을 가속화하였고 교육 분야에서도 IT 기술과 교육 서비스가 융합된 에듀테크(Edutech)가 확산되며 대학 교육에서도 변화를 가져왔다. 대학에서의 비대면 온라인 강의는 오프라인 학습의 병행 또는 보조적 수단이었으나 코로나19 팬데믹 이후 확산된 비대면 온라인 동영상 수업은 학습자와의 상호작용 부재, 학습자의 학업 이해도 저하 등의 한계를 보였고 대안으로 실시간 온라인 강의가 병행되었으나 상호작용 한계를 해결하지 못하고 기존 온라인 교육의 장점인 시공간 제한 없는 학습마저 없애는 문제가 발생하였다. 또한 학생들의 대학내 활동 참여 기회 감소에 따른 경험 부재로 인한 사회화 능력 감소가 우려되나 Zoom 과 같은 2차원 디지털 환경의 웹 회의 플랫폼을 사용한 온라인 활동은 학생들의 사회활동에 충분히 기여하지 못하였다. 이와 같은 한계를 극복하고자 하는 방법으로 '메타버스'가 주목받기 시작하였다. 메타버스는 아바타를 사용하는 3차원으로 구성되는 가상세계이나 상호작용, 사회적, 경제적 활동과 같은 실생활을 구현한 기술적 특징을 가져 온라인 교육의 한계 및 의사소통 한계 문제를 해결하는 학습 공간, 비교과 활동 지원 플랫폼으로 사용되기 시작하고 있다. 메타버스를 이용한 대학 교육의 실제 적용을 위해 도입 전략의 마련이 필요한 시점으로 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 첫째, 메타버스의 개념, 특징, 서비스 유형 등 메타버스와 관련된 전반적인 선행연구와 메타버스 적용사례를 고찰하고 둘째, 기술수명주기 모델과 혁신 기술 확산 이론을 바탕으로 한 메타버스 도입 프레임워크를 구축하고 단계적 도입 전략 및 주 사용층에 따른 특화된 도입 방안을 수립하여 시나리오로 제시하였다. 이를 통해 신기술 도입의 이론적 배경, 메타버스 연구의 확산 뿐 아니라 효율적 도입 전략 형성과 연계 서비스 모델 기초 제공, 대학의 부가가치 창출 전략을 제공할 수 있는 실무적 기반을 제시한다.

  • In the information society where knowledge plays a significant role, the value of the corporate organization creates knowledge strategically and spreads it to the whole organization so as to reinforce the efficiency of the work force. After KMS was recognized as one of core competences of company, KMS based on information technology has been introduced actively to many corporate organizations for the implementation of realizing knowledge management. As the strategic use of KMS increases in company, it has attracted attention to the system and the investment in the system, now attention has brought to the effect of the system. The efficiency and effectiveness of KMS has been tackled as one of the most important issues, and then many studies have been implemented to measure the result of the system. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems and to help make an important decision in establishing introduction strategy by abstracting the reasons and success factors and result indices which are important sources for introducing KMS.

  • Recently, firms have been putting forth significant efforts to fulfill various demands and high expectations of customers. The role and importance of customer centers as a direct contact point for customer relationship management are more emphasized than previously. A customer center draws attention as a new alternative to secure corporate competitiveness as it contributes to sales increase, being in a position to satisfy customers' needs by ensuring customers' access to information. A customer center is an aggregation of various information and communication technologies. In particular, a voice recognition/analysis technology based on big data can elaborate customer services further, enhance customer satisfaction, and trigger constant interactions with customers. A customer center can be transformed to a hub of customer knowledge and the embodiment of business intelligence in the front line of business. This article is a case study on how the customer center of the K life insurance company regarding customer center operation collects and analyzes customer information and how it has established its voice recognition/analysis system based on big data to improve customer experience management. Factors affecting the successful introduction and implementation of voice recognition/analysis system to a firm, are examined.

  • From a lot of survey, it is obvious that most students in universities lose their desire for learning just after entering their universities. In order to solve this problem, we developed a novel educational tool for the students, named "The thinking method based on matrix diagram". If they try hard with the help of this tool, they will be able to learn how to design and manage their splendid university lives in addition to get the basic knowledge and to improve their basic abilities. It is also found that they can earn the shared knowledge mutually after learning a common method, which supports to make them to improve their communication abilities drastically.

병원 영양부서의 지식경영 도입을 위한 영양사의 지식기반 환경에 대한 인식 분석 (Analysis of Knowledge-based Environments for Knowledge Management in Hospital Dietetic Departments)

  • This study assessed knowledge-based environments for knowledge management in hospital dietetic departments. This study categorized the current knowledge management environment into routine habits, capability, culture and system. A questionnaire was conducted on dieticians in general hospitals with 400 beds in Seoul and Gyeong-in areas. Excluding responses with significant missing data, 160 usable questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS package programs for the study. The result of the study is summarized as follows. The average number of licensed beds in the hospitals was 717.5 and the average number of meals provided daily was 1,626.3. 53.2% of dieticians were aged between 26 and 35. Of the maximum score of 5 points, habits scored $3.65{\pm}.44$ points, capability scored $3.38{\pm}.44$ points, culture scored $3.21{\pm}.46$ points and system scored $2.77{\pm}.74$ points. Hospitals with a high ratio of occupied beds also had significantly higher points in capability, culture and system. The older the group the higher points it scored in habits and culture. The married group scored higher points in habits while the higher educated group scored higher points in habits and capability. The dietitians in charge of clinical nutrition scored higher points in habit, capability and culture while the higher salaried group scored higher points in habit, culture and capability. Therefore this study would provide useful information for the introduction of knowledge management in hospital dietetic departments.
